Very happy overall with our experience with Brothers. It was a slightly a rocky start as it took a couple weeks to get a booking and then had to reschedule out another couple of weeks but for a valid reason, so we had to deal with a malfunctioning evaporative cooler during a bit of a heatwave. It was worth the wait though; Paul did an awesome job with the repair the same day arrived and knew his stuff. It probably wasn’t the cheapest option, but I believe we got our money’s worth, and Paul seemed diligent in making sure we only received the services needed. Our cooler has been functioning great and Paul gave us a lot of great tips for getting the best performance as this is our first experience with this type of appliance. He used shoe covers on our carpets and was also super sweet with our pesky toddler - great customer service overall.

6/22/23 heard dripping noise coming from upstairs bathroom & noticed that the toilet tank had a crack. Called Brothers immediately because it was leaking buckets of water on both sides. JUSTIN came to the rescue! Replaced the valve & toilet. He went above & beyond to fix the problem in a timely matter. He was a porcelain God! He was so patient, friendly, considerate, professional, genuine & a true Superman. Couldn't ask for a better person in my time of need. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUSTIN! Give this man a major bonus or raise. He is a true diamond in the rough. The best!

Milo was SO helpful in replacing the blower motor in our furnace. We had been without air conditioning for 8 weeks in 98 degree weather, it being 84 degrees in the house - waiting on a home owner warranty partnered company to even respond. After scheduling online with Brothers, they called to confirm the appointment, Milo came out on a Sunday first thing and even had the part on hand - not even needing to order it and waiting a week like many other companies. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Also did the job within 2 hours max. Highly recommend!

Don’t even consider using Brothers for your service needs. I called them for two different items. One was a broken exterior hose bib. They came out and charged me $67 for a trip free to tell me they were going to charge $650+ to replace it. To put that in perspective that’s a $50 part and $600 in labor for a job that’s 1-1.5 hrs of work. Their business model appears to be to have technicians drive around the city and give ridiculous quotes, and only do work for suckers who are willing to pay the overprice fees. My second thing I called them on was an AC maintenance. I have two units, they looked at the first and said I need to fully replace it ($20k quote) and then they didn’t even do the routine maintenance on the other unit. Again charged a $97 for a trip fee and didn’t even do the work I requested. To make matters worse the AC unit they did look at is operating every worse than before I called them. NEVER EVER use these guys. Find a better company!! They are living on a business model of over priced work and hoping they get some people to agree to their high prices since they have a captive audience.

Denver’s premiere home services company! Truly one of the best family-owned businesses. Great provider for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, but an amazing employer to boot! Highly recommend.

Ron was great to work with for my furnace certification. Even though the unit was only two years old (certification needed for sale of the home), he was thorough and informative on his process. Brothers has been great to work with regarding fast scheduling and professional staff.

A few years ago, Brothers Plumbing installed a new sump pump in my basement. With the heavy rains we have experienced in 2023 , one of our 6 window wells flooded into the basement. The new installed by Brothers a few years ago worked so well, it was even able to handle the extra water we poured into the sump pump from the flooding caused by the malfunctioning window well. We decided to have Brothers come back to replace the plumbing on the outside of the house which carried the water from the sump pump. The pipes were 16 years old, cracked and had started to leak water. Brothers sent two techs, one of which was in training. The lead tech was extremely knowledgeable, replaced the old pipe in record time, and was even able to up sale us on a Brother's membership. With the home and major operating systems being 16 years old, we are starting to have problems in their specialty areas. The membership is a good buy and enables us to get priority service whenever we need it. We even requested a quote for replacing the sprinkler system, which also leaks when turned on. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed by the certified technicians employed by Brothers Pluming. P.S.; give them a call, you will simply love the way they answer the phone. It will make you smile.

Arturo did a superb job. Took time to inspect everything. Showed me the parts that needed replacing and adding and thoroughly explained why. I have confidence in his work and believe that my AC system is now functioning at 100%. I would certainly request an appointment with him again. Brothers should be very pleased with the work he does and with his interaction with customers.

Paul is great, and Brothers in general! They were the first place to call me and get me an appointment. I was getting offers of an initial inspection 14 days out! I also felt very safe. They were communicative about who was coming and when, even sent me a text and email with his PICTURE before he arrived so I knew I was opening the door to the right person. Never had that before but it definitely helped me feel better opening the door to a stranger! Paul was very thorough and understanding, and made sure I understood what needs to be done before he left, and then followed up with a bunch of pictures and notes about the appointment.Update: dropped a star because they were going to way overcharge me. Everything else still stands, but I went with another company. They quoted me $6200 for the repairs I needed and they were completed for $3770.

Brothers was great with getting someone out to help me quickly after noticing my water heater was leaking. Austin was professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job installing my new system.

Andy was amazing. Although we didn't end up hiring Brothers for the service we needed (toilet wax ring replacement), he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us an estimate, and answered all of my questions. The price was a little steep for us (>$400) but the service fee ($67) was more than worth it because Andy was so helpful. If our DIY fix goes poorly, we will definitely hire Brothers in the future.

I contacted Brothers on Monday (5/22) regarding issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning. They were able to schedule a technician for Today (5/24). At around 9:15 AM I received a call from the company that they were going to be unable to come and would need to reschedule because of staffing issues. This was extremely frustrating considering I had already taken off work for this, and after expressing my frustration, the customer service representative was able to pivot and find another technician. I was concerned that I would have to find another company because of the delay. Working in retail, I am very sympathetic to the challenges regarding hiring in our area.Shelby was extremely professional and was able to turn this entire experience around. I really appreciated her help and attention to detail when attempting to troubleshoot the issue. She and her partner were able to fix our air conditioning! Very thankful considering we have been without for over a week and temperatures are about to get worse, not to mention the headaches I have been experiencing due to the air quality from the wildfire and needing to keep windows open so that our house doesn't get too hot. I feel relieved, so thank you!

Richard is the most awesome plumber of all time. We are at the estimate stage, but he is the best communicator I have encountered since my beloved father, CPA and Bank Executive, passed twenty-some years ago.He is courteous, clear, respectful, and the ultimate professional.Richard should run for president!

Showed up on time, was very professional and loved playing around with my one dog because he had to see who these people were in the house. He and his apprentice both did a fantastic job. He even did a courtesy replacement of an aerator on the bathroom sink that was going bad.

My technician, Arturo, was awesome! He explained everything to me completely about the service he was doing and even showed me how to connect and disconnect my evaporative cooler for next season. The last company I used to winterize my cooler didn’t flush the water line, so it had frozen and burst in multiple places. Arturo did a great job replacing the line and walking me through the whole process. I’ll definitely be using Brothers next time I need any maintenance done at my house!

Andy was great! He is professional and sympathetic to the customer's situation, and gives educational and realistic explanations about what's going on. He took copious notes and came up with the best variety of options. And, he got the job! Looking forward to seeing Andy on Thursday and not having to wash dishes in the bathtub anymore.UPDATE:Andy is a wizard! My 75 year old pipes and 17 year old water heater have been replaced with a slick and modern system, and within the estimate given.My house was a challenging job that presented unanticipated obstacles. However, Andy and his team went above and beyond to get the job done.We are so grateful for all the hard work that Andy and the Brothers team did for our home, and highly recommend Andy and Brothers to anyone seeking honest and skillful plumbing work.

I was lucky enough to have two service installers. Ryan and Bobbie were both so pleasant and knowledgeable. They took the time to educate me on my AC system and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were truly all about quality customer service. I would love to have them back as a service tech or installer again if ever needed.

I called on a Saturday to schedule Brothers Electric to come out on a Tuesday afternoon. I called on Sunday to confirm the appointment. On Tuesday at my scheduled appointment time, I called to ask how far away the tech was, and was told the tech could no longer come to my home that day. This was for my a rental property, and I had rearranged my schedule and my tenants' schedules to make the visit work. I was incredibly disappointed that Brothers cancelled on me AND that I had to call to find this out (ie they did not proactively call to let me know that no one could make it). I am a repeat Brothers customer and will not be using them again, very disappointing service and communication.

I can’t speak highly enough about Brother’s Plumbing Heating and Electric. I called at 7pm on a Monday and had my water heater repaired before 1pm the next day. Jeff was phenomenal. Not only was he clear about the options and risks, he was extremely friendly, professional, and informed me of his progress the entire time he was at my home. Brother’s is the first place I’m calling for any of my home repair needs in the future.

Brothers is always responsive and comes on time. Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile (Fred fixed an item which he noted which was dangerous-on an area he wasn’t even there or evaluate). I really appreciate this company’s staff and will always use them for my HVAC needs. Kudos for quality and professionalism!

Ron is the best. He fixed my old weird boiler and was committed to getting my family hot water again after a long outage. Can’t thank him enough for getting us across the finish line on our tough repair job.

I called Brothers to have them install my new dishwasher first appointment. Johnny forgot his tools and told me they don’t specialize in installing dishwashers. That’s funny because that’s what my appointment is for. second appointment Andy had to go back to the shop and get the right tool so he was late and I had to go to work. Obviously communication is not a thing in this company. These plumbers don’t know what these are and they’re showing up without the right tools. third appointment was from 8 to 10 AM and nobody showed up nor did I get a call from anybody. I called the dispatcher lady who by the way is very nice and she tells me he’s running late on a job and he pushed me from 11 to noon. I just told her I will no longer be doing business with you guys because they do not consider my time now so if you need something installed don’t ever ever called this company. They hire the laziest workers. I’ve ever come across do not do business with them you will be wasting your time , now I have to call another company to come install my dishwasher when they could’ve just simply told me they couldn’t do. It would’ve save me a lot of time and headache. I am so over this company. They are just pure laziness.

We had 2 techs come out to install a new water heater. They both were great. They were very informative about our options and they were very respectful. I will use Brothers again. Hopefully not too soon.😉

Justin A. was prompt, professional, and personable. He showed me what was wrong with our plumbing and the associated dishwashers. Justin also consulted me how to better maintain this plumbing myself in the future to avoid needing to call a plumber again. They even showed up a day early than originally scheduled. So that was appreciated as well.I can see why Brother's Plumbing is so highly rated.

Gannon and Anthony did a great job. They answered all my questions installation of our new heat pump, furnace and water heater. Bonus points for what I thought was going to be a 4 day job finishing in 2 and this is the cleanest any contractor has left my home. A+ with 2 thumbs up!

Johnny M carried himself in a very professional way. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work. He removed what was an old water heater that was installed out of code by previous owners and installed a brand new one and what a masterpiece it turned out to be. Thanks Johnny for the hard work, much appreciated.

Had a leaking water heater. Called and had a technician, Chuck, available to come out within a couple hours of my initial call. He inspected the issue and discussed the diagnosis. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional from start to finish. Did a great job with installing a new water heater. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with this company. I initially called them to get a part for my water heater installed, but the technician was able to discover there was a gas leak outside of my home. The technician was very friendly, professional, and patient. He even came to the house twice in one day to help figure out the problem. The technicians and the members who fielded my calls were extremely helpful and went out of their way to service me.

