They had to redo my entire plumbing system as it was all rotted.. before and after pictures were added. They finished within a day and did an excellent job. Jim Anderson and his team were super friendly and efficient! GREAT work guys. 5 stars.Doug Hammond just installed a water HALO 5 to improve the quality of my home's water.. 5 stars! He did amazing!

Honestly, we have never had such tremendous service before. Jim did an amazing job from beginning to end. We had a huge water issue with an existing pump that had been installed decades earlier by another company and Jim and his expert crew came and dug 5 1/2' down into the dirt and then dug over underground to find the problem and they devised a creative repair that ultimately will save us thousands of dollars while eliminating our water leakage that was flooding our basement. They worked under very difficult circumstances and still were always smiling and positive and respectful. Just amazing! They completed the whole project in less than 5 hours. We are extremely pleased!!

Talon was great! He did my plumbing for my clothes washer spigot. Professional and personable! Someone you can trust! He is my go-to for plumbing with Heart!Stephen is my go-to electrician from Heart. He is experienced and very professional. He upgraded my switches to smart ones and I am so happy! He did it in less than 30 minutes.I have an HVAC Service maintenance coming in next week and I know I won’t be disappointed!Edited 7/12/2023: I had a new job in my home that had to do with plumbing. Talon is no longer with Heart so I was sent Preston. Preston is great just like their other expert plumbers in the company. He installed my new faucet and my garbage disposal as I got a new sink to go with my new counters. Preston was diligent and was out of my house in no time. Thank you Preston!

Ed was amazing from start to finish. Extremely detailed description or the issue and resolution. Had supplies to fix immediately. We have use this company for decades, are members due to incredible response times. Ed was professional, respectful of keeping our home clean. Ed is another rock star of an employee that represents thiscompany so well.The Customer Service staff was able to offer service quickly and kept me up to date on arrival times which save so much time in my day.I will remain a member as it is comforting to know this is our “go to” for plumbing, air and heating along with electrical needs. Also preventive maintenance program as a member is a huge plus.

I've had two services done by Heart in the past two weeks. Both have been fantastic and really well done. Jamie's installation and repair of our swamp cooler was perfect. Corey's installation of our new electrical panel turned out perfect. Very happy with the services as a new homeowner by Heart.

I cannot recommend Matt and the team at Heart enough! He was way more thorough than any other company we have worked with before, and their prices were very fair. He gave three options to fix my air conditioner and explained the pros and cons of each choice. Very pleased!!

Daryl and Jimmy were great!They did an extensive evaluation of the plumbing and fixed several errors. Jimmy was able to get into my very small crawl space and found a disconnected vent. I was heating and cooling my crawl space! This will save me a lot of money. Daryl identified a simple fix for my shower that another plumber missed. They taught me a lot about my 50 year old house. I definitely recommend them.

These guys are great. I normally would go with a smaller company ( one man band) when it comes to Electrical. However, during the bidding process I realized that I really was not comfortable with the smaller guys. The job I had was more extensive than I realized and I was not going to try to save money on such a critical utility. You get what you pay for and when it comes to a house I do not feel you should cut any corners at all. I have an older home that has been remodeled thus a lot of weird fixes. Greg walked me through some of those yet was not up selling me at all. The guarantee is a plus and I did not have to put any deposit down. Also, I live far out of town and they did not hesitate to help me and communicate when (some time slots changed) he would be there. 5 Stars for sure.

It has been said that “word-of-mouth” is one of the best forms of advertising. That being said, a good friend recommended Heart to me when my water heater failed. What an amazing experience! Within a few hours of my call, Master Plumber Doug Hammond showed up at my condo to assess the situation and give me some options. I received three options along with thorough explanations for each and recommendations based on several potential scenarios. Based on the options and recommendations I was quickly able to make an informed decision. Doug returned a few days later (after the new water heater arrived) and removed the defective water heater. Then there was a bit of a delay while we waited for two water damage companies to come and assess any potential microbial damage and send estimates for that repair if necessary. Once that was taken care of, Doug returned and installed the new water heater. The process of removing and replacing the water heater was clean and tidy. The turnaround time on this project was three days, and technically only two days taking into consideration the almost one-week water damage assessment delay. Doug is a consummate professional! He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and 100% all about customer service. His work ethic of doing the job right and doing it right the first time is unsurpassed! Throughout the entire process he answered my numerous questions with patience, honesty and an incredible sense of humor! It was an absolute pleasure getting to now Doug and a privilege to have him in my home for this project!I would also like to give a shout out to the numerous Customer Service folks I talked to throughout this project. They were kind, courteous and about getting the job done! As I stated earlier, “word-of-mouth” is one of the best ways to advertise. To that end, I recommended Heart to my neighbor who was having trouble with her water heater. She had the privilege of working with another one of your professionals, Larry Barela. She had called me to relight her pilot and there were complications which prompted the arrival of Larry. Larry helped us with several projects recently. He'd done a whole-house inspection that revealed quite a few issues. He helped me prioritize what work needed to be done, including bringing our water heater up to code and providing the regular maintenance. Our sump pump was dying and he helped with that too. Overall, he explained things so I was able to understand what we were paying for. I appreciate the options he gave us and how efficiently he tackled the jobs.

We had several electric upgrade projects completed by Ethan Dinwiddie and the team (Corey Divis, Abraham Valadaz). Service was superb, from the initial consultation with Ethan to project completion. I highly recommend calling Heart the next time you need an Electrician!

Richard W., Cody O. and crew did a professional job installing our new energy efficient heat pump system. In addition, Joseph R. did a fantastic job with the electrical connections. If you are looking at heat pumps I would endorse Heart, they did a great job for us.

Roberto was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained to us all of our options for fixing our air conditioner. He was very kind and made sure that we understood what we could do in the future to avoid the same issues. He was able to complete all the fixes in one day and did a great job. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

I used Heart Heating and Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for a gas leak detection and repair. Darryl is AWESOME! He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and methodical in his approach to fix. I had multiple quotes from other companies and their proposed service and resolution did not even come close to the detail and solution that Darryl provided. One company told me they would have to tear through 3 levels of walls! Darryl worked very hard to pinpoint the issue in order to reduce unnecessary damage and cost. He worked quickly and wanted to ensure we were confident that the issue was resolved once he was complete. The Heart team was incredibly responsive and kind. We will be using them again!

The team at Heart was extremely professional and did a great job. We have an old Victorian house and they were able to install a new furnace, AC, and enlarged our ducts and this was a big project. I’m very impressed how prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working the whole team was. I love their transparency about the plan and did walk through prior to make sure everything was done correctly. Communication and customer service are an A+! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Ruben was the best technician we’ve ever had, highly recommend for AC/heating repairs. We have used Heart for a few years and overall, we are satisfied. One note, if you have an issue, it is hard to get a hold of management, so just be aware of that. We ended up getting our issue resolved with them (felt like we were overcharged for a service) so we continue to use their services. Would give them an 8/10.

Tyler Pitts, our technician, was amazing. He was incredibly professional and very thorough in his work. He completed the repairs to our outdoor faucet in good time, and made suggestions for other items in our home that we might consider in the future. He was genuinely kind and considerate and…some would say this isn’t important but for us it was….he asked us for our dogs name and greeted him and petted him on the head every time he re-entered the house. That gave him a gold star 🌟 in our book. Thank you Heart Plumbing and Heating. You have amazing employees!

I needed a few electrical items done as well as replacing a toilet (one of those months when it all breaks!). Heart was recommended by a friend and one reason I went with them was to be able to get several items knocked out that needed work. Corey did my electrical work efficiently and took the time to explain some options for items that weren't even on my list to be done yesterday. The company office was also good about keeping me up to date on where the service people were and arrival times.

Heart did a fantastic job installing a new A/C unit and furnace. Adam, Jon, and their team were professional, quick, efficient, and did a great job (in 100 degree heat too!). Very happy with their service and highly recommended them.

Technicians were all amazing, however the scheduling office and customer relations was terrible (spoke with several of the technicians about this and they are just as frustrated as I was about how things are being handled, not just for my project). This was a simple AC install being hooked up to my current duct work and furnace system and then removing my swamp cooler. This started end of June and the project is still not complete… I have missed work 3 times and there has been 5 different appointments. They cancelled day of twice, and showed up 6 hours after the time they called and said they would be here (this was one of the times I had to miss work). I could go on for a while as this has caused so much stress and frustration, but I would just suggest choosing another business at all costs.

Been a member for a few years now. Their prices are fair and up front, and no matter what they’re fixing at my house I know they’re going to do a good job. The dispatch team is good at making sure someone comes out in a timely manner. And for bigger projects, like an electrical panel replacement for us, they were communicative throughout the permitting and install process.

We had Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric come to our home for an estimate. Dan Czomba came and he explained about what would be needed bring our gas line up be able to meet our needs for the appliances that we will be needed for the future. He gave us a quote and we accepted the quote. Dan Czomba came and did the install. He was very professional and respectful.Throughout the installation if I had any questions he was always happy to answer my questions. He did a very good job! Thank You Dan!!

So grateful for Ruben who fixed our AC last night. He was courteous, professional and clear in his explanations of what was going wrong and why he made the choices he did to fix it.Thanks also to Kevin in dispatch who worked to get this appointment moved up by a full day-- a huge blessing to this mama with a sick (and very overheated) little boy.This is the second major project we've had completed by Heart (the first was the replacement of our furnace. They're our first call whenever anything goes wrong. Grateful for a company we can trust to do the work right the first time for a fair price.

Larry is likely the most professional plumber I've ever dealt with. I think he's a very pleasant individual as well. He was extremely well prepared, perfect planning and presentation of the details and facts. Everything from his tools to his work was neat and well organized. The work he performed was excellent. You won't find better. A+. He is the reason I signed up for the yearly membership.

My experience with Heart Heating and Air has been nothing short of a frustrating nightmare. From the very beginning, they have consistently failed to keep their appointment times, leaving me feeling inconvenienced and disregarded. Moreover, their communication skills have been abysmal, with little to no updates or explanations for the constant rescheduling.To my disbelief, I have been rescheduled over eight times without any consideration for my time and commitments. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable, and it has severely impacted my trust in their services.I had high hopes when I first engaged with them, but unfortunately, their inability to uphold their promises and lack of respect for their clients' schedules have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Heart Heating and Air for their heating and air needs. There are undoubtedly better options out there that value their customers and provide reliable services.

I had a water pipe that was leaking and getting water in my basement. I called HEART, and they sent out a plumber the very next day. The plumber, Darryl, found the tiny hole in the pipe and repaired it quickly. He was kind, professional, punctual, and made sure the work area was clean after repairing the pipe. Great service. I plan to use this business again.

Larry was very professional and explained everything that was going on. For it ended up being one thing after another. So we went with a new tank. He put in in the next day. He even offered to get the new tank. He was very clean the whole time could not even tell he was there. He even helped me with other little plumbing problems. Larry was sweet and I appreciate all his help. You have a great employee!

Ray Wamsley was truly a professional. He inspected the kitchen drain line and informed me that he was going to the store to obtain the necessary parts. He returned and get right to work. His workmanship and work quality were exceptional. When he was finished, I checked the two sites where he worked, he cleaned the areas as if nothing ever happened. I was very happy that the kitchen drain was fixed after a week having to wash dishes/pots/pans outside in the backyard as I was in 1823. Quality work, friendly, professional, and clean. What more can I ask for?

HEART was able to come out on short notice and fix our clogged tub. From the original person who help set up my appointment all the way to Jason Jagger being an outstanding service man was very pleasant! I am pleased with the amount of time and work he did to help make our pipes clear again! We will definitely use HEART again in the future for any needs we have as well as recommend to others!

I will keep this brief as my BBB review spoke volumes to my credit card company who was able to reverse the obvious overcharge. I attempted to speak to the company and had conversations with at least 5 employees, and have emails also. Rather than the company own up to a simple mistake, they double downed and lost a customer, a referral, and my money. Because of the refusal to provide a fair and honest price for the work that was completed, I received a full refund. I hope this helps others proceed with caution.Update: My name is not the one mentioned. My claim to BBB still remains (4/1/22). I also recovered all my money due to your lack of communication. Maybe you have changed things in a year and a half. Based off of your response, I am not willing to chance that again. The tech made it seem that the remodel designation was for the work he would need to do ( from memory now, as I have no receipt but tech said he needed to pull wires drywall cutting, box swap out possible, moving outlet location and all he ended up needing to do was shorten existing wires, replace plugs and replace existing box to 2, and we did not move any to a new location). No remodel work, we completed all demo needed. The third was phantom and we told the tech to leave it an empty hole, my wife and I replaced and patched later. Quoted price of $825 still charged.You airing out the private issue you have with a non-paying customer you claimed you hated to do makes it much more obvious I made the right decision in getting all $825 I stupidly paid for a simple service. I was also contacted by your company and given the run around so long that the bank refunded me.

We had a great experience bringing Heart into our home. Larry B was the real deal, a true professional! He provided my wife and I with options via a comprehensive, itemized estimate that was ultimately a report on the current state of our system. Larry knocked out our existimg issues and got us back up to code, all with an old-world professionalism that made our part easy! Thank y'all!

We spent a substantial amount of money to have a mini split installed. The cost was more than a standard AC unit but the contract stated they would maintain and fix issues. They installed the unit without issue and were professional. Less than a month and the unit works intermittently. It took two weeks of back and forth with several cancelations on the company's part before someone came out. Of course the unit was working at that time. The next day it stopped blowing cool air again. We have been cancelled on three times after waiting around all day to have this corrected. They have not taken any actions to correct the issue.I have never been this frustrated with a company from a service standpoint. For the cost, this should absolutely be working and the runaround and lack of professionalism from Heart has been astonishing.

The service tech, Rubin, was very professional & personable. He took the time to take pictures of any issues and then explained everything thoroughly. Laid out options for any necessary repairs & timeframes to complete work.
Will definitely continue to use Heart for any future home issues.

I have a maintenance contract with Heart, and love the professional care I receive for all my electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I have confidence my home is running well. They hire competent service professionals too. My air conditioner was recently checked out by Devin Brown. He loves his job and took time to educate us so we knew what was being done. His customer care is above and beyond what we would expect, truly grateful and confident of his work. Devin is one of the good guys, honest, kind, professional and hard working. Wasted my time. Made appointment through their contracted call center for a PLUMBER to install new water heater. Sounds straight forward enough. Their 'man' arrived but was a 'boy' and not a plumber at all. His only function was to take photos and measurements so that their estimator could get back to me. Why are photos and measurements needed to install a replacement water heater that was already on the job site??? Not at all what I was expecting. Next time I'll pass on the boiler room operations.

We are very pleased with the work Jim Anderson and crew performed to replace a outside section of sewer pipe today. All work was done methodically and efficiently. They took precautions to protect our yard. Thank you!!

I would advise avoiding this company at all cost. The AC went out at my rental property and was quoted 10K to replace it. Had several other quotes done and all were about half the cost for the same work and warranties. They clearly attempted to price gouge me.

