The two guys that showed up had great attitudes. They worked until the job was done. They didn't cut corners. They worked fast and were clean.

After months of research we decided to go with this company for our air conditions needs. I want to first say how nice it was to be a woman doing this and not feeling like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. These guys were honest and straightforward with me and my mom with all of our questions. We didn’t like how the pipe was installed the first time for our ac system and after hesitation to bring it up I’m glad I did. They came out no problem to look at what was done and make it look good for us. Eddie was our sales rep who was great with communication and helping us with getting a system suitable for our new home. Collin and Lane did an awesome job placing everything and taking the time to explain the system to me. I appreciate all the work that was done and glad to say I’m comfortable enough with this company to refer to family/friends. Great work Absolute!

Ian & Jeremy responded to our AC emergency same day. They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and provided several options for repair. We’re extremely happy with their professionalism and customer service. We’ll definitely call Absolute for our future HVAC needs.

This company overall is amazing. The communication, the work quality, and professionalism are outstanding. My electrician Keith (one since there are 2 there. 😀) is fantastic. They also have a service plan you can sign up for the pays for itself. Highly highly recommend.

This is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. We had a wire short and Thomas was amazing. He found the problem made sure he fixed it and checked to make sure it would not happen again. Simply the best tech we have ever worked with. Five stars.

Wayne and Bree were great. They came to my house with 30 mins notice, very polite, very professional & the system is working great. I highly recommend going with this company. I’ve looked at so many companies, some do the work for cheaper but without warranty or great communication. I figured these decisions could last more than 10 years, might as well get it done with a trusted company!

We had a great experience with this team - they were extremely responsive, put us on their urgent list, showed up the same day (and on time!), we’re extremely communicative and fixed our issues as well as did additional maintenance. Ryan was great in explaining and showing us how everything worked, and helped us determine what was a must do vs something we can keep an eye on. This company is easy to work with. The administration team made scheduling simple. My project estimator was personable and straightforward. Each technician on my ac/furnace install and duct cleaning project was kind and knowledgeable. The electricians even installed an outdoor outlet while they were onsite - so awesome. And now, thanks to Nicholas and Daniel’s work cleaning the ducts, I feel great about the air quality in our home. Thanks all!

They all seem really great. I was able to book online, scheduled the appointment for the same week, and had a technician arrive to help us right on time. They text you/email you info on your technician and a picture so you can feel safe. Plus they let you know when your technician is on the way, so no guessing what time they might show up which helped us a lot.Isaac did the inspection and was great! He explained everything he saw to me - what looked good, what needed to be fixed and just explained how everything worked. Definitely very helpful!

Used Absolute Electrical for my EV home charger installation. The team was amazing. The were on-time, courteous, and very efficient. The installation was going to be exceptionally difficult as the electrical panel was diagonally across from the garage and on different levels of the house. The team designed an outstanding solution as well as suggestions to ensure that the EV charger exhibited maximum performance. Despite the complexity of the installation, all was done in one day! Fantastic job!

Wayne (and the rest of the Absolute team) are fantastic! Today the office team was able to get us scheduled for a service visit just a few hours after calling. Wayne was very friendly and communicative, getting our outlets working again in no time! Fixing house issues is never enjoyable but it’s always a pleasure working with the Absolute team. We also use them for our heating and AC services as well.

Tom did a great job for me. He arrived on time and did a thorough check on my electrical panel, discovering a moisture issue I hadnt been aware of. Service was thorough and prompt, he was done on the same day.

I called Absolute because they had good reviews on Google (in Colorado). They sent me a text with the picture of the guy who was coming, which was a nice touch. Wayne arrived, and he was super pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even pointed out a significant mistake the builders of my house made that would make it fail inspection if they had done a proper inspection.... more on that another time.I wanted an additional outlet installed in a closet that had an outlet behind it on an adjacent wall. Wayne said it was easy, and gave me some quotes. Prices were a bit higher than I expected and he picked up the phone and got to work trying to get me a better deal. We got to a comfortable price, and he got right to work. Work was done super quick, and very cleanly. He cleaned up nicely, showed me what was done and we were good. While he was here we chatted about BBQ, Football, and other things, great guy. I'd 100% recommend them for anyone who needs electrical work done, and I will 100% call them when I need it again.

Isaiah was knowledgeable and did not mind explaining things over as he worked. He was also calm and assertive during a tense situation with another company who wanted to try and pin payment on me for a previous unsatisfactory job which had a warranty. Isaiah spoke with the employee from that company and rationally explained the nature of the work and the reason why it was them and not me who had to pay for that portion of the labor. This was a huge help.I only wish prices weren’t so expensive for the work that was done!

Do not hire this company! I set an appointment for some electrical repairs. Day of they called and said they didn’t have a tech available so we rescheduled. Second time they called 1 hour before the anppointment and said the tech couldn’t make it and had to reschedule for an additional 10 days out. Overall I spent two weeks waiting and didn’t get any repairs done. Hire a different company!

Ian was very professional, punctual, and clean. Did the job efficiently and without a lot of mess. I appreciate that Ian did as requested and did not try to sell us on a bunch of compatibility issues bunk. ABSOLUTE will definitely be receiving our first call for future needs.

Andrew was early to the appointment which we were so grateful for (they did make sure we were available). He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem, and was very friendly. Absolutely would recommend!

We had an emergency because half of our home went out of electricity. We were desperate since we have guests staying and we needed to have the AC window units running. Isaiah went above and beyond, it was hard to find the root of the issue but he was determined to help us, so he did it. I highly recommend Isaiah and this company, we were very please with their service.

My knights in shining armor. I had a furnace installed 3 years ago that already started to have major issues. My electrical was in critical condition (Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) panel) which affected my 15yo AC unit.After a few quotes, I chose Absolute and was pleasantly surprised with the quality, speed, and rates provided to me. They worked with me to get the best rate and listed all options. I highly recommend.

I am absolutely floored at the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work provided by this company and the electrician, Wayne, who was dispatched to my place. I am a full convert from my local company subscription to Absolute. I returned from vacation to have no power to my kitchen, and no amount of popping the circuit breakers back and forth fixed the issue. Wayne came out, described the issue and several estimates for potential repairs, and I picked the option that worked for my budget and needs. The estimate project was completed in less than 2 hours, and I feel safer in my own home, knowing the power surges that created the original problem will no longer be an issue. Thank you!

Ryan was absolutely wonderful took care of my A/C due to my dog chewing up the wires and I was back up and working in no time. I work from home and he was very efficient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Dan and Bre were amazing! They were on time, friendly, and worked through some crummy weather late into the evening to complete the job. From the initial quote options from Isaiah to the scheduling department to install was stress free and transparent. Their pricing is very competitive and quality of work right up to clean up once done was top notch. The new/upgraded electrical panel was a must for us and they delivered. I will be using them again for future needs.

Dave was great! Much much more reasonable than Applewood and Heart and didn’t talk down to me. Dave got the job done quickly and seemed very trustworthy in explaining everything so I could understand.

I would highly recommend Absolute Electric Heating and air! Isaiah was very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable when he came to give us a quote for a quiet cool whole house fan system. We had Isaiah install the quiet cool while house fan and an attic fan in our home. He took his time explaining everything that needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. He is the absolute best in the business and we will call absolute for any future electrical or HVAC needs.

I took a week off to catch up on house projects, fun right? So Isaiah came for a Hot Tub hookup and Jason HAVAC checkup. What I liked about the service was they were friendly, and communicated clearly. I hope Absolute continues to expand out it's services because keeping up on house maintenance has always been a paranoia of mine. I expect the membership to bring some relief from that.

Absolute came to our rescue by coming on the same day I called as the other company I had scheduled a month prior wasn't able to make it that day. Dave was very professional, on time and got the job done. I would recommend Absolute and Dave for any furnace work!

I have used Absolute twice, and I'm so impressed with their customer service. It's honestly some of the best customer service that I have experienced in any industry.Their online booking system is super easy to use. They send you reminders as needed. And then the day of your appointment, you get a text when the technician is on the way. But the text says more than just that your technician is on the way. It actually includes a picture of your technician, and even a little bio. It just so happens that I have had Ian both times, and he is fantastic. So professional and efficient, and with a great sense of humor too.I have used a couple of other HVAC companies in the past, but I was not happy with their service, so I kept looking. Suffice it to say, I won't be looking anymore. I will continue using Absolute for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I signed up this spring for Absolute’s membership program, and it is the best money I have spent on our home this year. The membership includes services I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for and helped give reassurance that our home HVAC (and plumbing, through Better Plumber Co., which is part of the membership) is in tip-top shape.They proactively remind me when service needs scheduled, they send me a photo and bio of the repairmen in advance of the on-site visit, and all technicians to date have been incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend both companies!

I called Absolute for a price on some electrical jobs at my home. Tom and Wayne were great to work with, were timely and explained things in an understanding and straight-forward way. I had a circuit breaker for the AC that was replaced that was not up to code. Will definitely use them again!

