One call and inspection, I had catastrophic drain failure. Next day start and finished same week. Replaced all drain pipes under slab. This team is incredible!! Brian and Joey were our install techs, doesn't get any better than these guys. Their team was courteous and polite. The project manager stopped by just to make sure everything ran smoothly. Finished on time. I now have the best drain pipes in the area!!

I cannot thank Rooter Ranger enough for their rapid response time, extremally professional crew, and exceptional communication skills. The kitchen sink drain was a bit slow. Browsed for best plumber. Found Rooter Ranger at the top of the list. After a brief call, tech came out in short order to remove the obstruction with his snake. It continued to hit one problem after another. Camera was then used to see the obstructions. The 70 year old pipe had failed repeatedly from the kitchen and bathroom to the sewer in the alley. Crew started to attack the problem the same day. Now have new sewer line installed in what I consider was record time. Warranty is exceptional. I have placed Rooter Ranger at the top of my plumber list.

I had the very good luck to contact Rooter Ranger through their online advertising. Soon after speaking with their answering service I was contacted by Riley in their office to confirm my plumbing problem. She was efficient and very knowledgeable about the process. I was contacted by Barney who was assigned to handle the job. He arrived right on time. Soon my plumbing problems were completely, efficiently and professionally resolved. Most importantly, their service is honest and straightforward with NO up-selling.

January 8th 2023They did not find and did not fix all the leaks. I found a area that appeared freshing damp. there was another smaller leak at the kitchen sink drain pipe, that was along side the one they fixed.. Unbelievable!! ? ¹December 8th 2022Some questionable experience/skill from Jason.Lester was skilled, made a tool on the fly with rubber coupler, hose claps and drain pipe to grip and remove bonnet to access shower cartridge.Keep in mind I have home warranty service that I could have used. RR was the first company I call to get a second opinion. Knowing I had to pay out of pocket. Don explained this well, so I decided to hire RR.First visit, When looking for the leak Jason made two deep puncher in the exterior wall at the two drain access area.Don at RR recommended QRQuick Restore was the mitigation company.. With cabinet removed We had an idea of where the leak was coming visually through a open portion of the drywall on Friday 12/2, but we couldn't remove or access walls until Wednesday 12/7 due to the lack of asbestos testing that was never needed for homes built after the 1980s??When fixing the drain, Jason made two cuts to remove the damage drain pipe. The two cuts involved cutting through into the exterior/interior moisture barrier, wall and stucco outside.. and Asking a home owner for tools left me questioning his experience and the nessesity to damage the moisture barrier and outside stucco wall.Maybe a hand rope chainsaw could have been used?Dispatch Shawn and GM Nolan Philips made calls and listen to all my concerns.

Just had Aaron come out to my mom's house around 7pm to clear an emergency clog. He worked very fast and clearly explained exactly what was going on and what we could expect. He was super nice and explained things to my mom a few times so she understood what was going on even though it was late and she was crabby haha. Above and beyond. Not usually a review writer but I don't usually encounter service this good!

I am so grateful for the team of Rooter Rangers who came to look at our plumbing issues. Our master toilet was backing up into our shower..Barney was the 1st came out and was so great at talking me thru his process. He was upfront about the possibility of the cost changing vs what was originally quoted. When he couldn’t solve the issue ( after trying for almost 3 hours) he reached out his Supervisor Jared. Jared walked him thru the steps he took and encouraged him the he did it all right. Jared then came out to take a look. We didn’t know where the clean out were for our house. Turns out they were buried in our front yard. Jared never gave up searching even as the rain came poring down. After running the camera thru the clean out Jared recommended “power washing” the pipes to see if that would clear out the clog and he could get a better view of everything. Due some other unexpected issues in our neighborhood we ended up having to schedule the “power wash” for the next day. Dillion showed up just as scheduled and was just as friendly and polite as Barney & Jared. After Dillion was done Jared inspected the system again. Dillion didn’t go as deep as it needed so Jared helped and walked him thru completing it. And it worked!!! Yay!! Jared inspected everything with cameras and to our surprise it was all in great shape.Jared and his team were so easy to work with. They were great at explaining everything as well as answering all my questions. Thank you to Rooter Rangers (especially Jared, Barney & Dillion) for fixing our plumbing issue!!

