Best R O Systems in Phoenix AZ

Called on Jan 6th and today Jan 8 no call back. If the don't want to do roof leaks just tell me. Poor response. If it gets better I will update my review accordingly.
Owner contacted me and advised secretary is out of office and they will contact me next week.

this is a very dishonest company. they told us that they are replaced the the first photo of the highlight area but they only replaced a very portion of it. Google does not let me load the photo. you can see my yelp review for it.

We received an honest and fair priced proposal and no surprises upon completion. Crew was hardworking and efficient. Materials were of good quality. Overall we are completely satisfied with Brown Roofing and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The Ky-Ko team was excellent...from the estimate, the power wash, the repair of a crack, installation of 2 skylights and 2 layers of spray covering. And Oscar's visit to check the job today was extremely interesting. He inspected the roof, sent me pictures of the job, provided me his card and ensured me to call should any concern arise. He was respectful, kind and very personable....a great representative of the company. We used Ky-Ko in 2005 and again this year...and we'll continue to call on Ky-Ko.

In addition to numerous roof repairs, gutter installations, chimney repairs, etc, this is third roof replacement we have purchased in our home-owning lives. My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

They quickly identified the problem and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.