Larry is by far, the most professional and knowledgeable plumber we have ever had. He worked quickly and efficiently on our numerous requests and we feel like he made our home feel new again. Can’t say enough nice things about this young man. If we could give 10 stars we would.

We are in the middle of selling our home and the buyer had a less than qualified home inspector inspect our house. Mr. Dan Czomba being a Master Plumber well trained and Experienced with doing a sewer scope and familiar with what is actually Code for a water heater found the Home Inspector was completely clueless and my words not his. Dan was an exceptional professional understood the problem and provided us with all the required paperwork we needed to inform the soon to be owners of their inspectors lack of knowledge of his current career path. MR. Dan went above and beyond. I would highly encourage anyone reading this; Dan is the man request him by name you will not be disappointed.

Ethan was awesome!! He’s an all around great guy! I had to separate a circuit, and Ethan got the job taken care of without having to go through my drywall. I was very grateful!! I’ve had nothing but the best from Heart!! Great company!

Joe was great! We've had 3 people look at our commercial system over the last year. Joe was the first to be able to understand our system, diagnose the system, and fix the issue. Scheduling was often kind of a mess, but as long as we scheduled first thing in the morning it seemed to work fine.

They are good at keeping you informed on timing, and will call to reschedule if a tech cannot make it when promised. They evaluate problems for free. Their cost for parts and labor are on the high side, but they keep good records and always provide an estimate before doing work.

Corey and Ethan came out for a million electrical projects and they were so fast and friendly and did such great work!! We're so impressed! Below review does not include them-- they were lovely.Other update: After getting almost 40K in work done by Heart this year (new furnace, new AC, so many electricity projects) we were super bummed that when our air conditioning broke for the second time in two months (the first technician they sent after three weeks apparently did not solve the issue and ignored some dangerous issues). We waited a total of five weeks for someone to fix our issue, and had two other windows go by with no one showing up where we waited for them and no one came, and they sent Devin B (who is AMAZING) and we were told he would get a part and be back the following Monday. On Monday we were contacted after we missed our window of 7-12 that our tech had a family emergency and couldn't come but apparently that wasn't the case when he called and apologized profusely that he was sent on another job but didn't forget about us. They scheduled us for the next Friday where again nobody showed up and my husband missed the first day of our family camping trip waiting for them, and was told at 11, someone would come at 2, so he further delayed the trip, but it turned out it would be a full day job, and there's no way they could start it that afternoon.In a bright spot, Devon did show and fixed a myriad of problems that were from the install of both our heating and AC, even coming in on his day off. His knowledge and dedication is so admirable and we're so grateful for all of his hard work and making sure we're in good standing, and that our home is safe and comfortable! Devon-- if you leave Heart, let us know, we'll go where you go :)We've had such friendly, lovely technicians and staff here that we appreciated, but after seeing how the work was handled and how we were lied to for no reason about family stuff (which we were concerned as we really liked the person who came) and then just how low priority we were after spending so much-- I wish I had a better review to write, but I think it's important for homeowners to know because when you make these huge investments you want someone to honor that and be able to call to fix their mistakes. Heart-- if you want to talk about this review, I'd happily talk to someone about all of this.One hundred stars for Devon though.

I first contacted Heart about AC installation on a Thursday. Cody came out that same week on Saturday to check out what equipment we currently had and give us an estimate. He was extremely professional/ easy to work with, the pricing was super reasonable, and the warranty/ maintenance package they offer is better than anything I’ve ever seen or heard of. They also offer new homeowner and military discounts as well as no interest financing options which helped us out a lot. Richard and Adam came out to do the install the very next Wednesday (only 6 days after I had initially reached out). They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped me install a google nest thermostat I had previously had some trouble figuring out when they were done with the AC install. Low-stress, professional experience from start to finish.

I called Heart to help me diagnose an underperforming AC system I inherited from the previous owners. Ruben was professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and left me with some great insight into how AC systems need to be configured to work efficiently. He did some quick tweaks which made a noticeable difference and left me with several options to consider for more permanent solutions .

Doug came out to give me a quote on my water heater and went above & beyond, truly! I appreciate his taking the time to explain what my options were and giving his honest opinion. Preston did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly and to its best efficiency. He wore booties upon entering the house, informed me of all his actions and kept me apprised of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He worked quickly to get the tools and equipment he required to fix the problems I was having, Got back to the home and worked swiftly to get in and out without any issues. He set a timer on my system to not interfere daily life and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the new system in the house. My new water softener system is out the way and to code. We hired Heart Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing as a second opinion company based on what we were told by the company that originally did our HVAC system when our hot water heater went out. Larry Barela Came out to assess the situation and informed us that the situation wasn’t nearly as dire as what we were originally told. He fixed our gas leak and was able to get the hot water working again. He explained the tune up package that they offered, which we did purchase. He came back to complete the water heater tune up and even helped fix some unexpected problems that arose while doing the tune up on our old system. Later on that week we noticed our kitchen sink cold water intermittently working and he was able to diagnose and help us resolve the issue ourselves over the phone. Highly recommend Heart and Larry was a pleasure to work with!

We used Heart heating and Cooling before when we had an emergency heating problem, decided to use them again for our semi annual check up. Joe was incredible. The most knowledgeable and thorough HVAC person I have met in over 40 years of home ownership. He did a timely, professional assessment, very technically oriented, and made fixes and other useful recommendations. Joe and Heart Heating and Cooling will absolutely be our go to folks for our HVAC and other needs.

Larry B came to do a plumbing check up that was included on our 'family plan'. After checking out everything throughout the house, he suggested installing a Halo water softener to help with Thornton Water's hard water. He did a great job installing it and cleaning up his mess afterwards. He was also punctual, very friendly, and respectful of our 'no shoe policy' with wearing booties. He also took the time to answer all of the questions that we had, and explain everything he was doing. I definately would recommend Heart Heating, and Plumbing. This is the second time we have used Heart Heating and will continue to do so.

HEART is definitely the best. They have got our house out of trouble multiple times in the last 2 years from heating to plumbing and electric. The best thing is...when your house needs help, you want people to answer the phone and come right away. Heart has done that for us every time we called.Last Friday our sump pump's alarm was ringing loudly (and non stop), an indication that the pit was full. I called Heart. Ray Wamsley was there the same day and got the situation under control. Ray replaced both pumps and the floaters the next morning. Now I can sleep without worry. This is the 2nd time I wrote a review for Heart. I feel strongly that I need to thank them publicly. Thank you Ray for your super professional help!!! I rarely or ever take the time to write a review of any kind...but in the case of my experience with Heart Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical, I feel compelled to share my experience.We recently had two new furnaces replaced in our home. Our home is 23 years old having been built in 2000. Our furnaces were installed at the time of construction and had both outlived there useful life expectancy. During the recent cold snap we had each of them serviced and were told that they were on their last legs. We did not want to really push it too far and possibly be without heat in the home. Since we are retired we had the time to do some through research. We contacted three local companies to come out and give us a bid on the job. The first company arrived after several calls and re-scheduling, spent 10 minuets took some measurements and left saying we would get the bid in a day or so. Heart was the second company, and a third followed. The third company was at the house for 45 min. took some measurements, some pictures, and left saying we would receive the bid the next day. (we did receive it as promised). Let me share our experience with the second bid, it being from Heart. Cody our salesperson arrived on time..in fact 5 min. early. He was polite, professional, and prepared. He introduced himself, put on his shoe covers and got to work. He spend 1.5 hrs. at our home, took measurement, took pictures, checked the ducts on both the outside, and inside of our home upstairs and down. After his assessment he sat down and review his copious notes, asking questions of us and answering ours along the way. He presented us with several options and made some recommendations as to things we may want to consider in our decision....products, warranties, installation process, financing, and the advances in thermostat technology and product efficiency. He was thorough but not 'pushy'. I told him we had one more company to hear from and that we would make a decision in the next few days. He said fine...and to call him if any additional questions came up. (we did call him) After considering the three bids we chose Heart...they were not the cheapest, and they were not the most expensive. Their pricing was fair and in the middle...We utilized their financing program that was an easy application and received approval within minuets. So my review of the Sales experience 5.0As with any equipment purchase of this nature their are more than just the sales/purchasing process. Next is possibly the most important, the installation. In this regard we were able to schedule our installation quicker than we thought and got on the install schedule within a couple of days. In this case 3 techs arrived at our home on time, polite, professional and ready to go to work. They were there all day as anticipated. They removed the old furnaces, installed the new ones, and cleaned up everything. After testing the units...Zack the lead tech took the time to explain that the newer higher efficiency furnaces needed more 'air flow' than our nearly 25 year older models. Zack explained his plan to make this happen...said we would have heat in the home for the evening, and would return in the morning to fix the 'air flow' issue. He was on time once again and got to work. We got everything working as it should...and even had a tech come by to explain and help us set up our new 'app' based thermostats.Installation review 5.0And lastly Customer Service. Everyone we met was polite, professional, and considerate of our desire to make sure we were fully satisfied even if it took a little 'extra' to make that happen. Most importantly to me and my wife, is that they were honest and they stood by their word from the sales,installation, and service commitments they gave us. They state on their website to have THREE CORE VALUES....Honesty, Integrity, and Customer Service. I found ALL three to be TRUE!DE

Let me start by saying Victor Gallegos came to give us an estimate on our condo for new air conditioning and furnace. He was very very professional and knew what he was talking about, he also didn’t pressure us into anything or try to up sell any products.Michael Ibarra is a tradesman I highly recommend you ask for when it comes to installation. Him and his helper (no name listed but a guy with a lot of tattoos) absolutely killed it and had 0 intent on any corner cutting and made it very clear on what he was doing and why. They worked very hard to get my furnace and AC installed and up and running. *ASK FOR HIM TO DO YOUR WORK*Joseph Rodriguez did all the electrical work in order to get everything finished up and also went out of his way to get two of my kitchen outlets working again when they stopped working a few months ago. He said it was an easy fix but I’m still very grateful.As for somewhere in management, we were given a two day window to have everything installed and completed. They gave the boys other work instead of having us somewhere up on a priority list, putting our job up to 4 days. The 4th just to essentially plug it in and get it running. We had to deter our vacation plans on the 3rd day just for them to say “they’re understaffed” which resulted in us cancelling plans for no reason. And nobody ended up showing up to get our unit running. Which is why I can only give Heart a 4 star rating, but that’s a management issue not a worker issue.

We had put off several difficult plumbing problems until a recent outdoor hose bid failure so we looked for a highly rated firm on the internet and Heart Plumbing popped up with great ratings. They immediately dispatched Kelton and he tackled all 4 plumbing problems we had in a very professional and efficient manner. 2 of the projects I had put off for years due to their difficult location but Kelton solved both issues without a problem. I can’t recommend Kelton or Heart Plumbing enough. Great job Kelton!

The company was quick with scheduling and accommodating to the customer. Although they had to reschedule the appointment, they ensured I was taken care of. They also negotiated the price which I respect greatly, that they were wiling to work with me, you don't get that often. This company truly cares about their customers they are not in it just for the money. Every employee I talked to ensured that I knew all the details and that I was taken care of.Tyler came out and took care of my service, he explained every detail that was wrong and a plan of action. I will be a continuing customer with them as long as I have a home in Colorado.

Zach , Antonio and derrelle installed a furnace for me on a Sunday, they spent the whole day in my crawlspace doing the install. These guys were one of the most courteous and professional group I've ever had do work for me. I found this company on nextdoor and I'm glad I did, I will definitely call them for any of the services they offer. They were very respectful of my home and my time, Zach was very thorough and I felt very confident that the job was done right.

I’ve dealt with this company for a couple years now. They are great at calling you for more business and as soon as they are scheduled or tell you something, they can’t hold that end of the bargain up.Had multiple issues at this point.Have asked over 7 times for the right department to call me after a huge purchase and nothing. But they’ll call you 7 times to get solar installed.Took a day off work to have my appointment canceled mid day after scheduled in the morning.Waited 3 weeks for a specialist and was told not his speciality and they’d send someone else and still waiting for that call.More issues, but I’ll be air to list them.Overall, the only way to have them care is if you write a bad review. Hence why they have such good reviews. If you know how many times I’ve had to write a review to then be told an apology and still no change.

They replied quickly and sent someone over same day.I had already purchased two whole house filters and they installed them for $575Unfortunately I didn't get outside until 6 hours later and noticed that they had left the outside faucet on when they were draining the water lines in order to replace the filter.

Ray was awesome. He found our water leak issue fast, was professional and super friendly. We will use this company for all our our heating, cooling, plumbing & electric needs.

Louis was very helpful. We had our water shut off valve repaired. He did a great job explaining the problem and was able to fix it quickly. We were able to get back to our normal activities within an hour.

We've just wrapped up four days of service with the folks at Heart, and wow - we have just been uniformly impressed by the entire team! I'm worried now that I won't remember everyone - as there were lots of people here at our home, sometimes three or four vans full. We had decided a while back to take advantage of President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act and do our part in bettering the climate for our grandchildren and beyond. To that end, Cody visited with us initially - laying out options for a heat pump install. That conversation gave us such confidence that we decided to cancel two other estimates and get started with Heart. Our initial project quickly evolved into a much bigger electrification project - led by the intrepid Corey and Ethan - including upgrading our 150 amp box to 200 amps, making our hot tub connection safe, completely re-wiring every outlet in our home with tamper-proof receptacles, and installing an EV charger in our garage for the day when we can buy an electric vehicle of some kind. Steve and others helped to modify our ductwork in the furnace room, allowing us to keep our high-efficiency furnace but installing a Bosch inverter and heat pump. We are total fans of Heart now. The notion that we are members of a larger family that really does care about quality, integrity and hard work is important to us - and Heart delivers. If we could change one thing about our experience, it would have been that there would have been more consistency in terms of the work crew. Some of the guys were there throughout or close to it - and mentioned already - but because our project took longer than projected, there were new faces a few of the days, and we hoped that the communication from one crew to the next was sound. Nothing about the experience made us doubt that - it was just something that concerned us initially. We have a number of future projects ahead of us - install a heat pump water heater, for instance - and we'll call Heart and no one else. The membership services that were part of our deal were second to none - and will help this DIY wannabe to feel like people with way more skills and experience have our backs when we're out of our league. Lastly - we really appreciate the sustainability focus of Heart's finance partner, Good Leap. Anyway - it's important to us that we recognize by name the team of folks that did such an incredible job - and I'll return to this post tomorrow after I've called the office for the list of folks to thank publicly. Larry came out and fixed my master bath sinks. He did a great job. Was very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. He let me know what else heart has offer. Larry didn’t roll his eyes or make fun of me on how I temporarily fixed my sink with gorilla tape and aluminum foil. He was patient while I dealt with my toddler. He cleaned up after himself and my sink was cleaner when he left then when he got here which I greatly appreciate and am very thankful for! They are a great company. My only complaint is that they were pretty expensive. Almost $700 to replace the sink stopper and silver ring at the bottom of the drain on 2 sinks seems steep and that was at member pricingUpdate: When I had my sinks fixed, I signed up for membership since it made it cheaper and you get complimentary services. I had the plumbing, electrician and hvac come out for their complimentary check. I don’t like being scared and pressured into fixing stuff. HVAC said I needed a entirely new panel and they would need to trench and it would cost almost 21,000. No additions have been done on this house so I don’t see a need for increased amps. HVAC said I needed $3000 of work on a system that is 22 years old. No point to put much money into it when it won’t last much longer. Lastly, the plumber wanted $3000 but insisted one portion is a safety issue and needed to be fixed today since it is leaking carbon monoxide. They wanted over $600 for just that and over 1300 for that and the pressure reduction valve. I didn’t have that kind of money and no co alarm had gone off. I called another plumber who said it was barely bent, he doubts it was leaking carbon monoxide however he redid it and fixed the pressure reduction valve for under $500 total! Heart wanted over 1300. That’s ridiculous. I told the other plumber how much I paid for the sink stopper and silver ring on 2 sinks and he said I had gotten taken. It should have not cost that much. Shouldn’t even have costed half that much. Called today to cancel and was told that they understand others come in cheaper but they have a lifetime warranty. I don’t care. Not with how expensive you are and scare tactics to try to get me to fix something day of for extremely expensive. Their bedside manner isn’t worth that much compared to other plumbers! I have warned family and friends to not bother with this company.

