Best Home Inspect in Phoenix AZ

I would like you to know that Doan Restoration sent out two great guys to our house to demo a water leak. Chase and Spencer are their names and they did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them to come and do a job anytime.You can't ask for better workers, Thank you so much guys!!!!!

This company does an excellent job. Their staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure that the work gets completed promptly.

We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.

I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. I am also glad that everything was done electronically alas 21st century.

It is rarely or almost never that we post reviews on a public website. However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! We have used Rocky Mountain Restoration twice now. They respond quickly and are very professional and knowledgeable. Lee came out to check the dryness and removed the machines in our home. He was quick and efficient.

Robert is super friendly, responsive and dedicated to his work. He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!

My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

Absolutely love this team of professionals! They are always on time and ready to work. Austin Ehn is such a great help with any and all services when it comes to Venturi restoration. If he doesn’t know the answer he will be honest and call the man with all the answers Justin Sellers. They are a team you need to always consider for all restoration services.

I highly recommend this company in any clean-up situation, whether it is water or fire. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has an awesome work experience.

The job went very well. They were thorough, explained each step of the process, and answered any questions. Very satisfied with the work. would hire them again.

DRR is great team that responded very quickly and got to work immediately and efficiently. They worked with me on all the details and aspects of the water removal and clean up. Great full that they responded as they did. Highly recommend DRR for your one stop disaster recovery needs.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

brought in lots of people to pack, very overwhelming, people wouldn't listen, taped boxes together then only filled them up to the first box, this let them charge for more boxes, and more storage fees. Told by insurance to return property at end of contract and They still won't return it,. Afraid if I pay them the balance they won't return property but will then ask for more money. It's been about 1 1/2 month. Dealing with owner who acts like he is an employee saying he can't because it's company policy, but he's the owner.

If I could give Dan and Candelario 10+ stars I would! They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, arrived when they said they would (not many do that these days!), addressed the issues, came up with a game plan and put it in motion, all within a days time. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat if ever needed.
