This company was great! We are new to landscaping ideas and pavers and having a smaller backyard we needed good advice. They took our ideas and added their own expertise and concept and we couldn't be happier. The team was professional and friendly. I'm not great at keeping up a lawn so I wanted artificial turf installed. I'm so happy that Big Nick's was able to come out and take care of it for me. THey're such nice guys and did an amazing job. The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

Reckless driving habits.

I've had some issues with my new home landscaping. Such as sparse rock and 500LB boulders that I can lift. I called the customer service line because my 4 month old sprinklers had a leak. The customer service lady was great and it got fixed. They did come take pics of the yard to see what can be done, hopefully what I was contractually guaranteed will be fixed and taken care of. I have been given the run around since January, if they fix my yard I will continue this review. Well to update Eric was the man he delivered the right size boulders and additional rock. So thank you for following up.