Update after going through multiple experiences. Generally speaking, the technicians that have come by have been professional. The main issue we have experienced is with the dispatching office, and the lack of consistent communication. There is an annual maintenance contract on our condo, and we've had a toilet handle break. We have multiple times where an an appointment was scheduled, and I'd follow up because no one had called and was closer to the end of the given window by the dispatch team for the scheduled appointments i.e. 7am-12pm or 1-5pm - and the dispatch rep almost every time stated the reasons whey they had to cancel the majority of the appointment, due to weather, due to illness, due to injury, and due to the technician not having time to stop by, etc. We understand that things come up but the issue is with the lack of consistent communication from dispatch office and waiting until the end of the appointments to let us know and we had to call to check on the status most of the time. Tired of several cancelled appointments by the dispatch team/technicians and no communication.One Month Ago: the technician Jeremy Radtke was fantastic. Our toilet handle broke on an old toilet, the first toilet handle he tried wasn’t the right fit, so Jeremy went to two stores to find the right one and did the same day. Nice, professional, and got the job done.

The A/C technician, Parris, was knowledgeable, professional, and informative and did a great job making my A/C operate so much better. The lady that answers the phone was also very helpful, nice, and professional. I look forward to using this company again.

Another great experience with the Heart team. The technicians are always prompt, professional, courteous, and tidy. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why; we always learn from them. The communication from the scheduling team is second-to-none. You receive texts, emails, and phone calls. It really helps with planning your day. We've now joined Heart as members and have used them for Swamp Cooler repair as well as Sewer and Plumbing inspections and now Plumbing Repair. Every team has been great so far. We look forward to taking advantage of the additional services that are included in the membership and feel confident in using them for maintenance and repairs. I originally hired Heart to replace a shower head and faucet. When I saw how professional Larry was, I also asked him to replace the kitchen sink, going from a double stainless sink to a much more modern stainless farm sink with a goose head faucet. With these two minor enhancements the bathroom and kitchen look very updated!

EDIT OCT 26 2022This is my second time using Heart. First off, they are EXPENSIVE! You can shop around for better pricing. However they do ***VERY GOOD WORK***. I had Jade and Talon come out and replaced two water heaters. They were nice, cleaned after themselves and very informative. I was asking questions during the install and they were more than happy to explain what they were doing. Everything is up to code and they fixed other tradesmen work, on top of the install. Ask for these gentlemen when you get your plumbing done.Ask for Matt R. (Master Plumber) On time, explained the work he completed for my understanding. Very clean, professional, and great workmanship. The work performed was replacement of two sewer sump pumps and pipe repair for the sewer lift in the crawl space.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Electricians who don’t know what they’re doing and plumbers who don’t know code which causes them to come back multiple times to fix their issues. Dispatchers who say whatever you want to hear so they can get off the phone but don’t follow up on what they’ve promised. Managers who try to pass the blame and cannot be accountable. Not only can I not recommend this company, I will actively try to dissuade someone from using them. Please, for your own sanity, go with someone else. Heart isn’t even the cheapest out there - they’re one of the most expensive.

I booked this company online called and confirmed my appointment. Then the next day they wanted reschedule because a tech called in sick. I explained that it was a time sensitive matter so I was just going to call another company. Then they told me we will keep the appointment as is. I was waiting for themTo show up and they called me saying they don’t service my area. Wasted my time when I could have hired someone else.

I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this company. We have had one problem after another in the 3 months since this install happened. First, the furnace was installed incorrectly, so it essentially suffocated itself and was subsequently replaced. Then, we required 5 different visits from technicians to discover that the humidifier was not wired correctly, and was shorting the whole furnace. Then finally, on the day before Thanksgiving, the furnace pumped dangerous amounts of Carbon Monoxide into the house. The only thing that saved us from a holiday tragedy was a functioning set of CO detectors. All in all, this has been a frustrating experience from a company claiming to staff the most experience technicians and 5-star service. This is not what I expected from a company charging top dollar for their services.

This was a big job and was carried out to my satisfaction. Also the Electrician Edward Acosta was very accommodating and knowledgeable, a great electrician.

Anthony Mitts was very attentive and helpful! He took his time looking over my whole system and is very knowledgeable in the HVAC field! He gave some great advice and now our furnace is running great! I will be using HEART’s services in the future to keep my system in good shape.

Keith from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric worked with us to explain options for the upgrade, provided an estimate to do the upgrade, and had the main panel replacement scheduled within a week.He got the work done faster than his estimated time and the quality of the work was outstanding. He made not having power for the day so much less painful than it might have been.All told, Keith and Heart Heating were easy to work with and solved our serious problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone...and actually already have.

Brad saved our new home! After battling a kitchen sink clog for hours with no luck (even with a drain snake and sink plunger) I knew I was out of my league. Heart was able to send a plumber out the next day who was quick to explain the severity of the situation was not just the sink, but the entire house had been previously plumbed in a way that can only be described as catastrophic. I seriously cannot stress how refreshing it was to hire a professional who was respectful to me and my female partner, willing to do a large emergency plumbing operation on his day off, and have it all working again within 4 days of calling. Five stars for saving our home, thanks Brad!Update 4/1/22: continued service with the membership was great! We had Mitch, Chris, and Larry assist us with installing a mini split. They were super professional as well (just like Brad!), and spent time to give us multiple quotes and discounts on different options. It made us really feel like we were being taken care of, especially since we were going to have some A/C this summer with a lifetime warranty on it. They were also able to give some great advice about our furnace and some recommendations on ways to make it safer. Super satisfied with our service yet again!Update 3/14/23: free service on the mini split. Our technician Matt arrived, asked me for information about how we have been maintaining it and gave me some updates about quotes we had received from them almost a year ago, with updated and better prices. Super helpful! He verified that the maintenance info that the previous team of guys (Mitch, Chris and Larry) gave us was correct and had been working to keep things running smoothly. 5 stars isn't enough to convey how great Larry Barela was while working in my home. He first came to do my annual plumbing inspection and blew me away with how thorough and comprehensive it was, checking everything from water shutoffs under sinks to testing my water for chlorine and hard solids. He explained everything he was looking at very clearly and let me know exactly what I should have done moving forward. Since a lot of it was not urgent, I only opted to have about half of the suggested work done for now and he put no pressure on me to do more. He was able to come back the very next day and get all the work done, keeping me updated on how everything was going and clearly doing a rock-solid job on everything. He had a great attitude and was super friendly and affable. Heart has a great set of administrative systems so everything is super easy to process payment which is always a nice bonus. Within minutes of him leaving he even got me scheduled for someone to come out to fix the drywall he had to cut out. You can't ask for a better experience than this when it comes to having plumbing work done, and I will definitely be asking for Larry in the future when I get the rest of the suggested work done - and i'm downright looking forward to next year's inspection!

Jamie H provided OUTSTANDING service today. He took time to correctly trouble shoot the issues with our new April Air humidifier, and when he noticed the wiring to the humidifier was over done and misfiring, he completely rewired the unit to the furnace. He also noticed our furnace was leaking and rusting out the pan above the circuit board, and provided pictures for me to send our warranty company. He also reattached a hose that had come off the furnace and allowing exhaust fumes to enter the house. When I asked him a plumbing question, Jamie contacted Heart and got an appointment scheduled for this Friday. Jamie was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable in his work and interaction with me. I want to compliment his efforts to go above and beyond, leaving the job site cleaner and neater than he found it, and with everything in good working order. I would like Jamie to come back for my scheduled furnace checkup appointment on Feb 3, even if we need to change the time to fit his schedule. Job well done Jamie!!

I have had a wonderful experience so far with the professionals at Heart.Matt R has been amazing with the time he has taken to explain the recommendations he has to improve our water quality and plumbing around our house. We are satisfied with the work he’s done on our plumbing and pipe repair and we are in the process of having him come back out for more projects.Joe F has got to be the most knowledgeable furnace technician we have ever met, and was great when he completed an inspection of our furnace system. He also provided a great list of recommendations to ensure that our system is working as well as it can, as long as it can, and we appreciate that.Kelly S has also been very thorough and efficient in the electrical work he’s done around our house. He provided great recommendations and came out to repair one of our electrical outlets outside, install a surge protector for our entire electrical system and remove a smoke detector that was going bad, all in less than an hour.Ashton G was amazing when he came out to conduct the main drain line inspection and scope. He was also very thorough and efficient in the time spent competing the inspection.Lastly, the girls at the office are very helpful in scheduling and keeping me posted on when the technicians are on the way or if they are running late. Everyone at Heart has been extremely helpful, without being pushy, in providing the recommendations needed to keep my home safe and I appreciate that in a company.

3 out of my 4 interactions with this company were very poor. First, they tried to sell me a $10,000 furnace when a $150 part was out of stock. It was the dead of winter and they thought they had me cornered when my furnace went out, but I just called another company that had the part in stock and saved myself a lot of money.To make up for that scammy interaction, they offered me a free one year membership with free inspections. The first inspection of my AC went great. It turns out they fired the guy who did that work a day or two later but they wouldn't tell me why.I tried to schedule my free hot water heater inspection on a Saturday and planned my weekend around their appointment schedule. An hour before the appointment time they said the technician was not able to make it that day.I rescheduled for a different Saturday and the exact same thing happened. They basically ruined 2 weekends. At that point I told them to quit calling me. Free inspections are not worth my time if they don't show up, but they continued to call me for another month trying to get me to book appointments.I won't use this company, even if it's free.

Kelton was extremely professional and polite. He provided a cheaper alternate solution to my issue, which not only resolved the problem, but avoided more potential issues in the future.

All the technicians work to do a good job and are willing to explain what they're doing. They always review what they've done. All have been polite and helpful.

Do NOT for any reason call Heart if you have a strange smell (in our case burning plastic) or undiagnosed problem in your home. They first sent out a guy who looked at the furnace and said we needed $4000+ in repairs. I saw right through this cash grab and was able to get the unnecessary repairs taken off the estimate and down to $1600. They did the repairs and smell STILL continued. They came back out and said they had no idea. Next day the water heater quit working - now things are starting to make sense. Not once did they mention the water heater (less than 2 feet from the furnace they worked on) could be the smell. Different tech came out (up to 3 visits now) and looked at the water heater - it's an electrical issue he was not certified to repair. Wow. Waited ANOTHER day for new tech (4 visits now) to come out and he found the plastic electrical box on the water heater was completely melted into oblivion - a MAJOR fire hazard, $300+ fix. Water heater is warranteed and they say I'm responsible for filing the claim but weren't sure because their management was at a home and garden show?? My jaw nearly hit the floor. Water heater manufacturer says they are not listed as a partner to pay for the repair. Hmm I wonder why? This entire process has been a mess from start to finish with numerous days of work missed as a result. Let my loss be your gain and a lesson to all, go with another company.

I figured with as high a rating Heart has it was at least worth getting an estimate, even though they were unknown to me. It was a good call. Heart was really amazing through the whole process start to finish.They sent out Jade for my estimate and he was as professional and polite as I could have asked for. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was clueless. Admittedly, the cost was higher than I would have hoped, but I feel like I bought value for the long run and that counts for a lot. Jade and Talon performed my install and they did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the results. Easy 5 stars here.

Very good experience with this company. Came to my house same day my water heater went out and found the problem immediately. Had Matt come and replace my water heater quickly a few days later. Today is Easter and Zach and Casey came and finished installing my AC unit/heater in my house all day. They even stayed longer to make sure everything was working correctly after having an issue with the thermostat. I literally love this company and their employees, would absolutely recommend!!!

They fixed my sump pump which was only replaced last year by a different company. It was a disaster with a broken pipe and water damage and they fixed it same day. Polite, professional, and even noticed my sprinkler valve was leaking when they were cleaning their hands off outside and fixed that too while they were there!! I

We absolutely LOVE heart! Roy came to inspect our AC unit-and turns out it desperately needed a good cleaning (and then some). He ran lots of tests, inspected everything, walked us through all that was needed and was so quick! He found a tiny gas leak and sealed that up quickly as well. Gave us options for fixing and was very professional and helpful throughout the process.Jason, Kevin, and Noor did such a great job with the installation of our HVAC system and walked us through everything in detail and were patient with our questions and made sure that everything was up to code. Even fixed an electrical issue that wasn’t in the original estimate. Every member of the team was pleasant to interact with and respectful while in our home.Update 1 - bumping this down to 3 stars. Soon after installation I came to find out that Heart never pulled permits with the city and after endless amounts of calls permits were finally pulled, but since their info with the city was not up to date the inspection could not be completed. I have called half a dozen times just to see if they can update their info with the city so the permit can be closed, but I get the same message saying they cannot let me speak to anyone in the permitting department and someone will call me back. It's been months with still no callback or email reply. Incredibly frustrating experience.Update 2 - Apparently there is nothing they can do to get me in contact with their permitting office other than continue to pass along the message. For some reason the permitting office being in a different part of the building prevents them from transferring phone calls or providing contact into. What a joke.

I found Heart on the Team Dave Logan site, checked reviews, and gave them a call. I was not disappointed - Mitch was terrific as the technician, their dispatch team and warehouse people were all great to work with. They also brought us portable a/c units while our blower was being repaired (parts took a couple days). I have no issues recommending them!

I had a great experience working with Jason Isenhart. We have some old wiring in our house and i was worried about replacing everything. Jason took a look at everything and instead suggested an alternative that was so much cheaper. I love that he found the best solution for us instead of just quoting the most expensive option. He was also the one who did our install and did great work. He was quick and communication was great. I will definitely be using Heart heating cooling and plumbing for future work.

