Rob was absolutely phenomenal. He took so much time to explain every component of our air conditioner to me, and educate me on the issues. You can tell that he genuinely loves his job and loves sharing his knowledge and experience with others. I have them on speed dial now and wouldn’t use anyone else moving forward. I felt that they were priced fairly and gave me multiple options to fit my budget. There was no awkward pressure at the end of our exchange to purchase anything I wasn’t ready to. Really appreciated that!

Had to demo and re-run my kitchen sink and laundry room drain pipes back to the main sewer line. Jay and Dillon were awesome very courteous and took into consideration our young children’s nap schedule as they completed the repair. They kept us up to date on the repair as it progressed and cleaned up the area well afterward. Very happy with their work!

This was my first experience with AAA…and I must say I was impressed! I had an urgent situation with my AC/furnace leaking water into the utility closet and through the kitchen ceiling below. I called AAA in the morning and they were able to have a technician come out the same late afternoon! Rob was not only a true professional but such a likable guy, he identified the issue, did a comprehensive inspection of my furnace and AC. Unfortunately, as I kinda expected, it’s time for both my furnace and AC to be replaced! I just wasn’t expecting prices to have sky rocketed so much in the past few years…and I mean sky rocketed!Anyway, Rob did a “temporary” fix so my tenants can at least have their AC till I can work out the cost for a new system! I’m hopeful AAA will give me the best possible pricing so we can move forward and begin a new working relationship!Thank you again Rob and AAA!

Knowledgeable technicians in both the electrical, heating and plumbing trades. Great communication. I received text messages and e-mails showing photographs and names of all technicians before they arrived at our home. They also put enough people on our project to complete it all in one day--much appreciated. This most recent project was electrical. Prior were plumbing. I've been pleased with every person they've sent out.

I am only giving 4 starts because my 1st appointment, 2 weeks ago, was cancelled after waiting for 7 hrs. In regards to today’s service—It is a 5 stars. Technician Reid was professional, respectful and explained what he would be doing to provide the services requested. Additionally, he explained issues he found with the furnace and AC and provided suggestions/cost to fix issues/billing charges. I was very impressed with both technicians. Kudos to both of them. I will definitely refer AAA Service Plumbing, Heating and Electric Co to my friends and family.

AAA came out to give me a quote on doing some electrical work. The quote was ultimately much higher than I had expected so I declined any service at that time. Asked the tech if he could send me the estimates so I could discuss them with my other half. The tech tried to get me to agree to sign the cheaper estimate at the very least and then decide from there. But when I refused to agree to any work, which he said he couldn't do that day anyway, he told me I'd have to pay $49 for the service call. Now, I've had lots of companies give me quotes and I've NEVER been charged for an estimate so that was off putting. Also, he never did send me the estimates like he said he would but I know they have my email address because they sent me the invoice for the $49. I won't be using this company and I don't recommend them.Finally, if you look at their reviews on yelp, you'll see that they have a much lower rating there, which makes me wonder if they have low scoring Google reviews removed.

Had the sewer replaced. Master plumber didn't account for the elevation change. Had to install a pump after digging a level line. 2 day job took 6 days. Master plumber was rarely around. No compensation just gave me extra charges at cost. Crews doing the work were the best part of the sservice. Doubt I'll ever call this company again. It's finally done.

We initially called AAA for their $79 drain clean. I can't remember the name of the guy who came to clean our line, but he was very personable and professional. He wore shoe covers in our house and put down a mat at the cleanout. He talked us through what he felt, but recommended that his teammate came with the camera to scope the line.Jim Anderson came arrived on time to run a scope through our sewer line. Similarly, he wore shoe covers and protected our flooring while he worked. It was determined that we needed to replace the ceramic sewer line in our yard. Jim walked me through our options and described the work that would be done and how it may affect our property. He was thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. He helped us quickly schedule the replacement.Less than a week later, the dig crew (Edwardo, Manuel, and Oscar) were at our house for the replacement. You guys - they were AWESOME!!! They were quick, clean, and concise. They did a really great job on the concrete pour back too! Our yard was a hot mess. Piles of dirt everywhere. We left to pick up our daughter and take her to an appointment and when we got home with her an hour or so later, they were finished, cleaned up, and you could barely tell that our yard was all tore up just hours earlier. I've included some pictures because it shows it so much better.AAA Service is the real deal. I highly recommend their service if you are in need. High Five AAA!

We had a main water line break Ty at AAA came out on a Friday to give me a quote. They were able to get the repair scheduled and fixed the following day. Prior to AAA coming out to give us a quote. We tried another plumber which gave us six days to come out repair the main line. If we went with the first company, it would’ve been 10 days without water. Using AAA. It was one day to be scheduled and fixed. They were very professional, extremely fast and very reasonable.. We will go with AAA from now on!!We signed up for a yearly membership based on the wonderful customer service we received. AAAA+++++

I always feel lucky when I get a randomly selected service tech who is confident, knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent at their craft. Today I won some sort of service lottery with Greg Thompson. He was all of the above and also approached my unique situation with empathy and integrity. Plus, he was detail oriented and left my house as neat as he found it. I will definitely be requesting him every time I call AAA from here on out.

Even though the service was more expensive than I thought it would be, Tyler was professional and kind while explaining the details. He was very honest and direct about the installation and the cost of my plumbing issues. Tyler is great and we are happy with the repairs.

The air conditioner breaking in the middle of July heat is never a fun experience, but I am thankful for Austin Hinkle and Cameron with AAA Plumbing, Heating and Electric. They did an amazing job supporting us in looking through all of our options, as well as providing us with the knowledge and expertise to make the most informed decision. I am so thankful they were there to help us!

John Johnson is probably the most thorough and talented plumbers I've ever had in my home! He taught me a lot about the plumbing issues I have and explained everything he did. He's honest, hard working, fair, and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I can sleep easier tonight knowing he took care of the most serious problems and has a plan moving forward for some of the other minor issues. Thank you John!

Tyler was professional and very knowledgeable regarding our A/C. He arrived on time, which we were thankful for because we got canceled the day before. The work he did we appreciated because he didn't know if it would work or not...we discussed it and decided to have him try and the part he replaced worked , in minutes we had cool air flowing.. job well done Tyler

Upon returning home from a trip we found that our basement had a dream that it backed up a bit. This is my first using AAA Plumbing, Heating & HVAC and they were so nice and so responsive. It was amazing actually. Jessie came and was so cheerful and helpful and cleared our basement drain and went upstairs as well for us. I will definitely use them again. I chose them because of all the great reviews, and our experience today was exactly as so many others have been – absolutely outstanding.

Greg Thompson is a Godsend! Very knowledgeable, Friendly and informative. We had a expansion valve on water heater get stuck open and water was running constantly due to home not having water expansion tank. Greg showed up and diagnosed problem and installed expansion tank. During this service call he also noticed water heater vent was not properly connected to outside and basement was potentially filling with carbon monoxide on a new build home. Greg in my eyes, saved a family of 5 (my wife and I and our 3 young children)from becoming another statistic of carbon monoxide poisoning. Thank you for a job well done and glad you are so knowledgeable and professional and went out of your way to fix something DR Horton took shortcuts on!

We have had a great experience being customers with AAA for the past one year. We got our garbage disposal and water heater installed and Branden did a great job. He walked us through all the new fixtures and also advised us on other pipes around the house. We also had Reid work on our compressor motor and they were both efficient, helpful and accessible with information.

We called Andrei M. out for a spigot leak and he ended up replacing the entire spigot, installing a new kitchen faucet with up-to-code shut-offs and letting us know that our water heater was on its last legs and leaking. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting everything done faster than expected, and likely saved us a lot of money in the long run. Really good guy and great plumber!

They were able to schedule me for next day service. The technician, Austin, was on time, communicative, and gave me multiple pricing options ranging from bare minimum to fix the issue all the way up to a Cadillac approach to my HVAC system. I chose a mid tier option and my AC was fixed that day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Phone call was very professional and customer service oriented. They couldn't come out to fix a water leak at the house shut off valve for three days but we had it contained so not a big deal. Benjamin came on time and with a heads up about when he'd be here. The problem was he kept trying to sell work. He wanted to add a pressure valve, have us but a new water heater, ours is 14 years old, and join their loyalty program for 20 dollars a month. The other issue was price. They were going to charge 1100 dollars to change out a valve and he wanted to cut drywall for more access. Went with another company for 425 dollars and no need to cut drywall. Not sure how they have customers when they're so over priced

We returned from a trip to find standing water in our basement. AAA was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Larry B. provided great service and was able to quickly identify and fix our slow drain. After fixing, he explained the issue, what we could do to prevent the issue from happening again, and was very thorough in checking to make sure the fix would last. The prices were fair, too. I highly recommend AAA and Larry for your plumbing needs.

We had a leak when we got our new washer and dryer. We had a main valve blow up downstairs. Finally got everything fixed and our new appliances finally. Than this…. They were so kind and responded that very day! Roman was amazing trying to help us because my husband had cancer and we were just overwhelmed!! He was awesome and kind!! 5/5 rating for him!! Then Michael and Dillon put in the appliance! They worked hard and were amazing!! Both of those young men also get a 5/5 rating!!

I received same-day service from Rob, who diagnosed the problem with ease, fixed it in around an hour, and diagnosed other issues that I should pay attention to in the future. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness he showed. I would definitely recommend this company!

They are very friendly, qualified, and professional. However, they are extremely overpriced. Literally over $200 just to replace an outlet box that costs $50. You will pay roughly double for the same job compared to hiring a local handyman. I give a large weight to value/price so until they become far more reasonable (like 25-50% premium) I cannot recommend for handyman calls.

There was a gas leak in my newly purchased home that I needed to get fixed. I called AAA and they were quick to help and sent a tech right away. Roman was great — extremely helpful and walked me through every step during the repair. His professionalism and expertise showed through his work product. I’ll definitely be using AAA for all of my plumbing and heating needs going forward!

Austin did a bunch of work for us (fixing a mess some contractors made) and he was fantastic!!! He is very professional and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. Highly recommend AAA and particularly Austin! Thanks for a job well done!

They have been a good company in my previous experiences. Honest.This experience was anything but... The techs name was Austin and upon arrival I let him know we are just after a simple service/cleaning of equipment.After basically pulling my furnace filter out and running a test on my AC he proceeded to tell me for him to certify anything we were gonna need to spend $8,000 minimum. I let him know that I've had no issues with either and he wanted to argue with that, even though I live in the home.We passed on that estimate and got a second opinion from Coyote HVAC. This tech was extremely honest and walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly how he knew my AC and furnace were operating within parameters. I ended up replacing the AC capacitor which tested slightly low for a total of $400.Will never use AAA services again.