Scott did a fantastic job on our water hammer issue, as well as replacing 2 outdoor faucets, and installing a new outdoor faucet. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. The workspace was like he was never there, he was very tidy. This was our 3rd try with a plumber, so we are very happy with the results.

Had our furnace go out and Brothers was able to get a tech out that day for an evaluation. Our furnace and AC units needed to be replaced (reached the end of their lifespan) and Brothers was able to get a team out in 2 days to replace both. On a weekend no less. There was no additional charge for the weekend install - what a pleasant surprise. All of their employees were knowledgeable, friendly, on time and clean. We were very happy with the overall service and experience we had with Brothers and will definitely be using them again in the future.Great work Brothers!

Update: our remodel plans changed so we called Joe back to correctly install the laundry hook ups and permanently close up an oddly placed toilet. We are set to move forward with our remodel plans.Joe was on time, wore shoe covers, and explained the options to us. The bathroom/laundry room is getting remodeled so in the end it wasn't worth the money to fix the current problem. We appreciate him being open and honest about that. He took the time to answer others questions we had as well. We will call again if we should ever need plumbing help.

My review is more for Joe than Brothers itself, though the company was timely and efficient. I will be returning to Brothers for future plumbing needs.Joe R. is an incredibly likable plumber. He fixed a broken pipe in no time at all, and was a joy to chat with and learn from. He clearly knows the tools of his trade, and I trust the work he does.

Cody was our technician for a plumbing repair due to a toilet leak. He was right on time and very professional. The toilet was fixed completely, and he even took a quick look at a second toilet we had a question about. Cody was very friendly and I really appreciated his work and willingness to answer questions.

Not impressed. Had an appt for a tune up that was two weeks out. Took a day off of work from my patients to be available and at 8pm the night before they cancel without reason. When I went to reschedule they told me in the voicemail they had a Sunday appt available but then tried to have me seen later in the week. I understand things happen but did not appreciate the method of communication. Went with a different company overall.

I've used Brothers twice now, once for electrical work and now for plumbing. Both experiences have been very positive.Sergio, the plumber worked clean, was professional and communicated the scope of work clearly, highly recommend his work.It's nice to have one number to call for HVAC, plumbing and electric as many times a complicated repair requires all three trades and Brothers has experts in each.

I called for a general electrical issue we were having. Jose and Roman came out on time, in the rain and were exceedingly professional. They were knowledgeable, friendly (dog friendly) and thorough. They fixed the issue we were having and double checked to ensure there were no more problems. I highly recommend Jose and Roman, as well as Brothers for any needs you might have.

Had an issue with a leaky old furnace humidifier. Only needed it disconnected and capped off to avoid future water issue. Tech was awesome! Fixed it quick, tested it and checked the furnace. Great great job. Highly recommended! Thanks

Brothers is wonderful, but so are their employees. Jonathon has been to our house a couple times. He’s so kind and polite every time, does a fabulous job, and is extremely professional. I highly recommend Brothers. AND consider yourself lucky if Jonathon is your technician!

Johnny our technician was wonderful! Pleasant, educated and professional. He explained everything and took care of us well! We are super pleased with Brothers Heating especially as they performed quality service bringing us up to code and completing the job for less than half the price quoted by Applewood. Wow what a life saver! Thanks to everyone that helped including the intake specialist, technician and hot water tank delivery crew! Would highly recommend!

Austin and Ashley came to our house within the 2 hour window and were very professional, attentive, and friendly. I needed help hooking up our gas grill to an existing gas line and had no confidence in doing it myself. They explained what they were doing, got everything hooked up, and even made sure the grill worked as it should. I would definitely call Brothers again!

The more ive seen the work the less i am satisfied. There were old trash pipes left inside and outside, the dishwasher wasnt screwed into the cabinet. The worst part is that Cody didnt have enough materials to fully finish the job so I had to go purchase hose extensions to make the final product suitable and finish the installation myself after he had already left. Just did not do the full job and it was not the cheapest.I reached back out to brothers to have them come fix it so the pipes went along the side. A different technician came out and he did a great job. Added pipe and although he did have to use the extra material I purchased, which is ridiculous that i had to do that, he made the pipe go along the outside of the cabinet and fixed it to my standards. He tested the dishwasher to make sure it wasnt leaking and really made the job how it should have been done the first time.

Michael K came out to clean and inspect our furnace for my condo. He was very thorough and professional. And despite the furnace being 15+ years old found nothing wrong. Called Brother's out for help with our new home as well and installed a ceiling fan and microwave. Great job.

I had Brother's come to my home to service a leaky pipe. Upon arrival, the technician asked that I start a load of laundry to see if we can get the pipe to start dripping. Running the machine did not produce water from the pipe. The technician then asked that I turn on all water sources in my home, which caused the pipe to be overwhelmed. The pipe then started pouring water, which got on my furnace. The technician said I should have another Brother's tech come out to inspect the furnace to ensure it wasn't ruined from the water leak, at an additional cost to me. It was determined that there was likely a clog in my mine line. A toilet was removed from my bathroom and the tech tried to see if he could unclog the pipe. He was unsuccessful in doing so and called yet another technician to come to my home to see if they could identify the problem. The toilet was left in my kitchen and the bolts to the toilet were not left at my home.The next technician arrived and within 15 mins of being at my home suggested the sewer line was compromised and I would need to have my sewer line replaced at a minimum cost of $9k. I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Over the weekend I had a gut feeling I should get a 2nd opinion. I had another plumbing company come on Sunday. They performed the same inspection as Brothers and came to a very different conclusion. They took the time to walk me through what they saw and potential remedies to the situation. Their technician spent 3 hours working at the clog and was successful in unclogging my mine sewer line after pulling out tree roots. I felt included in the decision making process and was relieved to find out my sewer line was not compromised and I could avoid the $9k bill and tearing up my backyard. However, I was charge over $800 by Brothers for providing little to no resolution. I also had to pay $200 to have the toilet reinstalled and for new bolts that were not left at my home.

Ron was absolutely professional, thorough, and patiently explained things to me in a way I could understand. He was very respectful of our property too. I could only hope all my home maintenance experiences would be as nice as it was today. Thanks again Ron!!

Have heard the radio ads with the “Sisters from Brothers” and saw reviews online when in need for an emergency sewer clearing at a rental property in Aurora. Scheduling was easy, and Connor was great! Prompt, and efficient. Cleared mainline and suggested camera, but wasn’t too pushy about it. Wasn’t cheap, but seemed reasonable for work done. Will definitely use Brother’s again!

Austin did a great job helping me after an inspection on my house left me with a leaky toilet because the inspector smushed the wax ring and didn’t put the toilet back on correctly. Austin also did a sewer clean out and scope (Jimmy) while they were here to ensure everything was good to go for the new owners! They were respectful of my house, my time , and me! Thanks again for a great experience. I’d definitely hire the team again.

Justin was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had tons of great advice. Service price was reasonable and service was timely. Will definitely use Brothers again if we have any more plumbing issues.

Shelby, did a complete AC system analysis determined that the condenser unit was very dirty and covered with cottonwood, cleaned unit, took pictures of the AC coils showing that they were clean. All system diagnostics good. Still having issues ended up replacing thermostat with new wifi capable Honeywell thermostat. So far so good. Today was only 76 degrees it worked well. The real test will be when it's 90 +.Shelby was great, very professional.

I called Brothers because my hot water heater wasn’t working. I was quoted at around $2k for repairs and told I would need to replace a part. The technician didn’t even look to see if the part was actually broken or if it just needed a cleaning. Afterwards, I did my own research and discovered that the fan just needed to be clean and I had it up and running within 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded paying the technician to clean it but they seemed intent on replacing it and charging me a lot for it. I also called other plumbing companies to get a quote for a flushing and realized that Brothers was intent on charging me 3x-4x the amount compared to the other quotes I received from over 5 different companies. It is hard to recommend Brothers plumbing for others and I don’t see myself ever using them again for my plumbing needs.

Austin was very informative and cordial. He explained what he suggested and why. He went above and beyond to get a price break for a service I declined. I would love to have him back for our next service

Michael was very professional and kind. He explained things to me that I did not understand being a senior it made a huge difference for me. I know that I will definitely use your company because of him being thorough and very honest. In the near future I will need a new AC unit for my home and will want him to be the person who does it. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you so much

Karsten with Brothers did an amazing job running a new electrical line and sub panel to my detached garage. He explained everything along the way and was very professional and personable. This is my second time working with Brothers, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Outstanding organization. From the moment I walked into their building until their Tech left my home. Very professional in every aspect. No concern about any future problem with plumbing, heat, or electrical because I have Brothers phone number posted on my fridge. Great people. Highly recommended.

Aaron did a great job repairing the leak on the water valve to our toilet. He gave a very good explanation of what happened and how it needed to be repaired. Also made recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in our other bathrooms. Next time we need plumbing repairs we will request Aaron.

Brothers scheduled us quickly for a sump pump and water heater installations. Timely and professionally installed, cleaning spaces around the basement areas.

Jake came out to repair the vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system. During his visit he inspected the water heater and discussed the longevity of the sump pump. Given his honesty and professionalism, we moved forward and had the sump pump replaced to avoid a potential water crisis in the near future. Given long history with Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, I would highly recommend this company.

Brothers Plumbing has now done work for my house 3 times and they have alwasy done a fantastic job!! Aaron R came out to do plumbing work today and he was amazing!! Strongly recommend this company and if you are getting any plumbing work done, ask for Aaron.

Andy replaced my AC Coil and more for a very fair rate. He also replaced and repaired several components of my system that were found to be sub-optimal and the cost stayed the same as the quote. This is my second visit with Brothers and I plan to use them for many more in the future.Further, Sergio did a plumbing inspection and installed a pressure regulator valve in a timely and professional manner.

I can't recommend Brothers' Plumbing enough! We initially contacted them because we had a sewage smell in the house and were uncertain where it was coming from. Brothers arranged for specialized diagnostic testing that not only revealed the source of the problem, but also revealed another pipe that we didn't know had a leak in it. They promptly addressed both issues. Their team was responsive and timely at every step -- scheduling, arrival, and accomplishing the work. Austin, Scott, and Sergio were kind, professional, and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Always a great experience with Brothers! Austin came out to help us figure out a leak that was coming from the upstairs bathroom. We talked through potential options and solutions and he was very thoughtful and helpful. I have found this to be a characteristic of all Brothers techs - they talk through possibilities and options to help you make a decision you're comfortable with. We found the leak and unfortunately had to pause so we could do mold remediation but I'll certainly be calling them when we are ready to move forward.

I’m going to be honest. We went with Brothers bc our old heating plumbing service was difficult to schedule and honestly we did not start on a good foot with Brothers either. It took a week to get someone out after a few errors and reschedule. That said, Brothers did make it right and waived the fee to look at our system. The brightest point was their tech Robert M! He was SO helpful and took the time to listen and explain everything. He explained our issues and possible resolutions at different price points. I learned more from him in 1 hour than I had in two years of installation and service from my previous provider. I will say after a rough start they went out of their way to make things right and earned a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help. If you can request Robert, do and listen to him so you can know what’s going on with your system!