Only did one star because I don't know how to do negative stars..They will take advantage of you and try to scam you by creating problems that do not exist. do not waste your time or money on this company. we contacted them to clear a clogged kitchen drain, after mgr came out, they insisted it was a major issue with mud & roots in our pipes and would cost $2500-2800 to jet the pipes. then stated it would cost $10k-15k when they start jackhammering into the bathroom floors. We only hired them because they offered a special to clear the drain for less than $50.. it ended up costing $270 by the time they left, and I still had a clogged drain. we called our normal plumber at Deer Valley Plumbing and they confirmed NO mud or roots in our pipes, it was simple grease clogged in the peatrap. but they stated, even if it was bad & needed a jet, it would only cost $800. definitely would not need any jackhammering into floors. the tech ANDRE and his manager totally took advantage of a woman home alone, offered several hugs, complimented all our hobbies, and played on my stressed emotions. they didn't even bother checking the peatrap or anything under the sink. they immediately went to mud & roots and even claimed to see them on the camera scope. LIARS and SCAMMERS!!I posted this review on their Facebook and they blocked my account within an hour. ***They are hiding bad reviews!! *** Do not use this shady company!!!!!***

My 3-year-old grandson flushed half an Apple down our toilet, plugged up both bathrooms completely both showers completely. Michael came out, cleaned out our drain system got our bathrooms working again and the price was amazingly low. He was a great plumber very informative very responsive very professional and very polite. I would definitely use them again and again

I want to thank Michael the Plumber who came out at 1am to unclog my plumbing. It wasn’t just one bathroom it was both and the shower. He came went on the roof and handled his business. The next day he came with his boss to put the camera down the pipe and it needed to be replaced. They got me approved to get the work done and Michael stayed until the inspectors came and he was over all just a very nice person and explained the plumbing. Since I was getting the work done they reimbursed me what I paid for the night before and that was nice. Michael and Donnie thank you.I want to STRONGLY commend and thank, Teyon who was the plumber who did the digging and put new pipe in my home and laid down the concrete.(basically the most difficult part of this process) His communication after every time he would leave, the respect he had while in my home and cleaning up after the work was done I can not thank him enough and his helper. Actually because of you Teyon there is still hope that their are honest hard working people like yourself that did an amazing job and hopefully won’t have to call Rooter Ranger after all the work you did, but you are an awesome trustworthy person! Can’t thank you enough and hopefully get recognition from Rooter for your hard work and this very satisfied customer. My family and I thank you Teyon and Rotter Ranger for your help.

The low price for the initial service looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Rooter Ranger came out, explained that further investigation would be needed to fix the clogged drain, recommending a camera service for nearly $200. Camera service time came a couple days later. I am $250 lighter and the drain was left plugged. Rooter Rangers declared that a tear down was needed to get to some pipes. I brought in a competitor. No charge for the camera. No tear down was needed. A simple fix. 20 minutes later, no plugged drain. I am sure they aren't always sketchy, but I was cheated out of $250. Lesson learned.

Fantastic job from Louie and Luciano. They came when they said they would, they were clean, and effective. I woke up to a back up in the house that i could not clear. My main line was clogged. I called Rooter Ranger and Louie and Luciano arrived. They explained everything to me while they were working. They got it cleaned out and made sure all the drains worked before they left.Thank you gentlemen. I hope I don't need you again, but if I do you are on my speed dial.

