I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

Did 4 quote previous to this place for a single pain 33 x 25 in window and was quoted approx $65 over the phone. We get there Mary at the counter measures it and the man takes it back immediately! It cost us $69 with labor. Other places quoted $155-200. Don't waste your time with others come to Best Glass. Mary at the counter is very nice, and professional to boot

I went with my cousin to get his car door window fixed. They broke a piece in his door and refused to fix the door for months. Gave him the run arounx. Very poor service I definitely wont be bringing my car in.