Was very professional great job. Explained everything showed where all the features were i.e.filter location, gas shutoff. I had a very old furnace that quit working during Denver's -13 degrees wind-chill. They went out of their way to see I got taken care of asap! Squeezing me in for next day installation. Amazing customer service, from the initial phone call to make an appointment to the two electricians that came to my home! Everyone was so happy delightful to work with.

The service was wonderful. The office called to confirm about my scheduled appt on the following Monday to tell me it will be an after hours charge but also let me know the could schedule me for an appt today Which was a Saturday and I said yes they told me a time and that a tech would call when on the way. The tech called about an hour later to give me a more accurate time and then called to let me know he was on the way. After got off the phone I received a text message with a picture of the tech and brief history of tech and a link to track him on the way so I knew in real time when he would get here. The tech that showed up was Jason Belau and this guy was amazing he was very friendly and was nor rushed to get in and out like I have seen with some companies. Jason also took the time to diagnose the issue and get a quote together with different options on getting my issue resolved. Jason explained everything in a way that both my wife and I could understand. Jason was very professional the whole time he was in my home and always friendly and kept both my wife and I in the loop of what he was doing even when it came to trying to get financing done he was NEVER high pressure to get paid or even get finished and get on the road to his next call. Absolute is the best company I have dealt with in a long long time. I will keep them as my HVAC and suggest others do the same as well thank you for a superior job Jason you are a asset to this company.

Omar, Britton and Brie were very professional and explained what was going on for each step. We had a bunch of issues with our electricity because of old wiring, not done from them, and they updated the wiring and brought it up to code. We highly recommend them!

Issac, our tech, was amazing! He showed up a few minutes early on a Sunday morning. We were so thankful for that because our air conditioner had quit the day before and it was going to be close 100 degrees on that Sunday. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. He fixed the problem quickly and showed us where we were going to have more problems in the future. Everything he did was very professional. We decided to become Absolute members for what they offer, but also so we can get Issac again.UPDATE: We just had our free AC inspection with Dave from Absolute Electrical. And it was another outstanding experience. He was so polite and helpful. We needed a piece replaced and he asked his boss to give us an additional discount on top of our membership discount. We're really happy to be associated with this company.

Called on recommendation of appliance repairman. Timely response but regardless of issue or time spent, lowest level charge is $485. Seems grossly excessive and bears no relation to problem found. Tech spent equal time trying to up sell.

I have been having trouble with the new refrig/freezer tripping the breaker. After appliance repair company came out to see if it was the refrig causing issue, they said diagnostic indicated appliance working properly but recommended I call Absolute Electrical Heating and Air to install dedicated breaker. Isaiah a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable young electrician suggested installing GFCI protection and full house surge protection. I felt I needed to have this service so I could sleep at night after having uexpected tripping of the breaker.Isaiah is a huge asset to your company. He explained what he was doing, very polite and so I felt completely comfortable with his advise and installation process and I appreciate his work ethic. I highly recommed Isaiah and Absolute Electrical from this experience. Shari

Will never use this company for a purchase and install again. $11,000 for an A/C unit poorly installed. Will only allow them to check A/C during warranty period.Had a new A/C unit installed last August, 8/22, and it is already low on freon, which means Absolute did not charge it properly during install and then there was this last year, first issue was poor installation and had to have them come back to work on how the air filter was held in place. Air filter placement is still a problem, I am 65, and have to get down on my hands and knees, to make sure the filter is in place, due to the poor install from this company. Previous filter, I opened a small door and slid out the old furnace filter and slid in the new, not anymore with Absolute installation, have to get on the floor on hands and knees, use head lamp to see into duct, and then push the filter into place to make sure it is sealed.On Tuesday, 4/11/23, had the first check up, since install, on the $11,000 A/C unit and find out it is already low on freon, which was the same problem as the last A/C unit that was replaced. Obviously not charged correctly to begin with or is it leaking?Very disappointed, beware before you use this company and make sure you get several quotes from others, Absolute is very expensive with poor installation. They also spend more time trying to find something wrong with the HVAC system to send you quotes, then make sure the system actually works. The quotes are not itemized, just a number, so you do not know what you pay for the part or labor. Use someone else, save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

So I was going to change a broken light switch on my own but after looking into the outlet, it looked way complicated & wire coloring was different on new switch. I called Absolut electric & a guy named Isaiah S. came to my home to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable & fast & brought reasonable prices. I appreciate the quick appointment & getting the job done Isaiah! Thanks again, c you guys next time!Jasen J

Had an excellent experience overall. I worked with Ryan who did an impressively quick assessment of the problem (after I struggled for hours) and rapidly resolved this. Very professional, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Presented me with understandable options for repair.Cost was much better than I was expecting and they had an individual on site within a few hours from the time I called them.

I have had garage lights installed (ONE DAY), and then I was offered a membership which I jumped on and thanks to ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC ( I had the motor going out in furnace) when they did my inspection they let me know about it and even called to see about my warranty! SPECIAL THANKS to ISAAC and ANDREW for all your insight and getting the work done !!!!!!! Will be using ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC AGAIN !!!!!!!! New projects Yes I needed them again same issues except for now I want a bigger furnace and a/c Coral came out with a trainee and they checked current system and gave the Best possible Price. I found what I wanted for my size home 2000 sqft . Coral and the trainee where very polite and up selling but not putting pressure on me in anyway to upgrade I was giving several options from low to high grade equipment. Collin and Laine where very professional and knowledgeable thanks guys! Had one more job for Absolute on short notice and they came back to install New electric panel thanks too Jovanny and Omar for being up front about all they had to complete this project also answering any questions I had!! I ABSOLUTELY SUGGEST GETTING A QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE LETTING THE PRESSURE SELLERS INTO YOUR HOME!!!!

Isaiah was thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. He explained everything to me and reassured me that the services would be guaranteed and that he takes great pride in the work he does. All of the employees that I spoke with from the time I scheduled it to the time I sent payment were wonderful. The work was done on time as expected with no hidden costs. I am very happy!

Quick appointment and quick fix. Not cheap but very professional. Worth the money. Dave was great and very helpful.

Isaac was very professional. He arrived on time for performing an inspection of our furnace and AC systems. After finding an issue during the inspection, he explained the options for resolving it and was able to source the parts and perform the repair the same morning.

Ask for service to handle a home inspection request. The technician (Dave Newman) explained that the requested “repairs” were unnecessary for my unit. He wrapped a pipe for a cosmetic fix, wrote up a report and charged only the dispatch fee. A very professional and honest company and technician.

Problem after problem with Absolute Electric. I booked an appointment to have a light fixture taken down and another installed. Absolute Electric cancelled the appointment due to lack of employees. Installation was time sensitive and Absolute Electric was aware. Chandelier was taken down and another re-installed, which took 35 minutes. We were charged $938 for this service, and noted on the invoice that it was an extemely dangerous job due to the high ceilings and 2 techs were required. Note that nothing was mentioned during the booking process and ceiling height was submitted on my inquiry to the Absolute Electric. Also note that when we had the lights switched and installed by one electrician from another company that did the job for a fee of $180 approximately a year ago.I called shortly after receiving the invoice to inquire if it was a typo due to the almost $1000 charge. The lady I spoke with, Alauna, agreed to adjust the price to $180, which as noted, is what we paid to have the light fixture switched out approximately a year ago.My husband had paid the original fee of $938 for a 30 minute job with a check. He called and paid the $180 over the phone with a card and explained that the check needed to be destroyed to Alauna.This morning, 3 days later, I checked our account and I see that the $180 charge came out of our account and that Absolute Electric also cashed the check for $938. I would give a negative star review for Absolute Electric if I could.

I needed to get a 110/120V plugin done quickly for installing a new dishwasher. Absolute was able to accomodate. I'd also asked for the heater to have the yearly checkup. Isaac performed the task of checking the heater. Hewas friendly, through and informative to provide actions I need to take care of, providing pictures, recommendations and the prioritizing. Isaac in no way pressured me to make a decision that day because the costs were higher than I expected.Omar provided the service of making the plugin. There were some complications under the sink and drawers to cross through but Omar took the task on with a positive, professional attitude. Omar also made recommendations to upgrade my electrical box but that too is something I will need to take action on later because of the cost.Both these young men displayed friendliness, understanding, assurance and total professionalism. Although I was stressed when they were here, their demeanor was calming and assuring.

I initially picked this establishment to install the heater in my garage. They are very good at making sure they have your information and they send texts and emails abundantly. However, I did not go through with my appointment with them because they required a service fee to come out and give you a quote. Now, they do offer to subsidize that with a $50 off coupon. It’ only applies if you pick their estimate and go through with having them do your work.I am by trade a plumber. I have never in my 35+ years of experience charged a future customer to come out and look at their job.Out of respect for their reviews, I gave them three stars. Enough said.

Wayne Brimm was my technician for troubleshooting a ceiling fan issue and for installing two exterior entry lights. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine the malfunction in our ceiling fan and installed the exterior lights in very little time. I will request him again!

$485 to replace a breaker that didn’t solve my problem and I really could have done myself. Would not recommend. Technicians were professional and polite though.