Isaac came out on a Sunday evening, and spent quite a bit of time working theclog out. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and he was showing me the challenges that we had caused him and he worked on it and worked on it and was able to get it clear in an hour. We’ve lived in this house for 13 years and have now learned. We can’t put just anything into the garbage disposal. That being said, I will use this company every single time we have an issue, and I will share my experience with my friends and family, because I believe in this team wholeheartedly. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

I called Rooter Ranger to ask for quote for the leak in my toilet. Other plumbing companies already quoted me over $400 but I was shopping for a cheaper alternative because I just moved to a new house and my bank account was already depleted.Rooter Ranger send Morgan. He checked the pipe and started working on it. I was confused for a while coz I requested for an assessment and not repair.Morgan fixed the leaking pipe and charged me $0 as it was just a simple fix. I could never thank him enough. I wish other companies are as helpful and honest as Rooter Ranger. We scheduled our small steel grease trap to be replaced by Rooter Ranger after using them to repair a sewer line break a few months ago. Fortunately when our scheduled 8am guy called out they sent us Roger around 1030am to get started. Roger did an excellent job jackhammering our concrete floor and digging out our rusted old trap. He was friendly, efficient and polite the entire process, including coming back the next day to pour new concrete. Would highly recommend Rooter Ranger especially Roger.

This company was very responsive and went right to work on my drain issue however it was like a bull in a china factory and no regard for the destruction they did. But that was not the major issue. It was and has been getting them to respond to my insurance adjuster and claim they filed on my behalf to settle the claim. When the adjuster calls the office they are told someone will call It’s been almost 2 months and still no response. They got there money immediately. I just want my settlement and be done with it and them. Don’t trust what they say about taking care of the claim

We had a clogged sink, I called Rooter Ranger at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour, Cody came to repair it. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything. He took care of the problem, cleaned up his area and made sure everything was working like it should be before he left. We highly recommend him and this company!

Charged us $1,900 for a simple jet wash that we later learned should have cost between $300 and $500. Caveat emptor and all that, sure, but also, how about not being shady and taking advantage of people? And that's exactly what they do—people with plumbing emergencies have to act quickly, and they're banking on getting to you first and telling you whatever you need to hear to close your business. The business model is to send a driver to your house who is not authorized to do anything but call a supervisor. The supervisor comes out and up-sells you services, and then up-charges you for them. The driver doesn't get paid unless they sell you services. I know, because a driver told me so and, from talking to him, I suspect that he is also being taken advantage of by this company. We used them a couple times actually. Every time, the new guys tell us the old guys don't work there anymore. This would be a great story for local investigative news.*** Update: The number they posted below never answers.

Had to call back after not hearing from dispatch for 4 hours, but the tech, Christian, was very pleasant and professional. $47 to clear a backed kitchen drain was worth the wait. I'd use them again but hope their dispatch gets better. I wouldn't mind them saying it won't be until the afternoon that they'll get out there, just don't make me wait 4 hours before I have to call you.

Called early Monday morning and by 10am tech Clay shows up! We discussed my problem and he described what he could do for me and my drain. He took care of my problem and discussed options in the future should problem drain reoccur. Efficient Professional and Cost effective!I would recommend Rooter Ranger to all!

We had a BIG pipe problem and Ranger Rooter came to the rescue! They sent Joey and Brian out and they worked long hours for 5 days straight and replaced all of our drain pipes under our house. These two guys did amazing work and were great to be around. This company was on point and had great communication with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any plumbing issue. You only be so luck to have Brian and Joey to come to your house. This team is amazing!

I used Rooter Ranger for my first plumbing experience in my home. I had a lot of apprehension in proceeding with the company. My first encounter was with Joseph, he was very personable and easy to talk to, he explained the situation and what needed to be done. My second encounter was the next day for the work to begin was with Miguel. He was very prompt for the time scheduled. I liked his interaction with me how he answered all of my nervous questions.He was extremely pleasant and really knew what he was doing, even when he thought he had run into a snag in the job. He said don't worry, I'll take care it, I'm here to please the customer and I'm good at what I do.Miguel continued working called me back outside and was smiling ear to ear, and said see, no worries all taken care of.If I ever need anymore plumbing services, because of Miguel and Joseph and they're easiness/professionalism I will use Rooter Ranger again.I have to add that I also have been in customer service for over 30yrs and I know when it's genuine, and Miguel/Joseph were amazing!

