I don’t write letters of appreciation very often but this is a special occasion. My roof looks beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the job. What I want to tell you is this: Brad from your company is a very special young man. On his own time, after the roof work was completed, brad took down the rain gutters and even painted where the gutters were. I could go on and on about how I feel, but I’ve never had anyone do for me what Brad did. I appreciated it so much. We received several quotes from different roofing contactors in the area. Allstate had the best quote for the work that needed to be done. I spoke with Chad, Kathy, and Verioncia serveral times before and during the project and they alway provided the information I needed. The project was completed on time. They cleaned up after the project and took the time to explain what was done to us when the project was completed. We would recommend using Allstate Roofing.

I recently had my shingle roof replaced. Brown Roofing came in with the lowest bid of 3 vendors. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks which was impressive. A friend of mine recently used them and said they did an excellent job on his house. They completed the job in 1 day and left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. The owner Craig even helped me out by extending out 2 scuppers which were not in the original scope of work. When I need to have my flat roof redone, I’ll be calling Brown Roofing!

This is the second time we have used Ky-Ko. We needed to replace the roof on our 1st home and just did our current house. We found them because a number of people in our 1st neighborhood recommended them.

I needed to make some roofing repairs before I tried selling my house so I called four roofing companies for a quote and really felt like Devin from Mikku & Sons was a cut above the rest. He gave me a very fair quote & was able to work around my timeline & I can’t say thanks enough. The work was perfect, the final walk thru for my house went perfect, and should I ever need roofing repairs, Mikku & Sons will be my first call I make.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

Patterson Roofing was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company as well which was a big help. The cost was very reasonable and they did amazing work. The workers were respectful of my tons of plants which was much appreciated because I know that they have a job to do. They also left us with some leftover shingles just in case which they didn't have to do. I much appreciate all of the work you did for us. Thanks!

Kris worked with us to file a claim with our insurance. He met the adjuster at our house for the inspection. He took care of everything from beginning to end. He was very courteous and professional. His crew arrived at 6am and started right away in removing the old shingles. Kris called to let us know when they were finished. They hauled away the old shingles and cleaned up around the outside of the house. Except for the beautiful new roof, you can't tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Kris and his crew for any job!!

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

I am a General contractor here in Phoenix for over 38 years, I have worked with Star Roofing for the past few years. They Are very Professional & Reliable.

Five years ago, Vertex Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I encountered the company at the Tucson Home Show, where I was trying to find a roofer quickly because a recent storm had precipitated a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling due to a hole in the roof. Everyone I've worked with from the company has treated me with courtesy and behaved very professionally. Arrangements were made and the roof was installed expeditiously (if my memory can be trusted, I think it took them just a few days to install). And it looks beautiful! The long-term warranty on the roof made me feel even more confident about their services. To be honest, since the roof was installed, twice I had leaks in my house that I thought were from a roof problem. I called Vertex both times and they came out to look at the problem. Both times they identified the source of the leak, and it wasn’t the roof (long stories that I won’t get into here). Each time I felt they were patient and helpful with me, despite the fact that their product was not the problem. In sum, I have had positive experiences with Vertex Roofing and highly recommend them for both quality of product and professionalism of staff.

John was our point of contact from start to finish. He was very professional and attentive throughout the entire project. He offered great ideas on material and design and even brought by samples for us to look at. He was a true pleasure to work with! The project was completed in the time promised and they even went the extra mile to remove furniture and other garbage we had in our backyard. We HIGHLY recommend Precision Roofing LLC.

Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.