We had our main sewer line back up and decided to call AAA due to the good reviews and the price for the service. Technician Andrew Nunez came to our home sooner than expected (which was great) and was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Within an hour he had our line flowing again. He answered all of our questions and explained all of our options thoroughly. We would definitely call AAA again with any such issue and recommend to others.

I had a kitchen drain that I could not solve. Called AAA after a recommendation from a friend . Shawn Woodward was the Plummer who came out. Shawn is very pleasant and polite and got right to work. He walked me through everything he was going to do and everything that he did. I appreciated his skills, his knowledge and his honesty. very happy I called AAA.

This was the first time we have used AAA. A neighbor suggested we give them a call when we were experiencing a heating issue and we are now recommending them to one of our other neighbors. Making an appointment was easy: Ryan arrived as planned; he was respectful of our home; knowledgeable; professional; and personable. He made sure we understood what the issues were; how he recommended solving them; and the costs and urgency associated with each issue. He was able to fix the major issue that day - hurrah!

Brian Cochrane and his partner were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get our major electrical project taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend them!

So my experience with AAA service did not go as well as I'd hoped it would. If you want to pay $800 (or $715 with a 15 % discount) because I was a monthly member to replace a kitchen faucet, have at it. I provided the new faucet. Took the guy about an hour. And still charged me $800 because they are licensed and bonded blah blah blah. Did manage to get $100 refund after talking to a manager about the audacity of charging someone $800 for an hours worth of work. He tried to justify it. With the 15 % discount they offer to members they can put whatever number they want to on a job, and try to convince you your saving money because your a member. What a joke. I would give 2 star but hey. I recieved some money back after being practically robbed. Find another company because these guys will give you whatever price they want. Licensed and bonded to rip people off!!!!BTW. Check out their BBB page. Not sure how they have so many good reviews on Google. I usually rely on Google reviews but this company pulled one over on me. Their BBB reviews reflects the kind of buisness they are running, which is a SCAM!!! I'm not the first person or the last to be completely taken advantage of and ripped off. Especially on the faucet replacement. To many people have comments on their honest opinion of price gouging on their BBB which should do more harm. Do not rely on these Google reviews it's all hogwash!Changed my review to 1 star because they deserve it.

This company was great! We worked with John Johnson for a horrible noise we thought was coming from our water pipes. He was very kind and cooperative. He changed out some parts that we thought was causing the noise. After he left, we heard the noise again. We called and he came back right away and ended up finding the true source. After, he inspected the rest of our home systems. Great and timely service, we will definitely use them again.

This was our first time working with AAA Service, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were fantastic. Our technician, Josiah, was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He did an amazing job on a repair and went above and beyond to fix a minor leak we had also while he was here (which wasn’t even the primary reason we called AAA). They were also very reasonably priced and didn’t nickel and dime us the way other plumbers have done in the past. We will be using AAA Service exclusively in the future.

He walked into a complex plumbing snafu, and was able to quickly and accurately triage the situation, make thoughtful expert recommendations for next steps, and ensure that all work needed was completed expeditiously by going above and beyond to coordinate services and timing. John’s explanation of the issues present, the cost and suggested order of operations was clear, concise and easy to understand.Kim and Andrew were also amazing to work with. Between kids, the house and work, I don’t have any free time, so having the comprehensive and professional attention to my plumbing circumstance was infinitely helpful. I am thrilled to be taking a hot shower with a working faucet again!

It was pleasure working with our technician John Johnson and all of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric. During a trip out of country, our water heater of only six years decided to go on us. Having our water heater go out while being gone is one of my worst fears as a homeowner. Luckily, John was able to look at the issue within 24 hours. He provided plenty of pictures so I could see the issues myself, and we decided to replace before it got worse. After seeing the detail of the finished project it was worth every penny. It was even $1000 less than another quote we were given by a company that couldn't even be bothered to take pictures. Very happy with John's work and all the kind support staff over the phone!

I am giving 5 stars specifically for John Johnson. I was getting new floors installed and two of my toilets needed work done suddenly. John came immediately and assessed the situation. He was so nice and prioritized completing my work in such a quick turnaround. Definitely one of the best plumbers that’s ever helped me. He is knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain why and what needs to be done.

They were able to come out the next day. He was helpful, understanding and considerate when it ended up being something very simple. I feel very comfortable using their services!

Called AAA service on one of the first hot days of the summer when our AC stopped cooling the house. I was shocked and thrilled to schedule a same day appointment. Umberto came that afternoon and found our AC unit had a loose fuse at the AC cutoff that was causing the problem. After he simply pushed the fuse back in, he did a full checkup of our HVAC system and let us know everything was running well. We only had to pay the $49 service.

I met with Jay with AAA. He called before our appointment to give a heads up. Jay was helpful and professional. He went over all of my options and estimates for the work I needed. I would highly recommend AAA for their Technician and knowledge in the field.

I called AAA for a spring tuneup of my AC and they promptly scheduled me for the next morning. Chuck was the technician that serviced our unit. He was very pleasant and polite and thoroughly explained any concerns that he had after he inspected and serviced our HVAC. AAA has been the only company that I have used while we have been living in this house for the past two years. I will continue to rely on them because they provide excellent and prompt service.

Chris Young was very helpful explaining many aspects of my AC. He was knowledgeable but more importantly he was honest about what is going on. I’m very impressed he was also able to get me a follow up appointment they very same day!

I’m very pleased with the professional service, expertise, and service provided by Andrei and AAA. He set me up with an upgraded and more efficient water heater because mine was not properly serviced by the previous owner, that comes with a 10 year warranty (5 parts/10 labor). Andrei was patient and went over all of the details in what is covered, and made me feel confident in my decision to go with AAA.

Total concrete buried pipe replacement for ranch home. Several cracked cast iron pipes replaced. Had our Master shower, sink & toilet working first day so we didn’t have to sleep elsewhere. Prepped stairs and containment areas with plastic. Courteous, personable, quick crew of 4. Three friends highly recommended AAA and now so do we!

Andrei M Is very thorough, friendly, looks at all possibilities and explains them in a clear and understandable way. He made a repair very quickly but also completely. I also asked him to do an estimate and he looked at several methods to complete the job, which I chose not to do. But he explained the process and each cost.I hope the next time I need plumbing work I get Andrei.

My sump pump needed repair. AAA tech came out and informed me that there were some issues with the original install (done by another company) which resulted in a leak in the pipe that fried the system. It could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. Not news I wanted to hear. But the tech was very supportive as he sat me down to explain everything. He provided several options (one more affordable and one more expensive) and answered all of our questions. My sump pump has been replaced and is running well.

Every point of contact was professional and efficient. Jose G. was great. He explained everything that he was going to do and offered up additional services that were reasonable (not just trying to add services that I didn’t need). Jose had the job done very quickly and I felt that he was respectful of my house and my time.

John Johnson was simply amazing! Just a real knowledgeable person with extraordinary customer service skills. Informed and provided the necessary information for me to make a decision. Great AAA experience.

John Johnson was extremely professional, and went the extra mile to make sure the installation of our hot water heater was done thoroughly and correctly. He also made sure everything was functioning properly, and explained every detail of his installation. Outstanding 5 star service!

Greg Thompson was amazing. He came over for a plumbing & boiler inspection as part of the Happy Home service we signed up for. He was wonderful! Incredibly thorough & considerate. You could tell he had our best interest at mind. We will certainly be calling Greg back when we have future plumbing needs.

Andrei was very professional, on time, and extremely knowledgable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our hot water heater while also keeping us under our budget. He also found that the water pressure going into our house was way too high and took care of that, saving us lots of potential headaches and money spent on repairs down the road. The technician tried to sell me services that were not needed. Starting with a wax ring $250, to excavation and sewer rerouting. Told me the auger was stuck in the pipe and needing a $300 camera scope. Told me they could cut the auger or sell me the whole machine and leave. I offered my help to get the auger out of the sewer and wow it came out and the line was cleared. AAA is no longer a family owned business. I think the business is owned by a crook. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had a simple request to tell me the cost to install a customer toilet. I was told that an onsite service technician was required to tell me the cost. Five minutes into the service visit the technician pulled his tablet out and looked up customer toilet and told me basically 950.00$us. And now I was responsible for a 49.95$us visit charge.cool scam for a black and white diagnosis. I believe it would be different for a plugged drain or backed up shower.needless to say I didn't use AAA.

I had AAA service, plumbing, heating and electrical replacing my electrical service and device outlets. They were very professional, prompt, courteous, and thoroughly knowledgeable. Rodney, Brian, and Nick were wonderful to work with. Rodney was especially conscientious and thorough in replacing my electrical service. AAA were wonderful and big help when our plumbing just stopped working all of a sudden. They were here and fixed the problem within 24 hours. Jose Gallardo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumbing fix!

He gave me recommendations, cleaned everything thoroughly, and had the right filter on-hand to replace mine, which was probably overdue 😅 Thanks!More good work today from John Johnson! Came out to fix my leaking shutoff valves under the sink. Got brand new, durable quarter-turn valves and he even cleaned up my copper pipes to make them look like new. Thanks again fellas 👍

I will first start off by saying I don't know anything about plumbing. Which is why for our whole home repipe and water heater replacement it was important for us to go with a company that had a good reputation and would know what they were doing. We had multiple companies come and give us quotes and we decided on AAA Services (AAA).The job was scheduled really quickly which was very impressive. For the job AAA sent out Brandon. Not only was Brandon very fast but he was working alone. We we were sure the job was going to be about a week but were surprised it took only two days. In addition, I felt very safe having Brandon in my home while he worked. He was very friendly and nice. And we had water every single night. Lastly, I want to highlight that Brandon did a great job with access points; we knew there would be some construction because of the size of the job, but it was very minimal and he cleaned up really well at the end.I wanted to give 5 stars, but there was an issue with the permitting which is why I ultimately ended up giving only 4. As I mentioned, I don't know anything about plumbing. When we met with each company to 'interview' them, we asked if they pulled permits. All the companies said they did so I didn't think anything of it when we picked AAA. Turns out, I didn't really know much about permitting either, so it was a relief that I didn't have to pull the permit. After the work was done, Brandon told me I could put everything back together. I didn't have time to do it, which turned out to be a good thing, because while I was wrapping up the job, I realized that I may be able to get a discount on my homeowners insurance by replacing the galvanized pipes. However, when I called my insurance, they said they needed a copy of the permit and the final inspection. Final inspection? I said to myself. Who was supposed to do the final inspection I wondered? But I sent the info to AAA and figured that would be the end of it. Nope. A few days after I requested the permit, I got a call from AAA saying they needed to schedule the final inspection. Which felt strange since Brandon had told me I could put everything back together. But I was fine with it, we scheduled the inspection. Then the inspection happened and multiple parts of the job failed. No single failure was too terrible, but when added together I was pretty frustrated. Then, after the failure, I started to think, why did the inspection just now happen a few weeks after the project was done. Then I requested a copy of the permit and it was requested after the work was done, conveniently, shortly after I asked for it for insurance purposes. Now, I cannot speak to the dates or the intention, but it sure felt to me that even though we asked about a permit, I am not confident that AAA would have pulled one if I hadn't asked. Then to see the work fail, I was pretty disheartened by the company.But wait, if thats all true, how come you gave them 4 stars. Well, I did this for a few reasons, first and foremost, every single person that came to my house, from the initial quote, to the work, to the response after the failure, to the people I spoke with on the phone were all exceptional. (except for one person, who was actually very very rude). The items that failed were not anything that would have caused damage to my home and technically the job was done. I also respect that AAA works with multiple municipalities all of which may have slightly different coding. Lastly, as soon as I brought this up to AAA, I really felt like they WANTED to fix the issue. It wasn't as if they were rude or dragging their feet to make this right.I will say this as a final note, as a consumer, if you are like me, and you don't know anything about anything, a permit and inspection is there to protect you. You (me) as the consumer should ask to see the permit before work begins and be adamant about the final inspection. I really feel like its our responsibility, as homeowners, to protect ourselves. Some companies are out there to save money and could be cutting corners.

