Dutch Creek Electric installed a charging station for a new EV. They made the process very easy, including all permits, refunds, credits, etc. Electricians showed up on time and were fast. Overall a high quality experience!

Great experience, these guys knew EV chargers extremely well and talked through all of our options since we had 2 cars to consider. Our installation went really well and looked great. Only downside is sometimes they are tough to get a hold of by phone.

Dutch Creek Electric is amazing. I requested a 60A hardwire quote for my new EV charger on the website. They got back to me within a day which is faster than most other quotes I requested from competitors. They let me know that based on the photos I provided that my main panel was full. They were able to quote me out for both a 60A and 100A subpanel. They let me decide which route I was going to take. Once they arrived for the install, they went into detail about my options for having them run the conduit. After the decision was made, they were able to get the new subpanel and charger installed quickly. They tested to make sure that everything worked correctly and that I was happy before leaving. Highly recommended.

These guys did an amazing job installing my EV charger. It was a tricky wiring situation due to the location of the fuse box but they made it happen. Great service.

Dutch Creek Electric installed a Level 2 Charger in the garage. The request for service, done on line, was promptly answered with an estimate. The contract was signed, and installation time set up. This had to be delayed, but I was notified early in the morning that there was a problem and a new appointment was mIade. The electrician who installed the charger was pleasant, neat, efficient, and very professional. Dutch Creek took care of the permit, inspection, and filing for the rebate. It is an extremely well run business.

Their website allowed me to submit enough info to create a accurate invoice. The estimate was reasonable and well tailored to my setup. They then were able to schedule the work in a reasonable timeframe. Electricians showed up at the set time and we walked through the job. Job was completed without issue and in the time frame that was discussed. Everything worked as intended, looked professional, and the final invoice matched the initial and was easy to pay.

From the get go the team at Dutch Creek made the process about as easy as I could imagine it going. I was a bit intimidated by all of the questions upfront as I didn’t know the answer to a lot of them, but my worries were out to ease once they arrived and got all the info they needed.

They arrived as a crew of 3, led by a guy named Chris who went above and beyond in walking me through the process and giving me a timeline for how long they’d be there. They did a great job, completely cleaned up all of their stuff, and it seemed like they really were respecting my property and my neighbors.

After the install their office reviewed my utility bill and were able to find a lot of discounts that brought the price of the install down significantly. Make sure you purchase the Tesla power station yourself as they’re unable to provide that (Teslas rule, im sure they would if they could).

Overall: Phenomenal service!

Referred through Xcel's EV charger program. Filled out a questionnaire, attached more photos and provided additional information. Quick turnaround of estimate and prompt scheduling of appt. Installed 50amp circuit and wired a 40amp EV charger box in my garage. Quoted 6hrs and they finished in 3hrs. Super clean install, no damage or significant modifications required.

Techs: Fantastic. Arrived right on time. Both techs were super professional, polite and kept me informed throughout the process. Very helpful and would recommend to anyone.

Dutch Creek was prompt in responding to questions and getting service scheduled. A weather incident caused them to reschedule; they notified me in plenty of time to adjust. Purchased a Chargepoint car charger and they suggested Dutch Creek. Maybe a bit more expensive, but done right the first time. Inspector came out and said it was done properly and labelled properly. Installer was friendly, yet professional and got it installed quickly and efficiently. The line needed to run through an attic space that was very tight. It couldn't be run totally down the wall due to the slope of the roof, but this was done very well in my opinion.

Chris did an excellent job with the installation. He kept me informed all the way through the process. He also assisted with the online setup and the filing of the rebate paperwork. I highly recommend this company.

Had a fairly complicated EV charger install to a detached garage in a 100 year old house with existing solar and battery backup. There were several options to accomplish what we needed, and they were patient in explaining and pricing each of them.

In the end, we ran a 100A sub panel out to the garage, with the wiring buried in a trench that had to snake around a huge tree. Complex install, but went smoothly. Took a long time to get scheduled (typical for 2022), but the actual work was done in three days- one day of trenching, two days of electrical. Good communication, fair price, handled all the rebate stuff on their end. Easy.

