I have had only positive experiences with ReddiServices. My first introduction to Reddiservices was about 2.5 years ago. I was bringing my spouse home from a chem treatment and pulled into the garage about 5PM and opened the car door and stepped into a pool of water. The hot water heater was leaking. Since we just moved to the Phoenix area I googled plumbers in this area. Reddiservices popped up and they had 7 days a week service. I called them and within an 1.5 hrs Marco Prieto appeared at my front door. I didn’t need a new hot water heater it was a connection that was configured incorrectly when it was installed several years earlier by the previous owner. Marco first stopped the leak and took his shop vac and vacuumed all the water up in the garage,. He then started to reconfigure the hook up to the hot water heater. It was around 9 PM when he was finished. He was just as pleasant and polite as when he arrived and happy he could fix this for us.
I did not need a plumber for another 2.5 years. My spouse had passed away by then and I was returning home on a Saturday same time around 4:30 with my 9 yr old grandson. Yep, i opened the car door into another pool of water. The hot water heater finally reached the end of its life., I called Reddi services once again and around 7PM the doorbell rang and it was my friend Marco. He went to work removing the old hot water heater and had a new one installed by 10:30 or so that evening. Again, pleasant and polite he once again helped us out by installing this new heater and explaining the operations of it etc. Reddiservices does not charge an up charge for weekend or evenings always the same rate. What a great experience .

About a week ago my outside spigot was leaking and the other spigot I could not get the hose unhooked due to it being corroded so I called Friday afternoon and the dispatcher said he could have someone there Monday. I would be away all day Monday and the dispatcher ask me if Saturday afternoon would work. I told him that would be perfect. It was a late arrival which was ok with me and around 7PM Matt Mattox arrived at my front door, pleasant and polite and smiling. How do these guys do that when they have been working all day especially on a weekend. Well Matt just as gracious as Marco went to work on my outside spigots and within 1.5 to 2 hrs he had the old spigots off and new spigots installed., He explained in detail exactly what he did and how to maintain the new equipment to get the longest possible life I could out of them. He did another great job and again no extra Saturday charge.

I will use Reddiservices for all my plumbing needs, no need to look for any other plumber with these guys around.

Ben Aquilar, our technician, was a great listener and very attentive to our needs. We had a plumbing repair that needed a part that was no longer available. We were able to find a suitable substitute and the repair was successfully completed! While the repair required an extra trip, the price was very reasonable and the folks at Reddi Services were excellent communicators. It was very easy to schedule service on line. Great experience!

We have used Reddi Services for years because they are quick-turn: You call with a problem and they are always there the same day...or the very next day if you call later in the day. Their employees are always professional and courteous and they always do a great job. Most recently, Chris Shuck handled the work we needed done and he was fabulous -- he explained everything and clearly presented options for the work we needed and then he got the work done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Reddi Services.

We had been having issues with our water heater for a couple weeks until it finally went out. We're in a rental home, so we're limited and at the mercy of our leasing company. Luckily, they sent Reddi Services and we are now than happy with our experience! Gerald was very nice and professional. He was here in the morning and finished the job in it entirety within an hour. We would recommend the company to anyone in need of their services!

I had a leak into my condo from another unit and my Condo Assoc. President recommended Reddi Services. Marco Prieto was my Service Specialist. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to assess the leak source as he bounced back and forth between units explaining every step of what he was doing, why and what he was looking for. He is very bright and personable. He took the time to help educate me about a variety of plumbing issues. Because of Marco I will absolutely use Reddi Services in the future for my plumbing and air conditioning needs. Thank you Marco!

Our sewer line backed up on Saturday night. We got an appointment on the weekend scheduled within 12 hrs of calling. Their dispatch answered right away, got me scheduled and followed up when the plumber was on his way. Pepe came out and fixed the issue and was extremely informative and professional. He was straightforward and honest and gave us tips to help avoid the issue in the future. The whole experience was flawless on their end. Pepe and Reddi Services will be our plumber moving forward.

I had Matt Mattox come to my home and repair a water main leak and replace a hose bib. Matt was very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job at the repair and clean up. I've used Reddi Services now for my home as well as my business and have found all of their staff knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend with no reservations at all!

I had my hot water tank blow out on a Saturday. I called Reddi Services and two other plumbing companies, not knowing if I would get anyone to return my call on the weekend. I soon received a call from Reddi Services and they quickly dispatched Pepe. No return calls from the other 2.

After determining the need for a new tank he told me that if I picked one up that day he would comeback on Sunday to get it installed. Which he did.

I had some restoration work that needed to be done after the installation and each time I needed something done, Pepe was there as promised and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use Reddi Services for any of my plumbing need.

Dominic showed up on time and ready to do his job in the most cost efficient way possible for me.... the customer. I had several things for Dominic to look at and give me his honest opinion and he really did do just that. He fixed what I needed and gave me a very fair estimate to replace my water heater. He did not just tell me what was wrong or what I needed but also told me what was good and could work towards my advantage without replacement. Because of Dominic's honesty and the feeling of trustworthiness I got from him, I will def be having Reddi Services back again to replace the water heater for sure. **10/4 Did not end up having Reddi replace HW Heater but no reason other than used someone else connected to a project I am doing. NOT because Reddi did anything wrong at all.

I hired Reddi Services to unclog a toilet. The tech came out and used his auger from the top with no success, the tech then removed the toilet to auger it from the underside with success. After pulling the toilet he had to replace the wax ring. Some time after, the wax ring started leaking due to a poor installation. Reddi services is legally required to warranty their labor for 2 years. I called Reddi services and long story short they said our system only says you had your toilet unclogged, the tech did not document replacing the wax ring, due to this we will not warranty the work. I asked Ramon if their was a possibility that the tech forgot to document the wax ring replacement. Ramon responded by telling me that out of all their techs and service calls they have not had a single documentation mistake, ever! I then asked Ramon if they do inventory which he replied everything is inventoried including wax rings. I asked if the inventory has ever had discrepancies, which he said yes the inventory does not always match up.

Well Ramon, if the techs are perfect but a wax ring goes missing where is that wax ring? Is it possible that the only mistake Reddi Services ever made was the missing wax ring under my toilet?

Long story short, use a smaller company that won't treat you like a number. If you do need to use Reddi Services you are expected to video tape their techs work so you can prove the entire extent of the work done in the case of a warranty claim.

Walked into the office after the holiday weekend to find the front AC out and the office itself at 90 degrees. Called Reddi at 8:30 AM. My tech responded less than 30 min after the call to confirm and create a work order. by a little after 9:30 AM, tech was on site and inspecting the system. The tech let me know and showed/explained to me what parts have failed on my unit. about 45min to 1hr repair and the unit was up and running. The very awesome team at Reddi is very professional and prompt. I always recommend them to all my personal friends and business clients. Thank you so much, you guys ROCK!!!

We had an issue with our plumbing; yet we did not know who to call. Angie's' list was our first thought to find a company for plumbing. I cannot say enough about Reddiservices. Marco arrived promptly and began the work; he had diagnosed the issue with professionalism. He was respectful as he spoke to make sure we understood why this is happening. He went over what was needed for the issue and pricing. Marco was thorough and efficient with his time. If anyone is searching for a plumber or AC work, this would be the company to call. Just had a garbage disposal leak fixed by Brent S from Reddi services!
I called them at 8:30pm and the dispatcher Lory helped me to put in an order, Luckily, their tech Brent was available for the immediate emergency visit. In half an hour he arrived and another 10 minutes later the problem was fixed.

After the order I got a text message with a link to the live map view of tech's location. Very nice when you are anxiously waiting for help!
Will continue working with Reddi Services!

I have had the displeasure of needing services in the last few months a couple of time due to my own ignorance and not listening to Bryant when he made an initial recommendation. I now know that he is not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable he told me in 15 minutes more than the second opinion could after a hour and a half. On my second visit I had the pleasure of Brent coming out and he also exhibited a great knowledge and broke down the whole situation for my wife to relay to me so I could understand what was wrong. I would highly recommend services to anyone in need Thank You for your help!!!!

My service man was Rick. He arrived met with me and went got busy after explaining exactly what he is going to do and the cost. Pumped our tank and dry well. Took the time necessary to make sure it was clean. After he was done and cleaned up you can't tell he was ever here. Could not have had a better person. Great job Rick. Thank you. Thank you reddi. Reddi Services has become our company of choice for plumbing and HVAC services. We have used them several times and have always been pleased with their service. We recently had Ben Aguilar out to the house to clear a VERY clogged/calcified toilet, clogged sink and shower drains, fix a leak in the bathroom and install a kitchen faucet. It was not an easy job due to the old kitchen faucet wouldn't come off so he had to cut it off. Ben did a great job and we would recommend him and this company in general to others.

Two thumbs up to Chris Shuck and Chris Groth. I had a water heater leak on a Monday and Chris Shuck came out very quickly, assessed the issue and made a recommendation for replacing the water heater with a tankless system. Tuesday both Chris's, were at the house first thing in the morning and quickly had the new tankless system installed. It was a very professional install, by two very professional employees. They work they did was clean, efficient, and the end result was superb. Very little disruption during the install. I made the right decision to go with Reddi Services and Chris and Chris did a great job.

November 2022 - Chris S from Reddi Services did an excellent job. Our washer could not fit with our current laundry box and valves. Chris S cut out the box and valves, adapted piping to new laundry box - and moved all of the necessary valves-drain line-and all for our washing machine to fit. We have had great service with Reddi Services. Not only were they able to schedule quickly but they did the work fast - in one day. They continue to send professional and hard working technicians. Thanks again Reddi Services and Chris Shuck.

March 2022 - Marco from Reddi Services repaired our valves and faucets for our washing machine. I called and he came out the same day. Amazing service!!! I was referred to Reddi from a friend. Reddi and Marco did great. We will use them again. Thank you for doing an outstanding job!!!

Before calling Reddi Services I'd had 7 repair technicians come out to look at my furnace as it was not working correctly and would intermittently shut down so the problem was a more complicated fix. Each of the other companies that came out either sold me a solution that didn't fix the issue or they tried to upsell me an entirely new system. They didn't spend much more than 15-20 minutes looking at my furnace before telling me it's just old and needs to be replaced they said I needed a whole new system costing 10k+.

I didn't have a good feeling about any of them and in fact several of them made me extremely uncomfortable.

Then Mattox arrived with Reddi Services. I instantly felt at ease with him. I felt he was genuinely trying to find the problem so he could fix my furnace. Mattox was respectful, polite, good natured, honest, well-mannered and a straight shooter. He spent a good 1.5 hours diagnosing my furnace issue. He wanted to be certain to find the real problem and not make random guesses. He went out of his way to access the right tools to do a proper diagnostic. Once he was certain of the issue, he offered to fix it right then but stated that he needed to pick the part up from his office. He stepped out and returned and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Mattox with Reddi Services. I will definitely be using him in the

Requested an estimate and was told someone needed to come out. Scheduled an appointment between 4-7. At 6:30 I was told they are running behind a few hours. I rescheduled for another day between 8-10. I receive a call at 9:14 and promptly return the call at 9:16 to tell them I still want someone to come out for an estimate... An hour later and no one arrives. I call back and am told they tried calling me at ~9 and since I did not answer the tech went somewhere else.