We love AAA Service. Today Andrei replaced an outside faucet and our water heater. He was respectful, professional and made sure we knew all the features and operations. We regularly rely on AAA for our needs.

Thought plumber John Johnson did excellent job fixing my pipe leak which was in very hard pipe position. Went out of his way to do work in very professional and efficient way. Solder joints are some best I now have in my house. Call him again if I need any other plumbing work on my house

Justin was as professional and efficient as I could ever expect. We had our package maintenance appointment for our HVAC system come up at the same time we discovered water coming out of our vents. Not knowing if this was a plumbing issue or otherwise we were really worried about getting it repaired ASAP. Justin completed our maintenance service and found the source of our water leak and resolved that for us. He saved us a plumbing charge as well as brought our system up to speed for the Summer season. Having purchased the maintenance package has been a true value for us. Having a technician like Justin saved us costs incurred for sourcing and stopping out water issue is just a bonus. I recommend AAA Service without reservation. Thank you, thank you.

I needed to get my AC and Furnace replaced - I had many estimates done by other companies and AAA Service had a very similar estimate, but I choose to go with them due to the good reviews on Google. They were quick to get the instillation done but the problems began with the permit inspection. They scheduled an appointment with the city inspector but failed to send a technician with a ladder even though AAA had to use one to do the work on the roof, so we had to schedule a follow up. Then the work they did failed the follow up permit inspection. A third follow up was scheduled for the corrections to be made but the technician never showed up. Then when they did (on the 4th appointment at this point), the technician advised they wanted to leave their ladder in my apartment because they said the city doesn't advise when the inspector was coming and the AAA technician didn't want to wait in their car for the inspector (funny enough, AAA doesn't give a timeframe when they are coming either, just a date that they missed half the time). Finally, the inspector deemed the work up to code and passed the inspection. When I called to get the permit paperwork, AAA told me that all they had was an email saying it passed... I asked them to send it to me and they never did. I had to go on the city's public records to find it myself and I only knew how to do so because of prior job experience with permits. Now, I have called three times for them to come get their ladder and they keep saying they will come and get it but never do. Long story short, they have missed multiple appointments and the only way to get something done is to call them 3-5 times. I wouldn't recommend using them because all they care about is the install and getting your money, after that, you have to beg them to do their jobs. When I spend $12,000, I expect a decent level of customer service/professionalism in addition to the actual work. The quick repairs needed to pass the inspection took weeks to get done because their lack of responsiveness/missed appointments. If I didn't work from home, this process would have taken even longer/been even more frustrating because I would have had to take multiple days off work for nothing due to their many missed appointments.

Very competent and professional electrician arrived in time scheduled and performed his sleuthing work in efficient manner until finally arriving at the source of my electrical problem and quickly fixing the problem. He also discovered another serious and previously unrecognized problem with my larger (of two) air conditioner units which was not operating. Plan made to arrange for AC repair w/in a short period of time.

I was happy with the service yet once the techs left the connection to my swamp cooler isn’t working properly. Not sure if it is because it was left on during the repair when water was shut off or not. Or the use of old parts to reattach the water line once the repair was completed. Not very happy that a pipe they replaced within the last year was replaced and no credit for replacing a pipe they repaired 6 mo ago.

Greg did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen disposal. He also shared helpful information to maintain our plumbing. Definitely would recommend AAA and Greg to others.

I was extremely concerned about a leak I had from my upstairs bathrooms. I worked with benjamin was extremely respectful even wore shoe covers when I told him he didn’t need to, two other gentleman came to my house and did a wonderful job in a very timely manner extremely professional, and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency sewer line backup and called AAA for a consultation, scheduled the work and wound up replacing the entire sewer line from the house to the main. A crew came the next day with a camera, all equipment to trench and worked 12 hours until it was done. They explained the entire process, gave me quotes and recommendations for a spot repair, but after reviewing the camera results, I made the decision to replace the entire line. They even sent someone to talk to me because I’m a senior, just to make sure I had all my faculties. I’m not sure about those results, but all the landscaping was returned to normal and the next day a plumber came out and cleaned every drain in the house and even replaced some traps. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thanks to Manny and his crew Andrea and Jim. Everyone was great. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

AAA Service is excellent at communicating which is important to me. The work is always done thoroughly and completely. I had plumbing work and Andrei did an excellent job and explained what and why, which is important to a layperson like me.

After more than 10 years of being an AAA customer and maintenance member, I will no longer recommend this company and will only continue to use them until my warranty runs out or I move, whichever comes first. The techs who come to do the work are respectful and professional and get 5 stars (Chris and Josh most recently), but my $17k + HVAC replacement experience has been extremely frustrating and earns the company as a whole a lower score.Here are the major issues:1. I question the sales tactics used with me (woman over 60). Even after several requests, I did not receive the tech’s documented recommendation and estimate of repairs from the A/C maintenance/inspection that occurred earlier the same morning as the HVAC replacement estimate until days after the install. Usually, you get this via email immediately after the visit. Also, I felt pressured to get a next day install even though my 13 year old, builder installed, HVAC system was working fine. The fixes recommended by AAA over the past year or 2 were several $1,000's, so it seemed logical to replace instead. I also had to pay ½ up front before the work, which I never had to do before. So, in retrospect, I felt that all of this was meant to keep me from changing my mind, but of course that’s just my opinion. However, I was sold an over-sized system, which they eventually re-evaluated and replaced after several complaints and system issues. So, they did honor their 100% guarantee in this respect.2. Unanswered questions via email after purchase. Example: Although all invoices and estimates are sent via email, after questioning what was installed the 1st time was not completely what I agreed to, I received via USPS mail an updated invoice with a separate page of my electronic signatures attached. Since the updated invoice did not match the printed copy I had from their portal or via email, I asked about it. My question of when I was presented with and actually signed this updated invoice was never answered.3. Started getting ill within 24 hrs. of the 2nd HVAC system install but didn’t make the connection to the system itself until a few days later. When I called AAA to explain what was happening, I was told to get my ducts cleaned because it can’t be anything related to the system. After doing my own research I found my symptoms were consistent with refrigerant exposure, so I emailed them and requested a refrigerant leak test. Two days later a tech came out and the meter reading was very high, indicating a major leak. He said the line had not been closed properly during the install. So much had leaked over the 10 days to this point, the system needed to be drained, refilled, and tested. He closed the line at that time but the rest of the work had to be completed the next day. My health issues went away after this.4. The system installed (Goodman) is noisier than my previous, builder installed, Lennox.5. The install failed the city inspection. One of the issues is electrical. I asked AAA if this is a fire hazard and should stop using the system until the fix. I was told it was not. Sure hope that’s true! It’s been 2 weeks since the inspection (3 weeks since install) and it has not been fixed yet. When I finally got an appointment with one of their electricians a few days ago, it was canceled by AAA the morning of the appointment and rescheduled for next week.So, my HVAC saga that began on June 5th is still not over….

We had our AC tune up yesterday ahead of the season and our technician, Austin Hinkle, could not have been better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He had a few recommendations to help with the longevity of the unit and was able to take care of it all while he was here.

John Johnson did an excellent job fixing the leak in the bath tube. He had excellent customer service and explained what was wrong and did the job in quick time. This is the second time he been out to help us with multiple plumbing issues and we recommend him to others.

Absolutely worst service I've ever encountered. Two times they have left us hanging. Scheduled appointment for Memorial Day, which I stated that I was very reluctant to do and stated as such, but was assured that they were fully staffed and it was no problem at all. Was given a window of 8-12, finally at 2:45PM we called and was told oh we assigned your job to a tech that wasn't working today, I've been looking for another time to reschedule you but we are so under-staffed today I haven't been able to do. So instead of calling us to inform us of this, we wasted over half our holiday waiting around. I asked them to please just reschedule us for the following Friday to give them more time to put us on the schedule.Fast forward to Friday, I receive a text at 1PM saying the tech is in route, at 2PM I called as they hadn't arrived yet, to let them know that street parking in our neighborhood was very challenging and that if the tech would please give me a call when they were close I could give him instructions to be able to park in our secure area so they wouldn't have to hassle with street parking. They said ok we'll let him know, nothing more was said and that was that. So at 3:30 when he STILL had not arrived I called once again, I was put on hold so they could check to see where the tech was. When the gentleman returned I was told oh this is a really unique situation I've never seen this, immediately after the tech texted you he was on the way he was sent home. We still have you on the schedule but we don't know when someone will be there. Why wasn't I told this when I called the first time? Why didn't they call me when this happened? Even though it means that I must now start this all over I cancelled the appointment, as I won't give my hard earned money to such a sloppy thoughtless company.Horrible communication, sub-standard scheduling, complete disrespect of customer's time. I would highly suggest you skip this company and look for one that doesn't leave customers waiting around with no proactive communication. My only wish is that was a way to give negative stars.