I’ve used other companies in the past and have felt the dollar was prioritized over the well-being of my family and the opportunity to repair over replace. Jonathan explains well (without being condescending) and seems very invested in his work and the company.

Something, during our 5-night absence, made our pilot light go out, so we came home to no hot water. Called Brothers on Friday morn - and they squeezed us in on Saturday & fixed the issue. And best part of all… no charge! We appreciate both their promptness & kindness. Yay, Brothers!

Beau and Cal were amazing! They were very thorough with their work and patient with my questions. Also so sweet with my dogs, which is super important to me when some one is working in our home

Beau S came to look at some electrical projects that we needed to get done. He arrived on time with is assistant and they listened to what I needed done. Then he sat down and gave me estimates for each project. This gave me the opportunity to choose the ones that fit within my budget. They fixed three switches and the fan in my bathroom. They were both professional and they did a great job.

The high Google rating for this company is accurate, and reflects the high level of service we received with Brothers on our plumbing repair. Their communication was excellent, and they did not rest until all of our problems were solved. We will definitely be calling Brothers with any future plumbing needs.

We scheduled an A/C tune up and we’re scheduled two weeks out. The night before our appointment at 8:00 PM they cancelled the appointment via voicemail and said to call to reschedule. It was a series of phone tag to get ahold of someone and then was pushed out again before we ultimately decided to cancel the services as a new customer. The schedulers were not empathetic to their last minute cancellation and seemed annoyed that we were frustrated. Found another company to create a working business relationship.

We had a furnace issue and I called Brothers, spoke with a wonderful customer service representative and someone was at our house in less then 2 hours. He reviewed the situation, presented us with a few options ranging from replacing just the part, to replacing the whole furnace and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional, friendly, and might have become new best friends with our dog! While having your heat go off in winter is frustrating, Brothers certainly helped us on our way to getting our heat back on (we opted to just replace the part for now), and we have a lot to think about in terms of future furnace replacement. But he presented us with information about financing and was able to give us a quote today. All very helpful, we're very pleased with the service from Brothers!

Beware! Bait and switch tactics! Scheduled a repair on an evaporative cooler. Waited weeks for an appointment. When technician arrived - was told they would only work on systems with permanent copper piping. Was NOT told that when I made the appointment. And the cost to install that little copper pipe was more than $700! Then they tried to sell me a 1-year service agreement. Deceptive business practices!

I have used Brother’s to turn my sprinkler off and on, furnace cleaning, and for questions about my garbage deposal. They are always professional, friendly, and super helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

Austin was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough in his explanation of the work to be done. He walked me through all costs and options and even provided a discount when we needed to add a service because of the nature of the drainage issue. He made sure that our main sewer drain was cleared and that we were able to use our showers and toilets going into the weekend. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend for all plumbing needs!

The technicians were kind when they were in our home- but twice they had a scheduling issue with them where the electrician was scheduled for 8am- showed up at 2pm then said he didn’t have time for our job- then blew us off for the following appointment. It was frustrating because when they no called and no showed the next day- the main office didn’t seem to care much, they said a manager would give me a call and no one did. We also felt it was pretty overpriced- they gave us an estimate for double the price of what we can get some additional work done. I wouldn't use them again.

To start, Shelby our tech was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly kind and absolutely had our best interests in mind when servicing us. She was on time and mindful of not dragging any additional dirt or mess throughout the house. She’s great and I appreciate her greatly.That all being said please do more research when looking at HVAC companies and comparison shop. Brothers has the absolute most expensive installations and repairs out of the nearly dozen quotes that I have gotten for my installation. I nearly paid them a $500 non refundable deposit that would have been a massive mistake for my family. The financing they offer is below grade compared to everyone else in Denver and Northern Colorado. Please do your research and you can save over 10K on your HVAC installation with 0% financing for multiple years like I just did. I nearly made the worst mistake of my new homeowner life and I am glad I avoided going with Brothers.I am incredibly thankful for making additional calls before settling for an absolute mistake.

RIP OFF & THIEVES!TLDR: Don't even think about calling this company, they quoted me $285.00 to do a pressure test on my AC, came and did it and charged me $735.00 for it. Before they even did the pressure test they told me I would need a whole new AC system (mine is 3 years old) and they also recommended I get a new hot water heater at the same time because it's old. They quoted me over $15,000.00 worth of work when I was just low on coolant and needed recharged!! They also undid my furnace exhaust and left it wide open after their second visit, if I turned my furnace on our whole family would have literally died from carbon monoxide poisoning!Day one: They came out to assess why my AC was not blowing cold air. They suggested I had a leak in one of the joints but needed to do a pressure test to confirm where the leak was. They quoted $3,200 to find and fix the leaky joint and recommended I get a new water heater for an additional $3,600 even though it works totally fine.Day two: They showed up and immediately said they decided it was not a bad joint and I should just replace the whole entire AC system for $12,000 to save and not have to pay for the leak detection. Obviously I'm not going to spend $12k without knowing what the actual problem is so they did a leak test, they said they could only test half of the system which would determine which have has the problem and which side needed to be replaced. After 15 minutes of waiting he determined the half he tested was holding pressure and that the outdoor condenser needed to be replaced although I should still replace the whole thing. I said I wanted to wait and do a longer leak test to confirm it wasn't a small leak so he said he would come back in 5 days. He removed his gauges and left.Day three: He came back, plugged his gauges in and it had lost pressure so he said his last diagnosis was wrong and I needed to replace the indoor coils but again recommended that I replace the whole system. (read more below) I told him I had to think about it.I called a different company, they came the next day, did the leak test on day one included in the $99.00 show up fee (Brothers charged over $700 for it), they did a longer leak test on the WHOLE SYSTEM INSTEAD OF JUST HALF OF IT and waited at my house longer to determine that the system did not leak and in fact was just low on coolant. In fact our pressure rose while he was there as the outdoor temperature rose it increased the temperature. This service tech explained that each time the Brother's tech removed or reinstalled their gauges the pressure would drop so it turns out that everything Brother's did was completely pointless with the goal of up charging me to replace equipment.

Had a sump pump replaced. Service was on time and with a very thorough explanation of pump selection and installation. Very pleased with the installation and highly recommend Brothers for your plumbing needs.

I called them for a very difficult plumbing repair/replacement job. As always, I was alerted by phone call and text when the technician, Chuck, was on his way. He was nice and professional and just great. The job took longer than anticipated, and he got it done without complaint. We have used this company exclusively for two homes without issues. I will use Brothers Plumbing forever!

His work was clean, and completed in the time expected, and he was pleasant to talk with.I had to call for a technician, this time Adrian came out. He worked thru a minor leak on the EVAP water line, was loose packing nut in the spigot that was revealed after Anthony installed the new line.Great service from the office staff to the technicians at Brother's, and I look forward to trusting them again when needed.

Started out okay. Got a quick appointment for someone to come out and look at our water heater. However, had to pay the $65 assessment fee and then never heard back from them. No follow up, no quote, nothing. Pretty scammy. Obviously, not going to use them for actual work after that experience.

Service team we had were great. They both were very nice and did a great job. Very happy with the job they did.

Richard and Hector came out to fix some leaky tub faucets and ended up finding the overall underlying problem within minutes. Replaced an old pressure regulator and have probably saved me many future headaches. They were upfront with the pricing for services and gave me several options for today or later and didn't try pressuring me into any kind of upgrade or improvements that I didn't need. I signed up for the home care club to make sure any future issues are taken care of just as fantastically.

I attempted to have Brothers come to my home to install and wire recessed lighting fixtures in a bedroom, but they failed to show up on 3 consecutive occasions within a week. It was always some excuse for the technician running behind, which I can understand to some extent, but after the 3rd time I figured they are either under staffed or don't know how to prioritized and manager their jobs, so I gave up on them and decided to look for another, more reliable electrician.

We had a leaky tub faucet and decided to just have the knob, plate, and faucet replaced. Jeff B. was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing along the way. A big plus was that my dogs (who can be absolute jerks) loved Jeff B. and barely left his side while he was working. Great work! We'll be using Brothers again.

I bought an older house in 2020 and decided to get solar panels and a battery. The solar company made a mess of my electrical and I had mystery outlets failing, which caused the diswasher to stop running which caused my plumbing problems to surface. I had Brothers fix the plumbing first which they did flawlessly, and then decided to have them fix the outlets. Mathew B. came out and used his expertise to properly diagnose the issues and get all my outlets working again. He was a wizard!!! I will be using Brothers for all my repair needs in the future, they deliver what they promise!

Great service. I needed a house humidifier as mine was leaking. The TV technician went to warehouse to get it the same day. It was late at nite so it was above and beyond. I work late so it’s not convenient during the day. Very nice and professional. Great company. 😊

Totally screwed us. We had Brothers out a couple times to inspect a furnace installed by the previous homeowners prior to purchasing our home. We made it clear that we wanted Brothers to check to be sure it was installed right (we had a feeling it was a DIY). Brothers said it looked fine. Had them out again for an annual inspection and again they said it looked fine. Then we noticed the furnace was rusting from the inside out. We had a different company come out to install AC and they said the furnace was actually sized wrong for the house (which explained the excess condensation causing it to rust), the blower/fan was overworked (again because it was sized wrong) and even the wrong type of piping was used for the inlet/outlet. Had to completely replace the furnace. HUGE misses by Brothers.

Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Our furnace wasn't working properly. Called Brother's Heating on Sunday. On Monday, we had a Technician come out and do an inspection. His name is Andre and after his inspection, we found out there were numerous problems with our furnace. Andre explained all of our options very knowledgeably and nicely. We determined we needed a new furnace. Andre setup a New Furnace installation for the next day. On Tuesday morning, Michael, with Brother's Heating, was here to install our furnace. Michael was so friendly and professional in his dealings with my husband and I. He explained all aspects of the installation and how to work the new system. By Tuesday afternoon, our home was nice and warm again. We thank Brother's Heating for their wonderful service and the great Technicians they have working for them. Their prompt, friendly, professional services were great! We will recommend Brother's to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

Company is only interested in selling a new heater. They quoted over $600 for a simple repair and said I might as well get a new one. I got another quote for half as much and they said it was in great shape and didn't even need to be cleaned. Spent almost $100 for their unethical quote and pressure tactics. Stay away and try other vendors.

Technician was very nice, we have been using Brothers for quite some time. I was notified during an inspection that my furnace had a crack in a coil and had to be condemned and must be replaced immediately. I was forced to give a deposit that was stated as non-refundable while I got a second opinion. I got a second opinion and that quote came in more than $4000 less than the Brothers quote for comparable equipment with a better warranty. Obviously, I went with the less expensive option since it was the exact same thing. Unfortunately, now I can't get my deposit back which I feel is bad business.

