Coopers Sewer & Drain

We called Cooper’s on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday 12/28/22. We had the privilege of having tec Jody Martin come and help us pump out our septic tank. He was on time very professional and very nice. He made sure that his job was done right. We will be using Coopers again for our septic needs. Thank you again Jody for your professionalism and care!

Jodie did a fabulous job for me. I would highly recommend this company and Jodie in particular. I had a septic problem and a vent problem on my roof. Chad was the one who came out and helped clean out our spetic tank. We just bought the house and had no idea of when the last time it was cleaned or even where it was located. Chad never once had any issue with it, he said he would find it and let me know how the tank looked. He spent a while out there, ensuring it was cleaned out and working good for our family. Chad was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. He gave me advise on the tank and how often to get it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Chad each time. Thank you for all your hard work!! It didn't go unnoticed over at my house.

Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! Awesome staff and reasonable prices. This is the first time we have had a home with a septic tank and Coopers did an excellent job making sure our service experience was great. I would highly recommend Coopers Sewer & Drain for all your septic tank needs. I spoke with 2 other companies to get a general idea of the cost to drain our septic tank, Coopers definitely had the most reasonable rates. The staff is professional, kind an easy to work with. I called around three or four other septic companies. All of them were about $100-$150 more than Cooper Septic was. I asked them three times...are there any hidden fees and they assured me there were none. They knew the size of tank that I had and scheduled my service for about 3 to 4 days later. Justin was our service technician. He was very professional and found both caps very quickly and went straight to work. After he was finished he explained everything to me and was very professional and kind. I will only be using them and I would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors!!! Hopefully you’ll get Justin as your tech!!!

Josh came out to pump our septic today within 3 hours of our initial call. He was polite and professional and a hard worker in hot weather. The issue was not the tank but a blockage which he quickly fixed. He cleaned everything up better than he found it and the price was amazing! But the very best part is the toilets flush and there is no sewage in my showers!

If you're lucky enough to get Chad out to your place be prepared for great customer service and a fantastic attitude. He was so kind to my wife and kids who wanted to watch the process and he was very open to questions. It's hard to find good people who are willing to spend a part of their hard working day answering questions and offering up good service with zero hesitation. Cooper's, give this guy a comp day off. Justin came out to service out septic tank today. Justin is super friendly, he did a wonderful job, very thorough job, and made sure to leave the area clean. Justin explained everything and gave us some great options to help with the maintenance of the septic tank. Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

Cooper's was truly exceptional. We had our Septic system pumped out by another company and had received a quote for some repairs that need to be completed prior to the sale of the home. We reached out to Cooper's and not only was their pricing for the same repairs drastically lower, but they also were able to expedite the scheduling of the repairs so that we could get them completed before the close of escrow on the home. Jerry Schultz was integral in getting everything set up and the 2 technicians that came out Peni & Peni (father & son) were spectacular. Not only were they friendly and professional, but explained everything thoroughly so that we understood the process. Would recommend Cooper's in a heartbeat to anyone looking for sewer and drain services!

Receptionist was friendly and professional. Someone was here within a few hours and resolved our issue with our septic tank right away at a reasonable price. Someone else had come earlier and gave us a huge estimate saying they had to do a lot of things that, obviously, were not necessary.

I called this company today to unclog a waste line.They sent out a man by the name of Jerry. Jerry did an outstanding job. He was very professional in his appearance and is an excellent representation of the company. His work was outstanding. He resolved the problem and left the area clean and neat. I would highly recommend this company and Jerry if you happen to get him.

Josh was amazing in terms of a quick response time and being extremely helpful about our problem. We initially had a company come evaluate our toilets and septic and they said they could not help us. We called Coopers Sewer and Drain and they were here in 15 minutes! The price was very affordable and Josh was able to fix our problem in an hour which was super important as we are a pediatric clinic and need our toilets running at all times! Definitely recommend Coopers Sewer and Drain and Josh for all your needs!

The office called to tell us they would be here sooner than (YEA)! Jerry was friendly and very efficient. Even the dog approved of him. I was surprised that he was already gone when I got home from swim. We were dreading the experience of pumping the tank but were pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable. All in all, we are happy flushers.

Thank you Monty & Coopers for sending him out! The company is great. They sent Monty out quickly to fix our sink and septic problem. He was really nice & respectful to my parents & myself. He had knowledge of our system because we have used this company before. When he uncloged our sink he left no mess for me to clean up. (Thank you Monty!) Also don't forget the office staff who do a great job also. I would 100% recommend using this company they have always been honest and uave fair pricing also.

I was with a company for DECADES because it was my families old company, kind of like car insurance. Well, called the old company up and they straight up turned me down as they wanted to concentrate on their commercial customers. I was shocked. I immediately hung up the phone and found Cooper's. They had someone come out literally the next day!! I highly, highly recommend using them if you need your septic taken care of in a jiffy. They were fast and friendly! Thank you so much, Cooper's! I have now officially switched.