I would not use Reddi Services nor would I ever recommend this company.

The phone staff was awesome as was the fact they are 24 hours with no emergency fees .
Sadly the tech they sent was far from what I expected . He not only seemed to say anything i want checked was bad without ever touching nor looking at it . He was ready to cut a hole in my drywall yet never even checked the valve .
I am having my floors redone and wanted all the valves checked prior to removing toilets and sinks and washer so i was just trying to be proactive .
I asked the tech if he could at least exercise the valves to see if it worked and he said even if they look perfect he recommended replacing them all and we shouldnt even attempt to turn them .
I had such a bad feeling i called another plumber and was very happy i did. Come to find out 3 of the 6 valves needed replaced and there was no need to cut my drywall because my washer valves were perfectly fine .
I feel like this company sent me a salesman whos only intention was to generate as big of a bill as possible for me vs giving me what i needed .
Lastly the truck that came to my house was branded with another company name not reddii services .
I wouldnt recommend this company nor will i be using them again in the future..

Maybe it was just the tech (his name was Gerald) but i can only base my experience on the single texh i had experience with

Chris, the guy who came out to service my air conditioner, did not want to go on the roof to do any work. He wanted to come in my home, look around though. He then started naming prices to do the service that were two times what the person scheduling the appointment had quoted. He just stood there lying, about the costs and excuses for not wanting to get on the roof. Called Plumb Smart the next day, they sent someone out the after (from Mesa to Glendale) who did an excellent job. Quality work. Professional workmanship and great customer service. Oh, AND they stuck to the price they quoted. They get 5+ stars.

Chris and Frank came out to my home to check my HVAC system and they were both incredible to deal with. Fortunately, I am part of the Reddi Services RPM (Reddi Planned Maintenance) program so I get to have these fantastic technicians out to my home twice a year to check my AC, heating and plumbing throughout my entire home. The program is well worth the price per month because it keeps my home protected of any issues with these systems. I also receive discounts and priority service! Talk about a great deal. Chris and Frank were on time, great communicators, thorough and clean during the entire process. If you have any HVAC, plumbing or drain cleaning issues at your home or business call Reddi today and ask for Frank or Chris! You won't regret it!!!

Chris S and Jason performed an annual Reddi Planned Maintenance check and water heater flush. They did not try to over-sell their services. I asked for a quote to replace a toilet, and they were able to perform the replacement same day. When issues were discovered, they found the most cost-effective way to solve them, and they did a great job!

Re: Matt Hurlburt - 8/22/22

We want to compliment the work of Matt Hurlburt of Reddi Services. He came to check out our a/c unit which possibly needed a drip pan replacement. Rather than sell us on a new pan, he suggested repairing it and it would be serviceable for years to come. When I mentioned that another technician had said the drain pipes were going uphill causing standing water, he said that the pipes were just sagging and suggested propping them up with some wood. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Our other unit was out at the time and another vendor had told us that the compressor went out. He gave us a second opinion and said that the compressor was fine and that the unit was just low on freon. That saved us several thousand dollars! If it hadn’t been for Matt Hurlburt, we would have been duped into replacing a perfectly good compressor and drip pan. We appreciate his honesty and excellent workmanship. Matt will forever be our first call on any and all future air conditioning and plumbing needs. Reddi Services is truly blessed to have someone as ethical as Matt Hurlburt representing your company. We were referred to Reddi Services by two different people and they were right when they said you were a very good company. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this world, Reddi Services has it with Matt Hurlburt. Thank you so much!

We want to compliment the work of Brent Sanderson with Reddi Services. We had a whole house plumbing problem where everything was backing up into the showers and tub. We had called our home warranty company but the person they sent out was unable to help because we didn’t know where our clean out lines were buried in the yard and they were not certified to get up on the roof. So…we called Reddi Services for the second time this week. They have really come to our rescue! Brent Sanderson arrived and said - sure we can get up on the roof but I think it would be much better if we could find your clean out lines that go from the house to the sewer. We investigated the logical spots based on where our neighbors clean outs were located. We could not find them. He dug around the possible bushes where we thought it would be but to no avail. Then he put his line into the clean out location on the side of the house. He sent his line through and it reached a stopping point. Miraculously, he could hear a tapping sound and sure enough, he had found the clean out valve underground! It was buried about 6” under the dirt outside a bedroom window…in a totally different location than any other home on our block. He dug it out and found the other line a foot or two away. His perseverance really saved us! He cleaned out the line from the tree roots that had encroached into the line in a couple of spots. He saved the day! He also resealed the toilet in the house that had been the initial point of leakage. We can’t thank him enough! His professionalism, care, and perseverance were unmatched!

We called Reddi Services for a faucet problem this morning, and Nathan Peppers (plumbing tech) was here this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem (the faucet needed to be replaced), and he grabbed a sandwich while we went to pick out a replacement (he told us what features to look for), and replaced it on the spot, which fixed our problem and saved us from having a second service call.

Jason and Chris G. Arrived timely to deal with a flood in the front yard. The landscapers were clearing up the tree they had to cut down for Reddi to locate the leak. Jason and Chris G helped them haul the large branches to the truck, so they could begin their work sooner. Those two spent all day and into the night digging up the yard to reroute the major water line, as the previous one was damaged by tree roots. It was a hot and muggy day in the middle of the monsoon season, but those guys worked and worked. We could hear their pleasant joking and comraderrie as they worked for hours and hours. Great attitudes, professional and kind to us. Thank you for a job so well done!!

Ben Aguilar came to our home on short notice, quickly fixed a clogged drain that another company had not. We were impressed with his explanation of what happened, where in the line it happened, and what to do to try to prevent it from re-occurring. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever need anything. And he has a very nice personality. We're thankful for his and Reddi's help!

Brent from Reddi came out to help us locate a leak in our kitchen sink area on a Saturday afternoon (only had called a few hours prior which is pretty impressive)! He was very professional and tidy even though it was a bit messy of a situation and was able to advise on recommendations for moving forward. Made us feel very comfortable and put our minds at ease moving forward with them to help with repairs and working with our insurance company. I wish all of our experiences with contractors were this positive! Highly recommend Reddi.

Two stars because you were one of the few companies open over the holiday weekend who could help me with my septic problem. The rest was just awful. I called for an appointment on a Sat morning hoping they could come out that day as it was a pretty urgent situation. My septic needed assessed because all my toilets, sinks, and showers couldn’t drain. I was told they couldn’t get to me until the next day. They said they would call in the morning to say when they were coming out. Around 11 AM, I called them and was told that they did have my info down but I shouldn’t have been told someone could come because no one was available. Customer service wasn’t at all apologetic and were very off putting. They again said they would call the next morning to say when they would be coming out. I even received a text confirmation this time. The next day, I finally got a call from them at 2:15 pm. Ridiculous. I informed them that I had already contacted another company (Best Way) and they were almost finished with the job.

I was able to get an appointment with Reddi Services very quickly. Could have even been same-day had I been available. Chris and Jason came out and performed a general system maintenance. They did a thorough review of both units and both blowers, and they did a full cleaning/tightening of everything. We're very happy with the service and both Chris and Jason were great every step of the way. I never felt pressure for upgrades or add-ons. We'll definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

My irrigation line was plugged with debris from my upstream neighbors, and we couldn't get water. Tried for several days to unplug it myself but failed miserably. Called Reddi Services and they sent out crew with their pressure jet truck, took a couple of hours with setup and the actual pressure cleaning, but they were successful. Plus, they cleaned up after their selves when done. Thank you, Ramon, for the great crew you sent to my place.

Pepe with Reddi Heroes was very knowledgeable, professional and all around a great guy. He was able to come out, quote us a new water heater and came back the next day to do the replacement. The work is fantastic, and it was a good time to hang around him as we discussed various things. Thank you Pepe for your hard work, and giving me peace of mind with my new water heater.

I had Matt out from Reddi Services to repair my 7 yr old water heater that was under warranty but it was un-repairable so it had to be returned to Home Depot for warranty exchange, Matt was able to remove old water heater and take back to Home Depot and Pick up the new one and install it for a very reasonable price. I use Reddi Services for all my plumbing needs always fast and reliable service, 5 Stars!

My AC went out in the hot July Arizona summer. Temperatures are in the triple digits during the day and go into the 90's at night.? The first company that was called was not able to to schedule an appointment for FOUR days!?‍? Reddi Heroes came within hours!? Matt Mattox was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC and stayed a bit to be sure we were good and cooling. I will call them FIRST if a problem arises or to do a yearly checkup on the unit. ???

First thought...HONEST! Devin Hanaway was the tech that came out. My wife said that he was very polite, clean, and kept the service area clean as well. There was no hassle, no story, and no up-charge for anything! It's amazing to find nice, ethical people these days, but Reddi Services and Devin have shot to the top of the list for setting a standard of servive that's been missing for some time! This should be a 10 STAR review!

Reddi Heroes quickly came out and fixed our broken air conditioner. Chris G. and Matt H. were exceptionally professional and efficient. I am very happy to have called upon Reddi Heroes to fix my air conditioner and highly recommend them!
Reddi Heroes quickly came out once again and helped me by installing my new kitchen sink and faucet. Matt M. was amazing! Thank you so much for fixing my mistakes and getting my kitchen up and running again!

Reddi Service was AWESOME! Office staff was so friendly and caring and I was able to get service within 2 hours of my call after a week of others failures. I had a leaky cartridge in my bathtub that ran hot water constantly. Yikes for my water and SRP bills. Matt M. was friendly, professional, patient and diligent; and was able to remove the very stubborn and corroded cartridges. Reddi Service cares. I will use Reddi Service for all my plumbing, and AC needs. Pricing was reasonable, less than competitors.

I called Reddi Services to come and unclog the garbage disposal. Technicians Chris G. and Matt E. were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I was unsure wether to just get it unclogged even though it was never used. Or remove the garbage disposal. They explained the pros and cons of keeping it/ removal. The service was accomplished and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Reddi Services, Chris G. and Matt E.. Will be using them again.

Matt H and Matt E both arrived promptly on time. They inspected my ac unit saying it was in excellent condition. They also found wiring to the thermostat that was split and frayed due to the intense summer heat here in Phoenix. They showed me pictures of the damage and explained all options to me. They repaired the damage, and left the damaged wire for me to inspect. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again !!

Gerry, our service tech arrived on time, described everything he was doing as he did it. He replaced a broken valve on the main water line to my house, replaced a broken garbage disposal and fixed several other things I didn’t know needed attention when I made the initial service call. I couldn’t be more pleased with Gerry’s visit. If you’re looking for a top shelf plumbing/HVAC company you won’t go wrong by calling Reddi-Service; ask for Gerry.

Brent Sanderson did an incredible job. We had two other plumbing companies take a look at our clogged bathtub drain, both providing $5,000+ quotes to rip out the tub and replace the piping. In addition, neither of these companies were able to fully diagnose where exactly the problem was occurring.

Brent went into pro mode and was able to diagnose the issue within 15 minutes of arrival. He resolved our clogged drain without having to rip apart a bathroom. Brent was a pleasure to work with and we just saved 5k! Highly recommend Reddi Services, very satisfied and will use them again for future services.

