Meraki Solar Phoenix

We purchase solar panels that still produce $200 plus SRP bills. We are supposed to have zero to no bills. We were introduced to Meraki by Darian Pacheco and he's gone above and beyond to extend great value and no electric bills plus added energy saving tools to increase our savings and solar offsets. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t post but my experience with this company started off well but has had lots of problems.
The first one was with the install in March which we were told it would be up and running soon after install.
As you all can see from the pictures it was red tagged
I was pretty patient but we had to keep calling to see when it would be fixed communication was not the best.
After that was corrected there was a second issue with the meter connectors again the communication was not very good had to call often.
I was told they would help with bills seeming as the install and all the set backs were not our fault.
That wasn’t the case and still haven’t received any of the free equipment promised.
After three and a half months we finally got the solar meter and turned on the panels.
I just hope everything goes well with my system.
Just be aware before you buy check with you tax rep. and get all that is promised up front.

One of the GREATEST companies I’ve ever worked with, I cannot remember the young mans name at this time but I remember he has a beard, hahahaha and we Literally just completed our sit down , he explained the entire process and how they are able to provide my home all the energy required in order to keep it running only using solar energy my bill was almost completely cut in half !! I recommend Meraki solutions to anyone in the valley interested in going solar i had my worries but every question was answered, I had so many solar companies knock on my door but this company is so unique, very simple and to the point, I’m so happy with the services thank you meraki ! - Victoria McKinney

I was surfing the web just bored so I thought I’d search my solar energy provider & I was shocked it only had a few reviews! Dude the company is great hands down super cool and open to anything you need if y’all lookin for a place to get some services I’m saving money I ain’t have nothing bad to say so 5 star on my end thank you MERAKI keep doing your thang welcome to Arizona!

Sadly.. Two men showed up at my house to sell me solar. This is something I wanted more than anything. After I signed all the documents one could no longer met with me. I had some questions I needed to address. He set up appointments and never showed up. The other guy (who I felt really bad for) was in the dark about everything. (If he was my rep I would have never backed out because I'm sure he would have come when he said he would) but after the 4th no show >and time missed from work I backed out.. I was told the whole time I had that option and I would not be charged (well I got hit with a $750 bill) and am now being told.. my word against his and he told me about it.... sadly I have no solar and now a bill.. and no help from anyone (as I had no help before.. this is why I walked away) here posted are just two of the messages of many.. the sales team let me down with lies and now a bill... (don't back out and everything will be fine)

Over heard the salesman bragging about making 9 grand off a customer. He said it’s all about the money that’s why he works with this company.