We had a great experience with Heart. Brad Webb came out to diagnose and quote our water heater issue. Of course our water heater was just out of factory warranty but replacing it with Heart is a great investment since they do a lifetime warranty. Louis Jones did the install and he was prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done in a good amount of time that didn't feel rushed. Shane Sperry was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my entire experience with Heart Plumbing. Would talk with me almost daily on the progress of a part that was ordered and the day it came in he immediately changed plans to install it right then. Doesn’t get better than this, really appreciate the incredible customer service.

Very poor experience with this company. The service professional was two hours late for the appointment. They indicated they would be at my home between 7am and 12pm and arrived at 230pm. While I understand they may be short-staffed and/or running behind, I received no notifications that they would be late. The service professional gave me incorrect information about Colorado state requirements for new furnaces beginning 2023. The quote I received for a new furnace was almost double in price compared to 3 other quotes. The Service Professional completely disabled my furnace after assuring me he had gotten it up and running (another company showed me the switch he turned off inside the furnace that he did not turn back on).

Really appreciate his professionalism throughout the whole process of the job! I highly recommend him!

Anthony M. Drove all the way from Denver to my home in south Colorado Springs at 5pm to look at an emergency gas leak. He was able to find all the parts and fix the gas leak from both the furnace and water heater in the fastest time I'd ever even conceive possible. Larger than life personality, funny, made us feel comfortable, explained everything in layman's terms and really made us feel like he valued his honor and workmanship over just getting the job done. Anthony was a breathe of fresh air from these other companies we contacted that had 3 month wait times, one even insulted me, but not this company. Heart blew us away, even gave us a military discount! They send you constant updates via text and even a picture of your technician. Honestly don't waste your time going to these other companies, heart is efficient, fast, and professional and will do it right the first time. So thankful, and the cheapest quoted price from all the companies we contacted!

The water shut off in one of our bathrooms was busted and another one was leaking so we requested a quote for replacement. Davarius evaluated all of our shut off valves and gave us a break down of what needed to be fixed vs what could wait. We opted to replace all the valves he recommended and he was able to get it all done in a day. He was knowledgeable, professional, explained everything very well, and our dogs liked him (which is always a good indication of character). Highly recommend!

Air conditioner quit working Friday evening when temps were in the upper 90s. We could not wait till Monday so i called to schedule after hours service. The after hours service fee was only $49.99 and it was waived if they were the ones that performed the work. They were able to schedule me for Saturday. Their communication was great regarding ETA. In fact, when they called to say they were on their way, but I couldn’t be there in time, they worked with me to delay a bit. The technician who arrives, Billy, was great to work with. He was professional and friendly. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was trouble shooting the issue. He was able to solve the problem by replacing a broken electrical component, and got us back up and running without an exorbitant after hours fee. I would recommend Heart and Billy for A/C repairs.

The Heart team was very responsive, from my 1am distress call, to showing up faster than expected. Jim did a great job, not only clearing our main line, but also explaining everything long the way, scoping to verify the cleared main, providing next steps, and laying out the replacement process (if/when we wanted to go down that road). I won't ever call anyone else, the Heart team goes above and beyond. You won't regret calling them!

I called on a Monday to have my dads furnace worked on and they told me the soonest they could get there wad Tuesday morning. The email they sent said between 7 and 12. I hadn't heard anything by 10am so I called they said their technician was running behind but he should be there and they moved my dad's appointment to bet 12 and 1. 12:30 rolls around and I still hadn't heard anything. At 1 o'clock I get a text message saying the technician updated his case and the soonest they could make it out was the next morning. Very unreliable! When you say you are going to show up between certain times SHOW UP! HAVE A BACK UP TECHNICIAN ON CALL FOR THIS REASON! My dad is disabled and was without heat for almost 3 days because they failed to show up when they were supposed to! I canceled my appointment and will never be using them. I found someone who came our and fixed my dad's furnace the same day no hassle! Not use Heart because they have no compassion or heart!

The furnace had a unique issue in that a mouse shorted our circuit control board and set fire to the chip, killing the whole heating system. Our appointment was serviced by Jason Gerlach, who was a stellar technician a very kind and respectful man. We had originally called for a second opinion after a technician from a large company had recommended we replace our furnace entirely, which would have been cripplingly expensive. Jason clearly explained why he disagreed with the former assessment, then offered an alternative repair instead of replacement. He showed up at our house, assessed the damage, left to gather the necessary parts, and had it repaired in under 5 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacing the furnace outright. We are incredibly impressed with the business and feel great about supporting a new, local business that is veteran-owned and obviously cares about their clients. We will undoubtedly be using Heart in the future for anything should we need them.

Thank you Heart! We purchased a new furnace, air scrubber, smart thermostat, water heater, and water filtration system (Halo). They discovered during the process of installing the Halo that the sewer lines needed to be replaced, which they did 5 days later. Every Heart employee involved in all of the above, including those working in the front office, lived up to Heart's strong ethical core values: honesty, integrity and customer service. Really good people who know what they are doing. Membership is well worth it too.

The technician they sent out, Jade Spears and his apprentice were professional and courteous. They handled my gas leak issues quick with expert knowledge. The only 2 negatives I can think of (which doesn’t affect my rating cause of the level of professionalism the company has) were the rerouting of the techs when they were in route to my address. The other one was they didn’t mention military discount when they were completing my transaction even though they offer military. Just took a quick phone call to have it adjusted.

Heart did a great job of communicating with us, not overselling us, and helping us improve our system. Our cooling died on a Saturday, and they were already installing a whole new AC unit, furnace, whole house humidifier, and air scrubber by Tuesday. They gave us options and did not try to oversell us - we actually requested more service and higher-priced equipment than was originally offered to us; very good no-pressure information session with the service consultant Victor.We might have been able to get it for a little less using someone else, but the included warranty for equipment failure and the service calls more than make up for any pricing concerns. Kurt and Kevin were fantastic installers, super respectful, neat, clean, and always open to show us exactly what was being done to our home. A very positive experience - highly recommend.

I was thrilled with the same-day turnaround on a Saturday for an emergency situation! Davarius was very polite, had all of the necessary equipment, and took extra care to protect my kitchen floor and cabinets while working to eliminate a drain clog that involved the sewer. I have generally been happy with Heart’s service… when they show up. I have been canceled on and rescheduled countless times. This happened both during our install and during subsequent follow up appointments. Sometimes this is a morning appointment pushed the afternoon and other times it is a new day reschedule.Heart also missed obvious asbestos tape during both an initial walk-through and preinstall appointment. This resulted in a month long delay for our AC install. This made for a hot and unhappy mama over the summer.The have no complaints about the technicians, but rather the business in general. I would only recommend Heart if you have tons of time and flexibility in your schedule for all of the changing appointments.

After he got the boiler running he walked me through the repairs he made. We first used Heart for plumbing to fix our basement drain, which wasn't draining. Matt came on time, properly assessed the issue and repaired it. Turnaround was faster than he quoted, and he helped us keep the cost low. We were so impressed that we used them for electric, and Keith did an equally amazing job. We've had contractors recommended to us for various improvements we've made, such as A/C and garage door installation. Wiring was all wrong, and Keith fixed it all for us in a timely fashion.We've had bad to mediocre experiences with contractors since becoming home owners, and I wish we had found Heart sooner. We had a bathroom leak and Sterling came out to fix it. He was kind, knowledgeable and quick to come to a conclusion as to what was the issue. He gave us options on fixing the problem. Our heater broke prior to a cold front with temperatures lower than -10 F. They were able to install a new heater the next day. Fast, reliable and affordable. They work incredibly hard to get your heat back up. Nothing but extremely positive things to say about them.

To be without heat on the first cold night of fall is not fun, especially after a long day at work. When the heater wouldn't come on the other night, I did a Google search for a heating company that not only had excellent reviews but that would also answer calls after hours. I settled on Heart Heating and was able to schedule a service appointment within two days. As it turns out, I made the right decision. The service technician, Mitch, quickly diagnosed the problem - a faulty thermostat - and solved it. Not only that, he was friendly, informative, and he provided a number of sensible recommendations for future upgrades to my home heating system. Thank you Mitch and Heart Heating!

Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company. I scheduled two separate inspections: one for electric and one for HVAC for my personal home. The first was an Electric inspection on 12/2 between the 8AM-12PM time frame. Leading up to the 12PM window end, no one showed up nor called or corresponded with me at all. I reached out around 12:30PM to see if someone was still coming. The CSR (Taryn, and I believe she was the same rep I spoke with today) told me the electrician was finishing up work at the previous home and we would need to reschedule. No sweat! I totally get wanting to make sure the first job is finished! We rescheduled for the following week. All was fine!Fast forward to the rescheduled appointment, they came 1 hour late. The gentleman, Greg, was incredibly kind and friendly. He gave me a quote for an electrical panel replacement as well as installation for egress lights. All seemed well until we got to discussing scheduling. I told him I would want the work done at the end of January and he said someone would reach out in the next couple of days to get that booked. No one called or followed up. No worries, I'll give them another chance at the HVAC consultation!Then today, 12/12, I had the HVAC inspection scheduled in the same 8AM-12PM time frame. No way they would have scheduling issues again, right? Different day, different tech, different systems. I was wrong. It was 10 past 12PM when I sent out a text (see attached photo) telling them I did not desire to reschedule and I would like to part ways with this company. That would have been all said and done if Taryn hadn't called me an hour+ later to tell me the tech finally finished their previous job and they were heading my way. Again, this is around 1:30PM. I told her that, unfortunately, the window that I was able to be home is no longer active, and I cannot be home for a tech to come out (please also note that I am a real estate agent and have clients/a job that I cannot wait 6+ hours around for contractors at). She proceeded to tell me I called you and left a message at 10:42AM and I stated I did not receive a call or voicemail to my phone (attached photo, no obviously I did not delete a missed call or a voicemail). As I was telling her I did not want to reschedule, she rudely interrupted me, and in the most condescending tone said Great thanks, bye and disconnected the call as I was still speaking.Being someone from a customer service background, I knew all too well she felt personally attacked by my disappointment with the company and absolutely lashed out unprofessionally with excuses and defensiveness. Regardless of if she had in fact called (again, no evidence of this on my end), this tech still would have been 2 hours past the appointment window. I truly hoped there would have been accountability there but there was not. A sincere apology would have been a very simple solution, but instead I was met with brashness, excuses, a lack of care, and lack of timeliness across the board. I WILL reiterate that Greg was very nice, so I hope he is aware of his value.I'll leave this by saying, as someone in real estate, these issues are incredibly important to me for more than personal home maintenance reasons. Working with buyers who need to get estimates when working through inspection and working with sellers who need to get their home market ready, these items are so time sensitive--I would NEVER refer a company I found unreliable, and instead will recommend against using this service. From the lack of timeliness, lack of responsibility, and lack of communication, they are a miss for me all around. So unfortunate!

Heart is fantastic. All of the staff--from sales and reception to all of the installers--were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In particular, Michael, Kevin, Jacob, Noor, Kelly, Rafael, and Larry were all AMAZING! The job was in a very tight crawl space in our old home so it was extremely challenging; each of them approached the challenge with enthusiasm, positivity, and expertise. I felt so taken care of, from start to finish. I cannot recommend the Heart team enough.

I was a member at Heart and will no longer work with this group. In an emergency plumbing situation they're on call person did not pick up. They called back a day later, we were lucky enough to get the water off. Their on call staff scheduled an appointment for the same day because it was an emergency. Then their regular staff rescheduled or tried to reschedule twice. When the plumber finally arrived they refused to fix the plumbing. Absolutely ridiculous, a membership gets you nothing, and this company is not worth the price or the headache.

They were easy to schedule and despite a busy calendar got out promptly. Jason was very kind and got our furnace setup for winter. Would definitely recommend and will be booking out regular maintenance going forward!

We have never had a bad experience with this company. Larry was great. We appreciate the great service, as always.

We’ve used Heart for all our HVAC needs for a few years now and have continually been thoroughly impressed. Not only are they incredibly communicative and clear about services and recommended maintenance, they’re one of the only companies that warranty their work, and they make an effort to educate you on the systems in your home. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone, whether it’s for routine seasonal check-ups or larger repairs and installations.

I called for an appointment in my crawl space and they recorded it incorrectly. They said, on the day of the appointment after I waited a week that you said it was for your sink even though I never said that and it had to be rescheduled. But they were nice about providing a fix and understanding I was upset. They did a previous fix for a drain that was the wrong angle and Darryl was really nice.

A bit pricey but there’s time you need a licensed electrician and they felt completely comfortable with his expertise.

I reached out to Heart Plumbing, Heating and AC yesterday afternoon regarding a pretty significant leak in my bathroom. They were able to send someone first thing this morning. Excellent customer service! Sterling and his apprentice arrived earlier than expected. They were both very friendly and professional. They were able to fix the leak and install a much needed new water heater ( mine was 30+ yrs old) same day!! I will definitely use Heart Plumbing in the future and will sing their praises to everyone I know :)

Returning customer here! Heart installed AC at our previous home. There was some rescheduling, it was pushed to the weekend of our wedding and they brought us a wedding gift kindly. The checking in every season was quite convenient and appreciated.Now at our new home we needed the entire HVAC replaced. We called Heart without getting a second quote simply because we trusted their customer service and expertise. After an issue with asbestos, they were able to work with us to replace duct work and provide the original service for around the same price.My brother is a lifetime Marine so I love supporting Veteran owned businesses but ultimately their ability to work with their customers and provide support is the most valuable!They are experts in the HVAC field and we are glad to be two time customers!

I searched high and low for a good service provider for a dozen+ projects after a home purchase... it was a big, scary purchase and we interviewed 5 different providers. I am so glad I went with Heart. Their service and flexibility were spectacular. Larry and his team in particular were incredible. They worked around me and my hectic schedule, they offered recommendations that saved me money, they were friendly and professional for the entire duration, and they took our crazy mind-changing in stride every time we got distracted by a squirrel! I can't recommend these guys more.

We read all of these glowing reviews and thought it was just too good to be true. We have had many bad experiences in the past with companies coming out to clean our main sewer line. Some quote extremely high prices, others don't actually clean the pipe well. Some just run tiny cutters down the line, and some don't run it all the way out to the street. Finding an honest and capable service company has became such a problem, that I started cleaning the sewer myself.I'm very impressed with the company, Heart Heating, etc... They sent us an email with the picture of the technician who would be coming out to do the work. And when Brandon arrived, he was very nice, professional, and did a great job. I got my door knocked by someone by heart. They were a pretty professional door to door salesman, and I happened to need my furnace looked at, so I scheduled a service the next morning. Great turnaround, and they communicated wonderfully with me. Matt showed up on time, and looked at my unit. He explained what he was doing, and itemized what I needed done by priority, and let me know what could wait, and what I could do myself. My furnace is running, for a tenth what I figured it would cost me. I honestly regret freezing last February when it failed on me.