Marco came out to resolve a issue with the kitchen sink not draining well. He was professional, timely and did a wonderful job clearing out the trap. He also took the time to answer my questions and did a very thorough job plus was very tidy too. I like using Reddi Services. Their always professional even when making 1st contact to set up a appointment. Highly recommend this company and next time I need their services I'll ask for Marco specifically. He did a great job! Thanks again Marco.

Reddi Heroes responded to our emergency sewer backup call. They arrived within two hours of our call. Bryant and Brent quickly went to work to discover the problem. Their problem solving skills were excellent and they kept us informed the entire time. They had to pull up our patio to get to the lift pump but put everything back in place perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. We will use again and highly recommend. Thanks Bryant & Brent for exceptional service.

Matt Mattox was my serviceman and he was great. Matt was polite, kind and did a nice professional job. I was thrilled to have my faucet repaired and a new one installed. I had removed all of my cleaning products from under the bathroom vanity so that he could install the new faucet and Matt volunteered to put all the cleaning products back in the vanity for me and there were quite a few products, that was so very thoughtful.

Brent Sanderson @ Reddi Services came recommended from a friend. We have our go-to plumber we use, however, couldn't get to us with scheduling quickly, so I called Reddi. The scheduling was available next day (not expecting this). Brent came right on time. Thoroughly listened to the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. He also provided long term maintenance suggestions to help keep the problem at bay (rusty old cast iron pipes!) Brent was also super friendly and enjoyed our non-plumbing conversation. I needed a new washer and dryer and the company I bought from wouldn't install without new gas valve shut off near the dryer. Very impressed with this company!! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call for repair work. A friend recommended this company and I'm so glad they did. They are available 24/7 and I didn't have to wait several days for a service call which is important when a water leak is involved. The first time Marco was my service tech. He was very pleasant, honest, and worked in a timely manner. I was also impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater even though mine was older. After checking it out, he said it was still working fine. He fixed the water leak under my kitchen sink quickly and was on his way. The second time I had another water leak issue, Marco and Brent were the techs. They were polite, friendly, and explained the problem in detail as well as answering all my questions. A big plus was the fact that they had the part on their truck and I didn't have to wait several days. This company was competitively priced and didn't gouge me for working on a Sunday. Well, I had a leak in my laundry room because of an inadequate home remodeler with water all over the floor and some drywall and I get a hold of Jan Ashford Plumbing, who sent out Gerald and here's a gentleman that really knows his stuff and who has been doing it for 35 years! Gerald is a very pleasant person, who looks like he loves what he's doing! Great service and on time too! Who could ask for anything more? Gerald from Reddi came out same-day when we had a gas leak that required our natural gas to be shutoff. He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! They worked hard and had great attitudes. We passed our city inspection with flying colors and are so grateful for the Reddi team that made this process a little less painful. Definitely recommend them and Gerald specifically!

While in Scottsdale, I called with a plumbing project I started myself (that went badly) and wasn’t able to finish. I called and they were (thankfully!) able to come the next morning. Gerald came to the rescue! He was on-time, professional, friendly and was so kind. He was clear and informative about what had happened and what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem quickly and I was so thankful! I would highly recommend – and ask for Gerald if you can!

We had a water emergency in our Phoenix home and Chris G. was immediately available (on a Sunday). He quickly identified the problem and offered 2 solution options. The next day Chris G. and Matt H. were back and they completely resolved the plumbing issue. Plus, they were respectful to our home (wearing booties and face masks). Reddi Services is our #1 go-to plumber.

My cousin was borrowing my vacation unit for the holidays and when he turned on the faucet main water shutoff, the handle snapped off. Yikes, Sunday night on a holiday week. Reddi Services answered the phone and connected me with a repair tech that night. After describing the issue, I was informed that the drip would not become a deluge (if we monitored, but did not play with it). I was scheduled for a repair the next morning. Communication was great, I received a photo of the technician before he arrived, everyone was reliable and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Reddi Services - highly recommend.

He was professional, capable, fast, and cleaned up before he left. In the end, I needed a new water heater, but, he checked it first to determine if it could be repaired. Chris Shuck did a routine, contracted maintenance on our air conditioner. He was thorough, and fully explained how our system was performing. While doing his maintenance, he discovered two motors were not functioning up to standard and suggested replacement. Our unit warranty was due to expire next month, so his timing was expeditious. We have used Reddi Services for years, and plan on continuing - and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, professional firm.

I called Reddi Service in a bind and needed help quickly. The person who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and sent someone to me right away. Matt and Juan showed me exactly what needed to be done to fix my leak, wrote up a very fair estimate and got to work. They had all the replacement pieces necessary on board so there was no waiting. They were extremely professional and kind while in my home and were patient explaining everything to me. They even went the extra mile and put the washer that had been moved by hubby the night before back into its original place even though they worked only on the water heater. Highly recommend!!! I tried to replace my shower in my master bathroom and realized I was in way over my head. It was the day after Christmas and every other place I called was booked. Reddi sent a plumber out within a few hours. Matt Mattox was awesome. He did the install quick and easily. He is a legend and should run for president in 2024. There is nothing he can’t do. I will always use Matt for any future jobs, I will probably have him do my taxes. He will most likely own Reddi services and solve the world’s plumbing issues.

Benjamin was our technician and he does outstanding work! A week ago, Ben came out on a Saturday with short notice and repaired a worrisome shower leak that we were concerned might cause water damage. Thanks to Ben, the shower is now working great and has not dropped a drip since...and best of all, there is no water damage! I was so impressed that we called Ben back this week to work on another plumbing project that needed attention. I could not be happier with Ben and Reddi Services. Shout out also deserves to go to their dispatch staff, Ellie and Carlotta, who were very pleasant to deal with on the phone and who always let me know ahead of time when Ben was on his way!

Marco with Reddi Services did an amazing job with our shower repair today. He was on time, extremely polite and professional, and clearly explained the repair process before starting. The quality of his work makes it clear he does not take shortcuts in his service.

Horrible experience, would not recommend if you actually need service. Made an appointment, appointment was confirmed with a provided window of service. Plumber no called no showed for the appointment. Had to call customer service “dispatch” for an update, and was provided a new 3 hour window. Plumber still no shows with no call or explain action from the company. Dispatch was less than helpful. Beyond disappointing for a company that claims to take pride in customer service.

Discovered a water leak inside my garage wall which required shutting off the water. Called Reddi Services after reviewing them on Angie’s List and spoke to Ken at 10:30 am. Ken checked the service area and said that he could have someone out after 2pm today. I received a text confirming the appointment. At 4pm, after not hearing anything, I again called and spoke to Ken. He assured me that someone would be out today. At 6 pm I received a call from Lori informing me that I was outside of the service area and no one would be coming out. I told her that I spoke to Ken twice and he assured me that I was scheduled today. She said that she didn’t have the authority to schedule someone. I requested that she contact the manager, Chase Gravett and have him call me tonight. No call from Chase – what a surprised!
I highly recommend not using this company.

I had Chris Groth come out yesterday to service our AC unit and make sure that we weren't going to have any issues this summer. He was very polite and we were impressed by the boot covers he put on before he came in the door. That was a very nice added touch and made us feel that he was careful and wanted to protect our home. He gave me a couple of options which we like and we will definitely be doing some more work with this company. Thank you Reddi Services for having good people who do good work.

We had another issue a few days prior where a pipe had broke and we went in line and choose this company crossing are fingers hoping we chose the right company. Our hot water heater was leaking and 15 years old...time for a new one. We called several plumbers and asked for an estimate. We were given similar quotes by two of them. We also called George Brazil. Not only would they not give us a estimate over the phone (which is completely understandable), they have a $40 charge to have someone come and give an estimate. When we called Reddi Services, they offered to send someone out for a free estimate within the hour! Gerald S. showed up to our house in about 40 minutes, gave an estimate, and had the water heater installed within a couple hours. He was a top notch guy. The job was done efficiently, the area was cleaned up after, and the neighbor was impressed enough that he asked for a quote on some of his plumbing needs. We have used Reddi Services twice before over the last 10+ years and we have always had terrific customer service and outstanding work done. Thank you Reddi Services and Gerald S! We had a bad leak on our main bathroom faucet so I called Reddi Services on sunday afternoon. Matt came out on time and replaced the leaking cartridge within minutes after checking. I was impressed and ask Matt to replace another leading cartridge in our secondary bathroom. Both batchrooms are now usable with no leaks. It's hard to find skilled and professional technician. Excellent work!

We had a major sewer issue this weekend and called Reddi Services. The representative said they do not charge extra for Sunday weekend service calls. That was great news!! Brent S. arrived from Reddi Services located the sewer line and explained our options. He was very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. At no time did he pressure us in our decision making process. He did great work, represented his company well and we will definitely use Reddi Services for any other plumbing issues.

We called our home warranty On Guard for a drain problem so called Technicians came out from stellar home services and they said we have no problem with our drainage so we ended up sending him on their way canceled our home warranty and called REDDI within two hours we had a technician Matt Mattox come to our home identify the problem right away cleaned out our drains for a very reasonable price I am happy to say I will recommend this company told my friends and family. This is the second time I have used Reddi Services for a plumbing issue I requested the service specialist I had the first time, Benjamin Aguilar. The customer service lady said he would be to us with in the hour. He got to our house in less than 15 minutes and had our problem resolved immediately. I wish I could give technician Chris Groth more than the 5 stars, he was exceedingly knowledgeable very helpful, professional and kind. Up on the roof in triple digit Arizona heat fixing our HVAC system.
We had been without AC for nearly 24hrs.
I did a Google search for emergency AC service and then researched Reddi when it popped up. Highly impressed with the customer service over the phone, via email & text as well.

I needed the faucet repaired due to corrosion prior to the installation of my new washer and dryer. Customer service was great from the first call, scheduling, and notification of the arrival of the technicians. Pepe and Juan were very professional, answered my questions, followed COVID guidelines, and went above and beyond my expectation.

Our hot water heater went out and was leaking all over. We called Reddi Services due to all the positive reviews on Angie’s List. I should also mention this happened during the recent record-breaking rainstorms in the valley. An appointment was made promptly and before long Gerald S. was at our door. Anyone affected by the recent rains knows how difficult it was to get around so such fast response was a surprise to us. Several other providers listed on Angie’s List told us they weren’t making appointments due to the weather.

Gerald diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything on his truck to complete the job. He also recommended a dry-wall person to fix the damage done by the leaking water heater.

Before long a new American made water heater was installed and working perfectly. The entire job was cleaned up like he had never been there. Gerald made such an impression that we will be calling Reddi this spring when we plan on replacing our home AC units. We highly recommend them, especially Gerald.