Andre was simply outstanding in his approach to our furnace service call. He came promptly during a very cold temperature day. Andre was kind, professional and thorough in making sure that we understood the issues and alternatives with our furnace repairs. He took the time to assess the performance of various aspects of the system. He allowed us to ask questions during his evaluation. He explained the purpose and consequences of the the various tests he performed. I could tell that he possesses a high level of technical understanding of the equipment and measurement tools. Unlike previous experiences with other professionals, he spoke to us at a level that was understandable by homeowners. He asked questions and explained the benefits of upgrading our furnace from one-stage to two-stage, but did not insist on selling us a new furnace. I just wanted a quote to add a spigot on the back of my home, simple project. They call before 8 am to tell me if I want to know how much it will cost, I'll have to give them $70 to come tell me.Any place that charges you to come quote work makes their money on quotes and is never price competitive as they try to get you into the sunk cost fallacy. Hard pass, they obviously don't want the work.

We had a copper pipe bust and was happy to be able to get such great service and was upfront on costs. Did an amazing job and cleaned up after. It was pricy but this is a big name industry so was expecting the cost to be high anyways.

Install new whole home humidifier on furnace. Mark even arrived a bit early which was great. Gave me a great overview with pricing so the decision to move forward was an easy one. He was able to locate the model we decided on and install it the same day. Because of the age of our furnace there were some electrical issues which he was able to resolve for a completely successful installation. As a side note, this is not the first time we have used Brothers. They also did an amazing job on a huge mitigation project.

He went above and beyond, took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the plumping and what he did to fix it. The total was expensive but I feel like I received a quality service. I’ll definitely request for Richard again next time I’ve plumbing issues. He was also very polite and loved my dogs. Two thumbs up!

The technician was quick to show up and let us know when he would arrive. His work was quick and precise. He explained what needed to be done and exactly what we would be charged before he did the work. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Richard came out to verify a leak in out main water line. He was earlier than expected, personable and knowledgeable, explained the problem and arranged for Brothers Plumbing excavation team to return the following to replace the main water line from the house to the water main.

Expensive! Had the service recently and it was a good job but I can't say for the cost. It was $399 to replace the bathtub's diverter and spout (OEM). Plus the visit fee was $69.

Had Master Plumber evaluate and guess anywhere from $10k-$18k, possibly higher for boiler/hot water replacement. Brothers sent Boiler Crew to give estimate, came up with an estimate of $39,877.00. Way out of the ballpark. They did not offer any senior or Veteran discount, and were not engaged with product.Had a top notch company I had used for my residence in Denver, Mighty Plumbing and Heating, and they were professional and complete with evaluation and explanation. The estimate and service offered was fair and respectable, and hired Mighty for job.

Just the annual A/C check. Although our unit is 20 years old, there wasn’t high pressure sales for replacement but rather educated us. Jonathan was most helpful in answering a lot of questions! Definitely recommend Brothers Plumbing Heating & Electric.

We had signed up for the furnace maintenance plan with excel, and when it stopped working, we called them and they didn’t even show that we were signed up. This is despite our having been paying a monthly fee and us showing as signed up on the billing portal. So we called brothers, and they had a technician out to service the furnace the same day. They had installed the furnace for the previous owner and extended the warranty to us, so all fees were waived. We signed up to have them come check our other appliances as well. The service was fantastic and quick. Can’t say enough about these guys.

Adrian who came out was very courteous and know. He thoroughly examined our HVAC indoor system from the thermostat to the furnace itself, gave me a detailed report and potential ways to deal with some future problems.

Called to solicit a competing quote to refill the refrigerant in an AC unit and was told that the only way to get a quote was by charging $67 to send a technician out. When I asked why they had to send someone out if I knew what needed done, I was told that is because they don't have any pricing information in the physical office. Sounds like a risky operating model to me!

Jeff was an excellent worker, professional, friendly and very helpful. However, this company DOES NOT give an estimate cost on the phone. When Jeff arrived, quoted the price to replace two faucets with new ones (which I provided) I declined immediately, very expensive! I was out a service fee with nothing to show for it!

I could not be more disappointed in a team. A call was placed last night prior to this review before close of business. I was placed on hold twice to confirm if my address was serviceable once with my zip code, 2nd time with my full address. I was asked my major cross streets as well. An appointment was set. The appointment was confirmed by text, email and a phone call 40 mins before the visit as stated.I see the driver pass by...I send my husband out to flag him. The driver sees my husband ... pulls into the Cafe parking lot and calls in. Now, at the same time I am on the phone letting them know that he passed by and is sitting next door. He drives off and the operator states he was told to leave because he was sliding around. He lied. He did not even try. Pictures to show street & driveway. Then says we don't service the area. Out of 3 team members no one knew they don't service the area. The kickers is I see brother trucks up here which is why I picked the company. A full team of liars. I can only imagine how bad the service is if they can't get the work area correct. God hates liars more then a thief. Thanks for the protection!

Jonathon came to the house within the window. Did what we asked and more! He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and so helpful in helping us uncover the issue we were having with the furnace. Not only that but he gave suggestion on preventative measures we can take and ways to keep the entire home in top shape. Very grateful we called and got his impeccable service. On a very cold Sunday afternoon my tenant called me saying that the furnace was not producing heat. After calling several companies Brothers plumbing and heating said that they could get there between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. and would call me with the estimate for repairs. They were there at 4:00 called me with the estimate shortly after, but again this was a Sunday evening, and he wasn't sure if he could get the parts from the warehouse and repair it that evening. But the technician Andre A. told me that he would do the best he could. Long story short, he was able to get the parts from the warehouse and complete the work by 7:00 p.m. that night. Needless to say my tenant was happy, therefore I was happy, very happy!!! Andre went WELL above and beyond his job description. It's my feelings that Brothers Plumbing has a A+ employee with Andre and I couldn't thank him and the company enough.

Michael spent a lot of time making sure the installation of our new furnace was perfect. He was at our house for at least 5 hours making sure the vents fit properly and ensuring it was a good job. He installed a current-code vent pipe in our hot water heater. He went above and beyond. Before starting the job, he laid down carpet runners to protect the flooring. After he was done, he spent time showing us how to maintain the furnace. He did a fabulous job!!!

INCREDIBLE! We had what could have turned into a HUGE problem. He was able to fix it in most efficient way. Very knowledgeable on some other matters as well. This is the guy you want for plumbing problems.

Update: I called brothers to come out and do a basic yearly flush of my tankless water heater and turn on my sprinkler system. On the phone I was told that they are booked up for sprinklers but they could get a tech to come out for the water heater. I asked if the water heater tech could also turn on the sprinklers while they were here and was told that they have techs for specific jobs, so they are not able to have one person do both. I was also told that they cannot give pricing over the phone and there is a $97 dollar fee just to have the tech show up, but this fee would go towards the total price if service is done. When the tech came, he quoted me over $700 just to flush the system and the show up fee would be on top of the price. I was shocked by the price and misinformation that I was given over the phone as a quick google search shows that a tankless water heater flush should cost $250 on the high end. The tech was very apologetic, but apparently getting any water heater service in Colorado is way more expensive than the rest of the United States. If anyone else needs their tankless water heater flushed and you have an extra hour of time, I would suggest buying all of the equipment yourself and watching a YouTube video on how to do it and you will end up saving $700 dollars plus be able to do it yourself for years. I am sure the service that brothers provides is high quality, but I would suggest that they be more transparent on pricing or at least give a base price to expect for basic services so that you aren’t wasting the time of the customer or the tech.Sergio came and did a sprinkler winterization for me. I asked if I could follow along while he did it, and he was able to walk me through the entire process and explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and why it needed to be done. He was very thorough making sure that all of the water was removed from the pipes even after it seemed to be clear. I will definitely be using brothers from now on and recommending them to my friends and family.

Great service! Kind in explaining the issues and very understanding when I misunderstood a concept. I've strictly used Brothers for a few years now and don't plan on altering course any time soon.

I love that they are open 7 days a week and don't charge you an arm and a leg if you need service on a Sunday. Issues always seem to come up on the off times and days. Mark came out, figured out what the issue was recommended I get a part cleaned not replaced. I appreciate that he wasn't just trying to get money out of me. He was so nice to me and my kids. The problem is fixed and I will call Brothers again if something else comes up.

We have also had Brothers help us with a hot water heater. Every time they have come out they have done a good job are comparable prices. They always talk us through what we need for the repair or replacement also. Also what may not be needed.

My experience using brothers to replace my sink, faucet and disposal was OUTSTANDING. Richard and his apprentice Joe were knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. They were very professional in both their work on my sink, as well as how they conducted themselves while at my home. When faced with a bit of a challenge during the installation; Richard not only adapted, but over came the challenge. I had to call 911 the day before and have the fire department come out because something was burning in my attic, and they recommended getting my furnace inspected. Ryan and Andrew were on time, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was functioning properly to ensure I’d have no more issues, and said to call them directly if anything else happened with the system. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Brothers performed a very professional tankless water heater installation (thanks, Robert!). The device had initial performance issues and Brothers sent pros to figure out the issue to get it working in tip-top shape (thanks, Austin!). I am very pleased with professionalism and follow up. Called first thing in the morning, had a tech (Matt) arrive within the hour. What I thought was a breaker issue actually was an issue with the local circuit. No time was wasted and the issue was resolved quickly even though he had to test/troubleshoot over 10-20 areas. Cost was very reasonable, and went well under what I figured I would pay. I will be calling next time I have any electrical needs.

I was awoken at 3am to the supply line to my toilet exploding! (Not a fun way to wake up!) Water was going everywhere and I was having difficulty getting the shutoff valve to work. I eventually got it down to a small trickle and but a bucket under it. I called as soon as they opened and the lady I spoke with was so sweet and understanding. She got me scheduled with one of her Technicians Hezekiah, same day. Hezekiah came our and quickly got everything repaired and made sure everything was working properly for me before he left. Everyone was incredibly professional and helpful!

And they could not determine the nature of the water under the clothes washer. He did look over everything to make sure that nothing obvious was going wrong, very courteous, very professional!

Had a line to the toilet that wouldn't close all the way and had a toilet that wasn't sitting well on the flanges and thought it needed replacing, let alone wherever small leak was keeping the tank from retaining water. Jeremy went over all my options and after choosing to just replace the toilet altogether, I know have a more comfortable toilet, with clean quality work, and he didn't leave a trace he was there in just a couple hours. Recently bought a house that didn’t have a previous owner so a lot of the systems in the house had no owner’s manual or maintenance records. Saw a commercial for the “Sisters from Brothers” (thought it was catchy) and requested a “start up” inspection. Mark W. arrived promptly on schedule and was extremely courteous. Spent a couple of hours with him as he inspected and explained everything he was doing. Extremely satisfied with the inspection and feedback!! Will definitely call Brothers again for any future maintenance or issues.

Brothers came out to fix a burst pipe after a recent storm in Boulder. They were timely and professional and the technician they sent was very knowledgeable about all things plumbing. Very happy with the repairs they did and would very gladly use them again.