My phone call to schedule l was handled by Lindsay. She was professional, asked clarifying questions, and was able to schedule the techs to come out within 24 hours. With no heat in my house this was important. She also explained how the service visit fee worked and if they did any work that day the fee would be waived for the work that was preformed. I received a confirmation text for the appointment and I confirmed that. I received a text with a picture of the tech stating they were on their way. When David and Isaac arrived they introduced themselves and asked questions about what was going on. They got to work right away. They explained things thoroughly while they were diagnosing the issue with my furnance. They offered different solutions to make my system run properly on top of fixing the initial problem. They were not pushy about getting me to do the extra services, which I appreciate! I will be using them again due to their professionalism over all and efficient work!

David arrived at appointed time. Was able to diagnose the problem, explain everything in detail using language I could understand. He also didn't try to upsell anything else to me. He did mention something needed in the future for my AC. When I asked why he didn't want to put it on today, he said it isn't necessary until you start using your AC.David also answered many other questions about my furnace unrelated to the repair that gave me confidence with his knowledge level and comfortable with using a new company.

Colin and Laine did an excellent job with installation! My crawl space is very dirty and hard to get into but they got the job done and got heat installed back in our home! We have found our electrician for life! Beyond impressed with the service that Isaiah and his team provided over the past 3 days, installing recessed lighting throughout the house, a hanging light fixture, upgrading/relocating our electrical panel and hooking up an EV charging station in our garage. The project was a success and it feels like a completely new house - we love it! Isaiah and his team were very communicative and on time. After wrapping up each day they left the house super clean and were so friendly and energized, their love for their craft truly shows. Isiaiah in particular impressed us and we are looking forward to future projects with him, beyond simply electrical (check out their website, they provide many other services).

Charged me $70 to show up and tell me it would be $4,000 for a three way switch installation. The entire job was quoted at $15,000 and would not take more than a day. You're telling me this guy is booking 3,750,000 million a year by himself on electric alone?! What a joke?! I'm sure they do great work when they aren't working on their standup material. Insulting estimate.I'll add, most of the job was swapping out plugs for new ones and or running wire where wire already existed. Not drilling new holes for the most part. Just running 14/3 wire on the three way switch four feet and swapping out two existing switches for three way was four thousand dollars? Get out of here. laughable.

I am revising my review because the five smoke alarms installed by Absolute malfunctioned yesterday, requiring the fire department to fix. I learned that the models installed were significantly sub par, and while I paid a premium, the company will not stand behind their work or product.After paying more than $9000 for services and products, the technician was not authorized to do the right thing today and replace poor workmanship. The technician, said the company recognized Seneca’s poor workmanship, and got rid of him, but will not authorize, making good to the customer.Previous review: Upon purchasing our new home we wanted to change out every (70) electrical outlet and switch in the place. I feel so fortunate to have connected with Absolute and that Seneca was sent out. He is like that younger brother who is a master electrician and can fix and/or diagnose everything. He’s professional, intelligent, articulate, careful and capable. He’s easy to have in the house when I’m working. He knows what he is doing and gets it done! Highly recommend both Seneca and Absolute for all your electrical and HVAC needs! Really appreciate the recommendation of a membership as well. Has saved lots of money.

During April 22-29, 2022, Ian Polman the senior HVAC expert at Absolute Heating-Electric-Air of Commerce City, started and completed a project to replace my combination domestic water- radiant floor heat boiler. The replacement was necessitated because our 24 year-old German-made boiler had ceased working. Repair of the boiler was no longer possible because neither the manufacturer nor after market companies could provide parts.Thus over a continuous five day period, the old water heater-boiler was removed and replaced with a tankless (2 quarts of water) Navien NCB-240/130H condensing combi-boiler. The house heating component has 8+2+8 valves that are controlled by 10 zone controllers attached to 10 thermostats for about 3800 square feet of house. The domestic water supply serves three showers and numerous facets.This system was recommended and priced the previous year, by the prior Absolute HVAC expert, Eric Scharrer, due to functionality, ability to obtain parts from several suppliers for repair, and expected lower cost per month to use over the previous system. Absolute honored the year old estimate/price quote which was not required by them. The installation required in addition the rewiring and replacing the zone controllers, wiring for the Navien unit, and replace,ment of some of the thermostats for communication to the Navien unit.Ian with a company electrician and additional HVAC personnel installed and tested the new system to insure it functioned as required. Ian toured the house with me, and explained what thermostat communicated to which zone controller and valves. He also instructed me on how to interpret the function (temperature, on or off) displays on the unit to understand that it is working properly. He also tested each zone’s thermostat to insure they properly communicated to the Navien boiler. The house heated back up after being off for 7 days in an appropriate time frame for radiant in-floor heating. The domestic hot water was tested at key locations in the house and performed properly.The system worked as promised in the installation time frame as promised. They actively got the system working almost a day sooner than promised. All the Absolute employees were easy to work with, they communicated articulately so that expectations were clear. They arrived to start each day as promised with advance notification as to who was arriving. Each day, they cleaned their work areas and at the end of the job left the property clean.I have now used the hot water system for almost a month. The system is performing well. Sometimes, though it does take a little longer to warm up and become hot compared to a domestic hot water tank. This change is not significant enough to be concerned. It is too soon to determine if my gas bill for heating water will drop due to the change in the system.I easily and clearly recommend Ian Polman with Absolute for similar work and mantainance on this system. His expertise on a very complicated system and ability to explain it in laymen terms was wonderful. His skill allowed me to feel comfortable about the ability of this very expensive system to function and perform as needed, thus keeping my angst and stress at a low level.

I recently had this company install a new furnace and a new AC unit. I had a great experience. From Coral, who did the initial consultation and diagnostics, to Donald and Adam, who did the install. The install didn’t go 100% as planned, and Donald was very proactive in making sure it was done right and in a timely manner.The company was communicative and willing to work with me. I also spoke often with the front desk staff (mostly Alauna), and worked with a manager, Issac. All were friendly, responsive, and respectful.I was driven to use this company because of how they did business, even though I had a cheaper quote from another company. All of the wiring for our air conditioning unit had actually burned up inside the box. Isaiah not only repaired it, but in the time to explain the situation we had going on with that box and our electrical panel. Isaiah was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Omar Santana came to do the annual electrical and smoke alarm inspection and when I mentioned I had a problem with my doorbell he helped repair the problem and installed a new one for me. He was very proactive and helpful and I really appreciated his “can-do” attitude!

Charged us $382.00 for a $45.00 dollar part. We needed a furnace new igniter and I was out of town. On top of a $69.00 service call. Electrician then called back later in the afternoon claiming to have left a tool at the house. He came while my wife was on a work call, collected his item, then left. Furnace stopped working the next morning. Wife removed panel and sent me pictures. The hose had been removed from the pressure sensor causing a failure. She replaced the hose and it worked fine. They tried to sell us on replacing the draft motor for a $1,000 dollars. That's a $300.00 part. They also wanted $900.00 to remove the blower motor, clean it, and put it back in. I could buy a new housing and blower motor for $600.00. Way overpriced. Would never use them again.

Originally I decided to schedule with Absolute because I heard about a furnace-tune up special that they were doing with KLZ radio. Scheduling was super easy and they did everything in their power to make sure it was at a time that was great for my schedule.My HVAC technician was Coral and she was extremely professional, personable, knowledgable, and realistic about what can be done and what actually needs to be done.Before she arrived I received a text and an email with a photo of Coral and a few characteristics about her, which I thought were cute. I liked this personally, because normally when I have someone coming to the house I get anxious about having a stranger in my home.When Coral arrived she explained everything she was going to do and why, and walked me through the tune-up as she went through. She put on booties over her boots before she even entered the home and was extremely respectful of our space. When she opened up the furnace, she took photos and videos of everything. She explained what all the different components of my furnace looked like and what they should look like in good condition.I felt extremely comfortable talking to her and didn't feel like she was trying to upsell me at all. When she left, she gave me her personal business card and a full report of the tune-up with recommended service, the current condition of the furnace, and everything we discussed together.Overall, I would recommend Absolute (and Coral especially for that matter) for any service you need done on your furnace. Prices are reasonable for general services but when you have something critical in nature such as a furnace repair in Fall they will gouge the price and laugh to the bank. They wanted over $1300 to replace a part that costs less than $300. Takes about 20 minutes of actual work to replace the part plus the drive to pick up the part.Yes, you read that right, $1000 for 1 hour of their time.Yet 2 hours of their time is only a few hundred dollars for something not critical in nature such as when I had them help with a blower issue for our A/C system in the summer time.Such practices of vastly over inflating prices when people don't have a choice should be criminal.

Needed to upgrade my FPE panel, Hector came out for the estimate (arrived early, which I appreciated) and patiently explained the entire process and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to use his team. Their estimate was not the lowest but ultimately felt the most trustworthy. Once we decided to go with Absolute, they got us on the schedule quickly and the team (led by Omar) was equally fantastic. The process was just as Hector had explained, everything started on time, and at the end Omar reviewed the work with me and made sure to clean up afterwards. I hope not to need electrician services again soon, but I feel like Absolute will be my go-to!