You can imagine how surprised I was when after placing my initial call I was told someone could be out to the house before 5pm. Just a few minutes later a call came and said a technician was in the area and could be here in 20 min. Thankful because I had shut off the main water supply due to leaking in the toilet. Matt Mattox arrived and immediately asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. He went right to work after I explained my situation. Very pleased with his professionalism and how pleasant he was explaining everything to me. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

This is the last time I use this company, I scheduled and appointment on Thursday 4/1/21 for an A/C tune up. The technician showed up and did the tune up on our A/C unit, while working he informed us that a capacitor needed to be replaced. We agreed to exchanging the part since the unit was under the tolerance level. After we agree he informs us that he does not have the part on hand and would need to comeback Friday 4/2 to replaced the part. We agreed and said that would be fine, I paid in cash a total of $277.83. Friday comes around I waited all day once 6pm rolled around I called the company to find out when the technician would arrive since I wasted my entire day waiting for an email/text message or phone call informing me they would be on their way. When I called I got the answering service and they informed me that the technician that came to my house on Thursday had not scheduled any appointments or documented a need for a follow up visit for Friday. Then the answering service informed me that at this point all they could do is schedule something for Saturday at 4pm. Well Saturday came and the technician never showed up, even the answering service didn't have a answer as to why no technician had shown up. But one thing they were real quick and efficient on was taking my money!

Update: After a Month and Half of calling I finally received my money back.

Pepe was our ReddiHero!! He was kind, respectful, efficient and honest. That's what I count on mostly when it comes to service. Our 16 year old water heater went out (inevitable) however, given the hard times, I was hoping it wouldn't...Nevertheless, it did! He laid out the options and kept it honest. Reddi Heroes sent Jorge Prieto-Moran within 3 hours of my request for a plumber. Jorge was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He looked at my exterior leak as it bubbled up onto my front yard. He felt he knew what the problem was likely to be and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of getting to my house. He worked for 21/2 hours to repair a leak in the main water pipe to my house. His work was neat and he carefully explained the problem and how he repaired it. When he left, the yard was clean and no evidence of the repair remained. I was very satisfied with his work and I was happy to learn a little more about my home and how the water service worked. I received a detailed invoice with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. The cost was exactly what the estimate was. I would enthusiastically recommend Reddi Heroes. Also, Mr Prieto-Moran was an excellent representative for the company.

Reddi Services was great. They responded very fast, Benjamin was there and explained what could be wrong and options available. He was very professional and fair. I would recommend him. This is after I checked with other Plumbing companies for the same issue, some took 2 days to call me back, and couple of them gave me estimate that was 5 times higher. Just a shout out to ReddiServices and their tech Marco. My regular plumber was too busy to unplug my clogged kitchen drain and suggested I call ReddiServices. I was really impressed. They were out within 24 hours, called me first thing in the morning to confirm time and then called again to alert me tech would be out in next 30 minutes.

I live in an older South Scottsdale home and the plumbing layout is challenging. Marco spent 45 minutes running his lines and double checking from each drain and pathway that the lines were clean. He even took the time to explain to me the layout of my drain lines and offered some really useful tips on maintenance and upkeep. Very professional, friendly hard working individual....a real asset to the company.

We had Reddi Services come out to snake our kitchen drain. Brent S. was our tech and he was terrific. Brent was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. We are approaching our maintenance time for our septic system, the first time we have ever had this and we are new as far as septic tank homeownership goes. Brent S. helped to locate our tanks and guide us through the options that we have to make cleaning our systems easier in the future and also gave us insight into ways to save. I have used this company before. Now they are charging me a travel fee. Plus I waited for hours on Tuesday to get a tech out, who never showed up and called a number that is not in use on my account. They had the number I used to request service and even called me on that number. But when it came time to come out, they used the other number associated with my account, which is no longer in use. Not happy as an existing customer to be charged 2 separate charges just to see what is going on with my unit. Now i have to find someone who is not familiar with my unit to come and get my air working again. Very poor customer experience.

Our A/C thermostat had been acting a been wonky for a while, so I decided to pretend to be handy and replace it myself. Being the brilliant home repair-man that I am, I did not read the manual and ended up blowing a fuse in the air pusher.

I called both Reddi Services, as well as Day and Night Air. Day and Night Air had someone readily available in the area, so I went with them. Unlike Reddi, they charged after-hours fees, but I just wanted my A/C running again. To keep the story short, Day and Night spent about two hours at my house only to charge me their service fee and tell me they'd have to come back during the day when they would likely have to re-run all of our wiring, costing at least $300/hour, assuming they finished before their after-hours prices kicked in.

After spending a hot summer's night with no A/C, I called Reddi Services to have them come out when I got home from work. I got home at around 5 to find Frank Mata from Reddi Services...well, ready. I gave him the run down of what happened the day before, and, after being appalled by what Day and Night wanted to charge, he took a look at what we had going on.

He quickly reprogrammed the thermostat correctly, and after trying to distinguish the wiring job that had previously been done, opted to disconnect everything and start from scratch in establishing the connections. He hooked everything up *correctly*, which ultimately fixed the problems that the other guy claimed would only be solved by running new lines.

All in all, Reddi Services ended up costing me $120 for quick, effective, friendly services, while Day and Night cost me $90 for a nothing more than some failed troubleshooting and a new fuse.

I waited a week to leave a review just in case the fix didn't last, but I feel safe saying that my A/C is currently functioning. My Experience with Reddi Services was great, and I recommend them to anyone with similar troubles.

Amazing Team!! We are a repeat customer and its all because the team at Reddi Services make a difference. We had a blocked line in a kitchen drain. We reached out to Reddi Services on Monday Morning and the drain was flowing perfect by 10am that same day!! I had a difficult plumbing repair needed, and, being an old handyman I knew I was in over my head. I called Reddi Services because they had bailed me out once before when a gate valve broke off and I couldn't sweat and un-sweat the solder joints due to water in the lines. Gerald came to my house and fixed the problem in a timely and workmanlike manner and I was very pleased with the job that he did. He even allowed me to ask questions and watch how he did parts of the job so that I might learn a few things. Well done and thank you. I would recommend this gentleman/company for any necessary plumbing repairs.

Reddi Services called us the morning of our scheduled appointment and said they would have to reschedule for possibly later in the day or reschedule for another day.. When we scheduled our service I was told we were the first appointment of the day. My husband took the morning off of work for this appointment. Shame on you Reddi Services! Don't trust them, they are not reliable.

We live in and older cooperative of apartments with a chiller, tower, and individual air handlers for each apartment. We have worked with Reddi Services several times over the past few years and the staff have consistently been outstanding. Since our heating/cooling system is somewhat unique, we do appreciate technicians that are familiar with our set up and that we can trust. We've had Reddi Services out twice now to take care of air conditioning problems we've had at our commercial warehouse. Both times Chris has come out and been extremely helpful in getting our systems back up and running. Not to mention the prices for the services have been pretty competitive. Overall we will be using this company anytime we need HVAC repair.

Having used them 5 or 6 times before, I was comfortable calling to have my toilet shut off hose and leveler replaced. I informed the girls who take the information of the issues to be addressed during the call. The technician arrived on time. He said he could replace the shut off hose but did not have the parts for my Kohler toilet. He arrived at 9 am. He made the offer to order the parts and schedule another appointment. I declined stating that I told the office what was the issue and I expected parts to be available, especially since they assured me that the technician has parts in the truck. He replaced the shut off hose. The cost was $230.00 dollars. A bit outrageous for 1/2 hour of work and he only replaced the connector and not the entire hose. I complained to a manager who told me that he should have gone and gotten the parts and returned. This did not happen. In my opinion customer service is just a word to them. How much money can they make is the key. I will be looking elsewhere.

We had a new gas grill to install - it was proving to be a bit of a tricky problem. The Reddie tech who arrived to help us - Bob McKeon - was great. He took care of what we needed with a smile - and this was late on a Saturday! We have used Reddi Services for Plumbing and A/C work as well and have always been pleased. Reddi Services are my go to people!

4/l7/15 - Reddi Services to the rescue again! On Easter Sunday while preparing the family dinner, our garbage disposal backed up and there was no way for me to clear it. Luckily I was able to get dinner on the table, but the sink was suffering. I called Reddi Services first thing on Monday morning - by noon, Chris & Justin had arrived, confident that they could take care of the problem. They were impressive! Drop cloths on the floor and a bucket under the sink before I could even get mine out and ready. They were both so nice and polite, and were quickly able to clear the pipe that had the problem. Not only that - I had some friends over delivering a couple of pieces of furniture and they helped us move them. Now that's service above and beyond!! I'll call Reddi Services for any of my plumbing or a/c needs.

I can not say enough good things about Reddi Services. Carlotta is polite and helpful when you call and asks the appropriate questions so that the technician has the items he needs for the service call when he arrives. They schedule them to come to your home in a very timely manner and make sure that it works for your schedule.
Gerald S is so knowledgeable and is always ready to help--whether your project is large or small. He has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to help.
Chris G is the same--knowledgeable and ready to help. He also goes above and beyond to help in any way that he can. He is very professional and friendly.

Our disposal died on a Friday morning, backing up gunk and smelling bad. We have used Reddi Services several times and have never been disappointed. Ben Aguilar arrived mid afternoon and had a new unit installed before dinner time. Ben was very personable, efficient and we recommend using Reddi for your plumbing, AC needs and if you're lucky, Ben will be at your door in a flash!

I needed a cutoff valve under my sink to be replaced so I called the Home Warranty company. They sent out a plumber and he went to shutoff the water outside and it didn't work and is not covered by the home warranty, so he quoted me almost $500 to replace my outside cutoff valve. I called Reddi Services to get a second opinion and they sent Brent S. out to take a look and give me a quote. His quote was over $150 less than the other guy. Brent was really friendly, explained why it didn't work and was able to quickly replace it. The only reason I'm not having him replace the valve under the sink is that I've already paid the Home Warranty fee. Reddi Services is becoming my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

Pepe came out to my work place today to help us out with a multitude of clogged toilets and to replace parts on several non working sinks. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, funny and personable. I'd highly recommend him. and for him alone would give five stars. However, communication with dispatching was somewhat lacking with having to call them several times to get information and no call backs with information as they stated they would.

I needed a new garbage disposal installed, and Ben Aguilar came out in a very short time and did a great job quickly installing the new one. Last year these guys came out and redid my plumbing drain lines and installed a new bathtub/shower. So I did not hesitate to call them again. Ben was really a great guy and did a great job. We had a hose bib go out on our backyard pipe and had to shut the water off until it was fixed which is obviously not ideal. Called Reddi on Easter Sunday and they had a technician out in no time. Pepe, our technician was beyond amazing and professional in every sense. Can't recommend Reddi more and thankful for the responsiveness and help they provided!

I was in need of a plumber quickly and they sent to my address Jorge Prieto-Moran. He looked at the work that I needed done, gave me an honest cost and started work. I noticed that he tried extra hard to keep his work area clean and was personal as he was doing the work needed. As a side note, he recommendation were solid. I would recommend Jorge to work on any of my plumbing issues.

Your service rep, Ben Aguilar, was awesome! He was on time and fix our water softener problem in no time at all. We needed two new connector cables installed and Ben had them soldered on in twenty minutes. And then, he stayed to make sure the softener was started up and running properly. A true professional...really knew his stuff...and, did I mentioned, it was Sunday! And no extra charge for Sunday...and no charge for the trip out! Would definitely use Reddi Services again. Truly 5 Stars!

Jorge Prieto-Moran provided EXCELLENT service tonight and I am so glad I chose this company to get the job done. First of all, they were able to respond on very short notice and are able to work hours other providers are not always able to without additional charges so we can all keep at our day jobs. Jorge was so polite, professional and, oh by the way, was very efficient getting the job done clearing my kitchen sink and garbage disposal! Not only that, but he also went the extra mile afterward to call me over and show me how he went about fixing it in case I decide to become a handyman myself! I definitely recommend Reddi Services for your plumbing needs!

