Best Commercial Installation in Phoenix AZ

I needed a quality electrician to convert our kitchen lighting from surface mount spots to a recessed system and add under mount cabinet lights. From a close friend I found out about Simple Electric. Both he and his neighbor were real happy with the work Simple Electric did at their homes on a similar project.

From the first telephone conversation with Katie at Simple Electric I’ve been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I was able to get a bid scheduled quickly and Katie called me on the day to confirm Todd should be to my home in about 30 minutes.

Todd took the time to listen to my needs and concerns for the project. He also offered a few suggestions as to how changing the placement of the lights would improve the overall lighting in the kitchen. He also suggested dimmable LED conversions as a way to reduce heat and electrical usage.

Todd’s suggestions involved relocating a few of the lights. At first I was reluctant for this change due to sheetrock repair, but I agreed to his plan and the results are great. Now I have quality dimmable lighting in the right locations, with no shadows falling onto our task areas. (Todd also has a great drywall repair contact I used)

On the day of the project, Todd, Grant and Mike arrived on time. They discussed the overall plans with me and confirmed what I was looking for before locating the new recessed light holes. Before any cutting took place, the crew put up plastic barriers and covers to keep any dust off our furniture or from moving outside of the work area. When the work was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up and I was happy with the results. Todd also discussed future projects I was thinking of and had a few suggestions for some lighting improvements in other areas of the house. I look forward to our next work from Simple Electric, a quality company that goes out of their way to make their customers happy.

Over priced for a simple wiring for 2 outside lights and motion light. Quoted 975 bucks found someone for 400 bucks. Will not refer over priced for very little work.

I am updating my review. Turn it On's owner called me about the one star review. He apologized for the no-shows and agreed that was unacceptable. He asked I give them an opportunity to make it right and offered the same $60 as before. I agreed to try.

Pablo and Carlos arrived on time at 6am. They we're friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The worked for a couple of hours and fixed all the issues I had

I'm changing my review to 3 stars. Can't go higher after 2 missed appointments but would use them again. I would stress the importance of showing up or calling, but I would try them

FIRST POST
Turn it on came highly recommended from a trusted friend. However they did not come through. I made an appointment that was to be between 8 am and 11 am. At 11:30 I called and was told there had been an emergency and they would be, at best, late afternoon. He also said he was, at that time, onroute to the emergency. I communicated my displeasure. I got a call from another tech that said he could be here in 30 minutes. He can and completed, what turned out to be a very simple un-needed repair but could did not have the supplies to complete the other 4 small jobs. He took pictures and notes and said he would call me the next day. I never see or here from him again

Two weeks later I get a bill for $150. I responded with my displeasure that I had not received services as promised and had lost money taking time away from work to make the appointment.

Several days later I get a call from sales person. He says he is sorry the did not perform. He agrees to withdraw the bill. And offers a $60 credit if I would give them another chance. So I did. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Today was the 2nd appointment scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10am. At 10:15 I get a call stating the tech was behind and could he arrive between 2 and 4. I said no and ask how they even stay in business.

If I could give less than one star I would.

I received a few email reminders of my appointment. Thank you. Rose Marie (sp?) called to say Derek was on his way. Derek was very professional and explained every step of his troubleshooting and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable about working on manufactured homes and didn't seem to mind my asking several questions about them. (I'm a first time homeowner and bought the property with no history of it or manufactured homes in general. He was extremely patient and persistent finding the source of the problem. If it was me, after the third unsuccessful test locating the problem, I would have told the owner Buy a new home. (Joke) He double checked that all outlets and covers were back in place and cleaned up after himself. He did not try to up sell me but did suggest a few upgrades, some I could do myself, that should be done to avoid future problems. I do have one or two other projects I will have them do for me in the near future. Thank you Mike, Derek and Rose Marie!

I cant put down in words how great this company is. Dave came to my home today(Saturday) to help with a tripped breaker. I called him at 10:00am and he was here by 12:30. Great work, very professional. I highly recommend him.

We woke to a Friday morning with weird lighting fluctuations. I checked the service panel to find a burning smell and melted bus bar under AC breaker. Since bus bar was melted, I contacted SRP who provided some certified electrical companies and we decided to give Phoenix Contracting Services a call. Jeff showed up the same day to provide a full diagnose of the issue. He pointed out that the main breaker was also showing signs of burning in addition to the burnt breaker / bus bar I had seen. Jeff indicated based on age of home along with these two factors, we’d need a complete service panel replacement. I was concerned as we were going into a long holiday weekend and our home was only partially powered. Thankfully the weather going into weekend was going into cool down so we didn’t need AC. Jeff walked me through all the steps to complete the job and got the ball moving quickly by getting permit, requesting Blue Stake services, inspections and working with SRP for power disconnect / reconnects. Jeff and his team completed the work very fast with only minimal total power outage. His crew was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jeff even added an additional garage circuit for my tools which I’d wanted for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your electrical needs.

Garrett and Coppertown Electric were absolutely outstanding! I called them at 8:17PM on a Sunday night and Garrett was there by 9:30PM at the latest. He inspected everything and said it was My electric company that needed to be called. He called them for me. WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I would recommend them to anyone and already have. D

The electrician, Armando was a fantastic person to come out to my home to give me an estimate. I wanted to take my island out which had three electrical outlets that needed to be decommissioned,. He was very professional, and personable he gave me suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything . he found that my GFI in my kitchen was not up to code, and made me aware of that and price that out too if I chose to do it which I did,. The remodel of my kitchen I feel confident is going to be successful with all the correct electrical work that has been done by Armando and Gideon electric service.

We used this company to help when my organization server room was shorting out. Marc was fantastic. Kept me in the loop and never spoke to me like I was a dumb woman like many people tend to do in the technical field. Everyone in the company we spoke to was very friendly and service was also very fast. We will use them if ever a need comes up again.