My appointment to get my light fixture repaired/ballast replaced was between 8 and 10am, I got a text at 730 saying Hector and AJ were on their way and they got everything fixed and repaired by 930AM. We needed a full upgrade for our new home: furnace, a/c, and water heater. Absolute Electric is a great choice for this because they do both the HVAC work and electrical work in-house. Our service team consisted of Omar and Adam. I must say they impressed me with their professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic. They worked on our system all day for 13 hours and they didn't cut any corners. It was convenient for us that all that work was completed in just one day. Laine Rosenquist from Absolute showed up for a last minute HVAC installation appointment when the heater we selected arrived at the facility within 24 hours (allowing us to have an installation appointment one day sooner than originally scheduled). He was patient with us as he went over a late minute decision we needed to make regarding where specific parts for the new equipment could be installed and even created a new (safe) door for our filter. This is much appreciated!

I called Absolute in the morning on the day before Thanksgiving about a problem we were having with our furnace and incredibly they came out the same day. Ian Polman quickly figured out the problem, got the part and fixed it in no time so we'd be ready for the holidays. Ian and Absolute were great!

Ian Polman was the service tech that came to my house to repair my ac unit. Ian was polite and professional. Ian was very straight forward in his repair and relaying the information to me. He even took the time to teach and inform me with good tips for a first time home owner on all HVAC related items in my home.

Review posted after a week: DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! They gouged their prices so much that they overcharged me 3 times the normal cost of my repairs which was for 2 blower motors (1 for AC an other for the furnace), a condenser and hard wire start up. They charged me $3,100 and since I know nothing about HVAC systems, I thought that was the correct price, but expensive since goods and services are rising in price because of the sad state of our economy. So after the repairs, I did some research and found that the cost of the parts are priced $500-700. I contacted Absolute and they would not furnish me with an itemized invoice nor would they share their tech's hourly rate. So I had to finance $3,100. Later I spoke with an honest contraction, he gave me an estimate of $1,200 for the same repairs. Absolute even snuck in a $329 membership fee for what? I do not know. ABSOLUTE HAS AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE!!! OLD REVIEW: I was lucky enough to get a same-day appt. Early this morning our A/C went out and knowing it was going to be dangerously hot today, I called their 24 hour line at 3am. I got an appointment between 8 and 10am. The technician Ryan arrived right on the dot at 8am and was able to diagnose and fix our A/C problem within the hour. I am grateful for his work and I'm happy to leave a 5 star review.

Dave came out to help me with installing a smart thermostat. He is the best! He took lots of time to explain everything he was doing and made some great suggestions (that I will be following up on) to improve our AC. Dave will definitely be our HVAC guy from now on!

Omar came to my home yesterday to troubleshoot a circuit/power issue in the back part of the house. He listened to my explanation, checked out possible issue areas, and found the problem quickly and with a friendly attitude. I'm also excited that the electrical company I found can also service our boiler and has partnerships with a plumbing company (I signed up for a membership)! Andrea was also super easy to work with to get the service call scheduled, and provided options. Overall very pleased with my experience and my interactions with both Omar and Andrea. I have some additional work I'd like to get done, and I'll definitely be reaching out again.

Our AC stopped working for the second time this summer, right before another heat wave. With a newborn and toddler, we were anxious about getting a repair quickly. The service from Absolute was phenomenal! From our scheduling call with Rachel to the dispatcher updates, everyone was so professional, kind and did their best to be accommodating to our schedule. James, our technician, was thorough in explaining the problem and detailed in presenting several options for next steps and finding a solution within our budget. He was able to fully repair our system the same day! We were so pleased with their services that we signed up for the Absolute Advantage Membership so we will never need to hunt for AC or heating repair services again. I cannot speak highly enough of Absolute and their tech, Jason. This review was not solicited or asked for. I'm just that damn happy with the service I received and want to tell others.Absolute stepped in (same day appointment) and fixed the problems the previous HVAC company caused fixing our system. The other company came out twice. They recommended replacing an expensive part (condenser fan motor). Thankfully, they didn't have it in stock. So instead of waiting, I called Absolute.Jason came earlier than the time quoted and did a complete diagnostic of our system - opening it up, inspecting every part, giving me tips and maintenance advice along the way, taking pictures, and ensuring every single step of our HVAC was working properly.I felt so bad because for the measly dispatch fee we paid, this seemed like overkill and a steal on our end. REPLACE YOUR AIR FILTER PEOPLE!It was like watching a doctor and a patient. He even put on and took off his protective shoe covers every time he came and went outside. Very respectful of our home and property.In the end, he found the errors the previous technician made. Re-wired our capacitor and fixed a couple of fuses. No expensive part necessary. Save us a ton of money! He even stayed a little bit to ensure everything was cooling correctly. Most techs rush off to the next appointment. We talked BIG10 football.After having multiple HVAC companies come to my house, I can say it doesn't get any better than Absolute. You can either pay them in the beginning or later when they have to fix the problems of other companies.

I want a can light installed in a bathroom. It costs $59 to send out a technician to get a quote. If I decide I’m okay with the quote and continue, that $59 goes towards the work, which is great. However, this makes it difficult to shop around without paying $59 to figure out if Absolute is higher than lower than my other quotes. I will be getting other quotes instead. I appreciate that Absolute is very transparent about how they work.

The Tech Brandon was great. He came out for our emergency and got us up and running quickly. We set up a follow up appointment for later in the week. Then Brandon called the next day to make sure everything was still good, and he checked in another day to make sure we were still good. We will definitely use them again.

This experience was incredible. I called a few other companies, but couldn't even get an estimate that week. Absolute was able to complete the entire process in 3 days (highly impressive). Isaac was able to get me an estimate 1 day after I called, and the next day James and Eric arrived install a brand new AC was installed on Friday. The installation quality was excellent. If you want quality over anything else, go with Absolute!

I manage a large facility and had a Saturday afternoon emergency. Absolute was the first company I got ahold of that could come out that afternoon. Andrew arrived within an hour of my call and was very professional. I am very thankful for him and Absolute's electrical service.

Absolute Electrical was very helpful in fixing our furnace. The heat went out on a 20-degree day, and they were able to get to my home within a couple hours to do the repair. The scheduler on the phone, Rachel I believe, was very professional and accommodating. They sent Isaac out to do the repair, and he worked quickly, professionally, and skillfully to identify and repair the issue so that I could leave my home on time to get to work. Then installed a new LED system , all the time being on 15 foot ladders . I am thrilled with results . They were professional and friendly. NEVER again will I do business with this company. We had an appointment scheduled and it had to be re-scheduled twice due to the company overbooking themselves. Mind you before the cancellation of the appointment we were told no matter what someone would be out to repair the AC the day of, which never happen. When someone finally came out for the repair, the tech had almost no idea what he was doing and couldn't even diagnose the issue. We were told he would be back the next morning, but of course we received a phone call that they couldn't make it back once again. This place is just after your MONEY, don't waste your time! Gladly we had someone else diagnose & repair our AC in less then half the time we wasted with Absolute Electrical Heating and Air.

I have used Absolute Electrical Heating & Air for my furnace and air conditioner over the past 18-24 months. The company is customer service oriented, it is easy to schedule routine maintenance and services. (note - schedule, I have not required an emergent service or repair). The service technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. When given a time window you can count on Absolute arriving in that window or contacting to notify of a delay. Today, the service technicians Coral and Jason arrived on time, were very courteous, personable, and professional. They completed the winter furnace inspection and preventative maintenance quickly and efficiently, even replacing the filter and taking the old one out to my trash. Sure, there are other companies out there that advertise a $39.99 winter furnace service - but you get what you pay for. I have no issue paying a little extra for the professional, reliable, knowledgeable service technicians and peace of mind that brings. Thanks for a great job!

The person who answered the phone and helped me schedule a date and time was also very understanding and kind.Andrew was extremely kind and helpful. I had this company make a service call to my house because our AC went out. The guy that we had explained to me that our refrigerant was out and that because of that it wasn't working and advised us to get a whole new unit. There was a ton of other problems he listed as well. We ended up calling another company out that said that the AC unit just overheated and got it back up and working in under an hour after cleaning it and that the refrigerant was completely where it was supposed to be. I booked with this company cause it has such great reviews but I can't say that I would entirely trust this company to not try and scam you into a whole new unit that's not needed. It's confusing me to write such a bad review on a place ethat has such flawless ones but that's what happened. The picture below is what the guy quoted me for fixing it when it was barely broken and is functioning fine now.

Great service. Ian is about the smartest HVAC guy I’ve run into. He was able to hook-up my central heating system to a transformer, then to a 24v thermostat in about 15min - something that no other HVAC could do or was willing to do. Highly recommend Ian for and Absolute Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

First of all, they didn't come when sceduled because I didn't reply to their call because I was sleeping after my night shift and didn't answer if there was access to the furnace, which is obvious, otherwise I wouldn't call them. So they rescheduled for next day. Ian Polman came to the house and was extremely unprofessional and got mad with me for refusing their services for $1500 because I couldn't afford it. He refused to answer any of my questions and was behaving in a really rude manner. He also made me pay $100 for coming over to the house instead of $69 like stated on the website because he said that $69 is the cost for them to just come over and look. Ridiculous. All this company is looking for is to make money out of you and treat you like you're not a human.