Roger helped us with a new air conditioner, answered all our questions, and either was immediately available when I called, or would call me back very quickly. I so much appreciated working with him; he was professional, calm, and overall very pleasant. Thanks Roger.

Both our toilets backed up in the showers on Sunday night. We had no working showers, sinks, or toilets and two small kids. We called two other providers and we found Reddi and thank God we did! Matt Mattox was our hero on Sunday day night! He saved us from having to rent a hotel and fixed the blockage in our septic. He drove an hour to get here and he had such a positive attitude. Reddi services is lucky to have an employee like him. So grateful for Matt and a company that has employees with integrity!!!

We suddenly had a very bad sewer odor coming into our laundry room. We made a call to Reddi Services. Brent Sanderson was the technician that came and quickly resolved our problem. Brent was courteous, friendly, and professional. Hopefully it will be a long time until we need a plumber. If we do, we definitely will call Reddi Services.

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. After calling different companies I decided to do with Reddi Services. A technician by the name of Benjamin Aguilar showd up to help. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. He came in and replaced my water heater. He was such a pleasant person. That I have decided to call on him and his company; for any and all plumbing needs that I may have in the future. I'm definitely recommending this company to friends and family all because of Benjamin.

I had a sewage line issue with the city of Scottsdale. After a bad experience with Benjamin Franklin, I was calling another plumbing service. That company did not do sewage lines but they recommended ReddiServices. Pepe showed up within hours. He was a true Professional. Nice to know there is still good service available, even in the big city. Not interested in overcharging me. He did an outstanding job informing me of what was going on with my sewage lines. Thanks Pepe! ReddiServices will always be my team for not only plumbing but also A/C when I need it.

Brent Sanderson did an excellent job of resolving a couple of plumbing problems that we had. In addition, he was proactive regarding other plumbing issues (or potential issues). Reddi Services is an awesome plumbing company!! I had a situation arise on a Sunday morning with a copper fitting that broke loose which was feeding my outside irrigation system. It was an emergency because I had to shut off my main water supply to the entire house because of the location of the copper fitting. I called several plumbing companies and was provided quotes that ranged from $300 - $425 just to re-sweat a copper fitting. Benjamin Aguilar from Reddi Services showed up at my home within 1 hr. of me contacting Reddi Services and repaired the copper fitting for only $80.00!! Reddi Services will be my go-to all around service company moving forward. Benjamin was very friendly and very honest. It is difficult to find an honest service company who does not price gouge it's customers. Kudos to Reddi Services and Benjamin Aguilar for providing excellent customer service!

Bryant definitely saved the day for us. Just before I was about to leave on a business trip, we had a plumbing issue pop up. He actually remembered us and our house from a previous trip and was such a pleasure to work with. He resolved the issue quickly and helped me learn about ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks so much!

Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us

After a few days away, we returned home to find water leaking on the bathroom floor. Brent S came out to the house on the day we called. Brent was able to detect and repair the problem quickly with no mess. . He was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. A terrific asset to Reddi Services. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

When I discovered that my water heater had been leaking, I called Reddi Services right away. Ellie took my phone call and dispatched a technician to address the issue. Pepe, our technician, was quick to respond, arriving within an hour of my phone call. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Pepe will be back tomorrow with a new water heater. Great service!

Gerald Schulz came to my aid: he was courteous, professional, respectful and very
knowledgeable. He tackled each job with expertise while explaining his strategy and

I again needed plumbing assistance. The last time was at my father's house and
this time the help was needed at my house. I called Reddi Services asking for
Gerald but he was spoken for, so I hesitantly agreed for them to send another
serviceman. This time they sent Chris Groth. He was just as wonderful; he was
knowledgeable, respectful, and responsible.
These two men were my heroes!!!

We first used Reddi Services September 2014 for a septic issue. They were the ONLY 24/7 company that actually answered the phone when we had an emergency on a holiday weekend! We now use them for septic, plumbing and AC/heating. We cannot say enough good things about Reddi Services and their people. Every technician that has come to our home has been competent (very important!!!), friendly, helpful and consultative. All technicians we have had help us have been with Reddi Services for a period of time - unlike other companies where you never get the same person twice. Reddi Services is the only company we will use now for our septic, plumbing & AC/heating needs - we have multiple experiences on all fronts and have never been disappointed.

Re Ben Aguilar, plumber -- beyond awesome! He's been to our house three times in the last year plus. Today was the most recent visit. He helped us decide what needed to be done to correct a major plumbing mess that another plumbing company created when they redid our main pipe to the septic last year. Every visit, Ben has been professional, friendly, competent and helpful. He takes a personal interest in our issues and maintains his professionalism at the same time. We request Ben when we call for plumbing issues as he knows our story. Reddi Services has a great employee in Ben!

Re: Chris Groth, AC/heat - long overdue recommendation! Chris has kept our AC/heat pump in excellent shape over the last year. We request him whenever we do regular maintenance or have an issue. As with all Reddi Services technicians we've had come to our home, Chris is competent, professional, friendly and just very pleasant to have at our place. He never pretends to be an expert in something he may not be (e.g., we have an air purifier (which has never worked) that another company conned us into buying - Chris was honest with us that he wasn't an expert on air purifiers, but helped us figure out that it wasn't working properly. We appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty.

Re: Carlotta, dispatcher - how she does all that she does is amazing! We very much appreciate Carlotta's friendliness and competence. Without her, I'm not sure things would run anywhere near as smooth as they do!!

Gerald S. absolutely made my week. After spending too much time, money, and effort to keep our low-quality, builder’s grade toilets working, we decided it was time to upgrade. Oh, my goodness – who knew that upgrading toilets would be so awesome? And while we were going to have that done, we figured it would be a good time to finally put in a whole-house water filter system and replace our kitchen faucet. Gerald arrived promptly on installation day and tackled the toilet replacements for three bathrooms. He made quick work of the kitchen faucet installation next and then the water filter system. Our family was home during all of this work and Gerald was thoughtful and strategic about making sure we knew when the water would be off in the house. Not only did he replace and install everything in quick time and do a thorough check that everything was working as it should, but he took every last piece of the old toilets, all of the boxes, and all of the packaging so we didn’t have to worry about disposal. Gerald’s friendliness and expertise made a not-so-fun part of home ownership turn into a great day.

My shower drain was clogged and nothing I did unclogged it. Jorge Prieto-Moran was able to clear the drain with a snake in no time. Unfortunately he found that the pipe was broken. He came back the next week with Marco to investigate where the broken pipe was.

I couldn't be happier with their work. They were always kind and willing to answer any questions I had and explain in detail what the problem was. I had no trouble getting in contact with them and they were always prompt.

I had a leak coming from the outside of my house. I googled the best plumbing companies in my area and came across Reddi Services and couldn't have been more thankful. I was able to call and get someone out same day to assess the situation. The rep they sent out his name was Gerald Schulz. He is a pros pro and I couldn't again have been more thankful for an honest and very knowledgeable person. He was able to quickly identify the issue...and even before that he gave us worse case scenario of the situation. He explained everything perfectly as far as the next steps. He made this unfortunate situation for myself as a homeowner a little better considering what will have to be done to get it fixed just by his customer service and positive attitude. Ben Aguilar, a Reddi Service service specialist, provided exceptional service at my commercial building, arriving much faster than I expected. Ben helped me quickly evaluate what repairs I needed to make and was clear and honest in his recommendations. Becaused I needed to purchase a toilet, he returned after hours and quickly installed the toilet. The service charge was reasonable.

I highly recommend Ben and Reddi Services. Ben is my go to plumber from now own.

I had an issue with my water heater over the weekend (Saturday night) and needed to get it fixed because I had guests needing hot water. I called Reddi Services on a Sunday morning and they were very quick to respond and had a plumber (Pepe) out in just a couple hours.

Pepe was absolutely great! Very professional, explained everything he was doing, provided options and made the repair in an efficient and informative manner. I would highly recommend Pepe and have actually kept his card for future services when needed. Overall I thought the service and repair were great and for a fair price!

I've always known this company as Jan Ashford (have been using them for nearly 20 years, I believe), and I was a little worried when I realized they're doing business under a different name. I needn't have worried. Chris, the service person who came out, was polite, efficient and honest. He easily repaired a shower tower in my master bath and only charged me the service charge. (I think he even felt a little guilty at that since he was only here about 10-15 minutes.) Very nice to do business with. I like the idea that they have a Service Kit with photos of their service people so you know who to expect at your front door. Thanks, Chris!!!

Bryant came to our rescue. We were planning a party for the next day when our kitchen sink drain starting leaking. We have used Jan Ashford since she started the business. We were extremely happy when Bryant showed up in less than an hour after we called. Congenial, respectful, and took one look at our problem and knew exactly what had to be done. With masterful efficiency he had us back to doing dishes in no time at all. He also took the time to check and explain several other plumbing problems we are needing done. our kitchen sink was backed up because of the wrong 'stuff' being put down the garbage disposal. this was on a Saturday evening -- of course! we had never used ReddiServices before, but they had someone out within just a few hours! Clint West (our technician) was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough; and he answered all our questions regarding the ReddiServices organization and the services it provides. I think we just found a new plumber!!!

once again ReddiServices has come thru. since writing that first review, we have used ReddiServices for plumbing & a/c needs. we had 2 a/c units replaced this year at a great price! we just had Ben Aguilar replace a bathroom vanity/sink/faucet today (1/2019). he was personable, professional & had the job done in no time … cleaning up as he went!!! I cannot recommend enough and in all great possible terms how much we rely on ReddiServices and all of their staff. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

Big thanks to Bob and his hard workers for taking care of us. We had a very tricky situation and Bob figured out a way to fix it without having to tear the inside of our home up, in fact that seemed to be the first thing on his mind, that made me extremely happy as a home owner with custom flooring. He was so friendly and we felt like we had known him for years. I want to thank Reddi Services for getting our plumbing back in working order and better than ever. We will for sure be recommending to our friends and family!

On a Friday late morning we had a clogged kitchen drain (both sinks), and our usual plumber was booked out till Monday. I looked online for a Tempe plumber, and fortunately found Reddiservices! Carlotta was pleasant and told me a plumber could be here today between 3:00-5:00 and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Within 15 minutes I received a call back stating a technician was in the area and had just completed his last job and could be here in 10 minutes. Yes!!! Chris G. soon arrived, introduced himself, and went right to work. He determined the issue was a clogged drain under the sink. He cleared sludge from both drains through the waste arm then checked the outside clean out which also required a clean out (had not been done in years). Chris was efficient and knowledgable. We also decided to buy a gallon of Reddiservices Reddi-Flo drain maintenance liquid upon Chris's recommendation and he stressed the need to do monthly (suggested we do when we change air filters in our furnace!) and gave explicit directions how to use. Cost was reasonable ($144)- included the Reddi-Flo and a $20 online discount coupon). I was very pleased that Reddiservices was able to come out the same day, that Chris was completely able to remedy the issue, and that we were charged a reasonable price. We will certainly call them again as needed!