I had a 22 point inspection done on my furnace. The gentleman who came out was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He even went as far as explaining how the air flow actually works and the importance of maintenance. I contacted this company because our furnace stopped working right before our coldest day of the year. They were so nice and got someone to come look at it right away. They were able to turn it back on, but we needed to get a new furnace. They worked so fast and with my schedule to get someone out to explain our options and scheduled an appointment for a installation. Bobby Folks came to do the installation and he was so nice and professional. Him and his team worked fast and answered all my questions. They also left my house even better than before they came. They cleaned everything up and explained everything to me before they left. Bobby and his team were so friendly and great to work with!I also had a plumber come out to help me in my guest bathroom shower and sink. Greg Thompson came out to look at my bathroom, but before he came our sump pump gave out and our basement was flooding. Greg was so amazing and took the time to fix our bathroom, but also our sump pump. He also had to help Bobby with moving a gas line. Greg was only supposed to be at my house for one issue but ended up staying the whole day and fixing everything in my house. He was so nice and understanding. He took the time to make sure everything was right and working. Greg also noticed one of my vents was not in the floor right and took care of it without me asking. He really took care of me that day and I appreciate it so much! He made sure I understood all my options before completing the work.I did a lot of research before picking this company, but I am so glad I went with them. Every person that has come into my house has been professional. Everyone I talk to on the phone has also been amazing and willing to work with me. I could not ask for a better company to work with! I will continue using their services!

Be prepared... I had AAA Service Plumbing repair a leak from a burst pipe. It was a very straightforward repair, but I was charged over $1000. It felt like the plumber spent more time trying to sell me on a whole home water filter and softener system ($6k - really?) than he did on the actual repair. In hindsight, I should have gone with someone else.

We’ve used this company multiple times now for repairs around the house. We always appreciate how easy it is to set up appointments in a timely manner. The technicians are always so knowledgeable and great at explaining things. This time we had John Johnson for some plumbing repairs. John really went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

If you want to pay for services you don't need this is your place!I had a simple electrical issues and was quoted over $4,000 to do unnecessary work.I know it was unnecessary work because when I said it was out of my price range and I needed a second opinion, the technician told me I didn't need to do it all right now..Then told me there was only one line item that was needed, which was still over $1,500.At that point he lost my trust and I declined any work.I received their technicians report this morning and it stated that I was not home and wouldn't answer my phone as the reason no work was done...Another lie.I appreciate they were prompt in booking the appointment and professional in the office... that's where the good experience ended though.

Had AAA come out to unclog bathroom drain but a little disappointed that the guy could not fix the entire issue as he told us he only did cleaning of drains nothing for the piping that needed attention as it leaked under sink after the cleaning and needed a gasket but he did not fix the issue he had no gaskets or fixed that type of issue?? Thought all plumbers fixed everything AAA has technicians that are specific to the issue.I would recommend getting plumbers that can fix the problem from beginning to end as this happened 2 weeks ago again as the plumber came out to check on sump pump issue and we were told we needed a sump pump specialist to come out had to schedule again for another technician to come out so had to wait another week … not very efficient in getting our issues resolved.

Our furnace went down on a cold day and they were able to get out to us shortly after we called. Austin was our tech; he did a great job explaining what caused the issue and laid out several options to remediate the issue. Extremely polite and professional…even had a treat for our pup! We’d recommend them!

I had high expectations of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating, & Electric based off the large amount of positive reviews. What I now have realized I should have looked at the theme in the negative reviews. They are indicative of the exact treatment I received. My water heater's LED indicated that there was an issue with the blower pressure sensor. When the lady who took my call asked what the issue was I gave that information. The technition arrived, took a few photos, and then told me the blower had to be replaced which would cost $2500. I asked if the pressure sensor could be replaced and the answer was no. I was shell shocked at the price. Luckily I did some research while he was in his truck assembling a quote. First, the sensor can be replaced and the cost of an OEM is $40. Secondley, the cost of a new OEM blower is $250. He returned to the door with a quote of $2400 the included the blower at a cost of somewhere a little under $500. This would have been a huge finacial burden, but you have to have hot water. After he left I downloaded the service manual. It took me 5 mins to find the flow chart for trouble shooting the pressure sensor. Within 30 mins I had my water heater back up and running with $0 cost in parts.

Had a shower drain that was clogged, A friend recommended AAA plumbing. Jesse and Jose came out and took are of the problem. They were very helpful and so courteous. Left the bathroom very clean. i would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Our furnace stopped working on a single-digit day! We called AAA at 9am and they showed up by 11am. Izzy was great and walked me through what was wrong with the furnace, why it happened and offered suggestions to avoid future issues. This was actually the second time he had worked on our furnace, so having the consistency in his knowledge of previous repairs was very helpful. We will definitely use AAA, and Izzy, in the future!

Although I believe they did a good job, the cost was way out of line. So far, no one has reached out from the company to explain why the cost was so high. $821 to install a faucet that we supplied.

Honestly, I didn’t realize businesses like this still exist! AAA service was incredibly responsive in repairing my blocked main sewer line, shortly after calling AAA they dispatch a technician. Jose Gallardo arrived and resolved the issue within an hour, very professional young man, who obviously knew his trade. If you’re looking for plumbing services, give these folks a try, I think you’ll be happy with the outcome.

Had a double AAA service today, Jose ran our sewer line and called in a follow up video run of line to get an even better assesment of our line, he was very helpful. Justin also came by today to do a furnace check up, he was excellent in answering all of our questions, offering suggestions, and will be sending info on humidifier cost. Both technicians were great.

We needed a big electrical upgrade for a workout room in the basement and electric car charging, and they came out and knocked it out quickly and professionally. They even found a way to bypass the need to tear up drywall, saving us lots of money on later repairs. Would work with again!

Our furnace was not working properly. We had used AAA in the past. So I called, and they were able to get a tech out within a couple hours. Izzy came and inspected the furnace and explained to me what was wrong and serviced it. He is very polite and good at his job.

AAA recently installed a new HVAC system at my home. Their estimator and salesperson way oversold me on a more expensive system by promising I'd save more in tax credits and Xcel Rebates. Now, post-installation, those savings are turning out to be ~20% of what the salesperson promised.I've been trying to get in touch with their team about rebates that Xcel is denying, and they've been very difficult to get a response from. I've been told only a manager can resolve, yet I've called this manager every day for a week + with no response.Do not trust this company. They are either ignorant or straight lying to their customers in order to win business. Very disappointing experience all around

Needed to have one outdoor spigot replaced. Estimate was 1,300.00 dollars. Previous repair to replace this spigot was 200.00 dollars. When asked “why” the answer was that special tools were required and that he did not want to solder where there was some insulation. Special tools to replace a spigot. He said he could replace the valve on the spigot for 450.00 but that might not work. I got the previous team coming over and they guarantee the repair will not be 200.00 to fix this spigot. No more estimates from these folks. Bad and dishonest practice.EpilogueIt should be noted that the root cause of the spigot failure was a broken “Vacuum Valve”. Replacement of the broken part and service fee was $110,00. Spigot works perfectly. Less than 10 times the estimate assessed by the AAA technician.

Greg Thompson was professional, on time and great to work with. He helped install a new sump pump after ours had mysteriously stopped running and nearly flooded our basement. Will definitely use Greg again for any plumbing needs!

John Johnson came out to our house as we had just moved in two days ago and didn't have any hot water. He came in and immediately diagnosed our problem and got it fixed in what I would call record time. He even went a step further and found some small irregularities that would hinder us in the future if it didn't get fixed now. Guys shows up to help with an out door plug. He gave it a 5 minute look did not test anything. He gave me two bids $1200 and $1600. He wanted to replace the breaker and outlet. I called a second electrician he found that the timer had a wire that burnt out. Fixed it in 5 minutes and did not charge me. Stay away from this ripoff company!!!

AAA Service was absolutely the best company I've work with. They were the first estimate we had done and after several, the one we ended up going with. I enjoyed working with Justin on the estimate for a new furnace and a/c, all my questions were answered and more. It was like he was sell to a family member, he never try to upsell us. In fact he made sure we weren't putting in more than we needed to help save on the enery cost. Austin came out to take a look at what we needed for the electric part of the install and we are so thankfully he did. He discover a major safety issue we had to have fixed right away. I asked for a bid on a garbage disposal installation. I had already purchased the unit and just needed someone to install in my condo. They sent someone out and I was quoted $600 just for a simple install. Outrageous. I paid the $49 trip fee and asked for them to email me the bid and said I would get some more opinions before I proceed. I never got the follow up email. Don’t use this company.

Absolutely love AAA! They are so responsive, professional and their plumbing repair was beyond reproach. Greg went above and beyond what was needed to make sure all our plumbing issues were repaired to our satisfaction! He was friendly and gave us options for the repairs that were needed and did not push us to do more repairs than were necessary! Would always use AAA in the future.

Our service technician, Austin was great. He efficiently diagnosed the problems with our furnace and provided options for repairs/replacement. He was super friendly the whole time, even while our toddler, infant and dog were being obnoxious. He even had a little doggie treat bag for our pooch. 10/10 would recommend him.

My living room’s thermostat would not turn off the boiler (installed by AAA in 2016) in my garage. The temperature, in my living room reached 92 degrees with no sign of slowing down…heat just kept pumping out of the living and dining room vents. We recently used AAA a while back to help install a new outlet for our washer/dryer. During that appointment we decided to become members, and wow what a great decision that was. about 11 month later we had an new/separate issue with our water heater. The technician that diagnosed the program and installed a new water heater same day was Ray Wamsley. Ray was a great technician to work with. We are so happy we became members!! It saved us both time and money which is much appreciated.

So I called because my furnace was short cycling and my house was very cold. They had Austin Hinkle stop by to take a look at it, and instead of leaving space heaters for the day like expected he actually fixed the problem and got us heat again. Austin was professional and knowledgeable making this a very pleasant experience. He also got us setup with a affordable service plan I was unaware of to avoid future problems.

We had an excellent experience with AAA. When we called to let them know we were having problems with the water pressure valve that they replaced in 2021, they came out the same day and replaced it at no charge. The plumber, Greg Thompson, was extremely friendly, competent, and professional; a real pleasure to do business with! He went above and beyond to tighten our kitchen faucet!!!! I have been a customer for many years and called for a furnace malfunction. 2 separate techs came out and worked on the furnace as it was complicated.The diagnosis was different from the 2 techs but combined we got the furnace going again. After discussing with Ryan the manager he agreed to credit half of what I spent to get the furnace going again.Ryan was incredibly professional in handling my concerns of different fixes and credited half of what I paid which was not insignificant. AAA has always been timely with their service and this is another example of why I will continue to use their service.

The salesperson came to quote electrical issues and within minutes, seemed interested in selling their plan so we could avoid the trip fee and the (unexpected) diagnosis fees he would need to give an accurate quote. After briefly looking at our panel, we were told the work we are requesting, could not be done as quoted by other companies and bad-mouthed them for saying that it could be done as we requested. A much more expensive solution was then suggested. I wanted an apples-to-apples quote. I don't the like use of negatives when trhinb go make a sale. You should be able to quote the job with the positives of how your company can solve my problem. We refused a bid for the small item he said he could do. As AAA Couldn't help with the major electrical issue, and the negative experience.....we can't do business with them.