Absolute has become my favorite and well depended on service for electrical and now heating and air. Michael was kind enough to explain what he was seeing in terms I understood, gave thorough and logical recommendations based on my safety not the mentality of getting work and charging me money. He is personable and knowledgeable. We also had a fun chat about our tortie cats and our dogs.

Ryan (and all the Absolute folks we’ve had work with us) was great! He even told us we really didn’t need some parts that were on the estimate so of course we really appreciated that. Isaac, the so called exper was unprofessional. He even failed to put back the air filter he took out from the furnace. He just charged me $1500 for nothing. He just talk and talk without doing any thing. He tricks you pay and sign his paper works. I never recommend this company for any AC service.

Andrew was the consummate professional - he knew that the handyman hired earlier in the week to install a programmable thermostat had blown the fuse in the furnace before he even stepped inside. Not only did he replace the fuse but then he programmed my new digital thermostat to the settings I needed. Probably saving me an hour of figuring it out on my own. Andrew also pointed out some maintenance needed in the near future on both my furnace and water heater and emailed me a quote. I will use Absolute Electric exclusively from now on. Also bears mentioning that Absolute was able to get me an appointment a full week earlier than the other electrician firm. Call them - you won’t regret it.

Omar & his assistant were professional and went above and beyond. The area they needed to work in had wasps, so they went and bought wasp repellent so they could do they job. They were clean, cleaned up, and efficient. Omar took the time to explain everything to me.

During a windstorm a neighbor's dead tree fell on my power lines pulling my electrical panel off my house and snapping a streetlight pole in half. It was a chilly day which meant the temperature in my house was quickly dropping (by the next morning it was 56 degrees in my house). I called and Steven P came out and gave me an estimate and said they could do the work the next day. He and Andrew were there by 8:30 and worked throughout the day. By 4:30 I had power & heat again. Both Steve and Andrew were diligent and knew what they were doing.

I am so happy with what this company made happen for us. We just moved into a new home that needed a light fixture update. (Chandeliers, foyer, porch fan) They are incredibly friendly to work with, make sure you have a safe fixture installed correctly. they offered us a wireless switch that another company didn’t even mention to us as an option! (This wireless switch ultimately saved us dry wall repairs which we are so grateful for.) I am new to all of this and I chose the wrong length for our chandelier to hang at from our 18ft ceiling in the living room when they first visited/installed, after kicking myself and building up some courage I called the company back, they were a delight to work with - and ensured to come back and fix it to our liking. And it is absolutely gorgeous now I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone I know!! They work smart, have incredible customer service, and highly competitive prices. They listen to their customers and then offer their professional opinion at the necessary moments.

Big jobs are a little scary, always wondering what is going to go wrong, cause delays or increase the cost. I was very happy working with Absolute. They know their words matter and delivered the project on time and on budget, which is the most important thing. In addition, though, they properly staffed the work to be done, weren’t tackling other jobs while mine was in progress, kept everything as neat and clean as possible and were thoroughly respectful of my property and HOA building. We had Absolute come out to assess our ac unit which hadn’t been working for quite some time and it was getting unbearable with the hot summer days. Andrew worked with us to find the most economical solution and he was very professional and understanding! Hector was an absolute (no pun intended) professional. I had a 2-4 service window and he actually arrived at 1:59! Absolute Electrical Heating and Air is an outstanding company! We have worked with several other companies in the past, and Absolute is by far the best company.Jeremy Jackson and Isaiah from Absolute did an excellent job with replacing an electrical box that had some corrosion on some of the wires. Before contacting Absolute, we had received a quote from another company we had worked with in the past. That other company only presented one viable option, which was to replace the electrical box. They used scare tactics to try and force us into getting the work started right away. When Jeremy from Absolute Electrical came to our home, he was very personable and professional. He presented multiple options on getting the wires fixed, not just going with the most expensive option. This really showed a different level of what it means to do business with integrity. Being that I am not an electrician, I would want to hire an electrician that is prudent and acts in my best interest, Jeremy went above and beyond with delivering quality service and workmanship. Even with the more cost-effective options provided by Jeremy and the Absolute team, we still decided to replace the electrical box. (And it was still lower in price than the other company!)The company overall has amiable staff all around, every communication with them was very professional and informative. We even received a thank you note from them!

Absolute electrical heating and air was able to fit me in for same-day evaluation of my Flickering lights in the whole house. The electrician, Hector, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and very personable. He carefully explained how he diagnosed the problem and possible options for repair. I called Absolute for an emergency appointment and from the time I connected with them until after the service was completed I was impressed. I have now found my go to HVAC company and would happily recommend them to anyone. I first spoke with Jamie who was professional, speedy and courteous in getting me scheduled. About 30 minutes before my tech arrived I received a text message that he was on his way and a photo so I could confirm his identity. I worked with Andrew Alexander who was proficient and friendly as he quickly identified the problem. I really appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me on anything but was set on fixing only the problem at hand. Too many other companies will try to convince you to buy a new furnace when you don't really need one.The quote was fair and he had the parts on the truck to get the work done right away. Once he finished he tested everything, replaced the filter, and checked other elements of the furnace to make sure it was all working properly before wiping everything down and leaving things cleaner than when he arrived.The next day I received a follow up call to ensure that I was happy and everything was working as expected. Overall I'm quite happy I found Absolute and will certainly be calling them for anything I might need in the future.

Casey was assigned my project after another electrician needed to attend to a family emergency... and did a wonderful job replacing a light and adding a new one in my kitchen. He paid special attention to details and worked hard to make (what was a very shady electrical job from a previous remodel) a spectacular new feel in my kitchen! The job was not easy and came with some surprise complications, but Casey was up to the task, and put me at ease that it would be the most quality job despite the challenges of the previous work done. It turned out wonderful, and I’m thankful he was the one who ended up working on my project. I will be using Absolute again for my next project and/or future needs!

Ian Polman provided fantastic service. He quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue that’s been causing us headaches that two previous HVAC companies missed. Already see an improvement in our air conditioning!

Tech did work quickly and satisfactory, it seems that their parts are marked up quite a bit, new gfi breaker, and replaced wall switch over $600 after a discount. Not sure we will use them again.

He showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work diagnosing the issue then working to resolve it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and expeditious. I had Isaac from Absolute Electric Heating Air over to replace my home humidifier. Without any pressure, he explained to me that also replacing the humidistat with a newer digital unit would give me much more control over the humidity in the house. He replaced my humidifier and the crummy valve installed by the builder, along with installing a new digital humidistat. The price was reasonable and he did a great job. I am very satisfied with the work.

5 Star ServiceMy Furnace went down because of overheating, I called Absolute Electrical Heating and Air at 9:30am today morning and Isaac showed up at 10:30am. Isaac was very professional and explained me the exact issue and provided me the options for repair. I feel yearly membership is little bit expensive than other companies but with the kind of quality of service I'm okay to pay it. Keep it up guys and looking forward to work with you more for my maintenance.

Just amazing. We changed our industry on the furnace 3 times including once the day of and they took care of it. New AC unit also, provided me with a brand I requested that they don't usually deal with because I had space concerns. Didn't break a sweat, I won't use another HVAC company in Denver ever.

I’ve used Absolute Electrical Heating and Air multiple times for service and repairs, and I will continue to use them going forward. Their techs are always really nice, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had the pleasure of having Isaac come out to my house for service and to diagnose an issue recently. In diagnosing the issue (that I spent all of the previous night trying to diagnose myself), he had it pinned down within 5 minutes.Another advantage is the communication from their office. They are very good at updating you the day of, in case there are any changes in their schedule that might put the tech towards the front of back end of your window. I really appreciate the over communication in this regard instead of leaving me guessing when they’re going to show up.

Andrew Alexander did an amazing job, my central air didn't work well, he figured it out quickly and did what had to be done to get it working.Andrew was very nice and I highly recommend this company and Andrew to anyone who needs central air repair.

We were converting our electric range to gas and as we were having the gas line put in we realized that our electric box was in the wrong place. I looked around on Yelp and found this company to help us out with that. The kicker was that we needed it done quickly since we had the range being delivered and set up 2 days from now. Out comes Steve the next day. Gave us an estimate and we set up the work for the next day. Steve came during the earlier part of the 2 hour window that was quoted and did the work quickly and neatly. He was very personable and nice and definitely seemed to know what he was doing. Assuming our range just slides in it's spot with no trouble I am very happy with the work done. My experience with Absolute was exceptional! After being told by another company that they couldn't get a tech to my house for a week, Absolute got a tech to my house within 2 hours. Isaac, the tech, was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had it taken care of within 90 minutes, and qouted me a very reasonable price. Had a great experience with Absolute Electrical. Very prompt and accurate communication. Steve came out initially and gave me a thorough quote. He showed up right when they said he was going to and was very professional and friendly. Two days later, Steve and Freddie came out to install both of our bathroom fans. It took them about 3.5 hours to complete some difficult work which required them to get into the attic. The work looks great and everything works perfectly. I was going back and forth with a competitor on the schedule for service, and was quoted ten days. Since this was urgent to me, I looked up absolute, and schedule the service the same day. While making changes, the dispatcher Aluan called me back and said there was an agent near by, and asked if the time could be moved up. I was pleased, with the update and approved the change. When Josh arrived, we talked over the work, and from the discussion, he offered suggestions to improve the function 0f the light fixture I'd pre-purchased. He was easy to talk to regarding the work, and cleaned up the work area before he left. This company gives the absolute best customer service of any company i've ever worked with. They communicate with you and update you one times of appointments and who your tech will be. Steven arrived on time, put shoe protectors on so he didn't track up my wood floors, and he was very knowledgeable and explained all the work to me. I would have given five stars but haven't had the work done yet. I'll post an update when I do.

