The customer service at Chertah Solar is top notch. I called in on a Thursday to ask about getting a quote for solar for our home. We had done one once before but decided to build a pool instead.

Evan pulled up our profile in seconds and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he came by, he was super knowledgeable about solar and answered all our questions. He was transparent on cost, our savings, and laid out the entire process for us.

I just got a call today that we will be getting the process rolling already.

I highly recommend Cheetah Solar if you are thinking of getting solar, 10 out of 10!

I am very pleased with my experience with Cheetah Solar!

Evan provided great customer service and really helped breakdown the costs and potential savings. He wasn't pushy so our conversation felt
nothing like a sales pitch, which was refreshing. I already had solar panels and was grandfathered in on an really good APS plan. We looked at the numbers and found that there was still potential, although minor, to save on energy costs by expanding my system and overall justify the cost of expanding it!

Several months later and my energy savings are exactly as we discussed (possibly better) - no regrets here!

I went to train with Cheetah because I am getting in to solar sales. Evan was a great and gifted teacher who explained everything in a way that even a rookie could understand. The morals of this company and how they want to be represented in the solar space speaks volumes about how the conduct business. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone on the Cheetah Solar team. They were responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure things were installed properly and in a timely manner.
We had some delays due to a last minute change in placement of the panels, but Andy from Cheetah didnt hesistate to cover the first bill due from the finance company to help ease the pain of the delays. He was always helpful and patient with any of my questions and/or concerns and addressed everything immediately with exceptional results.
I can't recommend them enough...If you need solar then choose CHEETAH!

I had been thinking about solar for awhile and got quotes from multiple solar companies before choosing one. I went with this company because the loan contract was straightforward and easy to understand and the rep was knowledgeable and accommodating.

After making my choice, the experience I had with Cheetah Solar was great! The representative was thorough and easy to work with. I understood the agreement before signing and never felt pressured. The solar rep made sure I was 100% comfortable had no questions moving forward and I definitely ask a lot of questions. The installation went smoothly and I was impressed that all promises were delivered within promises timeframes.

Now I LOVE my new system! Not only am I saving money each month but nothing can replace the peace of mind I have knowing I will never receive an astronomical energy bill again. Thank you Cheetah!! You guys rock!

Jordan is the gentleman that helped us get into solar, at first we were obviously nervous about it, being young and our first house, not knowing a bunch about solar, he taught us everything that we needed to know about solar, our options with the company and the pros and cons, he sat with us for well over an hour and showed us a detailed map of our home and how much of a different it will make month your month.
He’s a very personable guy and would recommend him to anyone that wants to go solar!

From the start,your salesmans,were not pressing us to buy Sergio and scott were very informative. They told us what electrical costs were in the area, how solar could offset that cost. Installation was smooth. The crew that installed the system information us what everything installed and what it does. The app is simple to use, gives a great break down on how much energy were saving. So far so good
