We knew we had a corner of our house with lots of cracks, so we called Ram Jack to assess the problem. Tim M. came out, took pictures and talked to us about what needed to be done. He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.

The owner, James did the inspection/estimate himself. He showed up on time, always a plus in my mind. I have an engineering mindset and the details are important to me...so I ask a lot of questions. James patiently and thoroughly answered them all. He pointed out the issues and explained how they would be handled. No hard sell tactics, just info with which to make my decision. The crew that performed the work over 3 days kept the site neat and did a good final cleanup. They seemed like a happy group as I could hear the sounds of joking and laughing while they worked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good results and a no nonsense experience.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