After 35+ years in our home with no problems, we decided it might be a good idea to have the septic pumped. Stephanie answered and sounded surprised that we'd never pumped in that LONG period of time...but there's only ever been two people and nothing goes in there besides WHITE T.P. and (y'all know the rest)!
The guys showed up on time and did a quick location. I opted for a large tite-seal riser and cap since the lid was 16 and had to be jackhammered out! Andrew did all the belly work with the hose while the others rinsed the walls and unclogged concrete and debris....turned into a bigger job than I thought! All the while, Andrew (Andy) explained every step of the process AND give me hints on how to promote proper bacteria growth in the tank! This young man is a great customer service representative (and was assisted by two equally well-qualified servicemen)!!!!!!!
Overall, I'm very satisfied and the bottom line was only slightly more than I originally anticipated! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

Everyone at Coopers has always been really good to us and professional. Yesterday Justin was very patient and thorough even though it took him several tries to get the line unblocked. He kept at it and was pleasant the whole time. When he camera-ed the line and found the obstruction, it was his idea and his diligence to get past that first one to see if there were any more. There was a second obstruction and we would not have known without him looking farther down the line. We thank him very much for the time he spent here and we will be requesting him by name if we need help in the future!

Needed my blocked septic tank line rooted out. Called Coopers Sewer and Drain; very friendly person answered the phone promptly and politely. The scheduler managed to get their technician out later that day. Justin arrived ahead of scheduled time, very polite, and professional, he listened to my explanation symptoms. Brought out the tools, he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He cleared the blockage, and ran water through the pipes.. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend and use this company again. Thank you Justin

This company was scheduled to pump the septic and do a septic inspection so we could close on our new home. They did show up and pump the septic but said they couldn't do the inspection until 13 days later! This was 2 days before our closing. Now we are stuck paying for 2 weeks additional rent and trying to find someone else who can complete the job this company couldn't. Now, because they scheduled it wrong, we have to contact our movers, all utility companies, the internet installation, plumbers, electricians, and flooring company. I will definitely remember this company's name!

I had Chad from Coopers pump out our septic tank on 11/30/19. He was very very helpful and extremely professional. So glad we have Coopers taking care of our problem

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would!! Set an appointment to have a 2nd septic tank done as our old one was getting filled. Was told they would show up on a certain date.... never showed! Never called! WE had to call them and ask what was going on! They claimed they were too busy with other jobs and would show up eventually. Okay that's great? Very professional. Sorry we are too busy don't know when we'll be there! Nice. Anyway, they show up a couple days later and appear to be getting the job done quickly. Took 2 days to do. 2nd day on the job and the last day they were at our property was last Saturday. We had paid extra to have them haul away all the extra dirt that would be dug up to make this other septic. Well, they leave and the place looks like a landfill with HILLS of dirt and TONS of HUGE rock that we NEVER had in our yard before. The place is absolutely trashed. Tire marks everywhere, dirt strewn about and in mounds. NOT TO MENTION they pushed the excess dirt they apparently didn't want to haul away under our bushes in our front yard. Sneaky. We call and try to get them to make this right ESPECIALLY because we paid extra to have this excess dirt taken care of. They say they will send the GM out to look at the yard. GM came by without notice or any interaction with us, called back and said it looks fine - it will even out. People, this is at least 2-4 inches of solid dirt and excessive amounts of rock piled up in our yard!!!! My husband has backed over it a couple times with his truck since he parks there and IT IS NOT EVENED OUT. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE GOING OFF ROADING EVERY TIME WE PULL OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY! (I am not even being dramatic). The company claims they will NOT fix this issue. We have tried to contact multiple times. They tell us that in the contract it states that the yard will not look the same after work is done so they get away with this! Talk about HORRENDOUS customer service. Not only have they lost our business but I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know to avoid Cooper's. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I say time because guess who is now raking, shoveling and hauling excess dirt off the property????? I'll give you a hint, it sure as hell is not COOPER'S! Just terrible.

Have home on market, septic system required for sale. Called and set up an appointment 3 weeks later! Driver arrived hour later, when went to house next door, as I came out driver told me my water was turned off! Then he realized he was at wrong house1
1- took 20 min to decided to back into my back yard, but only next to house [ .42 acre of ground ]
2- runs 50= feet of hose around my pool to where septic is,, supposedly empty tank .
3 - supposedly does a WATER TEST and failed the system!
4- report says all good except for water test!
NO explanation , go to office, they where RUDE and unprofessional!
they have no idea what amount of water was ran for test! Water bill did NOT REFLECT a 1,000 gallons of water to refill tank and do a water test, NO CAMERA INSPECTION! $695 bill !
I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECT< THEY WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN THEIR FEE!

6 weeks after COOPER'S INSPECTION
Had another company come out, to reinspect septic system. They dug up the access hole, used camera and FOUND my line from tank to leech pipe was about 85% collapsed. also found out that spare bathroom toilet wash over flowing.. They installed a pipe to extend above ground as to see if leech field was working as it was to the top of pipe. It was because main tank cover was not sealed, with over 4 of rain was running into septic, also from roof run off as well. If leech field shows to be ok in 2 weeks , they will replace the collaged pipe and give a PASSING report!
COST WAS $450, $245 cheaper the COOPER'S and done right!
Cooper owes me for the inspection part that was never done PERIOD!
checked first thing this morning, found water level down 2 ft. just over night!!