Louis and Chris were very professional, efficient and fast. I had the two of them come out to get my kitchen ready for a new gas range. So, we needed a gas line installation along with an additional outlet for the ignition on the range. Louis did a fantastic job running the gas line and even pointed out a few other issues I was not aware of. (my builders cut corners and my water heater isn't up to code.)Chris was incredible fast and was in and out in an hour installing another 140v plug. I cannot recommend them enough. And now my range will be available for use upon delivery.

Davarius stopped by to just work on our main water shut-off valve leak and ended up leaving us with 2 hose spigots replaced, a shower that drains perfectly, a kitchen sink that no longer leaks when we run the disposal, AND a toilet that doesn't wobble anymore! The job was WAY more than he expected and he was incredibly nice about it. Said, Whatever you need to get done; I'm here to help you. and got it done!We had a particular tricky setup with very old pipes that weren't installed correctly that he had to work on, but he powered through it all! He also had no problems explaining to me what he was doing since I was curious. Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and the dispatch center was able to get someone out ASAP. Chris was great, he spent a few hours assessing the situation and eliminating the possibilities of what it could be. He told us his coworker was going to come out early the following morning and finish up. Trey came the following morning and walked us through the problem and it was fixed and up and running within the hour. The service this company does is amazing and their staff is super friendly and helpful.

The absolute best experience I could have hoped for. It was hard to find someone to work on baseboard heating but Luke M was INCREDIBLE. Extremely professional. They offer a lifetime warranty so piece was a tiny bit higher but 100% worthy it. He fixed my heating quickly and thoroughly. Everyone in their office was extremely friendly and communicative. My technician, Billy, was very professional and worked diligently to find the problem. He then educated me on what the issue was with our AC and why it was shutting off and how to better care for it and ensure it works efficiently in the future. He was also very friendly and personable. The receptionists and dispatch were also responsive, informative, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

We had Sterling as our technician. He was great!! Came the next day to detect where the leak was coming from. It only took him 5 minutes to figure it out and give me an estimate! The guys were amazing!! I will use them for any house issues or maintenance!!! Great, awesome guys!!

All in all the experience was ok, I originally set the appointment I asked to have the last appointment around 5 pm, That was agreed and set up. The day of the appointment I received a call at 8 am saying that a tech was in Aurora and could be to our location in 45 min. I again said I preferred last call. I again got another call at 12 pm stating a tech would be coming in a half hour, I again told them I was at work and could not get home in enough time as I was over an hour away. They then said no problem they will keep the later appointment.I then got another call at 2pm from a yet different woman (3rd that day) rudely stating that they wouldn’t pay their tech to stay on until 5 as he had no other jobs to do and was the only “qualified person to do the job and that he was 45 min away and if I wanted the job done at all this was the only option !!!! At this point I was getting mad!! I had to cancel my own service calls that I had made with my clients to accommodate these rude people.When I arrived home there were two people in the van, one was friendly as the one working was pompous and short tempered with me stating he had 20 yrs experience and he knew what he was doing when I explained what a previous plumber told me.Out of all the people I felt with 4 of the 6 were pleasant and easy to deal with, the last woman that called and the plumber were rude and had bad attitudes.I have been in customer service for 40 years and would not recommend the way they do scheduling, also having the second man pitching other services as the other tech works to me is a waist of man power and feels like higher pressure sales tactics instead of the tech just stating “ by the way here are some other services we provide “

Katie Arellano was so awesome. She replaced our garbage disposal and didn't talk down to us after learning we had installed it ourselves a few years ago (she actually made us feel okay about the job we did and the gaps in our knowledge). She gave us fair pricing and finished the work so quickly and cleanly. We will definitely call her again when we need other work done.

I blew out a light socket and it blew my heater thermostats out. They couldn't come out yesterday but had me schulded for this am on a Sunday and showed up on time. Chris took his time to check everything out and fixed my light socket and wired it directly to the switch. And my thermostat came on as soon as he checked the breaker box and tagged my box for the heater in case it happened again. The price was very good especially for a Sunday. I'm very please with the dispatch and Chris work. It was good to have heat again.

I received a quote for some simple plumbing work; it was more than double the other quotes I received and I never received the email quote to have in writing (which he claimed to have sent while still in my home). Also, the service tech said he thought we had a gas leak and to get a carbon monoxide detector. A carbon monoxide detector will not detect a natural gas leak. He said he could fix the leak for almost $400 if someone could bring him other equipment because he doesn’t do that very often. I am so thankful I did not choose to use their services. I called the city to come check for a leak. The tech didn’t charge me anything and said we don’t have a leak using his natural gas leak detector. I have a 2 year old in my house. Had I followed the Heart tech’s advice, it could have potentially put my life and my child’s life in danger. I would recommend always getting a second opinion.

Katie restored my hope for this company! I have had awful experiences from techs from here but she is truly a diamond in the rough. She came out for an inspection of some flooding in my basement and advised me what to ask for with another department that handled drains and saved me their quoted $1000 repairs and got what I needed done. She then came out to fix the leaking pipes and washer valve and did more repairs than quoted since whoever did my pipes before didnt soder them correctly with no increase on charge. She was very respectful while in my home and finished everything within a couple hours. I will only have her from now on. Thank you so much Katie! Christopher was fantastic and always on time! He stayed 3 whole days working in the freezing cold and never once complained even when offered to take a break he was a work horse and didnt stop once. I know have a trusted electrician and plumber for life.

I’ve had experience now with all three of the trades Heart has (electrical, HVAC, and plumbing). I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve never had a worker show up late, look unprofessional, or complete the task poorly or slowly. We recently installed a new heat pump, and while the work was more expensive than I would have liked, I have zero concerns about it for several reasons. The install team was competent and efficient, then a senior installer/field supervisor came to check on it, and finally Heart has a warranty that I’ve never seen anywhere else. I posted a review in June of 2020 for plumbing work, and the results are the same now as then. The electrical work is top notch and to be honest, is probably better than most of what’s in my walls. They do cost a little more than some of their competition, but you get what you pay for with Heart. It’s easy to offer a warranty as strong as Heart’s when the job was done right in the first place.

I contacted Hear HCPE through a recommendation from a friend who had done business with them within the past year. My furnace/AC unit has been heating and cooling well, but doing some weird things - prolonged clicking noise, turning on and off repeatedly when the house was at temperature, loud vibration noise. It's a Rheem installed in 1999 (so 23 years old). I had been told within the past 5 years that it needs to be replaced but I've been doing what I could to help it limp along. Joe from Heart HCPE found and fixed the vibration (a part repaired a year ago by someone else that was not adequately fastened down), showed me pictures of what was happening, explained what was happening, and told/showed me the red flags to watch for that might indicate it was actually going to be a major problem. He explained my options for fixing it, while also letting me know the drawbacks. Not once did he try to sell me anything (thank you Joe!). I asked a number of questions; he patiently answered all of them. I'm probably going to have to replace it soon and set up an appointment for someone in sales to come see me.I appreciate Joe's professional conduct, not trying to sell me something, taking the time to explain the benefits/drawbacks to repairing and replacing the system, and for showing me what to look for in the furnace and in the thermostat in case it was going to be a more serious problem (it's winter and nighttime lows are in the teens and 20s). He made sure I received emailed paperwork/pictures before he left and that I had his business card. I truly appreciate his level of concern for me to have a working furnace but without a hard sell on either repair/replace. Joe is extremely knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend Heart HCPE if your furnace is giving you problems.I'll give an update if I purchase a new furnace/AC through them.

There were several Heart employees that worked to install my new heat pump, two new vents, new return, new sub panel, and outlet. The project was estimated to last two days and the crew got the AC running in one day because the temps were so high. It meant a lot that they would stay until 6:45 the first day to ensure AC would be available that night. I was so grateful and so were my pets! Thank you for the excellent customer service and I look forward to working with Heart again.

Jamie even provided a priority list of items to perform this year that will provide a better quality on the unit over next several years.He even assisted with when to turn off the humidifier and process to turn off for the summer and fall months.January of 2023Had a humidifier put in to help with the humidity in our house. The house was hovering between 8%-15% on average before. Now the house runs between 30%-35%. Huge improvement on static and house being too dry.Spring of 2022We also had a great experience with their plumbing division as well when we started hearing noise in the piping. Heart come out the same day, assessed the situation and provided their feedback on what our issue was. The tech was friendly and courtesy considering it was just an air pocket causing the issue.Summer is 2021We had a whole house fan installed. The tech, Kelly Smith, was responsive, professional and up front about the process. Due to the pandemic and supply issues it took about 2 weeks to get the fan installed, but it was worth the wait. All that was left for us to do post installation was fill the drill holes and paint the ceiling around the unit, minor fix.We love the fan, it cools the house within 30 minutes when on low and allows us to not have to run the AC continuously overnight after these hot summer days in Denver.We joined the annual program which allows for annual tune up on the furnace, AC, plumbing and electrical. Also get discount on pricing, work being done.

We approved them for a major job and expense, then they found the repair to be simpler than first thought and came in way under their original quote. I certainly appreciated their honesty and professionalism every step of the way. And.... as we all know,,,, that is becoming harder and harder to find in today's service industry!

I used Heart Heating to move an outlet on a water heater several months ago. They did a good job, so I called them again because my mini split inverter air conditioner wasn't working properly. My time frame was 7am - 12, they showed up just after 1pm. Without connecting ANY diagnostic equipment, Mitch told me that my unit had a leak and was not installed improperly. He would have to basically reinstall it, which was an 8 hour job that would cost $4500!!! Another technician from a licensed, insured company came out and actually plugged in a tool that detects leaks. He found ZERO leaks and determined that the outdoor compressor had probably been tampered with by a vandal. He cleaned the filters and back panel, recharged the unit and recommended I buy a cover for it. The whole visit took about an hour and cost less than $500!**Update: What I appreciate even less is the call I just received from the operations manager trying to justify their quote and discredit the repair I had done. Bottom line is even if the until did need the repairs they claim, I could still get it done for less than $4500!

These guys were so helpful and straightforward. They really went into detail about what I was paying for and I felt really good with what I paid because of it. I will definitely be using them for everything I possibly can. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past with stuff like this and I’m so thankful to finally have a good company to rely on.

Pinhole leak in plumbing not easily accessible. They also were able to get to us within a day as we already had water off for most of a day when we called them.

At 11am, Heart Heating sends me a text to inform me that my technician would not be available that day and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday. Unfortunately the unit is located in a rental unit and we had a renter arriving Wednesday. After not receiving a response via text in regards to the scheduling issue, I followed up with a phone call. Not only were no apologies offered for the last minute cancellation which I re-arranged my schedule for, but no solution or again apologies for not being able to provide an earlier appointment. Simply, mam, this is what we have, take it or leave it, we don't care. And so I will now redirect my business to someone that still offers customer service. It seems the pandemic has affected lots of businesses and this is unfortunately one. Great technicians, but HORRIBLE customer service.

Larry at Heart was here early and extremely pleasant to work with. We needed our barrel sauna hardwired, so he added what was need to the breaker and ran about 50-60ft of wire/conduit from the breaker, around the side of the house, and to our sauna. It was snowing and cold but he powered through and couldn't have been more positive with his attitude. Everything looks and works great. We couldn't be happier with the way it went. I see a lot of good reviews here and I don’t get it? The tech that came to my house was fine, but the estimate was absolutely absurd. They gave me an estimate to clean the outdoor AC unit and replace two parts for just over $1200. The parts total about $50 and to replace parts and cleaning would be maybe 45 minutes of work max. How can they possibly justify charging that kind of money for that amount of work? I was in shock and mortified that they are charging uninformed customers that kind of money. This is scam level charging and would never trust this company.

My service Electrician, Larry Reynolds, did a great job troubleshooting my electrical outlet problems and installing a tricky ceiling fan, ensuring at every step that the electrical problems were fixed and that the fan assembly was sturdy and safe for the fan/light combo I ordered. Rip off merchants- I scheduled Heart to provide a quote to reroute five lines of electrical conduit on the outside of a property. We are looking to move the conduit lines out of the way so we can install an egress window in our basement. Heart rescheduled the appointment a total of 3 times which wasted a significant amount of time simply taking calls, letting tennants know etc. When they finally showed up, I explained what we were trying to do and would they please provide a quote. They stated they would have to replace two entire electrical panel for the building rather than simply move the conduit lines. The reason they provided was otherwise they'll be much liability which sounds like a very convenient catch-all explanation to misquote and overcharge customers. They provided a quote of $19k!!!!! It's honestly hard for me to understand how they came up with that solution and price and seemed to be interested in finding the very most expensive solution to the problem rather than addressing the issue at hand.

The outlet pipe to my sump pump came apart in the wall so some water was making it outside and some running down inside. Preston came out to fix our evaporative cooler and communicated exactly what was needed. He came back three days later at 8 pm to fix it because it has been so hot. He went way above and beyond anything we expected, and was the most knowledgeable repair we have had for our breeze air evaporative cooler. He was great!

My furnace started struggling the day before so I communicated with this company on Thumbtack by addressing the issues. And a technician came out to my house within the next 24 hours. Appointment setting with them was super easy and quick.My technician, Trey, was excellent. Although he was friendly enough, he focused on the task at hand and didn’t spend too much time on chitchatting with me. He was at my house for about 30 minutes.Fortunately for me, it (the furnace) required a little TLC from a professional like Trey. He fixed the root cause of the issue (dirty flame sensor); not only that he checked to ensure that my furnace was in good shape for other areas. He even gave me a filter at no cost. And all this cost me only $39! I was truly happy with that!Yes, I will hire them for any/all furnace/AC/plumbing needs/issues in the future. This is an amazing company that truly cares about the safety operations of your HVAC system!!

Heart did some *major* unexpected work on our basement and, as difficult as the job was, they were careful, respectful, responsive, and quick with their work. I was very impressed by the reviews here, but unfortunately I never got to experience their actual work. I called on Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for my air conditioning that had gone out. They couldn’t get me an appointment until Monday 12-6 so I took it. Around 5 I got a call they couldn’t make it until the next day 12-6 (Tuesday). I said okay that’s work, then Tuesday morning they said someone who could be out in 45 minutes. Since we weren’t planning on a Tuesdays visit to begin with, we had swimming lessons until noon. II said ’d like to keep my quoted time of 12-6. They said no problem, then again right near the end of my quoted timeframe on Tuesday they called to say they couldn’t come that day either and the appointment was Friday! A whole week from when I called. You’d think with them bumping me twice (it was around 100+ degrees every day), I’d be prioritized for an appointment but it wasn’t the case. I could’ve had the repair done already if I knew they’d continue not making it my home. I cancelled the appointment and got Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning to come out the following day. They did a fantastic and thorough job and showed up midway through the quoted window!

Chris and Brandon are fantastic! They had to trench the hard grounds of gilcrest out to my covered patio to add the electrical for my new hot tub! They did a great job very pleased with how clean the work looks completed!