Very responsive, but pricing is staggering. Quote for rough-in only of power from existing outlet to two future light fixtures and a wall switch in an unfinished pantry was $900. That price INCLUDED a $300 discount because we had all the Romex, electrical boxes, and the switch on hand. Price was exclusive of the fixtures themselves. Electrician estimated the job would take 90 minutes. I just paid the $49 trip fee and called it a day.

Most recently, Chuck came out to prepare our AC for warmer weather. He was very respectful and friendly. He did a great job! Also...and this is hard for me to believe...our dog, Kizzy, who hates strangers, actually walked up to him and let him pet her! Zach came out to perform maintenance on my furnace. He made sure everything is up to code and cleaned it all out. He was friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate the service of AAA and Zach's diligent work.

The plumber that came out was very professional and did explain everything in great detail (I wish him only good reviews), however the quoted cost from this company to replace this heater was 6 times the average cost for the area. I will be looking elsewhere.

Asked AAA to look at a leak in the main drain stack. I was presented with options to address the problem - one was to do it right and the other was to McGyver it. While tempted to do-it-ur-self to save money, I decided to do it right the first time. The service (John Willing) was straight forward, personable and done right. What a great service! While we don’t always expect such a quick response, we called AAA at 8am for water leaking from our toilet and Doug Hammond showed up at our house at 9am. Wow! Thank you AAA Service and Jose Gallardo for saving the day! When it rains it pours! We had three blocked drains at once! Considering both my spouse and I work from home while taking care of our two-year-old daughter, 3 blocked drains are an emergency. Not only were drains blocked one of the blocked drains was a blocked toilet making the situation extra supper drastic! I thought I might be digging an outhouse in the back yard. Fortunately, one call to AAA service and we were delivered from such a grizzly experience. Mr. Jose Gallardo arrived swiftly and promptly. Mr. Gallardo put on shoe covers before entering our house which both suppressed and impressed me. Mr. Gallardo was able to explain to us what the problems were and what he could do to fix them. His explanations were clear and informative. I now have a better understanding of my homes plumbing. In a very short amount of time Mr. Gallardo had our drains draining and out toilet flushing. I sincerely believe the areas he worked in were cleaner after he finished than when he began. We are very grateful that AAA is running a $79 dollar special on the drain unplugging. I absolutely feel we got our monies worth and that is saying a lot considering the current inflation our economy is suffering. The good work did not stop there. Mr. Gallardo also brought a leaky pipe and several other small problems to my attention. The leaky pipe was resolved on the spot before it could cause any major trouble. At no time did I feel that Mr. Gallardo was up selling, pressuring us, or creating unnecessary work. I found him to be 100% credible and ethical. He presented the facts to us, and we made the choices. Mr. Gallardo further added value to the experience by educating us about how to better take care of our plumbing. Mr. Gallardo was polite, informative, enthusiastic, and supportive. My two-year-old was extremely interested in watching Mr. Gallardo work. MR. Gallardo had no trouble working in her presence and perhaps recruited a future apprentice for AAA. Thank you all for your good work!

The service was not worth it, I was told on the phone that no dispatch service would be charged but when technician arrived at my home he had me sign a disclaimer that they are not liable for any damages done to my house and I would be liable for his equipment. If I choose to not have him service the home I would be charged a dispatch fee, which I was told on the phone that I would not be not be charged.

We suspected leak under kitchen sink. Gordon confirmed leak under double sink and also garbage disposal. Also strainer on left was rotted underneath (plastic) and leaking as well. Replacement of garbage disposal, pipes and strainer, all steel/brass better quality, long lasting and long warranty. Great care taken to protect floor and cleanup. We had long overdue maintenance and inspection for our furnace and A/C. Our technician Jamie was phenomenal! He answered all our questions in detail and replaced parts as necessary to keep the systems maintained and functioning. We had a massive rainfall though so the work had to stop for the day but he returned first thing the next morning to wrap it up. Excellent customer service despite all troubles. We loved the professionalism and expertise so much that we signed up for their awesome membership deal (it’s an awesome value too). The repairman Corey arrived promptly according to company projections at the time we contacted them. He contacted us one the way as well which we appreciated. He promptly went about his work and soon cleared our drain. He couldn’t guarantee the work because we didn’t do a video of the drain which was disappointing but not a major concern. He also cleaned the area very thoroughly before departing. Based upon what we experienced today we would use AAA again, we would recommend their drain clearing service, and we would gladly accept Corey again as our service man.

I interviewed for this company and they speak all about “growth” and “there is lots of room to go” to call me and tell me I’m over qualified and they would be holding me back. He was able to diagnose my issue and get my furnace at least working. Greg Thompson installed our new hot water heater. He explained what he did and why, and how we should maintain it. He did a great job cleaning up the area. And he likes dogs!Update- Mr. Thompson had to make two additional visits to our house in December, after installing the water heater. He put a water pressure regulator in because he noticed our pressure was way too high.We had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. He researched, ordered and installed one that would fit our existing (very old) sink.Each visit was professional, informative - and challenging, since nothing is easy to work on in an 80-year old house.And now our pup has really grown fond of him!

Prices have increased substantially. Once a fair value quality service is now overcharging their customers. Charged $750 to swap out a kitchen Faucet!? Once a satisfied long term customer with multiple properties, now taking my business elsewhere. Recent bid to replace heater/ac system is $5k over the competition. I called in the evening expecting to be scheduled a week out but they sent a tech, John Johnson, the next morning.John assessed what was wrong with my sink and gas oven and explained very well what work had to be done and what to expect. I called a few places on a really hot day when my air conditioner stopped working... AAA service was the first (and actually only) place that called me back and set up an appointment for the next morning. Reid McGowan arrived ahead of schedule and was amazing. He was polite, professional and extremely competent. He took a look at my system and was honest with me about the service that was needed (critical) at this time to get the A/C working, and also pointed out some things that could make my system perform better. I signed up for the annual plan that gives me service four times a year (very reasonable price, by the way). Reid got my system working and my house cool again. I could not be happier. Reid and AAA Service have my business for life!

Wolfgang Hasselquist came out to our home today for an overall assessment of our furnace in preparation for the cold weather fast approaching. He spent time with us, answered our myriad of questions, and provided us with many suggestions on how to improve our home’s energy efficiency (including the correct filter size). We will absolutely use AAA again and if possible request Wolfgang as our technician. Overall an amazing experience!

We called them out for their $79.00 Christmas special to clean our main line. The technician, Ashton, came next the day and determined that we would need to pay an additional $255 to pull our toilet. He was convinced that he could not access the main through our crawl space kitchen main. This surprised me since about 10 years ago, a plumber used that very drain to unclog our system.... (He never mentioned access through the shower, which should be an easier access than pulling the toilet).That charge was not disclosed during the phone call to schedule the appointment. The technician then offered to have our line scoped, said it was included in the fee that we just paid. The next day Ashton, and another technician, Kyle, showed up and they partially scoped the line through the kitchen main in the crawl space. So,.. one day it was impossible to access, the next day it was ok. Shady business. Then the older tech, Kyle, completely contradict everything said previously. This business is not honest with techniques like a use car dealer. NO THANKS, I will NOT use this company again, and being in Real Estate business, will let all my clients know about my negative experience with this company.

My experience with AAA Service was great! From the call to schedule the appointment, the people I spoke with were very, very nice and responsive!I had an issue with a shower faucet which needed repaired. Searle was the technician. He was extremely polite, personable and very knowledgeable. The repair was done extremely quick. I would highly recommend AAA service for any issue!

AAA Service came for a gas furnace inspection and cleaning. It turned out I also needed a repair which I was expecting since my gas bill had just doubled above the norm. Izzy Gauna was great! Friendly and willing to take time to answer all my questions, and very knowledgeable as well. I’m very happy with the service.

Wonderful experience with these folks.Our plumber was Steven Goss and he was prompt, polite, and did a bang up job! He was even willing to come back later that day or the next day if we weren’t satisfied.We needed a water line installed for a new refrigerator and we paid far less than another top rated plumbing service quotes us for. Within 1.5 hours of Steven being at our house, not even knowing what we needed done, a new line was installed and the job was completed.Will be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

I chose AAA because they were nice and way cheaper than the other companies I had come do an estimate. AAA even came to do the estimate inspection for free. I was looking for a plumber to clean out my main drain and before 7 am I had chatted with a representative on their website and talked to someone at their office. By 9 am I had an appointment for the next day with the possibility of getting serviced that same day if the schedule allowed. At 11 am I got a call asking if the plumber could come by around noon and he did. Everything was taken care of that same day. Excellent service, knowledgeable and polite techs. I have already recommended them to my coworkers and friends if they need a plumber.

When I called them, I was connected to a rep immediately and they had a technician to our place within 40 minutes. I thought it was a nice touch that they text you the name and photo of the rep and some details about your appointment. Our tech, Jose, was polite, experienced, and communicative about what he was seeing with our drain issue. He fixed the drain within 30 minutes and then gave me some advice for future maintenance. Overall, I was really impressed with Jose and AAA Service Plumbing. 5 stars. Would recommend!

I could not have asked for it to go better. They were on time and professional and just great, i have had my main drain fixed before but it did not see to get fixed good from another company. Jose Gallardo came in and inspected it and found it was not my main drain that was clogged it was the secondary drain and he fixed it in no time. We’ve had AAA out several times over the past couple years for various things including plumbing and HVAC.Jose Gallardo has been our plumbing technician the last couple times.Each time Jose has exhibited a very professional attitude - even asking if he could let himself in with the machine knowing I have cats that may run out.The first time, our main line had been clogged a competitor was out first and failed to clear the line. Jose went above and beyond to clear (Im embarrassed to say) feminine products from our line. Not only did he go above and beyond to clear the line, but he also had ano judgement attitude and educated us about the importance of trash use for these products.I would recommend AAA to anyone at any time. 5 Star company employing 5 Star Technicians.

We hired them to replace our whole furnace and A/C system. They showed up early, worked hard, and did an amazing job. The techs were all very polite and respectful of our house. John Willing was excellent. The leak happened over the weekend. Called on a Saturday and scheduled appointment for Monday. John arrived and assessed the situation. Was able to diagnose and fix on same day. It's good to know that if the leak persists, there is a warranty on the service provided and a new appointment can be scheduled.

Jim Knight arrived, and after looking over the requested repair areas, sat down with me, and my relatives and did a great job of explaining the repairs required the plumbing in order. Even though it was later in the day, he promised to get the work done before he left - and he did.Jim did a great job, especially in the way he explained everything to my elderly mother-in-law, who was paying for the repair. Kyle Pelton spent a great deal of time explaining the sewer issues we have. He did a camera search of our sewer, showing me on two separate screens 100 feet through our sewer pipes where the pipe connections are, the issues the old pipes have with thirsty roots, and the results of those roots intrusions. The locator indicated where the camera was getting held up. Kyle then described the the methods AAA Service Plymbing - Heating- Electric uses to remedy the sewer issues. He was thorough & patient & professional. I highly recommend this company.