EDITING THIS REVIEW:
When I was told by an HVAC company that one of our 4 year old air scrubber systems needed replaced, I contacted Reddi Services, the company we purchased it from, and Chris Groth the original installer came out.
Chris serviced the system and replaced UV lights in both of them--In addition, when asked if he could check two malfunctioning thermostats, he inspected and replaced them.
After the repair, the air scrubber seemed to be operating because we could smell the ions produced by the UV lights once again, but the scent disappeared shortly thereafter.
Chris is polite and nice to work with, however, I decided to contact two additional companies to inspect a malfunction of the heating, cooling and fan which Chris had adjusted in addition to the air scrubber.
Apparently the HVAC needed a new relay and connector. I was also told by both companies that the air scrubber was not working but it was too late to replace it as the warranty expired the month after Chris was here.
In addition, the thermostat on the south side of the home was not calibrated properly and was registering the temperature 3 degrees hotter than it actually was. A simple adjustment corrected the issue.
Am greatly disappointed and do not recommend this company.

We had a slow drain that was backing up in the sink. The washing machine backed up a couple of times , as well. Brent came over, took a look at what was going on and went to work.

He cleaned out our line, treating our 60-year-old pipes with care as he sent his power snake to work. Brent was efficient, clean at the point of the cleanout (the pipe was gummed up with a petroleum-like substance), and triple-checked to make sure the problem has solved.

Brent made a point of explaining what he was doing, what I could expect from that line in the future, and told me how best to maintain these aging pipes.

I have used Reddi Services for a number of years. I continue to be satisfied by their service, their ability to complete the job, and their fair pricing. Brent epitomizes the kind of service I’ve come to expect and appreciate from Reddi Services. I’m happy to recommend this business.

We had a situation where we were babysitting 2 of our grandchildren and all of a sudden not one of the 3 toilets in our home would work and water was backing up into the bathtubs. When the Reddi services gentleman arrived he introduced himself and his last name was Bevart. He said not to worry he would take care of the situation. He not only cleared whatever was causing the back up but he carefully checked each toilet and ran water in the bathtubs to clean them out and make sure they drained properly. He also did one other thing...he located the second drain to the sewer. Over the years several plumbers had looked for the second drain and never found it. This gentleman found it in 10 minutes..and now I know where it is. He is an excellent employee

Contacted Roger, service manager, with Reddi Services early in the morning for an ASAP irrigation plumbing repair. Got an immediate reply and he immediately had a technician dispatched to our property for repair. Technician, Chris, was extremely friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with Reddi Services and will be using them for future plumbing and HVAC issues.

We have done business with Reddi for many years. They are responsive and honest. A bit on the pricey side but they get the job done right for you. All of the techs have been wonderful. However Chris Groth went above and beyond for us. One of our HVAC units broke. He came out and fixed it. He had to make an extra trip for a fan. The repair charge was significant. I mentioned to him that we purchased the unit from Reddi in the past 10 years. When he went to pick up the fan, he apparently looked up the old transaction. He found that we had a warranty. I was not aware of that. So on his own initiative he saved us more than $500.00. If you do not think that kind of integrity is out there Chris proved you wrong. I will never use another vendor.

I called up Reddi Services to address 2 main concerns:

1) Addressing what was relayed to me by 1 plumber, an RO specialist, and an outdoor water mister installer, namely that it appeared that only my heated water was softened.

2) Addressing my concern that I wanted the water supply to my pool to come from the main water supply line before it reached the house (so that I could turn water off to house when going on vacation and not have the pool level drop!)

First off, I should say that I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment who stated she would have a dispatcher call me right away to schedule a specific time. I missed the first call, and when I called back was told that a technician was just minutes away. Sure enough, within half an hour of making the appointment my doorbell had already rang. Quite convenient!

I am so happy I called this company up because I actually got real answers. I learned that softened water is not meant to be directed to kitchen and certain other areas. (Why did other plumber, RO specialist, and water mister expert say otherwise ??) It was good to hear that my house plumbing was correct and didn't need any modifications.

I also learned that houses out here tend to have one water line running off the pre-house water intake being diverted to irrigation (or pool) and another line running off hose bib on the other end of the house (that unfortunately just comes off the house line - likely because trenching another line all the way around the house is quite expensive) supplying the pool (or irrigation) and that both irrigation and pool cannot come off the same line as - for complex reasons - there could be risk for contamination into the city water.

Although I ultimately did not require any services performed I walked way with a good understanding why it would NOT be wise for me to pay a significant amount of money to have extra work performed (namely capping off the pool water supply line and trenching a supply line from the same irrigation line) as had been recommended by ANOTHER plumbing company.

In summary, Bryant w/ Reddi Services is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, saved me money and time by getting his expert second opinion, and I would call him back for any work or other questions I'll have in the future.

UPDATE FOR A 2ND SERVICE CALL (5/31/18):
I requested consultation with Bryant (w/ Reddi Services) again because of a prior consultation in which he offered helpful plumbing advice and answered questions that other consultants (including some plumbers) were not able to provide and ultimately ended up saving me a lot of money. This time I had him install a vacuum pressure breaker between water line from house and line that feeds the pool. He also had to reconfigure another line from a poorly installed misting system water line coming off the same area and did a terrific job redoing portions with copper. Would continue to use Reddi Services in the future and will specifically ask for Bryant again.

UPDATE FOR ANOTHER SERVICE CALL (10/1/20):
Hot water heater went out. Reddi had a team out in 2 hours and a new hot water heater was installed the next morning. Much appreciation to Pepe who did the installation and also determined after careful examination that a key water valve to the house was not only cracked but wouldn't open or close all the way and made sure to replace this as well. He and his team were professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and even helped clean up all the water the first day when the hot water unit was trying to flood the garage. No doubt I will continue to use Reddi for our plumbing needs.

UPDATE ANOTHER SERVICE CALL (11/7/20):
I purchased a new fridge but the installer wasn't able to connect the RO line. I called up Reddi that evening and they were out early the next day and had it working immediately. Not a huge task but I'm again grateful to Pepe for his timeliness, courtesy, and professionalism. I'll definitely continue to call on Reddi Services for my plumbing needs.

I've been in and out at Lowe's and Home depot to do a do it yourself plumbing task. I thought I finally did it till I saw water flooding my garage. Sure enough, the bath faucet I installed myself leaked from behind. I called numerous plumbing services, review their offer and estimate and end up selecting Reddi Services. My hero, Frank Mata did it at no time. That job I've been trying to accomplish took me a week, you know, going back and forth to get the right parts and finally ended in fiasco. Mr Mata is so courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional! He finished the job within an hour! Run the faucet, making sure there is no evidence of leaking. Not even a drip. One thing I like about your service is the no trip and estimate fee. I wish you keep it this way. Bottom line you guys deserve a 5+!

ReddiService was one of the few companies that was willing to provide me with a quote over the phone. I knew exactly what I needed to have done after living with a plumber for 11 years. Not only did they provide a quote over the phone, but same day service was available, and they were the most economical choice. Pepe, my plumber, was wonderful.

We had an emergency on a Sunday and called Reddi Service. They sent Pepe out, who corrected the problem then and arranged to return in a couple weeks to complete that issue and work on other issues he had found. Pepe is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We will always call Reddi Services and ask for Pepe when we have an issue or project

Twice now have had plumbing issues (separate problems), both times called Reddi Services and had Gerald S. come out to fix the problem, second time requested Gerald by name. He was professional, on-time, explained the issues and options to fix, and fixed the problems quickly and without any issues afterwards. It can be painful to find someone good, that you can trust, when dealing with plumbing issues. Gerald was awesome and I know who I'm calling if I need any plumbing services in the future.

Several years ago I first met service technician Gerald Schulz when he responded within an hour of my call late in the day on a holiday weekend to repair a leaking water line inside my kitchen wall. This water leak could have resulted in a catastrophe, but Gerald was able to take care of the problem before any water damage occurred. Since that time Gerald has repaired or upgraded the vintage plumbing in virtually every area of my house. Gerald is an expert who takes the time to explain the details of what the job requires and completes that work in a timely and professional manner. Five stars for Brent S. from Reddi Services! He was patient (I was a little late getting home from work and he waited!), professional, and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and was very knowledgeable about the problem (stopped kitchen sink). Had a slow flushing/draining toilet, wasn’t able to solve the problem on my own, so I resorted to Craigslist looking for a plumber/rooter person. After talking to more than a half a dozen plumber/rooter experts, I chose one that I felt was honest, knowledgeable and reasonable…turned out to be ReddiServices. Thanks so much to Ben Aguilar for troubleshooting a mysterious problem I had with a loud banging noise behind my refrigerator. I thought I had a problem with hammering in the pipes but Ben checked out everything and determined the problem was probably more with how the supply line was connected to the refrigerator. He went out of his way to assess the problem and fix the problem. This is at least the second time Ben provided service at my house. He is always professional, friendly and skilled at what he does. I highly recommend his services.

We had an unexpected pluming problem after Hours on Black Friday. The copper water pipe unit behind the refrigerator in the wall snapped/broke off wiled my husband was trying to replace it. We called many places with out any luck. Almost all calls went to voicemail mailbox. Called Reddi Service and they had Brent Sanderson come out and fix our water line. He was professional, clean, COVID19 safe and fast.

We had Harold Dotson service us today, Harold was super friendly right from the time he knocked on our door, to the time he checked on our A/C Unit, and left. He showed us everything that was wrong and walked us through the process. He was honest and respectful, I am more than happy with his service and would love to have him come again if/ when the comes!!! I completely trusted him and his service. I called Reddi Services 4-27-2016 because we were told by a previous plumbing company our pipes under our house were broken and they would have to go into the concrete under the kitchen sink to fix so we wanted a second opinion. Jorge Prieto-Moran went right to work and it was just a severely clogged and sledge filled pipe between kitchen and laundry room. He went above and beyond to get the pipe cleared and cleaned. I was so impressed with his attitude, the dedication he displayed as well as honesty. I truly felt like a valued customer.

Reddi Services were able to come out the same day that we called. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had Marco Prieto. come out to our house to look at our shower drain which wouldn't drain properly. He was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. The services were charged at a very reasonable rate. And honestly, were just super stoked to take a shower without standing in 6 inches of water. Hallelujah'!

Great experience with Reddi. Marco came out on a Saturday, determined that I didn't have an emergency or a leak, but wanted a second opinion from an experienced diagnostician. Gerald came on Tuesday and determined that there was no need to address the situation further, saving me quite an expense. I appreciated both Marco's and Gerald's honesty and professionalism.

Gerald Schultz has been our 'knight in shining armor' ever since a friend recommended him years ago. I was having some problems with my toilet that I was unable to figure out myself. I contacted Reddi Services--they were referred to me by my father. On Saturday I tried to replace the hose in the yard when I suddenly broke the pipe. At that moment, worried and uncertain, we started our search for a 24x7 plumbing service in Google and found Reddi & Heroes. We want to give our great recognition to this company that gave us a 5 star service, in less than an hour we received the services to solve our problem that were given by Brent Sanderson in this case our hero, who did an incredible job in record time, considering that the pipe was split within an area of the structure of the house, it was necessary to open a hole in the wall to weld the pipe. When we have a problem like this is when we value the luck of having a service like the one received by Reddi. We had a pipe burst in our home recently. Bob McKeen from Reddi Services responded to the situation and was able to get it fixed for us. He came to our home twice and both times he was prompt and efficient. He kept his work area very clean even though he had to go into the walls to get to the pipes. He was very careful to test the work after it was done to make sure it fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work he did. Bob was able to turn a major inconvenience into a good experience. I am vey grateful for the help we received and I would certainly use Reddi Services in the future and recommend them to my friends.