Kyle was wonderful and so helpful but the brand of furnace that I have, discontinued making parts for it. He was kind enough to bring portable air conditioners out for my use until I figured out my next step. Unfortunately/fortunately I was able to find someone that still has parts for my furnace. Again, I highly recommend Heart - it didn't work out for me but I would highly recommend them .

Our AC stopped working and we were able to book an appointment the next morning. Our technician was super thorough and friendly, he identified what he thought was the problem within 5 mins of arriving. We had contacted several companies to extend lines from main gas line to an area in the back yard. HEART was definitely the best at: responding to phone call request (a person answered the phone!), setting up appointments, explaining details. Appointment was established quickly, quote came immediately. The technician, Matt R. was professional, explained the work and gave information about the company. He gave good overview and answered questions politely. It was reassuring to have someone so thorough. I also appreciated getting a real time estimate on arrival time via text--great to know exactly when the appointment will start. I readily recommend.

Joe and Billy are awesome. They showed up right on time, are super personable and friendly, and were incredibly detailed and efficient in repairing my furnace/AC. They explained their recommendations thoroughly prior to beginning work, and even broke expenses down by what they felt was absolutely necessary for safety/usability purposes, what was a good idea to extend the life of the units, and what isn't technically needed but is a good idea given the age of the units and home (water sensor, etc.) Then, when the supplier didn't have the exact water sensor in stock and offered a subpar product in its place, Joe declined the offer and instead moved his schedule around to come back the next morning with the higher quality sensor and install it for me. The workmanship is excellent, the furnace is no longer short-cycling, and the AC is noticeably cooler and more effective.I HIGHLY recommend Heart for any HVAC needs, and have actually scheduled one of their electricians to come out and take a look at the panel upgrade I need based upon the quality of work Joe and Billy did on my HVAC system. Very happy to have found such a great company to trust these big-ticket items to! Thanks, guys!

He was able to arrive same day and quickly!Darrell Fabra and his partner (I cannot remember his name - but he was a Houston native like me!) arrived on time and successfully added a pump and washer hookup into my basement so I can have the washer and dryer together. They were professional and great to work with.Tristian Swain and his partner (I cannot remember his name) came out last week for an initial quote and arrived on time and were very professional as well.Overall 10/10 for Heart!

Heart replaced our water heater which was installed in 1998. Needless to say, the heater to be replaced was rather heavy to carry out. Brad, the plumber, called the shop for reinforcements. An assistant arrived within 30 minutes and the old water heater removed. Brad then installed our new Bradford 50 gallon w/h professionally, on time and cleaned up quickly. Very happy with the service Heart provided.A month or so after the water heater was replaced, we turned on our outside sprinkler and heard loud pipe hammering every time the sprinkler changed zones. We called Heart and they came out quickly. It took two visits, but Steve, our technician, determined that the newly installed pressure relief tank both had water in it and was set at the wrong pressure. Made the changes and the system again runs quietly. Appreciate Heart and Steve's persistence to get it right. Well done!

My tankless water heater stopped working. Heart sent Jade to fix the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem. Bad gas valve. Here came the kicker. He was going to charge me over $1,400 to change the valve. When I showed him I can get an entire brand new unit (same exact one) for less than what he was charging me, he started making excuses about labor and what he had to do to replace the part. Lied about a bunch of pieces that had to come out to change the valve and how the part was about $250-300. When I called him out on it, he dropped the price instantly by $500. So now I’m looking at $900 for this gas valve. I told him to leave. I called Rampart and they had the part in stock for $150 but even told me to call Rheem as it should be under warranty. It was. They overnighted the part to me. The part arrived and replacing it took me, with zero plumbing experience, 10 minutes tops to replace it. All the brackets and screws that “have to come out” was complete B.S. There were two bolts, one at the top and bottom. Unplug the two wires on the front and pop it off the bracket it is in. Putting it in was just just going in reverse order. So in total, it cost me $49 for the service call since I didn’t let this company rip me off. If you feel like getting ripped off, use Heart for your plumbing needs.

After three intensive days of trying to find a solution to our water heater problems, the landlord was fortunate enough to find Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. Kaitie is amazing, she brought the cost of replacement from the tens of thousands (which is what every other company was quoting) down to a much more manageable cost. She knew exactly what she was doing because of her wealth of experience and got us up and running in no time. If it has to happen, I'm glad people like Heart and Kaitie are there!

We had a fantastic experience with Heart. We moved into a new home and less than a week later noticed a bubble in the ceiling from a mystery leak. Michael from Heart was able to come out the next morning and quickly found the source of the issue and fixed it. We also had him take care of some other more plumbing issues around the home. While he was here he noticed an issue with our furnace, and he helped arrange for someone to come take a look at that too. Everyone at Heart was easy to work with and very knowledgable. I love that they provide a lifetime warranty on their work. I definitely recommend them!

The staff at the office knew who I was when I called and did their best to be proactive in communicating with me about schedule changes. The quality of the work that was completed was high and thorough. My appointment was rescheduled twice, but the company offered a $25 credit each time, which was a fair way to handle the issue in my opinion.I would give a 5 star review for all of the above. The only negative was so small, but rather important, so I have deducted 1 star. After completing the work, the boiler was not switched back on. It was a simple as flipping a light switch, and just a slip of the mind that I can relate to, but I woke up to a 55 degree house this morning and am grateful it wasn't colder last night.Overall, I would recommend Heart.

The furnace broke overnight during some bad snow and this place was the most responsive of all the repair places I reached out to. They sent someone out from Denver faster than anyone in town could make time to help and I'm so thankful to have heat back so quickly. Joe Fiducioso was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. He took care of the main problem and took plenty of pictures and videos to show me exactly what was wrong and explained how he was fixing it. Great guy, great service.

Steve Neisen was professional, explained in detail what he found in my drains. Mostly hair and soap scum. Mentioned the membership, I signed up for it. This is the second time I have used Heart. (Water heater) He cleaned up after himself, easy to talk too. Everyone I have dealt with has been really nice and professional.

They do answer the phone and get someone to your house faster than most others. We had some issues along the way, but in the end it all worked out and it was good to see them stand behind their word. If you need a permit on your project, make them show you the permit before you let them start working and all should end well.

We had a pretty bad refrigerant leak in our A/C system thanks to a previous homeowner using a “handyman,” and not a real A/C tech. First...of course my furnace stopped on a snow day!!! Heart was amazing... they were so responsive and informative on how they could help me. I had a difficult situation and they went above and beyond to assist me which is pretty uncommon these days. Second the staff they hire from phone rep to the technician, they were customer focused. However, Mitchell Atwell was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. Took the time to actually ask me questions, to really diagnose the issue. While the product and service has an amazing warranty, I highly doubt that I’ll be using either because I won’t need to. It’s technicians like Mitchell who really take pride in their work that make one-time clients... clients for life. I highly recommend this company, their prices are very reasonable, fast service and truly amazing technicians.

Come to find out that I didn’t have a chance in getting hired as the place had recently undergone new management by the name of Trish and they were only concerned with hiring you if you had history. How’s a guy supposed to provide for his family like that? There is no communication among their team, leading to confusion an frustration as a client, which is ridiculous for the prices I am paying. The person who came for the on sight estimate for AC installation wasn't knowledgable so his plan could not be implemented on the day of installation, leading to major inconveniences and structural instability at my home. The electrician didn't even speak to me or do the whole house inspection at installation as I was told. Then twice no one showed up for their appointments with no notice at all, after I'm waiting around all day. I've spent way too much time on hold on the phone for having spent 13k, and then the response is we'll call you. They just tell you what you want to hear to make the sale and provide sub par results. Oh they sent cookies to make up for it?

Tech came out to look at furnace after it stopped working, said a couple different things may be wrong and then told me $1000+ to fix an issue. Got a second opinion and they fixed the issue in seconds - changing our air filter because the unit was overheating.

Mitch Atwell, the technician that came out to my disabled family member home was amazing, kind and professional. He assessed a very old furnace (20 years old) that was located in the crawl space due to no heat. He provided options to help extend the life of the furnace and was very thorough and honest. Gave us a few options for the repair. I will always use heart for any furnace and ac needs and repairs. In todays world, it is hard to find compassionate, honest and quality service but Mitch has all these qualities! Very grateful for the quick repair and for his service and kindness!

In March of this year Applewood Plumbing came to my home and dug a 23 foot trench, three feet deep, in order to install new sewer drainage pipes. They “gave” me a 5 year warranty on the work done. After they were finished with their work I did some research and found that there were much less expensive and better alternatives available, so after 14 years with Applewood I switched my business to Heart Heating & Plumbing.Last week my 92 year old mother-in-law encountered the same problem with her house. (She lives directly across the street on virtually an identical plot). I insisted that she call Heart Heating & Plumbing instead of Applewood. Her drain, however, required a trench totaling 43 feet to the same depth. Naturally, she was nervous about the degree of cost and extent of the work needed to be performed. So, Hearts’ Jim Anderson proceeded to patiently sit at the kitchen table for quite some time to explain to her (using pictures and movies accompanied by a slide presentation) the actual problem and options available to her. She could not have been more relieved. He and his work crew were absolutely brilliant in their execution and in communicating with various family members throughout the process.The work that the Heart crew performed was superior to the same work that Applewood had done. Shout out to Jalal Williams!Had a scare with my Air Conditioning Unit, which turned out to be due to a dirty filter causing air to not flow through well enough to properly leave the system, causing parts to freeze and slow air flow out of vents (may be missing few details).Jalal came out and did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem, listened patiently to my explanation and questions, and answered them very thorough in his responses (EXACTLY what I look for in answers).Really appreciated his time and great attitude and support.Helping make the company look wonderful!Only complaint is on scheduling, had a large time window (12 to 6 PM) for when they would be out and was a concern for me as I had no AC, inside temp getting to 90 degrees.But at least you all answer calls quickly with low wait time and once on the call can communicate well and are supportive.Also, I really like the tracking feature for where the tech is, this helps me prepare for their arrival.Great company all around and proud to be a member!You rock, Jalal!

Booked (2) faucet repairs/replacements through Angi. They were the only service that responded. Louis Jones was my repair representative, and he went above, and beyond what was necessary to address my problems. He was very professional, and accommodating, going as far as visiting Home Depot at least (3) times to get me what I wanted, and needed! Thanks Louis, I would not hesitate to use these services in the future!

I got 5 quotes from 5 different HVAC companies and they were all in and out in under 20 minutes. They usually just dismissed most of my questions and seemed like they were in a rush to leave. One guy even made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I got an estimate from Heart, a guy named Cody Odneal came out and spent nearly 2 hours answering all of my questions. He even called his supervisor to answer some of my more tricky questions. He was the only one who left me with multiple quotes for multiple systems, while the other guys seemed to only sell one specific brand. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, and Cody made sure that before he left, that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.I don't usually write reviews on here, but this company and employee really stood out for me, and far exceeded a mere 5 star review.

My downstairs toilet & tub had sewer backup and I was afraid there was a problem with the main sewer line. When he arrived the clog had already cleared so no repairs were needed but he inspected my system to ensure everything was fine & it was! I was only charged a small service fee.

Heart Heating and Cooling saved my life. I only had a couple of days notice to remove my AC unit for a deck rebuild. Heart sent someone out on Sunday for a quote and had Kevin remove the AC unit on Tuesday. Once the deck was finished Kevin (the same Kevin) arrived within 2 days to reinstall the AC unit and got it running better than before. Thanks Heart!

I had a great experience with Heart today. I called them on Saturday and they would have come in Sunday, but I pushed to Monday (or my convenience). Jeremy arrived precisely on time and got right to work. He was very tidy and extremely respectful of our walls. He had to find a leak in our basement ceiling and install a shut off valve for our exterior faucet. He managed to keep the hole so small that it’s just the right size for the access panel. No drywall repairs needed!! That’s huge from my perspective. And the whole thing was done in 45 minutes. I couldn’t be happier.

This was the first time I have used Heart and the overall experience was awesome. Joseph, showed up as scheduled and was very professional. I already have plans of using Heart again in the future for more electrical work and maintenance plan.

Our experience with Heart started a little rocky due to some scheduling miscommunication but let me say they went above and beyond when it came to the level of service provided by the technicians and the immediate follow up whenever we called. The team spent almost 4 full days on site changing duct work and installing AC in the attic where it was 135 degrees during the heat of July and never once complained about the size or complexity of the job. Their commitment to doing the job right and warranty for follow ups all through the first year make me feel confident they were the right choice for my system installation. Highly recommend

I simply cannot express the entirety of our extreme satisfaction with HEART in a simple review, but I will try! From the moment I called, the receptionist was friendly and kind, and helped to schedule a technician in a timely manner. She was so pleasant it was like she immediately understood everything I needed without her even knowing the entirely of our situation. We live in a one-story ranch style house with a crawl space where our furnace is located. The previous owner cut the furnace in half to fit it down there and jerry-rigged a wild system of duct-tape and cut ducts to allow for the filter. Yes, the past 4 years, we had used this set up and probably not often enough, made the trip down to the crawl space to replace the filters and re-tape our furnace back together. Often the on/off switch would switch to the off position and thus, the furnace stopped working - quite frustrating! Doug came out for the initial assessment and walked me through some different options such as keeping the furnace in the crawl space, moving it to a closet on the main floor and also talked through an electric furnace option. I would also like to note that the text and email reminders were extremely helpful, and the pictures of each technician was a nice addition as well. Cody came out later and did the walk-through of installation and mentioned that we could move our furnace filters to the main floor return vents (thus saving us a trip down to the crawl space) and I just about cried I was so happy with this news. Having recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, the crawl space is not the most comfortable place to be in my condition. Now, having our filters moved to the main floor has greatly improved our quality of life! HEART also provided us with space heaters to make sure we would stay warm in the case of gaps in furnace installation. Kevin and Nate were our installation technicians and I cannot thank them enough for their time and work spent not only in the crawl space, but working through an unexpected issue of fitting the furnace through the crawl space opening - quite a project that involved jackhammering cement to allow for additional space. They were communicative, hard working and if I could give them a bonus, I certainly would! Going under our house isn’t all that pleasant of an experience and these guys took care of everything, putting in quality work and long hours. Bravo! David from sales came out and assisted with the installation and helped to put in the new return vents. We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and now our return vents sit flush against the wall. I know Kevin, Nate and David were working through installing a modern system on a 1950s build, so I appreciate all the additional time and quality work that was put into the job. Jason came out to do the electrical inspection and spent extra time again, fixing some electrical quirks of a 1950s house and put in extra work of moving our light switch to the front end of the crawl space and making sure everything was up to code. At the end of it all, not only do we have a beautiful new furnace, new return vents and filters on the main floor, our furnace has a lifetime warranty and for the next 5 years, a technician will come out for a complementary inspection. This company certainly knows how to do business. Everyone that I spoke to and who came out to our house was such a pleasure to work with and treated us like family. Every single person is phenomenal to work with, and very knowledgeable; starting from Mike setting up the appointment, Roberto coming out for the diagnostic, and then the multiple teams with Cody, Blake, Steven, Collin, and Cory working to get our unit replaced! I know it was much more involved than initially thought, and these guys were here doing all that they could to get our heat up and running again! They offered us heaters to keep us comfortable, and communicating and explaining what was going on every step of the way! We had an issue with the filter, and so Steven, Collin, and later Cody, came back a different day to create larger return vents for us to be able to replace air filters inside our home. They helped us so much, and removed shelving that was in the way too! We also needed our electrical panel upgraded, and so Cory will be helping us with that (thank you Cassandra for getting that reschedule). Heart also was able to have all of what we needed financed under one bill, which was a huge help! I cannot imagine going through the HVAC and electrical replacement with anyone else; these guys made it easy on me and kept my stress level down. My only regret is not having found them sooner back when we needed our water heater replaced. We will definitely keep Heart for any future issues we have, and keep with the membership program to have areas checked out regularly. When installing a ring doorbell video, we learn from one company that was not able to repair it that there must be a short somewhere in the water in between the doorbell, the transformer and the doorbell ringer itself. Once the appointment was made to come out and fix it, we received updates as to the timing of the appointment. We received notice that they could come earlier. Kelly arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and I found to be was very polite, warm and friendly. After a walk-through the house to show where the problems were, he took the time to explain the problem in terms of the non-professional could understand. He did the work quietly, efficiently and, kept me informed as he was resolving the problem. Once completed. He told me what he did, gave me some advice on how to ensure that it worked properly and thanked us for using them. I could not have been happier with the overall interact with the company and will be using them for another project at my home.

