Best Water Heater Repair in Denver CO

Sean showed up within a day of contacting him and fixed the issue with our water heater. We are trying to sell our home and this was the last thing we needed to worry about. Very courteous and he left everything nice and neat. Thank you so much.

He suggested the different options that Swan has in order to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Luis to be your technician if you have any plumbing issues. Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

I read all of the other reviews and had really high hopes. Our gas line had a leak on Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, they showed up with no tools and said they could fix it on Friday. Then they no-showed on Friday. I called another local plumber and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. If you need a plumber in the Denver area, I recommend calling Applewood Plumbing. They were cheaper, faster, and more professional.

I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. We have used Wes for the last seven years. We are remodeling right now so he is doing a wide array of updates for us and as usual, his work is impeccable. When we moved in seven years ago, we bought our home in foreclosure and there were many neglected and faulty items in the home. He worked off our punch list in an organized manner and the items he fixed for us back then all still work perfectly. He had to figure out our plumbing systems at that time and we are so lucky that we hired Wes and got things done right.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