We had a problem with a sewage pump lift station. Reddi Services was recommended by a handiman we use who was not sure of how to fix our problem. He had used Reddi and they did a good job for him.

I called Reddi and within an hour Gerald S. responded to our house which is in a rural area. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave a quote on the spot. I accepted and within in 2 days Gerald had all of the components he needed and had the new lift pump installed and we were going again - would have been soon except for some rainy weather and the fact we were gone a day earlier when he could have come.

I have been using Reddi Services for decades now, so my positive experience came as no surprise. Gerald arrived to tackle a leak in an irrigation pipe, but even after the city had come to shut off the water, the water was still running slightly. More city people showed up to assess this problem and decided they would replace the valve. With the water now completely shut off, Gerald was able to complete his job. He left to help others. The city crew showed up around 4 p.m. to start working on the valve. About 4:30, Gerald called me from his job in Scottsdale to assure me that he would return the next day to finish putting the yard back as it was before. He also inquired about the city crew and asked after their progress -- it was way early in their attack on the valve; they didn't finish until 8 p.m. Gerald did indeed show up the next day and returned the desert landscaping to what it was like before, except without excess water bubbling up. After I mentioned a loss in water pressure, he volunteered to come in to the kitchen and take a look. He did and fixed the problem immediately. I give Gerald highest points on all aspects of his job -- he showed up when he said he would, completed the job beautifully, and I couldn't be happier. As I said, Reddi Services and personnel have never let me down.

Today I needed the quick plumbing service I have come to expect from Reddi Services. Bryant Laffarga came to the rescue! He arrived on time, was quick to diagnosis the problem and how to remedy it. Within an hour he was finished and my shower and toliets were running great. Great prices and timely service are hard to find these days. I've had more than a couple different plumbers out to my 50 year old house over the years and Pepe Munoz is by far the best I've seen. Curtious, quick, knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does. This review is to show how grateful we are for Reddi Services. We have been using Jan Ashford/Reddi Services for over 15 years for our plumbing and HVAC needs. In fact, our pool was plumbed and dug by Reddi Services so their expertise extends into all areas. No job is too big or small. Their customer service and professionalism of their technicians are top notch. You can always depend on them.

The pricing is always fair and they always make great efforts to solve emergencies. I don't normally write reviews, but this weekend, our AC went out. Reddi Services sent out a technician quickly. The service specialist/technician Chris Groth was excellent. This is saying a lot since all professionals I had the pleasure of encountering over the past 15 years have been excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what was going on, and was never in a hurry, though he got the problem fixed quickly. We were afraid we needed to replace the entire AC unit but he pinpointed the problem and reassured us that would fix the issue. The AC came back to life and we are happy in this 110 plus weather.

I highly recommend Reddi Services to anyone. Their professionalism and their keen interest in their customers are rare these days.

I called Reddi Services on Friday morning and they could have had someone come the same day if my schedule permitted. It didn't, so I asked them to send someone the next day (Saturday). I was delighted to find out they were able to send someone on a week-end at no extra charge.

The technician, Marco Prieto, was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He explained what would be involved, gave me options and provided a free estimate on site. I chose to proceed with the installation of a garbage disposal as well as some additional repairs.

On Saturday morning 06/06/20 I discovered my electric water heater was leaking - immediately called Reddi Services at about 9 AM.. Within 30 minutes received a return call advising a Technician was available - within 15-20 minutes he was here. Caesar arrived first to access the situation & determine what was needed. He called in the parts he would need and Bryan arrived shortly with the water heater & all necessary equipment for installation. Both Caesar and Bryan were extremely courteous, efficient, and professional during the entire process. No complaints about getting the water heater into my storage room at all.They completed this complicated installation (at least i would think it was) & gone by 12:30 PM. My husband and I hired Reddi services to clean out our septic tank. My husband built a garage over the septic. They sent out Rick P. to do the pumping after we got the concrete and dirt out of the holes. He did a great job was very informative and very friendly. Our garbage disposal quit right in the middle of cleaning up after Sunday dinner. Called Reddi Services Monday morning and, after giving all the necessary info, was told they'd call us right back with an appointment time. After waiting an hour and a half, I called Reddi again. They were quite apologetic for the snafu in communication and said a plumber would be at our house within 45 minutes. Bryant arrived 30 minutes later. He determined that our disposal was clogged and got it working again. However, since we had no idea how old the disposal was and it had always rattled since we moved in, we asked Bryant to replace the disposal with a new one that we purchased (during the wait time). Bryant switched them out promptly. Bryant was great - very professional in manner and dress, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and concerns. We'll definitely use Reddi again.

I used Reddi at apartments which I own to remedy a costly situation with a frozen water valve that wouldn't shut off. The technician showed up quickly, got up to speed on the problem, and resolved it quickly for a reasonable price. I just referred my sister to them over the weekend when all of the drains in her entire house backed up. Reddi showed up really quickly and resolved the problem right away. I'm really impressed by their service.

Main Sewer Line Blockage
I rarely write reviews & when I do, it is usually negative ones. However, this time is the opposite. I called four plumbers and got different answers for our emergency. When I called Reddi Services, I did not feel like I would be taken advantage of. The representative that answered my call was familiar with the problem & placed my mind at ease.

The technician, Pepe Munoz was prompt, very knowledgeable & solved the problem quickly. He was very professional & explained the problem.

We had water back up into the bathtub and shower due to a clogged drain line. Called Reddi Services and after some delay past the scheduled time the technician, Jorge Prieto-Moran shows up. He listens carefully to our description of problems, then takes a look at toilets and sinks throughout the house. Next goes outside to look at the vent pipes up on the roof. He chooses a vent pipe at one end of the house and gets to work using a huge, heavy duty rooter machine. This thing has a rooter cable 150 feet long, which allows him to run the cable through the entire house, going through both bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, and all the way out to the sewer line in the street. Jorge has obvious experience and skill in using this machine and he works it well, being efficient yet careful and not rushed. In less than an hour the entire drain system in the house is working great. I also had a chance to talk with Jorge a bit as he was finishing up and he is a very nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for this type of service.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. Our home warranty company couldn't send anyone out until Monday, so they let us choose our own service provider who could fix it over the weekend. I called Reddi Services and they sent someone out the next day. Bob McKean diagnosed our issues and had a new hot water heater installed in just a few hours. So quick and easy... Thanks, Bob!!

The night before last, our upstairs bathroom shower sprung a leak. We have a busy weekend filled with a hockey tournament coming up, and we needed it fixed fast! I called Reddi at 7:00 AM. Gerald S. was at our house by 11:45 AM and it was all fixed before 2:00 PM. Gerald was fast, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain what had broken and what he was doing to fix it, and he was able to get the parts, including new fixtures (saved us a trip to the store!) He gave us friendly reminders to drain our water heater and replace the media in our water filtration system. Would definitely recommend Reddi and Gerald to anyone needing any plumbing work.

I called today to have someone come out. Just returned from vacation and the washing machines stopped working on the first load of clothes and flooded the closet the washer and dryer are in. I need someone to pull out the washer, replace the plumbing and knobs that no longer worked, cut down the pipes and add new recessed knobs.
Pepe came out the within an hour and a half of the call. He removed the washing machine ( no easy chore and even put it and the dryer on the side of the house for me. Then he proceeded to clean up ten years worth of accumulated dust, dirt, and other things that had dropped behind the washer and dryer. The space was so tight that it was never cleaned nor could you see what had accumulated. He then cleaned the floor and did his plumbing job.

He is my hero today. I can have the new washer installed next week and the plumbing job is perfect. I could have never moved the machines on my own so Pepe went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful that you have such a great team of people working for you.

As always I'm extremely pleased with the service I got. This was the second time that Pepe has been to my house and as before he was friendly , respectful and professional. First time trying reddi service. My ceiling was leaking and due to amazing reviews for reddi service, I made the call. They came quick and Chris G. was so knowledgeable and friendly, we felt so comfortable having him in our home. The price for the parts and fix was reasonable and most importantly, the leak completely stopped. Chris went above and beyond and I will definitely reach out to them again in the future.

We requested our personal plumber to come out and fix a leak we were having at our office. They told us they would not be available for a couple of days. Monica Williamson happened to stop by our office the day that we were having issues and said she would be able to get someone out for us right away. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Brent did the hardest worker and worked diligently with attention to detail installing sink until the job was done, as if he was doing the job for his family.

He then opened a drain for the washer so it exited to sewer rather than kitchen sink. Great intuition to how to treat the problem clog.

I will call him again if I need. He even helped me save money by allowing me to buy all the hardware, sink, etc.

I had a main sewer clog on Sunday (April 15, 2018) at around 5:00 PM. I was referred to them by my father in law. I gave them a call around 6:30 PM and someone was dispatched to my house by 7:30 PM. Excellent communication between the dispatcher, employee and customer. The gentleman that showed up was very professional. He was dressed nicely, clean and was very respectful. I gave him a quick run down of what happened, showed him where the main drain was and he got everything running in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I had looked for a good plumber at a decent rate for at least a month to get a bathroom vanity connected, the bids that cane back were very high or a few plumbers found the job too complicated because they would have to open the wall and move some attachments. I called Reddi Services New Years Eve expecting nothing and not only did they get me a same day appointment but their technician Chris Groth did a great job of resolving the issue in a creative manner and being transparent about the price.After this great experience, I highly recommend them.

our Washer drain backed up on a Sunday, I called on Monday to see when Reddi could come out and they were here within hours. Our drain was cleaned, works like a champ they were on time and the communication with me throughout the short process was A+. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My home is very old, 1969. My washer kept backing up, I called a plumber years ago and he gave me a absurd quote of over 3000.00 to fix it. Or he said I could use draino. So I did draino, dreading having to pay for the fix. It backed up again last night so I called reddi services.. they came out today and gave me two quotes to fix the problem. The highest was 499.00 to do what the other guy told me was going to be 3000! They fixed it on the spot! I kinda felt like I was stealing they were so reasonable on their price!
The guys cleaned up everything and had it done in no time! Friendly, nice, courteous and reasonable on price!!

About 3 weeks ago My girlfriend Vicki Goodrich and I had water pressure issues. So we called Reddi Services and they sent Pepe Munoz out to assess the situation. We were advised we needed a new shut of valve and copper piping. Pepe was able to open the pipe so we would have water pressure. 2 days later we had Pepe come out again and replace the piping and shut off valve. Last year Pepe came out and unclogged the trap to the kitchen sink. I highly recommend Pepe Munoz to fix any plumbing issues you may have. My AC was leaking pretty bad. Used my Home Warranty first. The tech came over on two different days and the problem still wasn't fixed. The tech they sent didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Reddi Services was recommended by a friend. Gave them a call. They came on a SUNDAY which really surprised me! No extra charge! Chris G., the tech they sent over knew exactly what the problem was. He was in and out in less than an hour and showed us what he did. Turned out it was a clogged condensation pipe. He was also very friendly and courteous! AC is working beautifully! Was expecting to pay a small fortune for the work but was a LOT less than I expected! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Reddi Services! I love this company. Every time I have used them, it has been a good experience. This last time we had a MAJOR issue - our entire water main had to be replaced and Ben A. did an awesome job! He was so nice and gave us the options. It was a difficult job because our landscaping had to be pushed away, a trench dug, and everything put back. He did it all in one day and afterwards you couldn't even tell any work had been done! A neighbor across the street had the same work done that took days and it looked horrible afterwards (we chose the right company!) Thank you Ben for such amazing service and pride in your work.