Top notch professional

Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric randomly called us and told us that we were due for a furnace check and that they could swing by the next day. We agreed. Upon arrival, the maintenance person told us that if he found something wrong with our furnace, he would have to condemn it and shut it off. We asked if this was a Colorado law and he said it was company policy. We agreed since we had just moved into our new home and we’re not as familiar with Colorado practices. The house had just been inspected two weeks ago so we knew our furnace was working properly.The maintenance person didn’t find anything wrong with our furnace after doing a thorough inspection, however, he said there were lethal levels of carbon monoxide coming out of our vents so he had to shut off our furnace on the day we got a foot of snow! I couldn’t get this guy out of our house fast enough because at that point, we had figured out he planned on condemning our furnace no matter what. We called for a second opinion and then called for Xcel Energy to come verify the carbon monoxide levels. Xcel did their own reading. We found out that the levels weren't remotely close to being lethal (the reading was zero for the entire 30 minutes the Xcel representative was in our home).Before leaving the maintenance person said that it would cost us about $9,000 to replace the furnace and that they could do it tomorrow. He said that if we didn’t book immediately, they couldn’t guarantee that they could still come replace the furnace the next day. What a scam!After doing a little digging in Google Reviews, we found that 4 other people had been told the same thing. This is essentially an unethical sales scam to get us to buy a new furnace.We won’t be doing business with this company ever again.

STAY AWAY! Overpriced! Tech called out sick twice and I was sent two other people. They charge 3 times more than other companies and the employees know that they are scamming people.

I’ve used Brother’s Electrical in the past and thought they did a great job. I needed my cooktop to be hooked up by hardwire due to not noticing I had a plug in the wall. Kai came early and was so kind and professional! His work was excellent and he completed it super fast! 10/10 service! Thank you Brothers! 😊

I was very pleased with the value of his work, and the company he represents.I am a member, paying a fee each month. Lately the furnace I bought from Brothers stopped working, leaving me and my dogs to sleep in 60 degree weather. Unable to get service for close to a week. Not happy at all.This time when the furnace went down I was able to get a service person out within the hour. I was so relieved, my high blood pressure went down.

Andy and Gannon are very knowledgeable and competent technicians. Professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything they had repaired and replaced. They also answered all our questions without hurrying us which was very helpful. We would highly recommend both of them. One final point: they arrived when they said they would and completed all the work in the time frame they had given us. Excellent!!

Micheal was awesome very friendly and personable. He knew what he was doing and gave me advice on a better filter to use he checked everything out fixed a couple of loose connections and gave my system a thumbs up. On another note after the job was completed we talked for a couple minutes about stuff when you can do that with someone you don’t know that’s the sign of a good person thank you so much.

Scott and Drake performed a gas repair on my finished basement. They were minimally invasive and cleaned up after themselves very well. I must say, not only was their work top touch, their attitude was as well. Both Scott and Drake communicated well with not only myself, but with each other. It was an evening repair job and they both had great attitudes which really goes a long way during such a stressful homeowner issue and difficult repair job. I would highly recommend Brothers, and my hat is off to Scott and Drake for safely and properly repairing my gas line.

I needed several items of plumbing repair. Shut off valve (main), toilet rebuild and drain cleaning. Joe was great. He explained everything to me and gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable while he was here. I will not hesitate to use Brother's again. The only reason I did not comment on the value is that I did not shop around (i hate that!) so do not know for sure if it was the best value or not. I did research plumbers online and Brother's had very good reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a leak in our water heater and I called Brothers to see if they could send someone out same day to help us figure it out. Did an HVAC service and received quote to replace water heater. Both employee's were great. I was fixing my sink when the HVAC guy showed up and didn't have the proper tool. He lent me a couple of his whilst he went to service the furnace. Even offered to help me! Quick to schedule. Nice and attentive.

I don't even know where to start! This is not a negative review, but one of praise. Andre and Brothers, I can't thank you enough! You came out on short notice to look at my swamp cooler that had stopped working due to shotty repairs from the previous owner.Your assessment was thorough, and explained repairs would cost as much as a new cooler. You didn't just say I needed a new cooler, you explained exactly what would have needed to be done to repair, essentially disassembling the cooler to get access to the areas affected. Bad cooler design in my opinion, and nothing related to capabilities.Times are financially tough, and I am not able to afford a new installation, or extensive repairs, and really felt the pit in my stomach tighten knowing I would be in a rough position not only for the rest of this summer, but next. Instead of just leaving me high and dry to figure this out, you suggested a couple of alternatives that I could perform to give me more time to save up for replacement. Those workarounds are in place, and working better than I expected.Integrity is a hard characteristic to find these days, and I appreciate the expertise and help Andre and Brothers gave me. I would highly recommend, and Brothers now have a life long customer.

I scheduled a sprinkler winterization with Brothers and that in itself was a pleasant process (thanks Shannon!). Jayson, my technician, showed up on time, was incredibly professional and polite, and explained aspects of my sprinkler system and plumbing that are really helpful for me to know. I appreciate that so much - and now that I have a better understanding of how it all works I have more confidence in the steps he took to winterize. Absolutely would recommend Brothers and Jayson without hesitation.

I have used Brothers twice now for plumbing issues, and they are always on time and friendly, and they go out of their way to test out what could be causing the issue. When I ask them to explain the issue, they are patient and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed with them, and they have fixed our problems successfully and professionally. Jeremy moved and replaced two outdoor spigots for us as we prepared for a deck project. This involved some tricky access from inside and he performed the work carefully. Richard was amazing. He was on time and knowledgeable about the water issue I was having. He was persistant in getting the job done. He was to be finished at 5pm today but he stayed and took care of my plumbing problem until 6:30pm making sure that everything was working well and working properly before leaving. Bobby G came to our house to discuss Whole-House Humidifier options, but during the visit he noticed an improper installation of the A/C Condensate Drain Line Float Switch assembly and corrected the problem. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and skill in correcting the deficiency.

My technician Ron was great! However, when I called the company to set up my appointment they said they DID do duct cleaning, which I thought would be part of my service today. Then, when my technician arrived he said they DON'T do duct cleaning. I still got the furnace cleaned and serviced, so that was great, and Ron did a wonderful job. But, I will now have to book another company for the duct cleaning.

Mark from Brothers provided a really comprehensive estimate for our AC and furnace replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. On top of that he was just a really nice guy. Would recommend.

We had an appointment with this place this morning and last night called in and made it for 4-5pm tonight. They called us at 4:30pm tonight to cancel the appointment saying that they couldn't make it. They were supposed to call us back and let us know if someone else could come out. Nothing back from them, called them 4 more times to only be on hold for 30 minutes on the last call after no answer other 3 times to not get anyone on the phone. Not good business. Also getting charged an after hours charge from another company because of the late notice that I think they need to pay us of $139.99. Someone from there needs to contact me.

I've used Brother's Plumbing on several occasions and have never had an issue. Brother's Plumbing sent out a technician on 2/4/2023 for an annual maintenance visit to our heating unit. We were subscribed to their membership program. The Technician Ryan came out and after changing the filter, and inspecting the furnace, shut it off without warning to us and refused to turn it back on. He claimed it had holes that made the unit unsafe to operate, and that he was obligated by law to turn the unit off. He could not produce evidence of this requirement when we questioned him. He called his manager Justin to explain the situation who also could not produce evidence of this requirement. The technician refused to turn the unit back on and instead presented us with an estimate for $12,500.00 to replace the unit so that we would have heat.We called another professional company for a second opinion. A few hours later they disputed Brother's claim that the unit was unsafe to operate, needed to be turned off, and replaced immediately. In addition, they, and other contractors familiar with the matter have since confirmed that this is a business strategy used by certain companies such as Brother's. We talked with the Brother's Manager Justin twice during the incident and after the second opinion and were yelled at and insulted rather than offered an apology and a solution.This technician Ryan was clearly trained and likely incentivized in this tactic of false information, intimation, turning the heating unit off under false pretense (and without telling us first), and refusing to turn it back on.This policy that Ryan was referring to requiring him to render the unit inoperable was clearly an internal Brother's policy, not a law.The cost we incurred for the second opinion, inspection of the unit, and subsequently turning it back on (as there was no damage that rendered the unit unsafe to operate) was $149.00.We have since terminated all memberships with Brother's and request them to refund this cost we incurred as result of their fraudulent business practice.

Had my AC stop blowing cold air and Brothers was the second company I called. First was booked out two weeks, but Brothers was available same day and even within an hour. Plus they were $30 cheaper for the initial visit. Our tech Adrian diagnosed the issue very quickly and had our unit working with no issues. He also gave a lot of good information on what to expect with older units and made sure everything else was in working order before leaving. Absolutely would use this company again.

I used Brothers twice and they delivered great service and quality work both times. I plan to use them again!I just bought a 100 year old home with the original boiler. The home also has an evap cooler instead of A/C. So I basically have no idea how to heat and cool my home. Brothers sent out Anthony to handle the boiler, and he nailed it. Then they sent Tony to handle the Evap cooler, and he nailed it. Thanks everyone at Brothers!

Hired them to install a transformer for a ring doorbell. Guy came without the proper equipment, so he had to come back the following day. After he installed, the doorbell lost power after an hour of him leaving. I asked for him to come back, but I had to wait a week to fit into the schedule. The manager came and noticed something wasn't installed when it was supposed to and needed to reschedule for another time. Never got the call back. Finally scheduled something for today and they cancelled. This whole process has taken almost a month and I'm still left with literal wires exposed outside my door.I was recommended to use from another electrician. They don't seem to really care for smaller jobs and completing within a timely fashion. Super disappointed and don't recommend.

Mark arrived promptly when the company said he would, went right to work and checked our furnace and changed our folded fan air filter. (The complicated one with the combs). We were impressed with his professional manner, and did explain things to me when I asked.

8/30/21: Mark was arrived at the expected time and was very polite and efficient in servicing our furnace. He always used shoe coverings in the house and wore a mask. He explained what he did and what was wrong so we understood the services provided. We always use Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues.Jeremy was polite and efficient in cleaning our AC condenser and gave me a few tips on minor cleanup that I can do myself. We always use Brothers for our cleaning, maintenance and repair.I had the AC and furnace checkout to insure normal operation during the summer when AC usage is the highest. The service technician Shantel arrived ontime and was pleasant and efficient.I took advantage of a A/C and furnace start up special and also agreed to a full cleaning.Jeff, the service technician, did a great job. He was neat and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring service.We also had a water heater replacement from this same company 2 years ago and are happy with the neatness and quality of the work - perfect solder joints.We had a kitchen sink faucet that would not work (no water). We bought a new Delta faucet and called Brothers to schedule a appointment for installation. They arrived in the time window that was committed and replaced both the worn out shutoff valves and the broken faucet. They did a great job and I would use Brothers again for any future plumbing issues.Andrew did a great job diagnosing our AC problem. He was very professional and professional.7/20/22 As part of our Brothers Home Care Club membership, Mark performed an annual checkup/cleaning of our home A/C. He arrived as scheduled and completed the servicing. He was neat, professional and had a pleasant attitude. We have used Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues previously and have always been happy with their work.3/13/23 Conner arrived on time and diagnosed the clogged drain issue with the washing machine discharge and sewer pipe. Cleaned out pipe and discharge now works without water overflow. He cleaned up and left the laundry area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. Thanks Conner.6/23/2023 AC was not working correctly as air was not cool enough. Ryan diagnosed the problem to be a defective capacitor. He replaced it and also conducted a cleanup of the entire AC system since I am a club member. He was ontime, efficient and always installed plastic shoe protectors when coming into the house. I am very satisfied with his service.

