Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down.

Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again.

Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!!

Rick and Crew did a great job trimming and clearing dead stuff out of our 25year old mesquite trees. Very professional in all ways from start to clean-up. Would highly recommend them. Jim Smith

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

Daniel came out to assess our cypress trees that haven’t been doing well. He took time with my husband explaining what we needed to do for them to keep in our Arizona weather. He gave recommendations without anything in return and was honest on what we needed to do. He wasn’t out for money or to suggest services we didn’t need. I was so very happy with the work from Juan and his guys! We do not have grass so I wasn't quite sure how much of a difference I would see but it had been a while since and up keep had been done to our front and back yard. They did such a wonderful job, both my front and back yard looked extremely tidy and all of our crazy trees and brushes were tamed. I gave them no direction in regards to what needed to be done and they took control for an outstanding outcome! Thanks so much guys!

These guys are fantastic and they’re trimming expertise is an art form. Also, they have a special route fertilizer formula that all my fruit trees love. They also trim my palms. Everything is fantastic.

We were not certain if we had roof rats or not and so we had the company come out and do an inspection. Great news, no rodents! Better news, great customer service!!
We will definitely use them again if we have any problems or questions.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
