Charles came at a recommendation of our neighbors and their family. After some less than positive experience with a large firm, we called Charles. From estimate to work completion, the entire CT crew was exceptional. They replaced our panel as quoted and the inspector had great things to say about all of the work CT has done. We will absolutely have them out for more work as we do more throughout the house!

Highly, highly recommend! We hired Charles and his team to upgrade the electrical panel on our home and install three new ceiling fans in bedrooms. They were efficient, professional, and did a great job. The costs for the work were very reasonable. We will use Charles and CT Electrical for all future needs, and have already recommended them to others. There is a reason he has only received five-star reviews!

I called up this company on July 19 to let them know that I needed an electrician to diagnose/repair an electrical problem with my HVAC. I'd had an issue with a roof leak that shorted my furnace last year and it ended up with me needing an electrician (after the roof repair), and not an HVAC person, to find the issue. The issue is recurring this year, and I've had the hole in the roof fixed yet again. I explained this to the guy on the phone at CT, who still said well let me save you some time here... you need an HVAC person etc etc. We ended up not scheduling an appointment because he was dead set on me needing an HVAC and not an electrician (as though I don't know what's been happening and what I need here).

The issue ended up being routed through my HOA, and they insisted on sending over an HVAC person, who ALSO concluded that what we really need is an electrician. I'm now going to have an electrician over, but it's sure not going to be from CT. Everywhere I turn, people like to assume that they know better even though they have none of the facts, and CT failed to set themselves apart in this way. YOU GUYS should have saved me some time here and just sent someone over here when I reached out because I knew what I needed and what I needed was an electrician.

Charles is not only a licensed electrician with huge experience at any level, but is also an electrical engineer. His diagnostic skills are beyond exceptional and he has the social skills as well. He is very honest and offers reasonable rates. Anyone not satisfied with his work is unrealistic about the difficulties and nature of the work.

I received a phone call from Charles on Saturday evening, and he was able to come out for a quote on Sunday afternoon for a panel replacement. Charles was honest and direct with me, and I knew I could trust him. He had his technicians out by Monday morning, and the job was finished by the end of that day. His techs did phenomenal work. I will be using CT services for all electrical needs in the future.

I highly recommend Charles Thermidor and his team at CT Electrical Services to upgrade your electrical panel. Charles did the initial visit and assessment and made me feel 100% confident that they would get the job done right. We had a 125ish-amp main panel in our 100+ year-old house and needed to upgrade it to 200-amps to be able to put a 100-amp sub-panel in our new garage. Charles' team did a great job and Charles showed up to QA the work at the end of the job. I will call Charles for future electrical work.

After getting quotes from four different electricians, we decided on CT Electrical Services since they were competitively priced compared to the competition and had great reviews. Excellent experience with Charles and his team. We had a panel replaced as well as getting some of our older outlets grounded. Bid was extremely competitive - over 50% less than what I was getting from 'big' companies who seemed more interested in getting me signed up for their recurring subscription plans. I could not recommend these guys more. Charles and his team gave a fair price and worked with me and communicated through the whole process including permit issues through Boulder. I do not mean for this to be negative at all but his team did create an issue but Charles paid for the fix completely with no fuss. To me that speaks more volumes so I intend on using CT electrical for any future work that I need.

We had very few lighting in our home. CT Electrical Services installed 2 fans, installed recessed can lights throughout our home and it looks amazing! CT Electrical Services also installed Ethernet drops in several rooms with a patch panel. They were professional and easy to work with on this project. Highly recommend!

We hired CT to change our main panel for a larger panel and add a new panel in our garage. He also took care of a lot of extra electrical tasks without sending us a bill!