From beginning to end... our experience was awesome! I called and got a friendly voice, then received reminders (better than my homemade sticky notes). When the day came for our appointment, we received a text with our technicians name Isaac and photo of what he looks like. When he arrived he was so polite and positive! We closed on a house at the end of March and there was a handful of major items we needed updated. Absolute came and gave us a very competitive quote and was able to get the work done very shortly after that. They had a crew out here for a few days and everything was done properly and well. All our questions were answered and all the guys were helpful and friendly. Given the current environment, they all came with proper gear, gloves and masks. We were very pleased with all the work done and would definitely hire them again.

We hired Absolute Electric to install two ceiling fans. Our kids ceiling lights had to be re-wired in the attic to hold the weight of the fans. Both electricians were prompt and respectful of us, our house, and animals. They were efficient, kind, and cleaned up after themselves. The communication was clear and return time of the estimate was within a week and work within two weeks since we needed more than just a switch out of the light for ceiling fan with a light. We will definitely hire them again when the need arises.

I have used Absolute Electric twice now for work on my house and they always do a thorough and fantastic quality job. Any time I’ve needed work done they’ve outlined what was possible and what could be done and always found a way to work with me to get what I wanted done. They are not pushy with sales and provide great recommendations. On a cold winter day they came out and installed outlets on the exterior of my home. They even accidentally broke one of my outdoor landscape solar lights (though I think it may have been broken before they got here!). They were so kind as to even come out and replace my solar light a week later with no fuss. I recommend absolute electric and will be using them for any work I need done.

I was able to make an appointment the day before I needed it and got a call and text of when the technician was arriving, including a photo so I knew who to expect. We always know we're in safe hands when we go with Absolute. We have yet to encounter someone from their company that isn't a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, professional. They're not the cheapest, but if you want it done right the first time then definitely go with these guys.

Great tech, but ridiculously overpriced. No matter what the skill level of the tech, you shouldn't have to pay around 700.00 an hour for their services. Less than 30 minutes to remove a couple screws. replace a single wire, and a 25 buck AC capacitor. 513.00 for that work is terrible value.

I had someone come out today to my home to fix my air conditioning a swamp cooler unit for the connections for electrical and he was able to do that in a very timely professional manner the whole company has seem to taken really good measures in this time of uncertainty which I really admire. They send you an email and notification when they're coming with a picture of your technician who will be servicing your request. they give you a card at the door to let you know who they are so all those extra measures are really great. Jeremy Jackson was my tech today who was very polite friendly and professional. I've also used this company before for my outside electrical and had a very good experience with that Tech as well. I would definitely recommend absolute electrical Heating and Air!!! Keep up the fantastic costumer service!

Extremely disappointed with the quote I was provided by a master electrician, Steven Pacheco. I received multiple quotes to ensure I wasn't getting swindled and Absolute's quotes came in at least 3x higher for reasons that are unjustifiable. In short, Absolute has great support staff and the ability to get things done but at prices that are intended to take advantage of the consumer. Steven took advantage of my lack of electrical knowledge by attempting to upsell me in the name of safety, which is absolutely wrong. Unbeknownst to me, fear tactics were used to get me into believing that other electricians would cut corners and that Absolute would do it the right way. In addition, Steven's consultation became very unprofessional after he expressed to me his own personal views on childrearing and family matters while also admitting to me that the company is charging much higher prices now to make up for losses in profits due to increases in product costs. I do not recommend this company.

So we recently bought our first house, very exciting, but as we are trying to get more things done we are realizing that the previous owners were definite DIY’ers but not in a good way.We recently bought a fancy thermostat but when me bf and his friend were unable to get it installed we had James from Absolute Electrical Heating come out and try to do it for us. He was incredibly professional and I really appreciated his honesty!We knew from the inspection that our furnace was 20 years old and would need to be replaced within the first 6 months but what we didn’t know was the absolute rats nest of wires down there by it! Some weren’t even attached some were halfway cut (probably not safe) some soddered (is that even the right word) together. Basically a poop show if you know what I mean.James was straight up with me; and was like look if you want me to do this I can, it will be about $700 but when you replace your furnace in the fall you’re going to have to cut all these wires and start fresh anyways, so it it completely up to you! I appreciate that honestly instead of just trying to get a job he values the client and tries to save you unnecessary expenses! We will 10000% be coming back to Absolute Electrical for electric needs in the future due to James honesty and professionalism. I totally recommend this company and look forward to doing business together soon!

Chris had a massive electrical job to do at our place - he was on time, friendly, worked quickly and did an excellent job - fixed all our fuse/outlet issues. Seneca was on time, polite, and knowledgeable about what electric work I needed done. Some of my kitchen outlets were water damaged and upon further inspection the circuits were not up to code. He provided me with multiple options and recommendations and came back the next week to get everything taken care of. It was a really easy process.

I live in Parker and have been using Absolute for about a year now and could not be happier! I had them install an Aprilaire 800 whole home humidifier into my new build house and they did a great job. Coordinated the 220v install and everything. Thier prices were right on par with other companies I obtained quotes from, so I think they were priced competitively. The install crew was super friendly and worked clean. I have had them out a few times to assist me with getting used to maintaining the system (tweaking the system settings, changing the canister, restarting it in the winter, etc) and they have graciously covered it under warranty each time. The tech I almost always get is Andrew and he's awesome! Highly recommend Absolute as they stand by thier work and have quick and outstanding service.

They were amazing I had a weird issue were half of my power was out in the house some of the Circuit was working the other wasn’t. They spend four hours trouble shooting the problems. And figured it out Al was working when they left. I felt it was well price. Will recommend to others.

Absolute is probably not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for and what we got was exceptional service. 10/10 would use these guys again. I submitted a request for a quote on Yelp and received an email within minutes. A few hours later the tech (Stephen, who is amazing!) was at my house to repair the bathroom and kitchen lights that were no longer working. Stephen was informative, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and was in and out in just a few hours (even though the wiring in my house is a total nightmare). I called Absolute Electrical Services to fix our dryer that was not working upon delivery. When Steve arrived, he was very friendly and funny, making me feel comfortable right off the bat. He checked the power to the outlet, and inspected our breaker. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and simply. He could have told us that there was a lot we needed to fix with our breaker (as this is an older house, and we are new homeowners), but he was very honest and told us that we just have to replace our dryer, and that our electrical was fine. Recently we decided to sell our house which required updating issues related to the electrical system. The first estimate was outrageous, so we called Absolute Electrical and they were willing to work with us. They were honest, thorough, and the estimate was great. We had a Quiet Cool whole house fan installed in our home yesterday. The gentleman (I can't remember his name) that cane out and gave us a quote was very informative and personable. Then Isaiah our installer was also very informative and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the new system and how it worked! I can’t say enough about the service that Steve provided at our condo in downtown Denver. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. From my first call to schedule an appointment, the text updates of Steve’s arrival, through the service, Absolute Electric was awesome. They will be my first call the next time I have any issues or projects.

Absolute Electric performed an electrical panel replacement to prepare our home for sale. Shortly after, our home went under contract. During the inspection process, we learned that several code violations occurred during the installation: incorrect breakers were installed, neutral and ground wires were connected to the same lug, and neutral wires were double tapped. We were absolutely humiliated and devastated. We paid twice what other electricians had quoted us because Absolute Electric claimed customer satisfaction guaranteed and seemed to be incredibly competent and professional. We are completely devastated to be so taken advantage of and now had to repair the work that we had only recently performed. Absolute Electric did do the repairs, but offered no other remedy other than a less than 0.5% discount/refund on what we paid to have the panel replaced as a resolution. The amount of stress this whole scenario has caused goes so far beyond a .5% discount. Knowing that we paid double what other electricians charge in the area for less than superior work is a devastating loss.To simplify: we paid DOUBLE what other electricians charge to replace a panel in the area (we received multiple quotes and our neighbors are currently replacing theirs at literally half the cost) and still had several code violations that impeded our ability to safely sell our home. We thought we were paying for top quality services and clearly we were wrong.I would just go with another electrical company--save yourself the stress, frustration, humiliation, and money!

My AC stopped working during very hot weather. I called in the morning and Isaac was at my home that afternoon. He was thorough and methodical figuring out what the problem was and then repairing my AC.

