Andrew worked tirelessly to make sure the project was done right. We have a very old house with nontraditional wiring, and it was definitely not an easy job. However, Andrew rose to the challenge and figured out the solution. Andrew remained cheerful and professional throughout. He was easy to communicate with, professional, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him!

We lost power in 1 room and couldn't figure it out. Chris figured it out quickly and made a repair that was preventing the outlets from getting power. Very nice and friendly!

Technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He identified what I needed done and thoroughly explained how they would complete the work. He was unable to complete the work on this visit because I needed a special breaker to accommodate my portable generator and outlet but we agreed that when they have the part they can come out and finish the work. Since my generator is being serviced it’s not an issue. Very satisfied right now and will update after work is complete.

I have used Doctor fix it many times, and would recommend them to any one that needs repairs. I have always been impressed with their Technicians, Jose C was knowledgeable and seemed to know furnaces very well but was rude and needs to improve on his communication skills, He did not leave me any details of the tests or work he did on my Furnace, I have no paper work showing what was done. Call Doctor Fix it for repairs, But ask for a different technician.

Golden West saves the day again. I can't say enough good things about this entire outfit. I've used them for heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs for my building and they rock.This time Andy came for an AC issue. This issue has plagued me for 2 summers and I had several other companies come to try to fix it. One main competitor spent 7 hours here troubleshooting before telling me to rewire the building.Andy came in and found the problem in literally 7 minutes. It was a mess from other poor work. He cleaned it all up, got my AC working, did the system maintenance, and was out of here in under an hour. So grateful for GW sending someone that was smart, capable, and friendly.THESE GUYS ARE RAD!