I hired AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric to clean out my bathroom sink drain. Shawn Woodward was awesome. He explained what he was going to do and the drain was a stubborn one but after trying it 3 times he got it cleared. Shawn didn't want to leave my house until he got the drain cleared. Amazing service from Shawn and this company. They will get all my business for sure!!

Beware: the fees are insane. It’s unfortunate because there was great communication in advance of the appointment, Brandon, the electrician was a delight and did really good work.The one big downside: it was extremely expensive. $1200+ for less than 2 hours of trim work. Unfortunately, I won’t use them again.

One week later he came back with the new water (it had to be ordered). He quoted 3hr install time and he got it done faster than that. Left everything clean and neat. He was prompt, Efficient, kind, and more than willing to explain anything to me that I wanted to know. As a 1st home owner having to deal with such a major appliance replacement for the 1st time I am very grateful Doug was there to make it look easy.

Our furnace stopped working on what was one of the coldest days of the year. They came out within a hour, diagnosed the issue quickly and even though they had to get a new motor from Colorado Springs overnight, came out in the morning and had the furnace back up and running within 30 minutes. Steven Goss came on time- even a bit early to do an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. He was friendly, explained clearly what he would do and possible costs. He found the leak source quickly with minimal wall damage and fixed it pretty fast, explaining as he went. Cost was far less than we expected, even less than his original estimate. I was super impressed and so was my father in law, who understands this stuff better than I do. I would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him. I have used AAA for years and they have tackled several plumbing and electrical issues at multiple locations for me. Their employees have all been extremely professional and are great to work with. I also consider AAA to provide a fair value seeing what I have experienced in the past with some competitors. In this instance, we had needed a toilet repair and Larry Barela was our plumber. Unbelievably kind and knowledgable. He addressed the issue, explained it in detail, and had everything fixed in no time. After he was done, he went out to his service truck and came back with some dog treats for our pup. These small gestures set companies and their employees apart these days. I sincerely appreciated the extra effort and I will continue to use AAA in the future.

Jason Jagger has been here multiple times to do maintenance sewer cleaning...he is always professional and a huge asset to the AAA team! John Harris accompanied him on this visit, and he too, was excellent and did a great job for us. They recommended us getting our sewer line looked at on camera, and we will be doing that (no charge). AAA is absolutely our go-to, and we always appreciate the prompt scheduling and communication.

They did work for a client of mine, and the price was very expensive and they didn't honor their $200 guarantee if they don't wear shoe covers or if the client isn't satisfied. They installed a pan for a hot water heater, and because it was in a small closet in an older home, the pan wouldn't fit so they hammered the metal pan to make it fit which I believe compromises the ability to effectively do what it was intended to do. In addition, the Seller and I both followed up with several phone calls where they basically said they didn't know anything about the guarantee nor did they intend on doing anything about the Seller's dissatisfaction. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend them.

After having three different HVAC techs out in a one week period, Plus supposedly a professional plumber, who asked me what he was supposed to do, I then had to have yet another HVAC company come out and fix their mistakes two days later! Very disappointing to find the lack of knowledge that this company represents. I'm now out a couple thousand dollars, and had to have another company fixed their screw up. I called and asked for warranty information, I was supposed to get calls back, of course I got nothing! They don't stand behind their work, they don't use qualified personnel, and they don't care about their customers! Shame!

This was the second time we have used AAA and we have had great experiences both times. Both times they arrived on time and were very communicative with what the issue was and what our options were to fix it. Most recently we needed repair on an outlet leading to our water heater and Mark Tobler was the master electrician that came out to assist us. He was very thorough in finding the route of the problem and was very knowledgeable about not only how the issue happened but also how to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. We will definitely continue to use AAA again for our plumbing and electrical needs.

I called AAA Service to get a few things fixed and to check the main drain to see if it had a belly on my grandma’s house that we were selling. I met Jim Anderson at the house, and he went right to work with a camera, and he said that he did not think that it was a belly but he could not be sure. He asked if I was willing the have the drain cleaned so that he could be sure, I said yes let’s do it. He called one of his guys and had them head that way as soon as they were done on the job they were working on. As soon as Ashton Grable showed up both went straight to work and cleaned out the drain. Then Jim sent the camera back down the drain and the belly that the inspector thought was there, it was just a clog on the drain. they clean up after and it looked like they had never been there. By cleaning out the drain first, they saved me a lot of money and trouble not digging up the street and not slowing down the sale of the house. both Jim and Ashton were professional and fun to deal with. I have used AAA Service on my house and would recommend them.

This was our 1st experience using AAA Plumbing. We had a broken spigot that needed repair the front exterior of our home: a neighbor recommended AAA. We were able to get scheduled the next-day, which was great. Greg was our technician and quickly diagnosed the problem, shared the cost estimate and got to work after we approved. He was able to repair the broken part quickly and even improved the situation by filling in the large hole in the brick around the spigot that was allowing extra cold air into our basement. Greg was friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable. We had a great experience overall and would gladly use AAA again in the future.

Our A.C. went out due to wiring issues and Zach came out on short notice! He took care with his work and made sure we were up and running before the day was out. He did a full inspection and told us about any future issues they can arise with our system but didn't make us feel pressured to take on any extra issues in the moment that we weren't prepared for. We had Izzy come to the house and fix our air conditioning system. He went above and beyond to make sure that the air conditioning and the HVAC system was in order. He’s been in the business for 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him and AAA Service to get the job done properly. They have a great membership quality program. We went out of town, and when we got back, the ac wasn't working properly. We called AAA Service to see about a service visit and they (Izzy) showed up early the next morning to fix it. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Besides the inspection and maintenance of the furnace they also discovered a problem with the initial install from 12 years ago where the 2 speed furnace setup was not properly done. They corrected the issue and the dual mode started working as intended

John Harris came out to fix our backed-up dishwasher. He was great. Got it draining in no time and furthered my education on the garbage disposal. Plus, it was fun talking to him about dirt bikes. I'll call AAA again if we have any other issues and request John Harris.

The time to get the technician here was the next day, Reid showed up on time, walked me through what he was doing, was professional, and provided honest service. Called the day we had a little main line blockage and couldn't get someone out right away. Made an appointment for 8am the next day (Sunday) and problem was solved (tree roots) had another plumber service check it out and they wanted $600+ to do the same job AAA did for $80 no extra fees or bs. John has been out to our property before and each time we’ve found him to be respectful, informative and very professional. These issues today were caused by the installation of new copper water supply line done by city of Denver contractors which caused silt and dirt to enter water lines in house and caused some issues in this truly old house. (no blame here as that was a huge job done really well) Though we ran water or flushed lines as explained by contractors we had one toilet supply line that got rocks in it. John did a great job fixing that problem and keeping it clean as he went along he was very thorough. We are thrilled to have copper supply lines instead of lead and we weren’t surprised that we’d have some issues when it was done(130 feet of copper line from street to house). AAA plumbing/heating is a good value and hires good people, plus they warranty their work!

Update:03/31/2023: Once again, great service from AAA! As part of our Preferred Customer Agreement, Justin Anderson came out for regular service on our A/C system. (Which we purchased from AAA in June of 2021) He was polite, professional, friendly, informative, and did a thorough job of inspecting the A/C system. Thanks Justin for the hard work on our behalf! The tech they sent (Dylan) was great they got me the part I needed and they stayed late to get my job done in 1 day (till 7pm). I really appreciated him taking the time to explain my system to me and how it worked even though it was the last stop of the day and he probably had a very long day. The only thing i felt could be improved was there was a very minor miscommunication between me and the dispatcher earlier in the day. I was under the impression I'd get a call from them when the tech was 30 min away and i didn't. I was dropping my ballot off at my election center so I was 10 min away when the tech arrived. I did recieve a text, but i wasn't looking for that so i didnt see it until after the fact. Very very small issue so still 5 stars and would still definitely recommend, just keep an eye out for texts if you're a customer

Have had AAA over at my house a few times due to issues with my minisplit and they are amazing every time! Feel like they are a truly genuine business that is trying to help me. Being a young woman who owns a home I am often afraid I am going to get taken advantage by some service businesses due to my lack of knowledge, but definitely don’t feel that way about these guys. Would highly recommend!

A difficult problem. A disconnect in the boiler wiring would cause the system to not turn on. Rarely occur and the slightest disturbance would cause it to begin working. When the tech removed the access panel it caused the electrical fault to reconnect and the furnace fired up. Since he couldn’t reproduce the problem after multiple attempts he only charged the service call. He did find another fault which I am scheduling today.

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electrical were super easy to work with and had great communication throughout the process. Called to make an appointment and had someone out the next morning, Evan K. was our technician and he did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. This company has great systems in place to provide an excellent customer experience.

While AAA did not sell the brand of furnace we have in our home, they were so helpful that we would have zero hesitation working with them again in the future. Especially if Danny is still working there.

Just had Izzy Gauna inspect our furnace. He’s our favorite HVAC technician. He’s very thorough and is great at explaining everything. I'm overwhelmingly disappointed with this company. I believe they take advantage of unwitting and unknowing homeowners by overcharging them for their services. This now has happened to me twice and I will no longer to business with them and I suggest you don't either.The first happened when I called them to replace a cartridge in a shower valve. I was told it would be $720 with parts and labor. Not knowing any better and being too busy to do it myself, I told them to move forward with it. After a little research on my end. The part to fix the faucet cost just $23 and it only took 1hr for them to switch it out. After having learned this I called them to complain. The did credit me back $200. So, it still cost me $520 to replace a $23 part and 1hr worth of labor, which is entirely too high. Someone not knowing any better or not doing any research would've been stuck with that bill. That's a $200-$250 service call all day.This situation just happened to me again. I've got a home where the AC unit is not turning on, and unfortunately I'm out of town and cant' take a look at it. I called AAA to come out and take a look and it turns out its a thermostat that's not working. I was quoted $750 to fix this problem. I of course balked at that price and the technician told me that's what it was and became very short with me. If anyone's ever replaced a thermostat, they know that you can get one for as little as $25 and a decent one for $150. They would also know that it takes 20 minutes to swap one out. Now why would they charge me $750 to conduct this repair??? It just seems to be their business model.I had two appointments with AAA Plumbing and heating today and they canceled the second one with no explanation and requested I call them to reschedule.I'm done with them. BE AWARE of their PRICE GOUGING of the unaware.

Larry from AAA Service was very thorough in checking out all of our plumbing, offered advice on upkeep and fixed some aging sink faucets, a running toilet and a clogged drain in no time. He was courteous and very professional. He even had a treat ready for my dog.