We recently purchased our first Tesla and needed a home charging until installed. We contacted several local companies from the list provided on the Tesla website. All the electrical contractors we reached out to did respond and provided quotes. Dutch Creek Electric however went above and beyond with regard to their customer service compared to the other companies. Within a hour or two from submitting our request online we received a personal telephone call inquiring about our job request and asking additional questions to make sure everything was understood. They were very accommodating with working with our schedule to complete the job in a very timely manner. Their quote was very fair priced and they were very thorough in the explanation of the work top be performed, especially since we had very limited knowledge of the process. The day of the install the two gentlemen (Josh and Enrique) sent to complete the work were on time and very friendly. They even called before hand to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were both very courteous and did a fantastic job with the installation. When complete they cleaned up after themselves so well, my garage was cleaner then when they got there. Their technicians were professional, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, courteous and very sensitive to COVID exposure concerns, wearing masks all day, each of 3 days during a comprehensive work-list. Dutch Creek Electric installed switches and outlets, installed wiring and switches, then ceiling fans and lights in multiple rooms, installed bathroom exhaust fans and switches, which hadn't existed before, installed an attic gable fan, replaced the main electrical panel, inclusive of the upgraded grounding system, piping, etc. Bravo and Thank you to the amazing Team at Dutch Creek! There are not enough words to describe how good they were, how seamless the inspection and estimate process was, and how easy the payment process was after the work was completed to my satisfaction. Very professional and very quick and on time to start the work. Another company was going to use plastic conduit which didn't make sense to me for the outdoors especially. Anyway, Dutch Electric used aluminum conduit without any comments on my part. Everything up to Code. And they were extremely careful about shoe covers when going through the house. Price was competitive.

Lou and his team were absolutely magnificent. I rarely write reviews but Dutch Creek is one that is more than worthy. On our kitchen remodel, we were given all our options and Jeremy placed the lighting templates for a visual view. They did the job right the first time and we had them back for another small lighting project that Vic completed in no time. Courteous, fair and competitive pricing. In short, Lou made sure we were completely happy with anything they provided.

Dutch Creek is an incredible company. So many contractors are just garbage now, and its unbelievably refreshing to work with a team that is highly proficient, timely, and personable. It might take you a couple of weeks to get on their schedule, but that's because of their reputation. Expect proper contracts that detail the specific work and materials used. You'll probably find more times than not that if a problem arises that wasent expected in the original scope of work, theyll just fix the problem and let you know after. I had Josh and Mike here for an electric vehicle charger install and complete main panel upgrade. I couldnt be happier with their work.

Dutch Creek redid my electrical panel (upgraded to 200 amp). They also installed a 220 v line for an air conditioning unit. Dependable--showed up on time both days. Professional--were very respectful of our home and kept their work areas clean. Proficient--very knowledgeable (made improvements where they could). I am a retired Electrical Engineer. Dutch Creek did a great job replacing my vintage main breaker panel (ca. 1965) and preparing my home for a photovoltaic solar system installation. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and not only kept me in the loop, but were flexible when I had to change the schedule. I also noted and appreciate the high quality of their workmanship, which was also confirmed to me by the city inspector. I have no hesitation recommending Dutch Creek Electric.

Completed the work exactly as they said they would and passed the inspection with kudoes from the inspector. They installed a 200 amp panel upgrade on the outside of the house and a 100 amp sub panel in the basement. Got several estimates and the price was very competitive. They completed the work over 2 days and the inspection was a week later. The inspector said the work was better then most he has seen. Good work, I'm happy with the results and highly recommend.

A professional and courteous business providing excellent product at a fair price. From the first call to Dutch Creek Electric it was a pleasure. The electricians arrived on time and were very cordial and professional. I had them install 4 ceiling fans and replace a fifth. All work was completed timely and there was no debris or mess left behind. During there work they found my Excel meter box was pulling away from the house, a potential dangerous condition. I was given an immediate and reasonable quote for repairs and they were back in a couple days and completed those repairs.

There is a reason that Dutch Creek has nothing but positive reviews on this site, and it is because they do incredible work! We are in the process of getting a solar photovoltaic system (solar cells) installed on our roof, but since our home is over 40 years old, an upgrade to the main panel was required. Lou scheduled Vic Shubert to do the work for us. Vic did the entire job single handedly, including relocation of the panel and our service entrance, in less than two days' time. Our power was out for less than 8 total hours over those two days.

I want to commend Mike and his company for their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I recently did a kitchen lighting project that ran into a few bumps. My freezer stopped working and the food was starting to thaw. Called Dutch Creek and they were able to send Vic out that afternoon. Turned out it was plugged into a GFI box that had tripped. He reset it and recommended I plug it into a different outlet. Did not charge me for the trip and gave me a coupon for 10% off the next visit. Will definitely use them again.
