We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeida's crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

The cost was very reasonable and they did amazing work. The workers were respectful of my tons of plants which was much appreciated because I know that they have a job to do. Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can't remember a time he didn't respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I'm not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can't wait for the next project he can do for us!

If you are looking for a metal roof these are the guys - this is ALL they do. Had a great experience with the salesman Alex, field rep Jim and office staff Lori. Our roof was in bad shape and while Vertex couldn't get to our house immediately, they did tarp our roof pending the install. The crew removed the old shingle roof and did a great clean-up job. The metal roof was installed professionally and long before promised. Our home looks better, has increased in value and we couldn't be happier!