The furnace made a lot of noise when my daughter turned it on. After a week without having heat in the house (I was out of town), I called AAA Services and they scheduled the first appointment for the next day, which was perfect! Called yesterday for repair of two outdated toilets. Larry B was my plumber for my job the next day. After discussion about repairing toilets from the 80s, and knew I was going to replace them during bathroom remodels, I decided to replace with New TOTO toilets. Larry installed them today! He was very professional, neat, and efficient! Thanks for the awesome service!

I feel like I was scammed. Expect a huge bill and little to no transparency in the invoice. Expect to be signed up for a “membership” which includes a 15% discount on the days service (but there’s not actually a discount). The bill was twice as large as other estimates and I would not have used AAA, except that I had a nice tenant who needed hot water. I’ve used them for plumbing 3 times. Once with great, reasonably priced results and now twice with horrendous price gouging. Never again.Updated review in response to AAA: please feel free to post here what you would do to resolve my experience. The cost to replace my water heater was $4349, for a slim 10-year heater. (I asked for a ballpark quote when I scheduled the appointment but was told “the technician will just have to see what it looks like when he gets there.” I am posting my price here so that others can compare their own quotes.)

I initially contacted this company because my furnace was making new, slightly worrying noises. It hadn't been serviced for years so I thought I'd have someone come check it out. The company was very fast with scheduling on the day I selected and I really appreciated the text with my technician's name, photo & rating so I knew who to expect.Cory was absolutely fantastic. Very patient with my questions, helpful and professional. I don't know anything about heating/cooling/etc. But he was able to either answer my questions or refer me to a place that would take care of that particular concern.I signed up for the annual maintenance package which, in my opinion, is an excellent value. I would absolutely do business with this company again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service for their home!

Josiah and Jim were awesome. They scrapped my pipes then ran a camera to detect roots that were are growing in my clay pipes then scrapped the pipes again. They were very friendly and thorough. I would definitely call them again in the future!

Air conditioner stopped working overnight. I called AAA Heating & Air first thing in the morning. Call was promptly answered and an appointment scheduled for that afternoon.Technician was ahead of schedule and was able to fix the problem quickly.

We called AAA for a sewer drain clean. Jose and Andrew came out on time and after a brief rundown went straight into work. They wore shoe covers in our house and put down a mat at the cleanout. After running the snake and pulling out a large amount of roots and debris the our line was running clean. We discussed that his teammate come with the camera to scope the line, but decided to do it at a later time.

Highly recommend Ashton from AAA. He was prompt, quick and knowledgeable with his service. Will definitely be using this business for future needs.

This is the second time we’ve used AAA for a non-emergency plumbing issue and I won’t hesitate to call them next time. Today Corey Hansen arrived on time, fixed up our leak issue quickly, and was very friendly and professional. Wow! we have used AAA for a maintenance drain clean annually, and, had a question about a repair on our main line a few years back. Ashton was there in a very reasonable time frame, and, got right to work snaking the main. the results came back with a few roots in the line. However, I needed a better idea of how bad it was. within a little while, Jim Anderson came to the house, and, put a camera down the line, showing me what my line looked like, no smoke and mirrors, or backtracking on his information. They told me the window was 8AM-12PM, at 10:00 the changed it to 12-3. Unfortunately I canceled my plans so I could be there in the morning and moved all my appointments to the afternoon. With that said I had to cancel the afternoon plans as well.

I had AAA come out to fix a bad ball valve in my basement. John Johnson was the technician that came out and I will ask for him every time. He was very professional and did a great job! Go with AAA because the do good work and they have a great warranty on their work. Yes they are pricey but worth it!

3/7/2023 Review for Larry Barela.Larry came to fix a slow leak under one of the faucet handles in our bathroom. Since I only wanted the one faucet handle fixed I was quoted half the price. However, when Larry removed the older water line, it show a lot of corrosion and buildup. Larry suggested that since the one side was bad, it was only a mater of time before the other one goes and he'd have to come back. At that point we opted to replace both water lines. I appreciated how Larry took the time to research the problem and discussed options with me. He was willing to accept my decision and not upsell anything. He completed the work in record time. I appreciated his honesty, willing to listen and answer my questions. He reminded me a lot of David Loya and I was very comfortable with him. In fact, our dog also liked Larry. I would give him the highest rating and I'll probably ask for him specifically if any other plumbing issues come up. Our tech Austin Hinkle was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Our AC went out and it was 90 degrees in our home. AAA was quick to get us handled and kept in touch by giving us a photograph of our tech and when he was traveling our direction. Our technician Izzy G. was prompt and very knowledgeable. Explained the situation with our furnace professionally and confidently. Backed up the info with his extensive knowledge and experience. Gave the info straight and didn't seem to sugar-coat the situation. I was pleased with his work and would be pleased to work with him again. My only complaint is with the dispatch process. Most times when calling, they were courteous, but it took 4 calls to finally get some kind of status on our service request.

Service was quick and efficient and they were able to detect and fix problem.They seemed incredibly expensive for 1 hour of work and not having to replace any major parts. This is the reason for the 4 stars, simply because the repair cost didn’t add up, but I’m almost certain the it was probably fair. So not too upset.Otherwise, I would most certainly recommend them!

Both the dispatch and technician were very pleasant and very efficient. However, I would not recommend this business based on the cost. I was charged over $550 for the installation of a new garbage disposal. The amount of time that it took was a little over an hour. The cost of the disposal was separate.

They came out the same day as my call and repaired my Leaking Shower very quickly - showed me what parts were broken- and repaired with New Brass Parts - not the plastic that was origianlly there. Very Polite, fast, professional and easy to talk to

Did they respond quickly? Yes. Did they repair the leak? Yes. Were they professional and on time? Yes. And yet I feel I have been ripped off. You know the feeling: thank goodness there are experts out there who can diagnose and solve our problems for us. However our lack of knowledge about a subject makes us accept the explanations and estimate they give us. The technician who came to repair our leaking problem clearly saw a clueless woman in need leaving in a nice neighborhood. He decided to go for it. He quoted a ridiculously high amount and mentioned he would need about 2:30/3 hours to complete the job. I asked him to detail this insane price for me: he came up with pearls such as Turn main water off to house or Place bucket under work area to catch water. I bet you need a lot of training to manage those... When asked about the price of the hose bibb that actually needed to be replaced, he mentioned I could get it at a Home Depot for $200 or $300. I thought the extra money in the estimate was due to labor hours. Anyway, in the end, it took him an hour to finish the job. But he did not waive anything from the original 3-hour job estimate. It is disgraceful. I have already told about this company to my neighbors and friends. Just Google someone else if you want to get an honest price. Avoid this Company at all costs (pun intended)

Was visiting my 90+ year old mother when I passed by the basement water heater and picked up a faint but noticeable smell of natural gas. Shut off the natural gas and called AAA Service.Larry B arrived a few hours later. He methodically inspected the gas lines and discovered a leak from the Gas Control Valve. Unfortunately, his truck didn’t carry the correct replacement valve. So we had to wait overnight to obtain the correct older valve.Larry B gave me his personal number, which I called later that evening regarding some water leakage. He promptly responded and we resolved the issue.Larry B arose early the next morning, found a supply house with the correct valve in inventory, obtained and installed it. A few days later he came out at no charge to better adjust the hot water temperature to my mother’s liking.Problem resolved. Larry B handled every issue that arose in the diagnosis and repair. Also promptly responded to my phone calls and texts. Excellent service.

The service itself was great, the technician was super friendly and helpful. He helped with our humidifier system and also explained to me where and how to replace furnace filters.However outside of the technician, I was under the impression I would be getting a “tune up” that includes a cleaning but it turned out I needed to pay an additional $99 for the cleaning. And scheduling wasn’t great, I was told 8AM but then called and they explained that they would get back to me with a service window.Despite the poor communication, I would use their services again!

Price was exorbitant for installation of a kitchen faucet, so only had them replace disposal which was still more than double price of installation from box store, but time was more important and they were able to do repair immediately. Technician was very good and efficient.

I initially gave AAA 5 stars for a quick repair that seemed to fix our broken furnace. However, the repair did not work, we are out $500, and AAA has become unprofessional and unresponsive in providing further service. I have had to hire a second company to try to fix the issues. I no longer can recommend AAA. More detail below, if you are interested.First day, AAA recommends a $500 repair to my furnace. At first, the fix seems to work. Unfortunately, later that day, it became clear that the furnace was suffering from the same problem the $500 repair was supposed to fix (my furnace displays error codes, and the same error code was displaying before and after the $500 repair).At first, AAA was responsive, sending someone out again. The second technician recommended another ~$400 worth of work, but did only routine maintenance, suggesting that we wait to see if the maintenance fixed the issue. The same problem (same error code) came back a few hours after the second technician left. The next day, AAA sent the second technician back. He performed the additional suggested work. To AAA's credit, we were not charged. Unfortunately, when we awoke in the morning, same problem and the same error code (luckily we were skeptical that the problem had been resolved and kept our space heaters at the ready). If you're counting, at this point, we've spent $500 and had three visits over three days.We contacted AAA for a fourth visit. It was the weekend at this point, and the person who answered the phone told us that the manager would come out on Monday. Monday morning rolls around, and we get a phone call from the manager. I explained to him the issues, and he said he would send out another technician. A little while later, I get a call telling me that the technician is unavailable. I was firm, but polite, that this was unacceptable, and that I wanted to speak with the manager. I also explained that I had left another message requesting to speak with the manager, but had not yet received any response. The person on the phone made no effort to help, telling me that she would let the manager know. I did not receive any call from the manager.

Called twice for a pipe that was backing and was told that we would be called back in 5-10 minutes. Each time we waited over an hour and then would call back, finally on the third call and speaking with a manager (after five hours) they informed us that due to not being able to contact a landlord they wouldn’t come out. This is fine, but to have us calling back and forth for hours was not professional nor was telling us that they’d call us back in a timely manner.Not to mention they were taking 20 dollars a month in insurance out of our account during this time, which they had no problem with that I guess… 🤷🏼‍♂️

He did an excellent job figuring out why my heat was constantly running. He did a complete check on my furnace. And I signed up for their membership.

Great service at a fair price! AAA was able to come out the very next day and get me taken care of. Austin showed up on time, did a great job installing four outdoor flood lights, and took down the old lights and all of the old wiring/tubing from the old lights to clean up the exterior of the house. Not happy. I usually do my own home maintenance, but needed help witha toilet because of an ankle injury. The tech showed up, confirmed we did not have a plugged drain pipe, charged us $49 dollars and left. We called to get the toilet fixed and the job didn’t get done. Today I repaired the toilet myself even with an injured ankle.