Mark took care of the maintenance and left us a spare filter since the current one was in good shape.

Jon was outstanding. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and really knows what he is talking about. My son in Denver called Brothers Plumbing when he returned from vacation on 12/23 and found no hot water and his hot water tank leaking in the basement. Cody came on Christmas Eve day - as promised - and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Fortunately it was just a valve needing replacement, not the hot water tank. Most grateful to Brothers for coming on short notice and during holiday time. Brothers Plumbing is the best!

The plumber arrived just a few hours after I called to repair a clogged drain line in the basement. He attempted first to suck out the clog, then ended up clearing it with a snake. The drain now works like a charm.

Johnny from Brothers did annual plumbing inspection and discovered sewer pipe leakage in crawl space. Immediately he called associate company for cleanup of some 200 gals of water. He diagnosed leaking sewage line and he detailed how Brothers will repair pipe once the water is drained. Expert, clear, efficient service about the urgent problem as well as advice on ongoing maintenance of our plumbing systems.

He did a wonderful job with hiding as much of the previous unpainted areas as possible - it's these attention to details that we very much appreciate. Also very courteous about our curious kittens trying to get into the furnace room and used a little gate. Fixed the issue so we have heat again. Definitely recommend!

Brother's Plumbing was able to come out the next day after other companies told us over a week. The technician was prompt, friendly, and skilled. He quickly resolved our plumbing issue and left the bathroom area cleaner than when he arrived. The office staff were great with communicating and billing was easy. Prices were comparable with other local companies.

This was simply a consult for installing air conditioning. Fred was very thorough and pleasant discussing all the different units and prices with me. He was very easy to understand as to the quality of all the different furnaces and air conditioning units. I was happy he came out to see what our home would be best suited for.

I have always used Brothers for heating, a/c, hot water heater and all our plumbing issues. All of their technicians are respectful and knowledgeable to whatever problem awaits for them.

Jeff J. is our preferred tech from Brothers when it comes to AC/Furnace inspections and repair. He is always professional, works fast, and diagnoses the issues. He did a full inspection and installed a new thermostat for us in under an hour. I do not recommend working with Brothers. I contacted them to get an air conditioning unit installed in my home. During the process it was found that we would need to replace our electrical box because it was extremely outdated and not up to code. We were told it was hazardous and that it needed to be taken care of ASAP. Believing that we would be able to get the box replaced and then an AC unit installed quickly we sat through the process of taking out a loan for the work. We were then told that we would be hearing from an electrician that week.We did not hear from an electrician that week. We did not hear from an electrician for an entire month. It was only after several calls to speak with the manager of the team that I was able to get an update on our project. I was told that they were working with the electrical company to get permission to replace and move everything and that the manager, Byron, would be in touch. He was not. For months I called to get updates and was told we were waiting on Xcel Energy. At one point a rep from Xcel showed up to my home unannounced waiting to meet with Byron who never showed.It has been 7 months since this process started. I have not heard from Brothers in at least 2 maybe 3 months and no work has been done on my home.UPDATE: Brothers has said they will be in touch with me to discuss this matter but left me one voicemail and then called me again at 7am the next day which was understandably not a convenient time to talk.

We always go with Brothers now after having a bad experience with another company. Usually when we call them we are having a bad day but they show up and do such a great job it makes it not feel so bad! First of all, thanks to Donna who expedited our request for help in scheduling a technician from Brothers to help us complete some inspection items on our home that has sold and will close in the next week! After a last minute cancellation by another local plumber, I called Brothers in hopes of getting an appointment as soon as possible. Donna re-arranged a few things so that someone could come out that same day to help us get these inspection items resolved! John was the technician who came out to get our main gas line in compliance, fix a leaky sink drain, and replace a faulty sump pump. He was professional and extremely helpful and skilled in getting all three completed. I don’t have enough good things to say about Brothers - they have serviced our HVAC issues for a number of years, but this last experience puts them in a category of a true service company - they responded to a critical need in a way that is rare these days. The best part of this experience was Ron, the technician. He is knowledgeable, highly experienced and competent. He is also incredibly nice and friendly. Have an old pipe leaking in my basement. I called a few different plumbers in the area, most didn't respond or don't service my area. Brothers was responsive and thankfully available. We haven't yet had the work done but so far Johnny the tech that came to assess has been great to work with. He was helpful, informative and personable. Prices are on par with other local companies.

Residential sewage lift pump repair. Initially scheduled for 6pm arrival but Joe was able to start 6 hours sooner due to cancelations - score!!! Initial thought was a faulty pump which was going to cost over $2400 to replace. Once Joe started the job he discovered the original pump worked perfectly but the discharge pipe had pulled out of the pump fitting. He also realized there was no check valve installed. Joe fixed all this in one trip saving me over $1500. - score again!!! Joe is to be commended for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I definitely recommend Brothers for home repairs.

I had a few items on my to-do list, and I was able to get same-day service. Jacob and the other electrician were professional and thorough. They replaced all of my smoke detectors, a broken bathroom fan, and advised on a dead outlet. I was given options and all of the information I needed to make informed decisions. This was my second great experience with Brothers, as they replaced my hot water heater last summer; and, I am a forever loyal customer. Thank you!

First, I want to start by saying that Brothers was extremely fast and able to fix my furnace in a couple days. The HVAC technician that came out was on time, friendly, and a quick worker.However, just know with Brothers you are paying a huge markup for their ability to service promptly. I googled the part that they needed to replace on my furnace and it was in the $250-400 range. They charged almost 5times this amount (with labor included). The job took the technician less than 45 minutes. I had no choice as it was winter in CO and I have a newborn. I just felt taken advantage of. Their prices are marked up too high.

I’m so appreciative for the response from Brother’s regarding this service request for a rental property whose furnace went out. It was after hours with very short notice and Jeremy as well as the customer service rep I spoke with, Raine, were both responsive, professional and polite. A rare combination these days. Brother’s has been my go-to company for several years. They are reliable and the staff is always friendly and communicate well. Jeremy turned on our sprinklers for the season and he was extremely thorough on every zone, and identified what needed to be repaired. I greatly appreciate the level of service Brother’s and their technicians offer.Today, Gannon C arrived promptly at the start of the day as scheduled to install our new furnace in order to get our A/C working. He was an impressive one man show and went above and beyond to ensure a flawless install. When we fired up the system there were a few things I asked to change and he happily completed them. On the final inspect, we noticed an issue with the A/C that would require several more hours of work and additional parts. He didn’t lie to me about what the issues were, he just jumped in to find out the reason for the issue and quickly sorted out a solution. Dispatch had another truck bring him parts while he tore into the AC. He spent 12 hours on site, and did nothing but cheerfully smile and ensure I was 100% satisfied. Happy to say the AC is working amazingly well this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Gannon and thank you Brother’s for always going to great lengths to ensure your customers are getting what they are paying for!!I’ve used countless OTHER companies, that cancel last minute, don’t show up, aren’t prepared to complete jobs as scheduled, in T-shirt and shorts when it’s snowing and they know they are working on outdoor systems. Brother’s has never missed the mark and I’m happy to continue promoting the company and their technicians.

Tech was unable to reconnect a fan wire on the compressor and instead could only offer a completely new system for between $11K and $19K. This is the 2nd time that I have experienced this exact result with Brothers, and twice have had a 2nd agency come out and complete the repair without having to buy a whole new system. Very disappointing. In response to the note below from the owner (approximately 6 days ago.) I have not heard from the company.

We had Robert come out to assess the reasons why we’ve been getting pinhole leaks in our copper pipes. He checked numerous things and found a few culprits that could be addressed in a cost effective manner. He was very knowledgeable and found some things that two previous plumbers didn’t even check/notice. Rather than having a repair needed every couple of months, we are hopeful that dealing with the root of the problem will now prevent further leaks. His expertise was very much appreciated!

We wanted some sprinkler lines moved. These guys didn’t want to do that. So they went looking for other work in my home. Sounds like they were here for about a hour, changed 7 spay nozzles on one zone. Then charged 340 dollars. I do not recommend using this company.

Gannon and his team came to install a whole new HVAC system at my house. Since the system is on the roof, Brothers organized a crane to help get the system up to the roof. My new system configuration was different than the previous system. Gannon took all day creating a new duct system from scratch that would work with the new system. Despite the cold weather and melting snow on the roof, Gannon and his team worked all day to restore heat to my home. Once again the people at Brothers have impressed me with their knowledge and expertise.

At first I did not think they could take care of this. But he surprised me and how fast it was done. There was 2 guys here and they can come back anytime.

Contacted Brothers to install the gas line to a new appliance in our commercial kitchen. Scott showed and was very professional. He viewed the job at hand and we both agreed they were not the right company for my job request. Scott waived their trip charge due to this misunderstanding. Brother's was extremely fair in how they handle this situation. Highly recommend them based upon this interaction!

John came to help us with a gas line pressure test so that we could get heat and hot water back into our house. After going through other companies and dealing with a terrible contractor that wanted us to replace all of the gas lines, John showed up and took care of the issue quickly! Gannon, David and Jacob replaced our furnace. They were very nice, explained anything I asked about in simple terms, and completed the job in the time quoted. My only complaints are minor. On a very cold day, they didn't always close the door coming into the house. However, they did have their hands full most of those times, and it wasn't a big deal for me to close the door myself. Also, there was a lot of dust and some debris left behind when they were gone. Again, not a huge deal for me to clean up myself. Very nice guys and the price I paid is exactly what was quoted to me. Thanks, Brothers, for a pleasant experience on a big, unexpected expense.

DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING! They came out for an annual check up on our furnace that was working fine. The technician told us the blowers were out and the motor was going out and if we did not repair it carbon monoxide was going to blow into our house. He wanted $9,031.00 to repair our furnace that was not quite 5 years old. Got a 2nd opinion and the Technician said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell that the Brothers Tech did not even completely look at the furnace by the lack of fingerprints in the unit. Called Brothers and they said someone would call back and never received a call back.

Terrible experience. Charge you a fee to provide a quote for an item that they admit on site is a fixed fee. The dispatch team know the fee upfront but will not tell you it. Quoted fee for the job was ridiculously high. Plumber walked away with $67 for 5 mins on site.Plumber was rude and refused to answer even basic questions. Do NOT use.

I called Brothers for a furnace sytem inspection and cleaning. A code violation with an AC condensation pump wiring was discovered and electrician, Jose, came, assessed the situation and installed the needed GFCI outlet box quickly. He was personable, professional, and prompt. I strongly recommend Jose for home electrical repairs and upgrades to code. Mark returned to complete the AC condensation pump and furnace igniter replacement. He finished the job and showed me his work. Furnace and AC back to normal functioning and now up to code. I will ask for Mark by name for future maintenance and repair.

Andy came out and did a fantastic job of diagnosing and trouble shooting an issue I was having with my air conditioner. He was very thorough and very professional. Great first impression for Brothers.

First, when I made the appointment, i was clear who to call and the person over the phone repeated it back to me. It wasn't followed on the day of the appointment.Second, when making the appointment I spoke about a discount I got in the mail and was told that the fee I have to pay was the fee minus the discount. When the technician came out, the discount apparently was only valid if I paid more money for future service, than the $97 service show up fee.I will definitely not purchase any services from this company and will also make sure that nobody in my network does. If they screw you on the appointment setting, I can only imagine what happens when you order actual service that costs real money.