When my air conditioning quit working on Saturday, Reddi Services sent Harold out in a couple of hours. He investigated and found some corroded wires , then patched them up so I had cooling for the weekend. Because he did not replacement wires available, he came back at 8:00 am the following Monday and changed them. I was cool the whole time.

My mother has been a long-time customer of Jan Ashford (now Reddi) and she has always been very satisfied with the service. This time Bryant went to her house for an issue with her dishwasher. Bryant represents all the wonderful qualities she has come to expect from this service - exceptionally capable, reliable, and respectful. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and had to shut off the water to the house on a Sunday evening. Reddi Services sent Pepe Munoz, the on call plumber. He came all the way from the far east valley to Goodyear. Pepe arrived in a timely manner and was professional and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Reddi Services again and will ask for Pepe. Customer service was professional too, very friendly and courteous.

We have an older house, and AC, that tends to act up every now and again. Chris, is the absolute best! He has been the Air Conditioning technician that has serviced our AC the past several times it's had problems. He has replaced a condensate pump that was improperly installed by another company, adding to it a shut off that turns off the AC unit if it does not empty -rather than it flooding our house while the AC kept running. He recently did a full AC check, identified that our motor was dying and we were low on refrigerant. He gave us three options for the level of repairs we could do, knowing that we intend to replace the whole thing in the coming year. Since he did the repairs, our house has been SO MUCH cooler, it hasn't been this consistent in years. Not only is Chirs's repairs great, he has demonstrated incredible knowledge on AC systems and the reason we will be considering reddi services for our eventual full unit replacement. Being without AC in Arizona, or dealing with a flooding house, is an incredibly stressful time; Chris is such a friendly and nice person that it helps alleviate that. We highly recommend that you request Chris come out to look at your AC units, he will give you great options, knowledge, honesty, and kindness.

We have been using Reddi Services for several years for all of our Air Conditioning/Heat Pump and Plumbing. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them. We always ask for Chris Groth especially for our AC/Heat. Chris is very professional, confident, honest, knowledgeable and follows through on what he says he will do. Example: on one of our fall check-ups Chris discovered that one of our units was leaking. We could either have a new unit put in and/or he could order a new coil and replace it. We decided to have a new coil put in and the unit continues to work well. Chris has our complete trust.

Saturday late afternoon while attempting to replace corroded 35 year old washing machine hot & cold water valves (with new ones) in our laundry room, I found it impossible to make a seal against the existing compression sleeves without leaking. Although it was after 6:00pm and the weekend, I felt frustrated and helpless. My wife Googled plumbing services online and found REDDI HEROES which noted no extra weekend expenses. After reading many of the reviews we felt secure in contacted them to see if it was possible to have this serviced still that night. Not only did they say that it was doable, but they responded back in a timely manner and said that Pepe Munoz would let me know ASAP if he could accommodate us. He called back within minutes and said he was in north Scottsdale and could make it in approx. one and a half hours...and if that was too late early Sunday morning. I was desperate in that the water was turned off to my house and asked if possible could he make it that night. He was a man of his word and arrived about 1.5 hours later to examine the situation. He and his assistant Brian then proceeded to grab their tools and repaired our valves quickly and professionally and waited long enough to ensure that the leaks were gone. I pride myself in being a handyman around the house, but they had all the specific tools needed and knowhow to complete the mess I had made.....and at a reasonable price! ReddiServices Is a great company. People are friendly and very helpful from their Dispatcher to their Technicians. Especially Mr. Gerald Schulz for Plumbing and Mr. Chris Groth for Air Conditioning.
The two rooms were flooded and I didn't know what the cause was so I call ReddiServices and asked for a plumber. They gave me a time and Mr. Gerald Schulz was at my door. My pipes was block and the water was coming backward from the air conditioning. He suggested to me that I would need two condensation pump one for each room and new piping. When he finished the work was super. He also suggest to me to get my air conditioning look at and recommended Chris Groth.
If you have Plumbing Issues, I recommend you called ReddiServices and Asked for Mr. Gerald Schulz because of his knowledge/Experience, professionalism, patient and his super work.

When my Air Conditioning/Heating finally stop working due to the worn out parts and mess up wire connections. Mr. Chris Groth came out and change the worn out parts and spend a lot of time reconnecting the wires. He also clean the coils and refilled the freeze-on. Again I had problem with my Air Conditioning/Heating so I called ReddiServices again and asked for Chris. He came out and fix my Air Conditioning/Heating again and this time suggested to me to get a new air conditioning/heating system. The unites we have is so old and they are having a deal in air conditioning/heating. Few day later got the new systems installed by Chris and his team, Harry and Robert. Their work were super and I'm very happy with their work and the new system. If you have problem with your air conditioning heating unit/system I recommend Mr. Chris Gorth due to his knowledge/Experience, patient, super work and professionalism. Pepe and Brent went above and beyond helping us purchase new toilets. The ones we had waiting for them to install turned out to be cheap junk. Pepe said that they wouldn't last and may cause plumbing issues. He sent us to a plumbing supply store to choose new toilets. When we arrived at the store Pepe and Brent were there! With lost of knowledgeable helpers we finally chose good, dependable toilets. Pepe and Brent came immediately back to our home and installed the toilets in a very short time. They cleaned up, caulked, and left no mess! This stressful chore was made much easier with the help of Pepe and Brent.

Bob McKean came to our rescue when we had a back up problem. Not only did he assure us that our own remedy had solved the problem, but he also said it was not necessary to do any further work. He explained to us how to avoid the problem in the future and he even loosened a drain top for us that he told us to use if we had to drain our pool again.
We felt so relieved and were certainly prepared to pay extra for a Saturday service call. Not only did he not charge us for a weekend, he told us as former customers, there would be no charge at all.
I can't remember the last time any service company did this for us.

Reddi was on the ready for a plumbing emergency that forced us to shut off our home's main water supply for a few hours. The company dispatched Service Specialist Frank M. who quickly replaced two defective parts on a leaking toilet tank and offered some valuable maintenance advice. Frank was very friendly and conscientious about the service he provided and made sure everything was in good working order before his departure. Great to work with people who take pride in their work. Thank you Frank and thank you Reddi.

Because of the previous positive experiences I’ve had with ReddiServices, I again called them when multiple plumbing problems suddenly came up at my house -- once again the technician they sent, Pepe Munoz this time, was on time, was courteous, friendly, and very professional (knowing exactly what to do to repair each issue). It was nice, too, that he came out with a well-equipped truck – other companies I’ve used in the past have sent plumbers who had to either call their home offices to have parts brought out to them, or else go back to their shops to get things, yet despite the variety of problems Pepe had to resolve for me, he had the needed parts handy, which of course, expedited the repairs. Pepe is a great technician, and ReddiServices is a good company.

I called to schedule an appointment to get septic tank pumped. Price I was quoted by Troy was $400.00. I specifically asked if there would be any additional cost associated with pumping and was told there would be no additional costs. Well the person after a 2 hour delay in time they were scheduled to arrive they did show up and took care of pumping. Well then I was given bill that was not 400.00 as promised, but now cost would be $495.00. There would be an additional cost of $95.00 for digging. I will not use this company again just for the fact that they lied to us.

Had a tub drain problem at a rental property for a couple of years. I suspected the drain having a restriction in the trap which could be something from children playing in the tub. Called Reddi service & a service tech named Marco. He called me after researching the problem, I told him about my suspicions and sure enough he found a child's toy in the trap. He spent some serious time cleaning this trap out. Good job Marco.

Brent S. just saved the day! We had a leak in our water line in the front yard. The yard was flooding and I had no clue what to do. Brent S. showed up and was able to immediately identify the issue, solve the problem, and ensure I knew what was happening each step of the way. He had great customer service and was truly dedicated to ensuring the issue was fixed. Trustworthy, honest, and respectful!

I had a huge plumbing problem at my house and after hiring more than three different companies who could not find the Clean out Pipe. I called Reddi, I was helped by Pepe Muñoz and Donald Mata they did an excellent job Pepe went out of his way to make sure my nightmare problem was resolved, It was like a miracle that he could find the pipe. We had a busted pipe in our front yard with company on the way in just a few days and needed to water our yard for our guests. Bob McKean came out at 8:30 at night on a Sunday to assess the damage and had the pipe fixed the very next morning. Bonn charged us exactly what he said he would, no additional fees the day of the service. The service was fast and exactly what we needed!

Recently had Brent Sanderson come to our home to address a plumbing issue. Initially, thought it would be a simple task no more than an hour to unplug the sink. It turned into 4 hours and still no remediation. Brent tried every possible trick, a second dispatcher was called to bring a larger drill, even used an organic solution. He was just as disappointed as I was and left without it being resolved and charged for the service call. He scheduled another technician for the following day. About (3) hours later the solution that was used, worked! EUREKA! Brent was courteous, and persistent. He used every trick in the book!

As the manager for the Arizona Lutheran Retirement Center, there can be a wide range of problems that arise in a complex that was built in the late 1950s. Raymond Vasquez, Service Specialist with REDDI SERVICES is number one in our book! We recently contacted REDDI SERVICES to get a second opinion to replace three shower valve cartridges in our home. Raymond was promptly dispatched to our home that same evening and after assessing the situation he informed us what the process to remove and replace the cartridges would be and what it would cost. We were initially told by a different company we first contacted the cartridges could not be removed therefore the valves would need to be replaced and in order to replace the valves it would be necessary to cut holes through the outside wall of our home to gain access to the valves or remove the shower tile and cut holes to gain access.
Raymond was able to successfully remove and replace the cartridges at an affordable price. This was a very meticulous job and I believe other techs would have walked away from it. Raymond's knowledge and experience saved us thousands of dollars. Raymond was very professional, displayed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to get the job done for us. We can't thank him enough.

On July 24, Cesar Sanchez responded to my call for attention to bathroom plumbing that sounded to me like trouble. He came early, wearing protective mask, gloves and booties, diagnosed the problem, located the outdoor access to the clogged piping and fixed it. He tested to make sure the pipe was clear, disposed of the offensive gunk he removed from it, and then explained what to do going forward. He also clearly explained the issue to the President of the HOA board because the problem had ramifications that needed attention. He was knowledgeable, and skilled, and kind and respectful throughout. I was relieved and I remain grateful that a much larger problem was averted in time. Thank you very much.

My AC went out so I called Reddi Plumbing Services. I ended up speaking to Toby Gamble, he was very polite and helpful he sent a technician out to my house. It turned out to be a problem with my main circuit breaker which unfortunately is something they didn't handle. Toby Gamble called me back and gave me a few companies that could assist me. The customer service that I received is so rare for todays day an age. Kudos for A 1 Service!
