We had an issue with a 5kw inverter and Mike was able to get us up and running again in about a week, working with SMA Solar Technology AG. When the new inverter arrived and was installed there was an issue (with the inverter, not the install) and we had to do a workaround with the firmware in the inverter. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Does what it takes to get the job done!

Solar Fix does a thorough job inspecting the system and explaining to you the system you have and how it works. Forget calling another company to try and fix your panels. ESPECIALLY with your installer being out of business. Mike/Laura are the people to call, professional, helpful and will actually fix your system without the whole run around about liabilities that these other companies feed to you. Mike also got the issue fixed a lot cheaper than anticipated! Customer for life! Thanks Mike and Laura!

We were in absolute shock when we found out how much it was going to cost to remove and replace out solar panels to have our roof repaired. A friend recommended Solar Fix and they did not disappoint. The price was in budget and they were able to accommodate our roofer's schedule. Laura was super to deal with in the office. She was patient with our multiple requests and prompt in getting the quotes to us. The crew was on-time and quick to get everything done. When I called to schedule their return, we were already on the books tentatively, so that we lost the least amount of time with the panels out of use. They did an outstanding job.

Mike Craig of SolarFix is simply awesome! He is so responsive and knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and educate customers. I was in a major bind with my solar system being down with an error and my installer company had blown me off for almost three weeks! I was fed up waiting for them and became skeptical they would ever show. Luckily I discovered SolarFix and called Mike who bent over backwards to squeeze me in and get me back up and running before he was scheduled to go on a vacation. Called and Mike was very prompt. Emailed me as he was on his way. I read a lot of his reviews and he is right on the spot. Was fast knew what was needed and installed within a week. Came back and showed me what was up with the inverter. I was not home at the time. Very smart I will keep his number to help me with my solar, because my solar panels are 18 years old. Not many companies would do as good as he did. Would recommend definitely!

This is the best company! Mike at Solar Fix is so knowledgeable and friendly. He knows how to break down into easy to understand language all the many complexities of solar. Some leases are “good” and some not so much and having that knowledge as well as 3rd party verified inspection before you buy a home is so valuable, after all it’s a major system on a property! His company is punctual and professional and he fills a gap that regular home inspectors have.

Mike also does the removal and replacement of panels when you need to replace the roof at a HUGE savings from what other solar companies charge!!

Solar Fix is AWESOME! Solar shut off so called the original installer. They gave me bad info about a reboot and then were unresponsive about scheduling a repair appointment. I saw the great reviews for Solar Fix and got in touch with Mike in the first try. Dan was out the next day and fixed our issue in 15 minutes. Total bill was about half of what our installer would have charged just to come out. Great guys, care about their customers, can’t say enough!

One of my solar panels was damaged in a storm several years ago and finally stopped working. It was causing issues across the system. Unfortunately, the original installer did not reply to emails or voicemails. Luckily, I found Solar Fix! After trying to contact many companies and getting no help with an inverter repair, Solar Fix is the only company that replied back. I'm glad they did. They quickly sourced a new inverter and had it replaced quickly.

Hector was professional and affable. He quickly replaced the inverter, showed me how to monitor my system, and made sure I understood. Everyone I spoke with in their customer service was great.

We have a rooftop photovoltaic system that was installed about three years ago. Yesterday I noticed a FAULT on the Inverter and system production at zero. Unfortunately, our installer has apparently gone out of business so I called Solar Fix LLC. Mike had me send him photos of the error code and Inverter spec plate. He researched the error code and put me in touch with the manufacturer of the Inverter, who promptly corrected the problems remotely and we are back up and running. I now have my resource for future problems, and highly recommend Solar Fix to anyone, especially those who may also be a victim of the out of business installer. Thank you so much, Mike, for your help in getting our system operational in such a short time.

I do not give 5 star ratings unless the provider goes above and beyond. I needed to connect my router to my inverter. Mike walked me through the process. We got stuck. He drove to my house and we connected everything in about 10 minutes. That he was willing to help remotely and coming over was outstanding.

I had a problem with my existing solar after getting the run around from a few that I called I found solar fix talked to Mike and he came over right away, found the problem, ordered what I needed and was back up and running in a few days. I’m a project manager for a general contractor and recently had Solar Fix detach & reset panels while we replaced the roofing system. These guys check all the boxes. They showed up on time, wrapped the panels in moving blankets then shielded with plywood, and left a clean job site. The reset was just as smooth, and they broke ZERO tiles. Very refined process in place here with lots of communication.

I would not consider using another solar company for future projects.