We had a tech come out for our furnace. On the phone they said it would be $127 for a 33 point inspection and a light cleaning. The guy comes out and after ten minutes shows us a part and says he has to turn the whole thing off and tried to sell us a new furnace, we wanted a 2nd opinion, so he left without finishing the inspection or cleaning but we still had to pay him the $127. Turns out the only problem we had was the thermostat! I called and was told that the $127 doesn't include any kind of cleaning even though I was told it did and I was told a manager would call me since I asked for either a refund or a tech to come out and do what we paid for and no one ever called!

Other companies didn't seem to understand that although the thermostat is connected a swamp cooler the real issue doesn't require an HVAC tech.I called Brothers Heating, Cooling and Electric and they listened to my issues and dispatched the proper tradesman. Nick was on time, upfront about the charges and scope of work and was able to diagnose the wiring quickly. He corrected the issues making my home safer and got our swamp cooler up and running. Thanks Brothers for the painless repair.

Wow! What can I say? For years, I have struggled with finding a reliable company that I could trust and felt comfortable using for Heating and Air service. Never again! Brothers has my business for the rest of my life. I made a call on a Saturday and two hours later Jonathan showed up. He was sincere, professional, trusting and really cared for our needs. By the following Tuesday, I had a brand new furnace and air conditioner fully installed. Gannon and Michael K. showed up on time and explained everything that would be done. They were caring of our house, our dogs, and simply our convenience throughout the day. Nothing but professionalism and curtesy. The electricians, Matt B. and Caleb A. were also amazing. They explained what was needed and were fast and efficient. The entire project was done in less than a full day and left me extremely satisfied and overwhelmed at the customer service. We called with a furnace gas leak issue. Brothers was quick to respond and Nathan was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Brothers had incredible reviews and I can see why. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Jeff and his associate were professional and personable. Our (new to us) old home has 20+ year old AC and heating so when our heating started to act up we were prepared for the worst. Given our options of doing a repair on the furnace today or replacing the furnace, we decided to move forward with replacing. We never felt pressured in this decision but given all the options, this was the best decision to make at this time. And we feel confident using Brothers here on out. EDIT: They came this morning to install our new AC and Furnace and I would give them an A+ from start to finish. Again, professional and personable and courteous and quality work from the time they arrived to when they left. Brothers will be our go to company for heating/plumping and electrical work that needs to be done. Update: Our AC unit needed to be looked at- Jeff, again, was great - informative and helped explain the issue at hand. I equate Brothers to finding a trusted mechanic - once you find them you definitely want to continue to use them.

At first we were very upset for a miscommunication with the company but John M. was professional and really eased our minds that they will address it quickly. Although we were upset, he handled the situation very politely. We are happy with the quick service and enjoyed his friendly attitude!

Figured out our water heater was busted at 11am. By 7pm, we had a brand new one installed and everything cleaned up.Can't ask for much more than that.

RE; Gas Line Installation for Fireplace Daniel, Jeff and Randy did an outstanding job on this project. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and rightly so should take pride in their work. No task was too small for anything other than excellent workmanship. They were considerate of my home, tolerant of my pesky dog and put in nearly 11 hours in one long day to get the job wrapped up. I never had the sense they would ever consider cutting corners. Well done!

I called Brothers Plumbing following a new tub installation that caused a leak. Joe was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He assessed the situation,and quickly identified the issue. I totally trust this man and this business. Highly recommend.

Brothers was able to get a tech over to my place within 2 hours on the coldest day of February when my furnace decided to stop playing nicely. Jonathan arrived when he said he would and quickly deduced the problem. The work was done quickly and even with respect for the ZOOM call that I was on. Already knew Brothers was my choice and it will stay that way.

If I could give no stars I would. We just purchased a house and had the stipulations that the AC and furnace be working. The sellers had brothers come out and “service” the AC. We were told the AC is working by Brothers. We closed on the house to discover the AC was not blowing cold air and had brothers come back out and tell us it’s completely broken and we need a new one. Basically, Brothers was willing to service a broken AC, KNOWING IT WAS BROKEN, and tell us, the buyers, that it was in working order. We are now being quoted $13,000 for a new one that should not have been on us to pay at all. No one should ever trust Brothers, we will never use them again. I am beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service and willingness to admit their mistake. As a first time homebuyer, they caused us quite a nightmare.

Wow! Scott and his partner (gah forgot his name ) fixed a sewage gas problem that was leaving my second bathroom with a strong sewage smell. I had 4 plumbers come out and tell me it wasnt fixable and that i needed a smoke test, because the wax ring “was put on right” so theres nothing else to fix 🙄 one guy took me upstairs and blamed venting in the condo building!Scott realized that the hole the toilet fit into was too big, so the wax ring wasnt secured and sinking in. Additionally, the toilet was too big (most toilets are 12” and we needed 10, so again not a tight seal to the sewage hole. They fixed both those things and the smell is completely gone. I was feeling hopeless about how to fix this. Thanks brothers !! Price is probably moderate, it wasnt cheap but not horrendous, and they were here for hours. Scott even helped me with another small task free of charge that saved me an errand.

I had both furnace and AC units installed. All the electricians and installers were highly professional (as they always are when I use Brothers) and were actually eager to take the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. We discovered a water leak in our guest room. When we called Brother’s, Dina answered and was very professional and responsive to our needs. She scheduled an appointment ASAP around our schedule. Joe R. was the technician assigned to our call and he was great!! He was earlier than expected, professional, and thorough. He quickly discovered where the leak was and promptly fixed it. The company scheduled out visit the same day since it involved a heating emergency. Toilet running - Plumber came out immediately told me I needed a new toilet for $1200 (my home is 5 years old) when I told him that he looked in the tank and said well I need to replace all the insides and remove the tank for $600.00. I told him no - googled Kohler repairs. Kohler says the tank does not need to be removed to replace the parts. Kohler gave clear instructions how to replace the Flush seal ring - went to Home Depot bought a Kohler seal ring for $8.00 replaced it in 15 min. I am a senior woman and their plumber obviously thought I had no clue and could charge me $1200 for a new toilet. I called the owner of Brothers who never called back - I would like me $67.00 trip charge for which he only tried to rip me off, returned. If you are considering using this company DONT and look at their Yelp reviews instead of their self reported google reviews. They obviously want to take advantage of people and especially senior women!!

Highly recommend this company! Austin showed up on time, worked fast, was respectful of my house, incredibly friendly and completed VERY high quality work. My natural gas water heater failed and leaked all over the basement and they had a new one swapped out in record time and brought everything up to code. No sales pitch, no pressure, just quality work! Austin clearly took pride in the work he performed and was eager to show it off afterwards. I hope I never need a plumber for something so urgent again, but I will be calling Brothers if I ever do!

Bobby was on time and kind to me. My unit is only two years old and I was pretty upset about the whole situation. He went and got the part and fixed my furnace and was really lovely to deal with all around.

Had the team come by to install an a/c unit; they did and got it done swiftly. There were a few fit and finish issues that they mostly corrected, except for the furnace vent pipes, which still leak water into our furnace. They said they'll fix it next time they come out, but haven't yet.Otherwise kind enough folks and seem happy to help out. I'd recommend them, with the warning to make sure things look good and that you're happy with the final product, before you sign off on everything.

Called for a quote on AC/Furnace/Humidifier. They quoted almost double our 3 other quotes for comparable systems. And then they had the nerve to charge me $67 for the installation estimate. (None of the other quotes involved payment). Good luck, make sure you clarify up front if your quote is going to cost money, and get some other opinions. Not impressed.

We had their technicians come out to give us and estimate to replace a toilet and they were great. Unfortunately the scheduling team cancelled on us twice afterwards even after we explained we had guests coming in and needed help immediately. We even signed a contract for the work and they still cancelled on us. Not professional. Unfortunate.

This company is great! We had Robert come check out two possible leaks and to give us an estimate on all the work. He checked out all of our plumbing concerns, and really listened to us when we told him about each issue. He explained what parts need to be replaced and why certain things happened. I’m so glad I called Brothers since the plumber was extremely nice, attentive, and professional. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Now that we have an idea of the problem and cost, we will definitely schedule this plumber to come back out for repairs once payday arrives. Obviously, if it was a huge issue, he could have done the repairs today, but I wanted to wait for financial reasons. I’m glad Brothers is flexible and even calling to schedule a visit was awesome. I spoke to Donna and she was SUPER nice and courteous over the phone, and today the other lady, Gabby, I think, she was polite as well. I will enjoy the rest of my weekend now knowing Brothers will be able to fix the leak. Even if some place was cheaper, Brother’s customer service is worth it to me.

Beau and Dominic were a professional and respectful team. I wanted to trouble shoot a ceiling fan that would mysteriously turn off on its own. I was concerned that there might be a poorly connected wire in the switch or ceiling. They tried to replicate the problem and when they were unable to do that, they disconnected and reconnected the fan and switch. I’m satisfied that the problem may be in the fan and that poor wiring connections will not start a fire. All this for a call-out charge- a bargain! I’m delighted with the service I receive from Brother’s and recommend them without reservation!

I had a really great experience with Brothers - Michael B and Jason did an excellent job quickly (and carefully) repiping the gas lines in my house. After I discovered a gas leak they came out to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours and worked incredibly hard (and late!) for two days to replace all the piping and make sure it was safe and functional. Michael explained every step of the process to me and also identified some other important plumbing updates that the house needed along the way. Excelled service! My heater had been down for like a yr . Our service provider let us know right away what the problem was and the price.... after he installed the part he mentioned to us that there was another part that was damaged.... we decided to restore that part aswell. 20 min after we had a running heater with a new thermostat and carbon dioxide alarms. He even switched our filters for a fair price. Our service provided was really patient with us and explained to us what was wrong with the heater and what was recommended to change in the future. I would definitely hire them again for any other jobs that are required in my house. Job was done 11/14/2021 8am.

Had this outfit come to the house to clean and assess the HVAC system in preparation for the closing on the sale of our home. In the assessment, an out of range capacitor was found. The tech had it out and in his hand. I was lead to believe they had one in their truck, but was quoted $387 to replace a $35 part(Goodman OEM part thru Amazon) stating they needed to charge a whole new service call. He had to put the old one back in, so I don’t know why the EXCESSIVE charge to put in a new capacitor when he had to put one back in anyway. I realize I may have had to pay a premium on the $35 part, and was willing to do so.The management’s response was the charge would stand. Unbelievable.I would be very wary of using these folks with business practices like this, particularly when they charge premium prices to begin with.nb: Had another Goodman company representative replace the part for less than half the quote ($175).