Lorenzo did the electrical work for our remodeled kitchen. He was extremely professional and courteous and his work was excellent. He arrived early in the mornings and worked diligently during the time he was here. Initially there were complications with getting out a technician for services. Although things seem to start out poorly I came to find out the over night technician had an emergency. The company was very helpful in rescheduling the appointment and very respectful when present. Seneca was great. He arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. I had had an under lighted cabinet removed and the guy who did that just left the live wire hanging. Seneca saw the situation immediately and fixed it very quickly. I would definitely work with him again should the need ever arise.

Very very expensive! We have used this business before and the first project, much more complex and effort, was 80% lower in price than what I was quoted today. The technician’s response was “We are a much larger, busier company now”. I was told to go seek other bids and then let them know so they can provide a lower quote.

Update 11/19/21 - Absolute Electric inspected our furnace and found that there were cracks in the burner unit that might allow flue gasses into the house. This is a very serious situation that illustrates the importance of furnace and gas appliance inspections. After 17+ years our furnace had failed and needed replacing. As our heating, AC and water heater were all of the same age and equally worn we elected to replace the entire set of equipment.Andrew came out the next day to determine the best units and configuration for our new appliances. He explained the different ranges of equipment types, their suitability for our situation, installation, warranty and support info. After selecting the units we wanted and confirming they were in stock we scheduled the full replacement work a week out. Fortunately we could heat our house without the furnace and the last week was mild.Three Absolute Electric techs arrived on time and replaced furnace, AC and water heater in one day. They configured the new furnace unit to take up less space in our utility room than before, and the filter is now more easily accessible. The work was clean and efficient. They explained how the new, modern units work more efficiently and how to use the new thermostat.One issue that arose later that day when I looked over the install and noticed the water heater was leaking water out the top of the metal cylinder. I called Absolute Electric after 10pm and spoke with their rep about the situation. The water heater was working so I delayed a call out until morning. The same crew came out first thing and confirmed that the cold water valve was leaking directly above the heater, but had filled the jacket with water. A new water heater was installed the next day without question even though the fault was not the heater but a faulty water tap. The response to this issue could not have been better or more thorough.We have been customers for a few years and Absolute Electric has done great electrical install work, appliance inspections and now complete heating/AC/hot water replacement. I am always pleased and impressed with their responsiveness, clear communication, customer support, quality work ethic and expertise. They will always respond to your call and will not hesitate to make things right for the smallest issue if it arises.************************************Absolute Electric inspected and cleaned our gas furnace as part of our annual service membership. Isaac arrived before scheduled time, but Absolute Electric called and verified that this was OK, and emailed/texted arrival time and technician identification. Isaac is courteous, explained all that he would do with the furnace inspection and provided detailed info on how or why gas furnaces require periodic maintenance and eventual replacement. From this furnace inspection and previous electrical work Absolute Electric will perform only that work that the client requests and will not pressure the client for additional services unless agreed and necessary.

Very professional & couteous. He showed up late on a Fri night when temps were in high 80s & our house was an oven. Got everything diagnosed & working pretty quickly too.

From my first contact with Jamie, who answered the phone and set up my appointment to Christopher, the electrician who came to my home, the customer service from Absolute Electrical was completely professional. Christopher went above and beyond what would be expected to take care of my project and kept me completely informed of each step needed. ReviewThis all starts 4 years ago when we bought the house. When we did our inspection we were told that we had aluminum wiring on some of the outlets. And they would need to be changed sooner than later with updating the electrical panel. It was on our list of things to but other stuff just got pushed ahead of it.So come the past 2 weeks. We started using a space heater in one of our rooms. And each time we used it we would smell plastic burning. We thought it was the space heater. Come come to find out after moving some stuff around it was the other outlet in the room that was burning and melting the outlet and wires. Good thing we caught it when we did.So on Tuesday, March 9th we called 3 electrons companies. One was out of business, another couldn’t get out until Thursday and then Absolute could send somebody out in a couple of hours to check the situation out.They sent Jeremy. Jeremy was very friendly and attentive the entire process. He explained things thorough and what the best options were. He explained he just fix just 1 outlet but there would be no warranty on it. He explained that going through the entire house and putting Alumiconn Connectors on all outlets that were aluminum and replacing/upgrading the electrical panel was the best option. Yes, it would be pricey but it would be worth it. Cause we didn’t know at the time but there was another outlet that was already melting the wires inside the wall and could of started a fire at anytime.So we scheduled the next for Jeremy to come back out and replace the electoral panel and put Alumiconn Connectirs on all outlets and switches that needed it.He came with 2 assistants who’s names were James and Brandon.Both very professional and attentive.They all wore masks and gloves inside our house and cautious of our dog.The work was very good. It did take all day but they were replacing and fixing a lot.The experience was great. Again, they explained everything that was happening. Will definitely hire them again. Everybody was very professional.They got their work down and there wasn’t a lot of down time or just hanging around. From start to finish a great experience.Yes, this is one persons review and experience with the company and their workers but it was a fantastic one. Mike Anderson replaced 2 ceiling fans and added remote control to both today. He was prompt, arriving exactly at 8am as we discussed and went right to work. He efficiently removed old fan and replace with new fan. This was all accomplished in under the 4 hours we had scheduled.When he was finished he took the time to show me how to use the remote control and cleaned up both rooms before he left.He was courteous and efficient and timely. Both fans and lights operate excellently.I would not hesitate to request his assistance in future electrical projects.

We requested the old (30yrs) furnace be removed and new furnace put in. We were scheduled within a week and removal and installation took half a day. We had Laine Rosenquist and two other men do the work, all were friendly. Super happy, like how the company sends a text and email with photo of individual attending and I've only had good experiences so far. Would recommend.

This was our first time replacing a furnace and we are so thankful we chose Absolute to help us out! From the moment we called, they were responsive, easy to work with and more than accommodating. Isaac ran multiple tests on our old furnace before determining that not only was our new smart thermostat defective but also that our 20 year old furnace was leaking CO2. He gave us a few different replacement options to choose from and had a new influence installed the next day. Collin showed up the next day and had the furnace in by noon. Couldn’t have been better timing with the 20 degree weather coming this weekend. Thank you for making what is normally a stressful process easy on us!

Absolute Electrical, Heating & Air installed a brand new furnace for me in 2011. Last night/early morning (Oct. 30th/ Oct. 31st) during these record breaking low temperatures the furnace stopped working. Needless to say I called Absolute to come out & fix it. I spoke with Robert who told me two different prices to get someone to come out, one for emergency & the other for non emergency. I was freezing in my home with sister & 4 dogs so I asked for emergency. He set my appointment between 2 - 4 am. 4 am came & went & no one showed up or called. I called back to Absolute & spoke with Robert who said he would reach out to the technician & have him get in touch with me. About a half-hour later the technician Andrew calls & tells me, I'm not going to lie to you I was sleeping. He says, I'm sorry & I can get up & be there in a couple hours. He says, I can come right before my shift starts. I asked, So does that mean I'm not going to get charged the emergency fee? & Andrew says, No you are, I'm still coming in before my shift. I told him that was ridiculous & called back to the main number & a woman answered. The woman said if we didn't take THAT spot that they couldn't help us for 2 days. They were booked up. Apparently spending thousands of dollars with this company means nothing when trying to keep me as a customer.I called a different company to do the work. THAT company showed up during the appointment time & they were very friendly, respectful & compassionate to the situation. They fixed my furnace at a reasonable price. Thanks to THEM I finally have heat.I would NOT recommend Absolute to anyone. They want to take your money but do not actually care about you as a customer. I will happily give my money to another company.