The tech (Sorry I did not get his name) Came out he was right on time we did not know where the pump out was located . He spent quite a bit of time finding it and digging for it. He was able to unclog the grease that was in the drain pipe . He added a piece of pipe so we could find it easier next time a he did a great job straightening up the landscape that he had to tear up in the process of finding the clean outs and tank.
I was expecting to pay more for the amount of time and work he did.
He was very friendly and he explained what he was doing and he did not do any more work than what was necessary. It sure is nice when you get the service done right the first time.

Highly recommend Cooper's - They were fast and friendly and instead of over selling me something I didn't really need he found and fixed a minor issue for much less than I was originally told. I didn't have a clue so he could have certainly taken advantage of me if he wanted. On site tech was professional, friendly and explained a lot. I know much more about how my system works now and what I need to do to keep it working right. Thanks!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They have been twice in 2 months, for neighbors issues. We own our home and the access pipe is in our property. Instead of taking hoses directly to the pipe, they trample everything in the yard. They used our hose and water after being told not to as it's not our issue. They also left the water on for 3 hours until we returned home. They poured acid all over our yard knowing that's not safe and there are children here. They also claimed to park that they pumped entire tank 2 months ago and it somehow was full now. Septic has never been pumped that often. They obviously cheat customers as well. When complaints to manager have been filed they said they will do as they please whenever they want. Sorry but no they cannot. They need to read t by the laws pertaining to access to properties. Vandalizing and theft are not allowed to business owners. Do not use this company!

Noticed my clean out was slightly leaking. I called Cooper's Sewer and Drain and had a truck here within the hour on a Saturday. Our septic was full. The price I got on the phone is the price I paid. Very friendly driver, and gave me really good tips on how we can conserve the unit. I called 4 other companies and got 100-250.00 higher quotes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, best service and best prices.

Had Cooper's come out to pump sceptic tank out on an older system, as a mater of routine maintenance. Chad was able to show up the same day I called and spent a lot of time explaining what the code is and how ours is designed, he worked very hard to open up the inspection cover and took the time to show us what to look for. Coopers Sewer & Drain will be the only ones I will call for any septic service. Very pleased with the work Chad did for us.

AWESOME! It was a weekend, of course, and our entire house was backed up. The first plumbing company came out and they were convinced that we had to dig up our entire yard to fix the problem... a $3,000+ estimate. Then we called Cooper's...not only did they come out promptly on a Saturday morning, they didn't kill us with 'extra' charges for a weekend visit...and FIXED the problem in less than an hour! They will have our business forever!

This was my 2nd time using Cooper, last time was 2005. Just used these guys today, 3/15/16. Septic backed up/ full, called, they were out in an hour or so, pretty good for not being planned. Charged to empty by the 1000 gallon. Had a 100ft hose so they did not have to drive on the lawn. Guy was sharp, professional, conscientious and left the tank clean. I appreciated they did not attempt to run the bill up due to taking a little coaxing to get the solids out. Did some teaching on maintenance, how to keep the system healthy. Gave the operator a tip.

Called Coopers on a Sunday morning after getting a few quotes on Sat night that were much higher. Zach came out within the hour, snaked our lines and pulled out tree roots. Zach was quick, focused, and professional. I will definitely use Coopers again and refer anyone in the area to them. They are efficient, competitive, and professional. Thanks Zach!

I had Cooper drain my septic in my 5th wheel . He was there 15 minutes but didn't clean it completely. He said he did but didn't. Then three days latter same thing . Plus he said he didn't have change so I just have him 5 twenty . The receptionist was rude as hell and said if I wanted it done again it would be another 90 $. Never call them again .

Have used Cooper's for many years, finally had it with them! They need to get with the times, as they only accept and sent out faxes & get irritated when the faxes get cut off. Receptionist is very short and rude and acts like your an inconvenience every time you call with a question. Check your invoice for double charges on locating the septic clean outs, this can be avoided by checking with county(which they should do anyway)but they'll tell you they didn't.

They rip you off. They certified a tank that they said they had pumped and is working. But they didn't pump it! And the pipe that leads from the septic to the sepage pit was broken in three places and leaking. Now someone explain to me how that is a working properly septic system. Do not call Cooper's. CALL Cartright's Drain & Septic !!

I do not recommend them if you want good and honest service! The receptionist is very rude. The owner isn't any better! They lied saying things were done and that our septic system was in working order which is not the case! He laughed and told my husband and I to go ahead and speak with an attorney because nothing will happen! Horrible business!!

They came out to pump the septic tank prior to a real estate transaction. They left a complete mess, had to come back to fix their mess. Now that it is spring, I've turned on my drips again to find that they broke my irrigation lines in several places while they excavated the septic tank. Pretty poor work, would not do business with them again.
