Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

From the start these guys are awesome I love the service they provide last year I used them at a different property before they came to my home both times the went above and beyond to get my plumbing issues resolved Thankful for Butch dude knows his job and grateful for Rita for sending me the best guy with experience for the issues we where having AWESOME COMPANY

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. I recently bought a house with a septic tank for the first time. As this was all very new to me- I called Paradise Septic to have my septic tank pumped. When the tech arrived on-site he was very insightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained how mine worked, red flags that anything may be wrong, and it was just all around a great experience. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you paradise septic!

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

Howard was on time, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my septic. One could tell he was a very honest, hard working man. I've use this company in the past, and it was excellent then too. Ann who answers calls and schedules was very pleasant and knew her info well too. Not an ounce of negativity with my experience with them.

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

Everyone at Paradise is fantastic...helped us through a very nervous time when we were selling our house. They were thoughtful, kind, responsible, and available from the first phone calls to the last bit of landscape that was put back in to place. I had heard horror stories of what a septic review can do to a precisely manicured landscape. The team that dug and the team that cleaned were excellent. The other company I called told me that they would have to cut an ironwood tree in half and dig at least a 10 ft wide hole with a large bobcat. Paradise came in with a small bobcat and did a perfect job. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. EVER.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. Experience is everything, and they've been doing it since 1958. Don't go anywhere else or you'll be sorry!

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

Paradise Valley Septic did an excellent job.
I will be using them again.