We hired this company to move a duct in our basement in spring 2020. They convinced us to sign up for - monthly service where you get $14.95 deducted from your account to avoid service fees on future work. We have never had them out again nor have we been contacted about any inspections or services that might be valuable since they are taking $14.95 from us each month. I have called to cancel twice and both times been directed to the right department which leads me to a voicemail box where I leave a message and there is never any return calls or cancellation on this service. I would recommend not ever signing up for this service since it is impossible to cancel and no one ever follows up to give you the value of this fee.

Our technician was Kaite. She was Amazing she was super friendly. Kaite is very knowledgeable. She was great with my 5 year son that is a handful and loves to watch. She was very clean about her work. She explained everything. I will be using this company again!!

I just had my furnace replaced by Heart and they did a great job! Kevin and Nate came out on time and were able to knock it out in just a single day! They laid down rugs and had booties on their shoes the entire time and when they left everything was clean and in order. They did thorough testing on the new furnace and gave me a full walkthrough about it afterwards as well. Highly recommend this team and Heart for any kind of furnace work in the future!I also needed a GFCI outlet installed on my furnace and Jason from Heart came out promptly (despite the snow storm) and took care of it for me in less than an hour. Tristan was awesome! Had some clogged drains and low water pressure in one faucet. Quoted me for unclogging and once we discovered it was just the stopper in the tub needing adjusting, he only charged us for the service call. Also showed me what part and tool to get for the low water pressure as it is a very cheap DIY issue. I love companies that are honest and don’t try to up charge everything. Darryl was great to work with! We've had a leak from our shower that needed to be fixed He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was willing to explain what was happening. I've had negative experiences in the past with other contractors where I felt taken advantage of or spoken down to, but Darryl was understanding and helped me feel comfortable making decisions about the work that needed to be done. I have had two interactions recently with Heart employees. The first was for a RPV Valve replacement and Darryl F was the Tech. Darryl was fantastic, really tried to diagnosis the issue and confirm what was needed. He quoted me a price that was very fair for the work to be done. Was professional, friendly and got the work done in less time than he said it would take.The second interaction was with Ben who came and serviced our furnace. This past week i was at my parents and I turned the furnace on to run it a few cycles and get it ready for cold weather. It ran one cycle and it quit working. Pilot lite had gone out and I was unable to keep it lit. I reached out to Heart Heating because I had been seeing their service vans all over the metro area the last couple of months and they had wonderful reviews. I spoke with a gentleman on my first call to Heart (I'm sorry I didnt get his name) he helped me get an appointment.The office team kept my mother and I up to date on any changes ​before our techs arrival. Mitch arrived and he was very professional. After diagnostics he determined what the issue was. He gave us an estimate right away. While we didn't ultimately select Heart for our pending HVAC project, the rep David did a great job of asking good questions and communicating appropriate services for our HVAC needs. Our decision ultimately came down to another company's ability to provide a partial cash payment discount and 0% interest financing on the remaining balance. Otherwise, Heart was competitive on pricing and service. We appreciated how apparent it was that Heart wanted to provide soltuions for our HVAC needs and be the provider of choice. A friend recommended this company after his furnace went out last year. I just bought my home and my AC is 15 years old and so is my furnace. The technician, Mitch was on time and wore plastic footies while in the house. He was very friendly and we discussed similar hobbies. He was also very attentive to our AC and Furnace, and serviced both and discussed all options moving forward. He answered all questions I had, and was honest in regards to options I had involving the AC and furnace. Edit Mar 30, 2021: so we were continuing to have issues with our old boiler and decided to go ahead and install a high efficiency combi boiler to replace our 30 year old boiler and our existing water heater. Tre, Lewis and Luke were amazing to work with — it took them four days but they were extremely professional, took time to take our questions and even took time to talk to our toddler. While the cost to install such a system was high, I can see that these guys take zero shortcuts — literally none, they do such a high quality level of work and it shows. Can’t be happier and would recommend this company in a heart(beat). Customer service goes a long way!Original review: Great customer service. Called on a Sunday, and they were out first this on a Monday morning (today!). Trey was extremely professional, courteous and took his time to explain to me what was going on with our water boiler heating system. He provided multiple options to considering, ranging from fixing the issue at hand (replacing the boiler actuator valve), to more comprehensive repairs and upgrades that were possible. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring me into doing something I didn't need - he was just providing me with the full spectrum. We ended just replacing the actuator valve and got my system back in running in no time.

My water heater sprung a leak, Katie arrived and replaced it with a new heater without any issues at all.

I've used this company for a few projects and they are always top notch. I had them replace a regular light switch with a dimmer switch and fix my attempt at hanging a chandelier. Jason showed up on time and and was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed everything quickly. He even taped up some of the funky wires/rope that supported the chandelier to make it look more visually appealing. I would definitely use them again.

Louis Jones is an excellent plumber. He took the time to help me figure out the best solution to our leaky pipe problem (my house is 100 years old and is built like a jigsaw puzzle) and was extremely efficient, professional and timely in his work. Daryl did a complete inspection of our plumbing system. He determined there were a few issues that needed to be addressed but he did not press the issue to repair them himself. He said one issue was a leaking kitchen drain and suggested that it needed to be addressed soon. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink pipes in a short order. We were in the process of selling our condo, the buyers wanted the heating and AC systems serviced. The HVAC company that came out to service them said we either needed to repair a “possible” leak for $3,000 or replace our AC for $7,500! I called Heart for a second opinion, Ben came, he was so nice and very professional. He told us there wasn’t any problem with the system. It was old yes, but it was still in fine working condition. And the warranty we bought the new homeowners would cover any near future problems. We were so grateful for Ben’s honesty! It’s hard to find companies like Heart, I’m so glad we did!

I had a time window of 7am-9am. I received a text around 6:30am stating Blaine was on his way and he arrived between 7 & 7:30. The text included a profile pic and short bio about the technician and stated their safety protocols. I already had two estimates performed for the kitchen faucet replacement in my pocket and did some google searching as well so I had a good idea what the cost range should be for a simple faucet swap. Although his initial estimate was beyond my expectations, I informed him of the other two I had already had and he was able to come down considerably to the same ballpark as the other two in order to gain me as a client and I had him do the work while he was here. I usually do these type of minor jobs myself but my flexibility that I had 20 years ago to maneuver around pipes while laying sideways with the cabinet edge pressing into my side is something I no longer have a palette for (nor the size). Blaine was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We chewed the fat while he was working. Once he got going, he had the old faucet out and the new faucet in within 45 minutes. Blaine knows what he is doing and the company he works for also does just about everything in house. To have one go to number for all of your HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical work is good to have. They deserve their 5 star rating.

I called Heart Heating and Cooling on Tuesday, they had a plumber and HVAC technicians come out on Thursday, the HVAC technician (Mitch) noticed that I needed some electrical work to my furnace and they were able to send out an electrician (Dan) the next day! Mark (plumber) looked through the house to give me estimates on the concerns that I had, he was thorough and honest on his recommendations! I love how they are a small company and all the men knew each other!I'm so glad I found a company who is thorough, thoughtful and fast! They definitely made my experience of my selling an easy one.

Update: 1 year and several appointments in and their HVAC techs have all been so great. The scheduling is annoying, every appointment needs multiple reschedules. It would be frustrating enough for me to find somewhere else if the people weren't so great when they did show up. Highly recommend for HVAC maintenance and repair.Our furnace blower fan started running constantly a few days ago and the A/C wouldn't work. We called multiple places, including ones where we are VIP, and everywhere was booked for weeks. Heart had an appointment within a couple of days. Mitch showed up today, and did an awesome job. Turns out, my issue was minor. But he was real helpful. He also gave some good advice on my tankless water heater. Which is fortunate because I hated the people who installed it and it will need service soon. Since Heart does that too, I now have a place that is locally owned for those needs also. Excellent place, definitely recommend.

I tried to have my AC serviced and get some electrical work done. Both were scheduled from 9-11am at 8:30 I got a call canceling the HVAC tech.The electrician was supposed to be driving my way at 10:30am, at 11:45 I called the office to find out that he wasn't coming, and they never informed me of that cancelation. The office sent a different guy who didn't arrive till 1pm. He quoted exorbitant rates, given the lack of professionalism displayed I won't be working with Heart again.

I have had an on going issue with a sewer gas smell for over a year. It is very obvious in the summer or hotter months, and has come and gone. I have had a home inspector (when I purchased) and 2 other plumbing companies come out, none of whom found the problem. I called and got service within a couple hours for same day and Within 10 minutes of arriving, Darryl and Davarius found the issue and completed the repair. I will certainly call this company again for any other issues that may come up in the future.

Our furnace decided to end it's life after 17 years, I know right?! In any event, I contact several companies and Heart was swift in their response. Replacing an HVAC system is no easy task and not fun on the pocket book, but Heart provided support as a Military member and provided the option to do 18 months 0% APR financing so that was very helpful, on top of that the 1st technician, Luke was able to identify the issue right away, educated us on not over doing it on a system and made sure we had the right system 2nd time around. The team that came out to install was Jason, Collin & Cody and they were professional, on-time, great team and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We were in a pinch needing a DWV test to pass inspection for plumbing in our new addition, which was a surprise to us. We called ‘Heart’ on Saturday and they had a technician out 1st thing Sunday morning. Tristin was highly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. Could not be happier with their service, especially when the 90 degree weather hit!!!I also recently had Salem come over to take a look at my HVAC (it wasn't blowing hot air in the winter:/). After the experience that I had with Heart Heating, I would recommend everyone to give em a try. I bought my house earlier in the year, and noticed a magnet on the furnace from when the prior owners had used Heart. The furnace igniter switch was not working and it was snowing outside. Mitch came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also found me a couple of discounts that I was to use. Mitch was able to confirm what type of work was done on the furnace before I bought the place. That was very helpful for me to make an educated decision on what I needed to do. It also turned out that him and I both have a love for music, so we had great conversation while he worked. Mitch even went out of his way to take a look at my gas fireplace!! If every technician is like Mitch, I would recommend ❤ every time!!

Jason is an excellent, professional and knowledgeable electrician. He put in a Hot tub circuit and set a disconnect. He arrived early and even returned on his day off to connect the hot tub. Jason was the third electrician I had come for a bid. The first two didn’t even take off the panel covering the breakers before saying “the box was full and a sub panel is needed.” Jason found multiple solutions to my needs. Highly recommend Jason!!

Both Jeremy and Luke were very friendly and professional. They both helped identify issues with my water heater and then helped fix those issues. Luke was the main person that fixed my water heater. He was great at explaining the problem and giving me a few solutions. Also very nice and friendly the entire time he was here. I will use this company again if I have anymore issues at my home.

A company with heart! After a couple of poor interactions with other companies my experience with the team at Heart was a breath of fresh air. They actually came to our house on a Sunday while our heating was down. Our Technician Mitch was friendly, courteous, and thorough. Their guaranteed work seemed of high integrity, and their pricing fair. If I’m in need of plumbing service again I won’t hesitate to call.

They replaced our heater during the coldest time of year because it went out and decided at that time to get A/C installed as well. They gave us heaters for the house while installing the new unit. We called this week to have them come and do the A/C maintenance check. Mitch Atwell came out and made some adjustments and it works great now. HVAC appointment didn’t even show up and was given a time frame and was not told a new time frame. I was just given a link to a GPS they told me the technician was in the springs but was still in Denver . My personal experience was not good. Receptionist/dispatcher apologized and I do appreciate that.

This was the second plumber I called and the one that could get here fastest. Cory arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable.I had originally agreed to almost $2000 worth of extra work, but after taking apart our flue, Cory realized we didn't need all of that work so he let us know and we were able to take that off the bill. This shows me that they are also honest and want to help the customer out as much as possible. The work didn't take as long as he said it would and it was done same day which we were very happy about. Overall, Cory was great and we will be using Heart for our plumbing and HVAC needs from now on!

Dan mounted a TV above my fireplace, found and ran power behind the fireplace, and TOTALLY changed the dynamic of our family room. After being told it couldn’t be done by another electrician (my father), Dan found a way. Kudos Dan, you rock! Blaine, the plumber they sent was friendly and professional. I didn't give them 5 stars because they wouldn't give me any type of estimate over the phone to replace my main shut off valve, but I consented to having them come out and give me an estimate for a $39 reimbursable fee. I had received phone estimates from 3 other places and they all came in at $200-$280. Imagine my shock when they quoted $630 for the job. Blaine consulted with his boss and we agreed he would do the job for $300 (which included the senior discount). He replaced the valve and I am happy with his work.

Roberto was great all around! Most important knowledgeable and got our heat working. He was also very pleasant to work with and gave us honest fair options along with his recommendations. Will have him come back, next time for routine servicing to prevent this from happening as much as possible.

Liked that technician didn't like the way the pipes were ran on old water heater, made it much neater then before and easier to clean top of water heater. Made sure that everything was up to code for city inspection. Second time this technician has did work in my home and the reason I was willing to get the work done at this time and most likely why I will have work done in the future. Salem Eltrapolsi is an awesome technician and straight shooter. He is the guy that got assigned to our simple service call for a maintenance inspection and cleaning of our furnace and he took the time so show and explain everything without hesitation. Absolutely honest and solid and no pushy upselling of anything that we did not need. You can't go wrong with this company if they are employing and sending guys like Salem with his experience and great customer service. Responsive, on time, and trustworthy. I will be using them again in the future!