We had a leak in our Sprinkler system. Daniel and Sergio showed up at the front end of my service window. Both were professional in not only their appearance but in their equipment and knowledge. They ran the system, found the leak and not only repaired it but Daniel and Sergio explained and educated us on what they were doing. Tested the system after the repair and cleaned up. Per Daniel, the only way you would know they were here and worked on any of my needs would be to see the problem fixed. I had an appointment scheduled for electrical work around the 3rd week of December. It was close to when family would be in town, but just before the house would be full. Brother's called early on a Monday knowing that those days were best for me to be home and flexible and got the appointment moved up to the 6th. I moved into my home a few months ago and it has needed a lot of work to get up and running. So I have called lots of different contractors for various reasons and Brothers has by far been the best to work with. We have had a few other workers come the house that have not been ideal but we have been happy with Brothers everytime they have had to come out.They respond quickly and communicate every step of the process well to you. The people who answer the phone are always nice and helpful. They have been able to move my appointment up to earlier in the week to save me time when I needed it on two separate occasions. The techs that come to your house are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things more than most contractors I've dealt with do and will be upfront about what things costs prior to work being done. You can certainly find cheaper contractors out there but I have happy to pay more to know I am getting quality service from a person who knows what they are doing. I have been using them for plumbing and HVAC so far with no complaints and will be using their electrical services soon.Shout-out to Mike B, Joe & Jayson for helping us get new gas pipes installed and getting heat back to the house quickly. Cleared out our garbage disposal, which was clogged. Call in on Saturday night Good service, got someone out on a Sunday for no additional charge. Technician was polite knowledgeable and efficient. Only issue was that it was kind of expensive: $345 for the services, which included $67 for the trip charge. The tech did tell us how much it was before they did the service. I guess you have to pay for this type of quality services.

My husband called Brothers to get our laundry room drain looked at. Conner showed up on time and did an amazing job. He talked my husband through everything he was doing, and told him what to do to improve our drain problem to keep us from having problems in the future. He was polite and worked fast. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Brothers in 2018. Both units have worked great. We also belong to their Care Club which includes annual checkups of the furnace, air conditioner, plumbing and electrical. Brothers is an outstanding company to work with. Kirk was great and explained in simple terms what was wrong with my furnace, what actions to take in future to keep it running efficiently, service was very satisfactory.

DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING AND HEATING! We were part of a service that paid monthly to obtain lower costs for services etc. One of their Technicians came out to do an annual check up on our furnace. He swiftly told us our 4 -1/2 year old furnace was in bad shape and the quote to repair was $9,000. He said the motor and blowers were out and needed to be replaced and if we did not do so CO would blow through the furnace into our home. We had a 2nd opinion completed the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell the Brothers Technician did not even inspect the entire unit.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday. A team came out the next day. We had heat back again on the following Wednesday. Great response time and explanation of what the problem and solution were. These guys worked relentlessly during a snow storm to install both a new furnace and AC unit to ensure that the house was not only up to code, but more efficient and energy sustainable. Major hat tip to David and his crew. Thanks for all you guys do. Cheers!

While The technician was professional and courteous, he didn’t explore more than a simple visual inspection before quoting a brand new ac and furnace for $15k. Come to find out the capacitor in the ac was blown which was a much cheaper fix.

Javier and Dominic were great guys and did fantastic work. Communicated with me each step of the way through the various repairs and new electrical additions I requested. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Brothers was able to schedule our service for the afternoon of my call. It took them (the plumber and his apprentice) a bit longer than they expected to clear it, but they did. He explained to my husband about how it probably got plugged (we were on vacation for a week!) Brothers is top notch. The lady Nancy that I spoke with to explain my issue and schedule a visit was great. Daniel was sent out to my home and did a great job installing my new sump pump. He tested everything and diagnosed the issue, walked me through our options and made some suggestions based on his experience, but was not pushy. Was very patient answering my questions and explaining what was going on. Price I felt was very fair and less than I expected to pay. I’ve used brothers 3-4 time prior to this and they are the only ones I will call for maintenance and repairs at my home.

I had an excellent experience with this company from the first moment I called them, all the way to the last handshake with the technicians. They were very responsive and replaced my 25 y-o water heating tank that started leaking 2 days before I had to leave for a trip the day after I called. While I was at it I had them replace my old furnace and AC (bundle deal, saved some coin) and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and delivery. I only had to make one phone call and Brothers took care of the rest, including hauling all the old stuff away. They laid out mats in my house to avoid getting it dirty while working. Really great experience overall.

Brothers Plumbing and Heating rocks! The technician did what a competitor could not. He found the problem, which was not only missed by a competitor; but it was likely that competitor who disconnected the wire when they serviced the heater last winter, and then quoted me over $5k to fix the AC! All it needed was to have a wire reconnected. Brothers is competent and honest. Thank you!

Mark was excellent. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. He also explained our options. He was very articulate in his assessment as well as knowledgeable and comfortable discussing what Brothers programs had to offer. We Absolutely would have moved forward with Mark, however, our system had been installed previously with a different service provider, and we are going to check to see if our issue is under warranty with them. If it isn’t, we will certainly be giving Mark a call to have him come back and put us right.

We experience a high level of service from Brothers. They communicate well and show up when they promise. We had both the furnace and water heater replaced and it looks very well done.

Andrew and his apprentice were very polite and professional. He explained what work was done and what options I would have in the future to maintain my outdoor conditioner unit. He also taught me about MERV ratings for filters and why it’s important. Overall a quick and easy visit.

He also updated the gas line to our gas stove/oven to get it up to code.Scott explained to me what he was going to do with each of the installs and the price of each installation. Milo from Brothers was on-time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was really great to work with. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’ve now had 2 furnace/AC replacements (one at home and one in a rental) as well as plumbing work done by their team, and they always do a great job. We live in the house of plumbing horrors thanks to 20+ year-old appliances, 80 year-old leaded pipes and a bad 2000s flip. Have used several plumbers over the years for various jobs but when it came time to replace our hot water heater and fix a drain pipe leak, I’m so glad we called Brothers. Richard was fantastic; he arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, listened, trouble shot with us and provided sound and expert plumbing knowledge. We replaced our hot water heater same-day because we felt so comfortable and confident in his service, and having priced replacement with two other companies in the last two years, I can tell you that Brothers was well within the ballpark of its competitors. Look forward to having Richard out again next week to fix the drain pipe, and would highly recommend Brothers.

We select Brother’s because it is a small local business. However it is quite professional with sophisticated scheduling and notification tools. However each organization is only as good as the people it employs. Robert did a phenomenal job. He corrected the first tech’s mistakes (in all fairness the tech just wrote up an estimate but didn’t understand the applicable building codes.). Robert explained why the original solution wouldn’t work, offered multiple others (including ones that would deny Brother’s the work). Ultimately we went with a tanklesss water heater that he installed the next day. He arrived early, stayed late and got the job done when he said he would. He even loved our new puppy. I can’t say enough god things about him and Brothers.Robert’s second trip took only 5 min to install a small part. Excellent as always.

They advised me not to make several of my requested changes based on the structure of my house and the current wiring, and they were very helpful in talking through alternative options and their potential costs. Just brings a ball valve from $800 to a normal $400.Almost forgot! Both of my new homeowner appointments...no call no showed. Charged a bogus $70 show fee when they couldn't do the work because they didn't bring the right tools, too.Avoid like the plague.

Updating the review. The shower handle was installed wrong so the cover could not fit against the wall. They sent someone out look at it but did not fix it. Then they quit answering calls...just drifted away leaving a shower that we could not use. They never fixed it. They never helped cover the cost to have it fixed. They just walked away which really surprised me as they presented as ethical and upstanding. You can see that from the original review below.We had 2 people out in 2 days for different services. Both of them were very professional. friendly and helpful. They did great work and cleaned up when done. They both made sure all our questions were answered. It is nice working with a local company.

Steven was amazing. I needed my garbage disposal replaced, and he provided me with my options of disposals along with features for each and their warranties. Steven even reconfigured the pipes under my sink for optimal performance for my disposal for future use. He was knowledgeable when I asked questions on how best to maintain the quality of my disposal after installation. He explained in terms that were easy for me to understand and retain. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and I would highly recommend Steven and Brothers to my friends and family for any of their plumbing needs.

I have revised my previous review based on the company making it right. It took multiple technicians and days to get our issue resolved unfortunately due to multiple issues. 3 out of the 4 techs were wonderful and helpful to the best of their ability. The first tech was arrogant and a man, would not take responsibility for his errors. In hindsight, he repaired something that was unlikely to need fixing and it did get us any cool air. He did not check to ensure the AC was working before he left, and it was obviously blowing hot air. Our bad for not monitoring closer, we have a newborn and had company visiting baby at the time and apparently placed too much trust in his ability to do his job. We prefer to not have to micromanage professions we hire but apparently that’s what was needed. He then returned unannounced the next day and made excuses for his poor work, including blaming us for having company and not wanting to “interrupt our party.” If the real issue would’ve been identified on day one, on day two we could’ve had it fixed. But it took three more trips out, and lots of confusion and frustration. The second and third techs were nice, good communicators, and respectful. Unfortunately they did not have the experience to fix our AC. The 4th tech was clearly very experienced, in addition had great customer service skills. The scheduler I spoke to multiple times was also kind, empathetic and helpful in getting scheduled quickly (stuck in the heat with a newborn for nearly a week is terrible by the way!). She listened to our concerns with the first tech and ensured she would escalate the situation. Overall, tech one was terrible which unfortunately made for a negative experience, but we would use Brothers again in the future based on how they worked with us to resolve our issue. I would specifically request Mark (tech 4) for any future work needed.

Water heater was installed on December 13, 2022. This company did not leave the manual and therefore my inspection failed. I do not know why they did not give it to me. Not happy right now with Brothers Heating & Electric in Denver, CO.

Brothers was able to come out the same day as my call for help with service on our thermostat that seemed to have turned off. The technician, Johnathan was great, very good about communicating what had occurred and how he fixed it. Also possible work that could be done to improve the system, without being pushy about getting that work done. We love all of our experiences with Brothers Heating and Plumbing!

As for value I felt it comparable to many give or take a few dollars. Everything else Brothers exceeded my expectations and have since we’ve been using them. This time was even more exceptional because of the two techs we had over the last week. Milo broke everything down and didn’t try to sell us anything but gave us legit options. We chose to go with a new furnace based off of those recommendations and milo gave us a few days to discuss. Appreciate the no pressure and just laying out of facts. Install day Andrew showed up and was polite and very personable. He went through everything with us from start to finish and at points I think he went above and beyond. He left our house looking like it did before he came which is impressive for the job done. Not a screw or smudge on the floor. Dude was great!! Again price wise nobody wants to drop money on a new furnace because it’s expensive but they did a 15k job for 7k. I’m not going anywhere else especially if you keep techs like Milo and Andrew!!! Price is negligible service is everything!!

Tyson was right on time. He discussed solutions with me clearly and thoughtfully. He was dedicated and thorough in all the work that he did for me that day. He was respectful, making sure to keep on booties and to lay down protection for my floors, cleaning up everything before he left. They installed a Honeywell Home thermostat. They charge a reasonable fee to install but charged us 500.00 for the simple thermostat that sells at Home Depot for 137.00. When I called to ask why they charged so much they said a manager would get right back to us. He has not called and we have used them before, they are high priced but this was ridiculous. we will not use them again. Check the cost of the parts before you let them do the service.