Every technician we've ever had to our home from AAA has been amazing, and today was no exception. Technician Jason Jagger was the ultimate professional when he quickly determined and helped resolve the issue with our laundry room drain. We will continue to use AAA for all of our home service needs.

Jason came to clean out the line. He was very experienced, pleasant and professional. However, the line backed up two weeks later. Jim then came out to scope the line and arranged for a tech to come and do another cleaning due to a blockage. He waited patiently for an hour for the tech to arrive worked with the tech to clean the line and finish the scoping into Saturday evening. Very good service!

We had a new bathroom vanity and a whole house filter installed. After being told by another plumber that the vanity part would have to be installed by a carpenter, I wasn't sure what to expect. Greg came right in, looked at the vanity and then installed it. No problem. He installed the whole house filter and then spent some time explaining how to take care of it to my husband. Greg and AAA Service were great! We will use them again!We have used them again and again! We had trouble with our GFI in the basement. Once they heard it affected our water heater ( it wouldn’t heat the water without power), they came right out.

Izzy Gauna, our service representative, went above and beyond for us. We are going on an extended vacation and needed to replace bearings in our heater. before we leave. We did not want to come come in November and find our heater failing. Double checked a ceiling fan I installed myself because it still wasn't turning on. I have installed a number of other fixtures in my house but couldn't get this one to work. The technician was able to find the cause of the connection issue and fix it very quickly. I definitely won't hesitate to call this company again if I need to.

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric was incredibly responsive to my chat in request. I was looking to have a three-prong dryer outlet replaced with a four-prong. I was excited about the appointment I scheduled on Tuesday for Thursday that same week. I was told I would get a call and a text message when my technician was on their way. I had asked for the number they would be calling from and was not provided one. I did receive the text message that notified me that my technician was on the way. I also received two separate missed calls without a voicemail. I called back about an hour after the technician was dispatched to learn that the technician had been rerouted because I didn't answer the missed call. I was bummed to learn this since I was not told I needed to verbally confirm a missed call when I did confirm by responding to the text message. I wish I had been provided with more details and explicit directions when confirming my appointment the day of. Or that the text massage included a note saying that I had to call back to confirm the appointment so that there would not be a delay in the technician arriving. In addition, I asked for the number of my technical and they were still unable to provide that. I am still looking forward to my service for some time later in the day. The technical has good reviews, but this review is specific to the scheduling and dispatch team.

Izzy Guana was my technician. He was very professional and informative and conducted a full AC inspection. He pointed out issues (our system is old) but did not make me feel pressured and I feel much more knowledgeable about our HVAC system now. I will be asking for him directly for any future HVAC needs!

Called them out for their $80 special to clean our main line. “Technician” was here for 5-10 minutes and determined that we would need to pay an additional $300 to pull our toilet. Once we denied that, he said we would be charged a $50 dispatch fee which we were not told about. We denied that charge as well because we were not told that. “Technician” did not try very hard to find a way into our main line and wanted to try and get more money out of us. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

2nd review, 9/20/22: Austin was sent to fix an electrical outlet. He let me know exactly how much it would cost and what could be done if there were any unforeseen issues. As always, the work was done well. He also informed me of other issues I might need to take care of in my older home.I called AAA when my pipes froze. They were, understandably unable to come immediately due to high demand, but kept me apprised as to when they would be there, so I knew I wasn't forgotten. Dustin, the technician did a thorough job of looking for the problem and gave me a couple options to choose from. Thankfully, what he was able to do while he was here got the water flowing again and I didn't have to use the more expensive option. Overall, service from all employees involved was exceptional.

Had a sewer clog/ backup in basement Sat nite, they came out next day/weekend/ on Sunday, Tech was Josiah Rios, clean, efficient, polite, fast. Fixed the clog, charged only the quoted amount $79.00. All the others were 2 - 3 days out and much more $$. Best plumbing service I've found in 40 + years around here. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for awhile. We've tried so many different solutions on our own and decided to call AAA. Isiah and Josh were able to fix the problem in under an hour and gave me a bunch of good advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. They gave me options for extended services they could perform but did not pressure me in any way which I very much appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work so I would 100% recommend!

Brady was very skilled, professional, experienced and informative. He was flexible with meeting me, the company gives a 4 hour window but I was able to go to work and I received a text to come home 30 minutes prior to his arrival. All around A (AAA) plus service and value!

Jim & Ashton were excellent. We've been dealing with some unique plumbing issues over the past 4 years and this is the 3rd company we've used and by far the best. They really took their time to check every issue and show me the sludge, roots, and video to help me have a very clear understanding of exactly what was going on, all of the options moving forward, and very transparent with cost, which was very reasonable. Jim even offered to speak to my husband over the phone as a courtesy later that evening incase he wanted any clarification on anything.

Greg came out to check a leak on two showers. He was very thorough with assessing the small leak and listened patiently to my amateur diagnosis. Very impressed with his level of detail.

The technician showed up within the time window promised and he was very pleasant and professional from the start. I previously had work done by AAA and liked their service so I called them to inspect a dripping noise from behind the bathroom wall. The technician gave some good advice on how to proceed and cautioned me with the possibilities. After my approval and investigation we finally found some hidden moisture build up on the floor board, the technician began to cut holes into the closet wall on the the other side of the bathroom as neat and as small as possible to avoid more costs repairs of the walls until finding the source of the water leak. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently and now, no more dripping. Very professional and caring of not just the plumbing but the damage necessary to fix the problem.

Huge thanks and shout out to Greg Thompson from AAA Plumbing - I had a leak (more of a stream) from my bathtub faucet which was an original plumbing configuration from 1948. Not only did he repair the leak, but he was able to do so without damaging the tiles on my bathroom wall and was able to reconfigure piping and the bathtub faucets in way that is aesthetically pleasing. My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Within 24 hours AAA had Ryan on site. Not only did he diagnose system issues, he explained the entire boiler system to me. We switched to AAA Service Plumbing after the service we had used several times over over the years was somewhat rude on the phone. After our experience with AAA Service, we wish we had used them from the beginning. And the price was the absolute best out there.The lady who handled scheduling was definitely AAA, as was our service tech, Dustin aka Drain Dude. He arrived on time, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel welcome to ask questions as he worked which put me at ease about his work.He reviewed our drainage problem (clothes washer drain pipe backing up), solicited information about what we were experiencing and what we had tried to resolve it (cleared the drainage pipe). He ran some drainage tests to find out where the blockage might be.We agreed to start with the main drain as we had planned to do that anyway. When our problem persisted, he went through some more tests which led us to the kitchen sink pipes to access the larger drain pipes in the wall. There was sludge build up visible in the exposed pipe; after rooting the pipes down to the main, the problem was fixed.In all of this Dustin made sure no mess was made and cleaned up thoroughly every little thing that couldn't be avoided. I complemented him on how clean he kept his machines which were immaculate and how well this reflected on the company. We are definitely customers for life and will ask for Dustin for any future work needed.

I tried AAA Service because of their special on drain clearing. Glad I did and will call them first for future issues. The Arvada office quickly set up an appointment for me and sent a great repairman Dustin. He was very thorough and I knew exactly what he was going to do before he started. He took time to inspect the pipes before starting work and had my issue resolved quickly. He knows what real customer service is suppose to be. It's the only time I didn't have to clean up sludge after a drain cleaning service. Don't waste time reading more reviews. AAA are the guys to call.

I can't say enough about AAA Service. Everything about the way they conduct their business is quality, from the individuals who log the calls to the technicians. They are on time, honest, neat, competent and their communication with you from beginning to end is excellent.I first became acquainted with AAA Service when helping my sister with getting her kitchen sink/garbage disposal unclogged. I hired AAA Service through Home Advisor and Brian, 'Drain Dude' was dispatched to the call. Brian was very pleasant, very competent very neat, and had everything with him to accomplish the fix. I turned out that a pipe joint had to be reworked and Brian took care of that as well as the clog. I appreciated everything he did and the charge was very very reasonable.Now, 6 months later (May 2020 and mid pandemic), I again needed a plumber to repair a leak in a waste line in a rental condominium. I made a point to call AAA because of how that clogged sink call had gone with Brian, the Drain Dude. This time, Abel Aragon was dispatched to the call, and Abel continued the 100% positive experience with AAA. Abel was on time, finished within the time he estimated would be needed, came with everything he needed to complete the job, and the final charge was exactly as quoted.I am very glad to have found this wonderful, locally owned company in Denver and they will continue to be the company I call when I need these services. They quoted me $733 to replace a standard furnace igniter. I got it done by another company for $225. I guess they just thought I was stupid and would take their outrageously high quote. Ha! No thanks!

I have used AAA Service for drain clogs on several occasions, and they have ALWAYS been on time, polite, professional, caring, thorough, and an excellent price. Usually you pay much more for the best service, but not with AAA. My experience has been that you get outstanding service for the best price available (and I shop around before hiring anyone).Our last service was performed by Joshua Sims. He was everything I described above, and more. On this morning, a baby bunny had fallen into our basement egress window well. My wife and granddaughters were home and didn't know what to do. When Joshua learned of this, he went into the window well and saved the bunny. This was in no way his responsibility, but that is an example of the outstanding people this company employs. I only wish more companies, and individuals, cared for their customers like AAA Service.Thank you AAA Service and Joshua! You exceeded my expectations again, and I'm grateful.

Michael Osborne was great! He was right on time, very professional, and considerate about keeping the house clean and tidy as well. He always asked before cutting the power and was very polite. Came home from a business trip to a broken AC and 98 temp in my home. AAA was incredibly responsive and their technician Izzy was professional and personable and provided fantastic service to fix the issues.

I used this company to clear the kitchen sink drain and the main sewer line for my house. The technician, Joshua Sims was great. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained several things that I didn't know about regarding my sewer system. Joshua took the time to make sure all of the work was done correctly and completely. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and made sure that I was satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend asking for Joshua if anyone needs this type of work done.

** NOTICE TO ANY XCEL ENERGY CUSTOMERS!!** Anyone else experiencing issues with their HVAC system after Xcel Energy came out to install their NEW “smart meter”? We began experiencing heating and cooling issues a couple months after it was installed on our house back in February. Reid from AAA Servicing came out and was able to see the problem immediately. Whoever installed this smart meter apparently did something with the AC unit completely disconnecting all power to it to where it was not cooling down the house. Reid was able to find and fix everything pretty quickly. We will definitely use them again in the future, and would highly recommend. We were able to get a next day appointment. This ended up being all because of Xcel, nothing was actually wrong with our unit. We will now attempt to try to get reimbursed for what we paid for the repairs. Thank you for your help AAA! We appreciate it!

Jose came to my home today to look at my shower that has been backing up time and time again. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Jose fixed the problem in less then an hour and my shower was finally draining properly. This was very easy and stress free experience!
