Edit: it took the company so long to get the system working properly and to get my information submitted that I have to pay $7,000 MORE THAN WHAT THEY TOLD ME. My state rebate was supposed to be $20,000 and it was only $13,000 bc it took them so long to get organized and would go MONTHS to get back to me. DS of A is trying to say their contract states that it not a guarantee, but an estimate. And they said it very rudely btw, even though I’ve been extremely patient. I don’t think their numbers were approximate enough to be considered estimates. I think they should make this right considering the only reason this has happened to me is bc they weren’t qualified to install this system, they installed it improperly causing “events” that they’re trying to say was cause by lightning striking my house… twice. Even though I have proof of Enphase and their contractors saying it was installed improperly, and ignored me for years resulting in my money back from the state significantly lower. So now the numbers don’t make sense.
And now they won’t respond to me at all, for 7 months. I’ve had multiple ex employees of theirs talking about how unorganized they are, how many lawsuits they have against them, how they don’t pay their employees, and that they make fake accounts to leave positive reviews to fight against all of their negative reviews. This company is pathetic and doesn’t take care of their customers and doesn’t honor anything they say. This has made my situation so much worse! Don’t do business with these guys!
Original review: the panels have been on my roof since September of 2019 and they’re still not installed properly and my numbers are off. And now that the panels are at least producing like they should be (apparently), they’re only producing half of what I was guaranteed. Worst experience with a company in my life! And the customer service is awful. They flat out ignore you!