I did a search yesterday for a good HVAC company for my air conditioning that started leaking wildly at the end of the season last year. It still worked but my basement was covered in water. I spent the winter, terrified, worried that I'd get a bad company as well as afraid that it would be scarily expensive. I was especially worried because I count on a cool home in the summer. I contacted a few companies that had good reviews but somehow was led to Absolute. Brooke answered their phone and was vibrant and kind and professional. She was able to make an appointment for me for today(!) at a time that worked really well for me. Of course I was still nervous because that's how I roll- and we all know that anything could happen, reality-wise. Isaac showed up right on time, ready to put booties on to protect my floors and was as totally nice and professional as a human could possibly be! He immediately put me at ease and got to his diagnosis. He already had a pretty good idea what the problem was! He did a test that confirmed his suspicions and then showed me on his iPad what my choices were for the fix as well as options for a more ongoing plan that included the all-important furnace cleaning and a 2 times a year visit to make sure the AC and the heat were in tip top shape. All three options were affordable and reasonable in their scope. Honestly, I was so impressed with Isaac as well the great communication with Brooke that I went for the long-term plan. It's such a relief to know a company with awesome service providers like Isaac! I am so happy to be a member of their great affordable service going forward. I have never dealt with a company that really goes the extra mile for their customers like Absolute does. I'm so impressed with them. Our first experience was with Dara. He came to give us an estimate. He showed up with gloves, a mask, and foot protection for our home. We had a two hour appointment window and he was here about 15 minutes before that window began. I want to be clear, I am not complaining about this. This is the sort of service you hope for, but we’ve all been conditioned to expect someone to show up 5 minutes before that window closes, after the window closes, or not at all. This was not a freak occurrence either. After we went with Absolute the crew was always here early and raring to go to get the job done. So just be aware, if you go with Absolute, they may beat your morning alarm clock! Our other bids took less than 15 minutes to finish their estimate. Dara, at no cost, was in our house for over an hour. He closely inspected our furnace, electrical, and all related areas. He was very thorough and documented everything with notes and photos. Needless to say we went with Absolute. We felt like we were going to get a great team of people working on our home, and that’s exactly what we got. We had Jesse, Kenny Sr, and Kenny Jr on the Electrical, and Collin and Laine (and others-sorry I didn’t remember everyone’s name) on the AC/Furnace installation. It’s been about a month now and we’ve very much been enjoying our uninterrupted ice cold air conditioning, and have noticed the electrical in our home is rock solid, as we have been stress testing it here and there. The AC/Furnace gents did an amazing job building a brace for the furnace in our tri-level crawl space, which was not done with the previous unit. It opened up so much space in there I actually look forward to other projects that require crawl space installation because now I can get in there with ease. Even our plumbers, who came a week or so later to replace our outdoor faucets, and needed access to the crawl space, complimented the work down there. One of them said, and I quote, “They did you right.” I don’t feel like anyone on this team cut any corners whatsoever. They did what they had to do to deliver a quality product and experience for us, which is all we expected and hoped for. In fact, I can confidently say that everyone had a sense of exceeding expectations. I get the feeling that is something that comes from the top, and let me just say it is greatly appreciated, and rare. We also had interactions with Michele, Brooke, and Louis from their home-base, and everyone was extremely polite, helpful, professional, and acted with a sense of urgency and dedication rarely found in ANY business these days. The guys from Absolute Electrical Heating and Air came to my house recently to address some furnace and humidifier issues. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed integrity and made sure everything was working properly, not just the humidifier they came to fix. I recommend these guys to everyone I know, with confidence!

I contacted these guys regarding an EASY EV wall charger for my Tesla. I already have an existing 220v outlet that could easily be tapped into. All was needed was 60' of Romex cable ($182) and a $30 Breaker. I threw away $50 for them to come out and tell me it would cost $2600. When I challenged them on the pricing--they were reluctant to provide details on the invoice (isn't that why I paid them $50?) and I ended up demanding my refund. They said they would do so long as I promised to remove my reviews. I post this review to protect you consumers who are seeking honesty and integrity. Don't waste you time with these crooks.

Isaac came to our home for an emergency furnace outage in the middle of the night during a snowstorm. He was a total professional and got us set up with a timely replacement...but what really stood out was his attitude. Even though he was called out at midnight in terrible conditions, he was a truly a pleasure to deal with. He acted like it was no trouble at all! His positive attitude alone made a stressful situation better. First thing the next morning two other technicians arrived (Collin and I forgot the other guy’s name) with a brand new furnace. Install was completed so fast, they explained everything, and left the space clean. I highly recommend this company!

Our AC quit over the weekend. Of the advertised “24 hr/7 day week” companies, Absolute had a professional rep that knew the area and returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for Monday. They even called back on Monday AM to move the appt time up!!! From a text with Technician bio, clean and professional approach to job scope, to detailed estimating…Absolute covered it all! If you want a very detailed and will politely answer any question, ask for Isaac Jonsgaard, HVAC Tech.…he knows his craft!!!

Make sure you know what you are paying for - I emailed them twice about what they charged for a simple troubleshooting job and they kept telling me a $49 dispatch fee and they will do pricing on the job site. I should have hesitant with the non-disclosure but I found an online special to waive this fee & read the good reviews and chose them out from the other offers as I expected with such a simple job it wouldn't be that expensive - maybe $100-$200. It was a simple troubleshoot - took about 30 min of work to find out why an outlet wasn't working. Ending up charging me $470 for half an hour of simple testing. I feel very shafted. When I called to discuss why it was that price they gave me $50 back but I still feel taken advantage of at this overall cost. They charge by the job, not the hour, which may sound good up-front, but is not so good when the job is easy as can be for them and they charge you what most electricians would charge for a 3+ hour job. Nice people, horrible pricing for simple electrical tasks. Don't be me & avoid for simple troubleshoot jobs.

I haven't been this impressed by a company before. Called one morning to have the furnace checked out for my tenant. In a single day, they were able to work out a time with my tenant, come out and examine the issue and even repair it before sunset. The tech very quickly identified the cause of the short cycling of the furnace. I should note that the cause was not a trivial problem like a blown fuse. This tech had the forethought to call his supplier and put a part on hold in the event that I might want to replace this part. He had all his paperwork in place and presented me with 3 different options which addressed the quality of the solution vs price trade-off. The difference between the 3 options were made very clear as well. My tenant was also very impressed with the tech's professionalism, knowledge and demeanor. The extremely high rating this company garners seems to be well earned. I will definitely call this company again for future HVAC issues and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I wanted to try a new and closer company to fix our lights in our front office. It is 5 lights total. They quoted me $1,200 plus to do a test on our lights to see what was wrong with them to begin with (that does not include fixing them) plus the $49 trip charge, when they are literally a block away. Needless to say we didn't end up using them because the pricing is ridiculously expensive. I am sure they are a good company and do good work but to pay that amount just to find out what wrong with the lights seems a little far fetched. I had a coupon as well to waive the trip charge so I used that and didn't have to pay anything.

The tough thing about hiring people to work on things like this is you often don't know what needs to be done, so it can be confusing when someone tells you what needs to be fixed. That is not the case with Isaac. He was very thorough and clear as to what needed to be done to fix our issue. He was also very easy to work with in term of using texts, phone calls, and emails. **Followup due to owner response - despite their claim they would contact me on the following Monday to set something up - they never did.Complete waste of time and energy trying to give them business**Encountered AES at Denver home show. Made an appointment for them to come out to give me an estimate on installing an attic fan and some other electrical work. Also won a free electrical panel screen worth $250 per the owner. I asked for a more precise time than 2- 4, and was told I would be contacted to firm up the time before the appointment. I also told them I would need to provide them details on how to get to my house and access it as it is tricky. I heard nothing.3:55 PM my doorbell rings - it is some guy from AES to give me an electrical quote. I asked him what about the fan and the free panel screen. He had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to show him my work order. I showed him and all three items were clearly called out, as well as the note to contact me on an exact time. I told him I had to leave at 4 in order to get to another appointment, and was almost out the door when he finally showed up as I figured they forgot.He took a photo of my work order and told me that the owner would contact me and I would get a 10% discount for their mix up. 2 days later - nothing.So much for the item I won, much less any type of follow up or service. I was ready to sign that day, and instead am leaving them the poor review they deserve.They did honor my friend's appointment but conveniently forgot the $200 off he won at the home show until he reminded them and also had to show them the work order. Even with that factored in their prices were about $300 higher than the two other vendors at the home show for the exact same product.

Absolute is reliable, on time and most of all honest. They give me different options to consider within my budget. Their technicians do excellent work and are friendly. I won’t go anywhere else now that I found Absolute.

I would highly recommend Absolute to anyone. They were very professional and up front in pricing and I never felt pressured to buy, nor did I feel I was pushed into something I didn't need. The install team was TOP notch.

I called Absolute to inspect smoke alarms that were going off when nothing seemed wrong. It was a $50 inspection fee, which is fine. Instead of actually doing an inspection, the tech instead decided to tell me that everything was wrong with my system (which was recently installed) and said that I should pay $1,800 to change out every alarm and relocate a lot of them. He was more interested in trying to scare me into paying their ridiculous price. He also called my wife ‘sweety,’ which is really quite offensive and demeaning. There are far better and more honest companies out there - don’t waste your time.

We had Isaiah and Cameron install a QuietCool system today. Today it reached 100 degrees outside!!...and they were working in our attic. I don’t know how they could stand the heat up there, but, my hat’s off to these guys. We are absolutely happy with their level of professionalism, attention to detail, how quickly they completed the job, how well they cleaned up as if they were never there, and their knowledge of the product.I will definitely refer them to anyone looking to get a QuietCool system.M. Pretty disappointed. We paid $238 for someone to come out and tell us exactly what Google said. No repairs were made and we were basically told to just use our AC less, which is something we could have just kept doing for free. 2 stars because the guy was friendly, but he said to call if we are still having trouble and we are VERY wary to do so because we don't want to pay another $238. We were originally told about a $69 dispatch fee, which seemed doable while we are down to one income due to COVID19, so needless to say, the extra $169 was a big shock.

I have used AES for years both as a sub contractor and for work on my personal home. I have had the pleasure of watching them grow into a great company, that has now added an HVAC division.Here’s what you can expect from AES. Communication is second to none. You will receive a text when you set an appointment, then another to remind you of your appointment. They give a 2 hour window, and contact you when your technician is on the way. You will receive a proposal up front on the spot prior to work beginning.
