Best Installation Repair in Phoenix AZ

My experience was top notch. The final bill was actually less than the estimate. I had bad roof damage and the team worked hard and overtime to get my repairs done before the next big storm hit. I am very pleased with the professionalism and dedication of this team. I would recommend.

We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. I had some damage from a storm called TSM Dustin was able to get my roof replaced through my insurance co. Dustin was professional and caring. I highly recommend!

The section requiring repair now appears like new. I have found over the years that Renco provides dependable, courteous, conscientious workers. Will and Joe were proud of their work and cleaned up the area nicely.

We needed our roof redone because it was old and had a few leaks throughout the house. We got a few quotes form different companies, but Jesse was the only one that actually went on the roof and took a look around to see what actually needed to be done. We thought the price was reasonable and they did a great job! They were quick and the only thing that they maybe could have improved was picking up the nails afterward. We found a handful of them around our lot afterward! But would definitely recommend!

KY-KO recoated our foam roof. Inspected, washed, coated roof. Professional, on time, quality work, safeguarded stuff.

Crew was prompt and professional. Answered all of my questions throughout the process, and explained where the original roofers had made mistakes. Attention to detail was excellent, and the roof tiles were cut with such precision they actually look better than before. Highly recommend.

Poor communication

Top notch service. High quality work. Communicative. We had Mikku & Sons repair the roof of our new home. We were incredibly pleased with the service provided and the high quality of work performed. Importantly, Devin and Mike were communicative, honest, and were fair with their pricing. Will definitely use them again in the future!

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Jack and his team did a great job at our commercial building handling a repair caused by a fallen tree branch. They got the job done quickly and economically. I highly recommend this company.

Roof replacement on approx 2500 Sq Ft garage. Very professional, responsive, excellent quality work and fast. Important point the crew did a fantastic clean up job. After the job was complete could not tell they were ever there except for the new roof, Great work by Kris and his crew.

Gave Hardacker Roofing 5 Stars because they earned them! Clyde and his company are top notch. Professional and courteous in every way. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

Five years ago, Vertex Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I encountered the company at the Tucson Home Show, where I was trying to find a roofer quickly because a recent storm had precipitated a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling due to a hole in the roof. Everyone I've worked with from the company has treated me with courtesy and behaved very professionally. Arrangements were made and the roof was installed expeditiously (if my memory can be trusted, I think it took them just a few days to install). And it looks beautiful! The long-term warranty on the roof made me feel even more confident about their services. To be honest, since the roof was installed, twice I had leaks in my house that I thought were from a roof problem. I called Vertex both times and they came out to look at the problem. Both times they identified the source of the leak, and it wasn’t the roof (long stories that I won’t get into here). Each time I felt they were patient and helpful with me, despite the fact that their product was not the problem. In sum, I have had positive experiences with Vertex Roofing and highly recommend them for both quality of product and professionalism of staff.