I called to get a GFI replaced, and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours. There is no charge for assessment, only materials and time - which was great. The technician, Jason Isenhart, could not have been more professional or polite. He was on time, fixed the problem quickly, and even gave a brief explanation as to what could have happened. In an industry where you don't always know what you're paying for - these guys have it down. Also a life time warranty - which is a nice touch.

Our main water valve from the city had the stem break and we had no access to water. The service tech Blaine was the most professional and amazing plumber. He was knowledgeable and made it so easy and quick. He got us fixed up and we could finally shower again. Definitely recommend using there services. Do not let Blain leave your company. Roberto did his job. Fixed ( replaced ) furnace heat sensor device in one minute time. Price outrageous but we needed heat. When setting up appointment, representative informed me an inspection would be done to determine problem, a price would be quoted etc.. a $39 service call would be deducted from the total which was not offered on site nor a military or senior discount offered which I believed was in your advertisement. Roberto was kind and respectful but I believe we ( Robeto & I) got off track on the repairs on talking too much on personal life. I did maintenance on military helicopter turbine engines and what was done to replace a heat sensor device on my furnace, was simple. I may have given 4 to 5 stars if I new or felt I was really getting any discount. Thank you, lesson learned, I guess.

My furnace went out the day we were due to have a major snow storm. When calling the office Patty was very pleasant and helpful. She had Roberto at my home within two hours. We worked with Mitch Atwell who helped us through the entire process to remove our old water heater and install a new one. Mitch came to our house to review the project and give us an estimate of costs to complete the work. This visit was like working with a trusted friend because Mitch was so helpful, informative and straightforward. Once we agreed on the cost and set a date for the project, Mitch showed up right on time, answered all of our questions and went right to work on replacing the water heater, including all code-required upgrades. By late afternoon, Mitch was finished, including a spotless cleanup of the work area and access areas, we paid him the exact amount he quoted on his first visit, and we have a new water heater that works flawlessly. Mitch also replaced a leaky valve in our main water supply line. Our whole experience with Mitch and Heart was incredible and spectacular.

Mitch did a fantastic job to help us get warm again! Our ignitor on the heater stopped working and he was able to come fix it in a jiffy, was super professional and kind, and did great work. He also was kind enough to reinstall our Nest thermostat (which we'd uninstalled thinking that was the problem) and found the C wire we needed to ensure that the device would work correctly and last longer than a few years. Overall, very impressed and satisfied. Will use Heart again!

Have used them for many repairs including electrical, grounding, sewer line replacement, garbage disposal repair, faucet replacement, toilet repair, routine maintenance on HVAC.Biggest job was sewer line replacement. Any time you have to backhoe, things will be cut that aren't supposed to be cut. They repaired all that at no cost.

Trey was fantastic. He was super informative and willing to put up with a lot of questions that I kept asking. He knew just what was going on with my boiler system and was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a variety of avenues for mitigation. The next day, I opened a request through ecobee and heard from them within 5 minutes.Cassandra was very professional and immediately was able to answer all my questions and provide help to get someone there in the afternoon. Our electrician, Mitch, went above and beyond. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and resolved the problem shortly after. He also made sure to help me understand what he did and helped me understand why my attempt the previous day was unsuccessful, which was appreciated.I will reach out directly to Heart if I need help in the future.

Blaine was my technician for my service call. I was in need of getting my water heater replaced immediately. He quoted me a fair price and was able to get me a deal I couldn’t refuse. He was also able to replace the unit same day in 3 hours. He was very professional and made sure everything that was being updated replaced was up to code as my old set up was not.

Great receptionist and terrific plumber. Excellent work. However, I will continue to tell the world the plumbing rates are completely out of control. My last review was that I was charges $400 for a 20 minute repair. This time I was charged $600 for a 1 hour repair. With a $100 off coupon! (Wow - thanks - jack up the rate then make it sound like I was getting a deal) Ok, take the truck and overhead and training out, and you still get an outrageous charge. Think about it ... we all work hard to make $600 (and that's net - you'd have to make about $1,000 to get to $600 after taxes, social security, etc.) and yet this industry does not care. A home builder friend said he gave up getting toilets repaired. He just would buy a new toilet and get it installed by the retailer plumber. It would be $200-$300 cheaper. Never Again will I use Heart Heating and Plumbing, and do my best to stay away from all plumbing services. I will start buying new toilets when one is broken instead of using plumbing repair services.This is an update re: the response given to my review by Heart Heating. Yes, they gave me they eprice before the work was done. Yes I approved that price. Yes, I know the work is guaranteed. But I disagree with your comment that your prices are cheapest. I think $600 for 1 hours work is outrageous for not only you to charge, but the entire plumbing industry. I wonder how many of your clients, or the clients of other plumbing companies, make $600 per hour. Like I said before, there is travel time, van costs, other overhead that goes into that number, but it still is an outrageous for plumbing companies, not just yours but others, to think that is a cheap price to pay - for ANY work service. I can buy a lot of deck work, furnace repair, construction work, lawn services, etc for a whole lot less. Again, I'm not singling you out - it is your entire industry that gouges people for such repairs. cheaper. When I can buy a new toilet and have it installed for a little more than half of what plumbers charge, there's something wrong. Ergo, I'm hoping others will read my message and agree the plumbing industry has gone over the top for their charges. And try anything else ... like buying a new toilet, working on their own repair needs, and searching through as many plumber company alternatives to get to a more reasonable price ... Than $600 for a few parts and 1 hour of work .

From the start Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric was exceptional. We recently purchased a house and we were without hot water and awaiting communication back from the service tech our Home Warranty company provided us. For three days that terrible plumbing company would not verify our appointment or return calls. So via Home Advisor, we connected with Heart. From that one phone call, they made a same day appointment, sent a txt with a photo and contact information of our master plumbing technician. A few moments later Michael Frye arrived and was most excellent. Michael was a polite, professional, followed COVID guidelines, honest, on-time, highly skilled, clean installer and a great communicator. Michael delivered and installed our new water heater and made all the code upgrades that were needed. We have been enjoying our really HOT water during this cold winter weather. We will definitely be using Heart for any other problems that arise.

My experience with Heart started when Cory Danow showed up to troubleshoot my AC unit. He confirmed what I already knew - I needed to replace the unit. It was time to replace my furnace and water heater as well. All three were 18 years old. Cory helped me sort out possible replacement systems and sold me on Amana as the best vendor. After some research of my own on Amana, I scheduled to have the new systems installed. That's when Trey Donges and Blake (his trainee) took over. They worked three days to remove the old systems and install the new systems.They kept me informed on what their game plan was on each day. They used a floor cover to protect the carpet down stairs. They showed up on time everyday and kept everything clean and orderly in the basement. Others showed up the handle the electrical needs. Everyone was polite and helpful. I felt very comfortable having them in my home working. Replacing all the systems is a very BIG investment. I'm comfortable having had Heart do this work. Amana offers probably the best warranty for their AC and Heating systems. Heart adds to the warranty with their lifetime warranty. I would not have used anyone else. One last thing. I had Cory Danow come and troubleshoot my AC system twice. He did not charge me and that was before I committed to get my systems replaced.I'm a fan of Heart. Heart was amazing. The techs came same day and unfortunately advised us of some serious problems where our whole system needed replaced. All techs were scheduled elsewhere the next few days and the owner came the next morning and started the replacement of our system instead of allowing us to go a week without heat. Like one of the reviews. The customer representative was great and the Tech was great too. I had them come out to fix an Air Conditioner. Turns out the capacitor was out on it. He replaced it. It was very easy took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose, replace and test. They charged $329.Afterward I looked online for the capacitor part it costs $28 at Ace Hardware. So for coming out and just unscrewing a few screws replacing capacitor $329! I should have shopped around more companies. i felt too expensive

I hired Heart after a neighbor recommended them from Nextdoor. Customer service was super friendly. We hired them to hook up our swamp cooler for the summer. Mitch Atwell was our technician. He was very kind and professional. He even made some recommendations for future services based on our type and age of swamp cooler. He went above and beyond by explaining how the system works. We will definitely be using Mitch Atwell again for our next service!

Excellent service! Every member of the Heart team wore masks 100% of the time, put shoe coverings on their boots every time they came inside, and laid out protective sheets throughout or home. Paul F, Cody D, Steve R and Mason are pure professionals in every way! Our 40+ year old furnace couldn’t hang in there anymore. The team at Heart didn’t just tell us that we needed a new furnace and give us a ballpark price. On Day 1...Paul took the time to explain how the new furnaces worked and the efficiency options. He didn’t start with the $50k option like we get from most pushy sales teams. Paul made recommendations (with multiple options and the pros/cons) based on our answers to his questions. Paul’s consultation was more than we could have expected. Cody and Mason arrived the next morning and started the “tetris” game designing how everything would fit in our utility closet. Cody and Mason kept us informed throughout the installation on Day 2. It was getting late but they were determined to stay and make sure we had heat (because it’s December in CO) but we have a fireplace and space heaters so we were fine for the night. Cody wouldn’t leave until I assured him we have other means of heat and he offered multiple times to leave us with additional space heaters if we wanted them to come back tomorrow. On Day 3, Cody was back first thing in the morning. Cody was letting me know that he brought parts for our water heater that needed to be replaced. Those parts should have been replaced by the previous company we used 6yrs ago when we “upgraded” the water heater...I used air quotes there because the “new” water heater we received was already 10yrs old..no drip pan...no upgraded shut off valves for the water or the gas...and shotty soldering. Cody wasn’t trying to sell me a new water heater...just telling me what he was doing before he started replacing the parts. I asked if I bought a new water heater from Heart if they could install it today...Cody made a call and the new water heater was delivered in about an hour. Steve came out to divide and conquer with Cody on finishing the furnace install and the water heater. A few hours later, we have heat and hot water! Cody and Steve walked us through the operations, the owners manuals, and what to expect over the weekend with the new furnace and water heater. Cody is coming back on Monday so we can dial in the furnace based on our needs. He is also going to get the new AC system setup!We couldn’t be happier with the experience and service we’ve received from the team at Heart! We have all had terrible experiences with companies in the past and dread searching for support because it’s so hit and miss! Paul, Cody, Steve and Mason have made us believers that there are still reputable, honest, and true professionals who want to go the extra mile to ensure their clients are getting what they pay for. Michael from heart did an awesome job. I work for a large retail company and we had multiple other plummers come in to try and clear a mop bucket sink drain with no luck. Michael kept working on it till the drain ran freely. He really went above and beyond he had to snake it for 200 feet and he jetted. Michael is a true professional of his trade. I would definitely use heart services and Michael again.

I had a drain line freeze on my high efficiency furnace over the extremely cold weekend. Had a tech come look at and he took no action and said I need to insulate whole attic or replace furnace for permanent fix. They charged me $39 for this. Consulted insulation company and they said it was not recommended making attic conditioned space as it would be a waste and replacing a perfectly functioning furnace less than 3 years old was ludicrous. They recommended insulating drain line as a fix. Heart will try to up-sell you. The tech wasn't even wearing a mask during covid time. NOT RECOMMENDED!For some reason I can't respond to the response from the company. It was honestly corporate-speak. The guy I worked with didn't respond to me when I genuinely wanted a response and he was disrespectful to boot. Shame on the company to respond to me the way they did without allowing me to respond. This is not a good company and they do not respond to customer concerns. They ignore and spin the story if it comes to light. After the initial review they contacted me and tried to make me change my story... That says a lot IMO.And for reference I NEVER hung up on the caller as the company says I did. That's a bold faced lie.vvI wanted their input and was disappointed after the initial issue. I actually called and had questions and I waited for their response but I never heard back. I can't believe the lie they responded with. Maybe I was a one-off situation but my experience with this company was terrible. I'm shocked at the acquisition that I hung up. Wow...

our outlets stopped working on our kitchen island and put a request for a quote on Thumbtack. Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric was quick to respond and provide an initial quote for service. Jason was not only on time, but thorough and wonderful to talk to. I am watching my daughter’s and son-in-law’s house while they are out of town for the week and gradually realized that there was no heat on the main and basement floors. I just googled “HVAC companies near me” and fortunately pulled up this wonderful company, Heart Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Denver is experiencing horrible freezing temperatures subzero in fact, and Mitch volunteered to stay late for my service call! (Pretty remarkable these days.) He came at 8o’clock tonight and fixed the HVAC so that it’s now working very well. Ashley the dispatcher was also very professional and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work for it. We have found the company to service most of our house needs. So grateful! Thank you Mitch and Ashley!

Cory Danow from Heart came out this morning to repair our furnace's condensation pump. He was on time, clean, quick, and efficient. He was also just a really nice person!We use Hart for everything we need - we have had a plumber, (Michael) come out once to fix a leaking shower drain pipe, and an electrician (Dan) came out last week to install a few light fixtures. All of our experiences with Heart technicians have been fantastic. They all wear masks when working, and booties on their shoes to keep your floors clean. They all are very knowledgable and I've never been unhappy with their work.

***HAPPY CUSTOMER UPDATE***Jan 31st, 2021Laundry drain clogged up and was spilling over when the washer drained,Our technician, Blaine Stinchcomb came out and performed an initial fix. Something happened and the fix didn't last. Blaine came right back out and was able to clear the drain and it is now working.I will plan to keep hiring Heart for all my plumbing needs. While the initial price to snake the drain was higher than I hoped, the warranty (1 year I believe) was well worth the price of not having to pay again for a repeat service of the same issue.*** END OF UPDATE*** (Initial review for another service below)All was great from the initial service call to the actual service.Our technicial Darryl Fabra repaired our in the wall sewer leak and helped explain the whole process. He added value and went the extra mile. Would be happy to call them again when I need service.I know that plumbing services often cost more than we want them too, but the rate I got for the repair made sense for the amount of time the job took. While I know we all wish we never had to pay for this kind of thing (a broken sewer line), I know that we are all glad to have someone who can help.Hiring Heart was a great idea and I will keep them on my list of good contractors! We got a tankless water heater that will also heat up the house. They were respectful, professional and just all around cool guys. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I broke a shower valve when I was trying to replace a cartridge...note to self hire Heart Plumbing to do this it will save you a lot of money in the long run. I called Heart Plumbing and Darryl was here within two hours. He completed the job and also replaced the cartridge in my other shower. I called and scheduled an appointment a week and half in advanced for an issue, was told I was the first appointment of the day. Then got a message my appointment was moved the day before. And then the day of 30 mins before the window they canceled the entire appointment as I had to clear the day because instead of the first thing in the morning it was in the middle of the day. They called and said we are canceling and can't get you in til next week. Waiting a half a month to be get in and after them rescheduling 3 times I passed on their services. Nothing like not feeling important.

Darryl did a FANTASTIC job at a very reasonable rate! We had a flood so we were calling all over to get someone to come out and Heart was so friendly and easy to work with we couldn't be happier! He was so understanding and walked us through everything that needed to be done will absolutely be back in the future!