From the first call to the last visit we had nothing but exceptional service. We had a tech that came out, a camera guy come out and then the final crew that came with the pressure washer to clean the lines. This was a disgusting job and Jason & Dillon were professional and informative the entire time they were here. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do they will be the only plumbers I will call!

Didn't feel as though unclogging ONE kitchen drain was worth $1100....... when they advertise $49.00...they did nothing more than stick a hose to unclog....it was workers who didn't know how to use the new machine that was time consuming. The guys were very nice and apologetic ...the boss man acme out and tried to UPSELL me into a new drain outlet to the tune of $2200......and not to mention they never looked for th outside drain under rock...I would never refer them!

Christian was friendly, informative, professional and timely. The work was completed in the time frame stated will little interruption to our day. He cleaned out the main drain which was clogged with roots and debris and replaced the pipe. Before leaving he checked the whole system for the follow to assure there was no longer any back up. Thank you Rooter Rangers for you quick response to out call. Hopefully we won't have to use a plumber again, but if we do I will call Rooter Ranger Plumbing.

My father and I were having issues with our bathroom sink. We called Rooter Ranger Plumbing in San Diego for same day service. Mr. Frank A. called 18 minutes before his arrival. Arrived at the door in a professional matter. Clean uniform. Very Courteous. I was having multiple issues with our sink and faucet. Faucet was removed, service was provided. Received a service with a smile. Frank was suppose to charge for his service but did not. Frank has a customer for life.

These guys are awesome! They were able to come out the same day I called and we discovered a much bigger issue than just a clogged drain. They were able to do a more thorough investigation and same day repair on our severely compromised pipes the next day. So grateful for these fantastic and friendly guys. Everyone was so polite from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again!

Frank was my technician. He called ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. He was professional and technically proficient. He assessed the issue with my garbage disposal and corrected it in a timely manner.His service was excellent!

Their entire staff is friendly and professional, service was prompt and reasonably priced, great communication, COVID-19 compliant, and quality work. I was fortunate to have Tony, (for both calls) as the technician who solved my plumbing issues. Had the unfortunate issue of a clogged main drain that caused a back up through the toilet and flooded our bathroom yesterday. We're renters, our landlord advised his usual guy was not responding and requested we find a company on our own. After looking at a few other places we decided to call Rooter Ranger. I am glad we did. I called and my first contact was with Bethany. She immediately inquired what our issue was and advised they can have someone out same day within a few hours. Great. She was clear on the pricing, informed us of their current special and let us know the technician would reach out to confirm the appointment. Tony reached out shortly after and said he could be at our residence with 2 hrs. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to try and resolve the issue from the outside access. He was honest and advised that he couldn't reach the blockage from there and would need to pull the toilet up. That's when he discovered that our drain line layout from the bathroom was in a figure 5 and was preventing him from clearing the blockage in the main drain. He was patient and very informative. He was able to resolve the blockage by accessing the main drain from under the sink where the lines converged. Tony was awesome. Even when our landlord gave him a few issues after he completed the job. I will definitely recommend this company.

All the people at Rooter Ranger were excellent! Everyone I dealt with was super polite and very knowledgeable. None of our drains were working so I called Rooter Ranger after hearing their ads on the radio. Raul was quick on the job and very thorough. Jared came to verify my issue and walked me through the whole process step by step as he worked. Once he determined what the problem was he sent Cooper and Quinn over to get the job done. These guys are super hard workers and amazed me with what the were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Once the work was complete, Jared came by to do a final inspection with me and explained all the work that had been done. Now I always know who to call when disaster strikes. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with my decision to call Rooter Ranger. I could not get my kitchen sink to drain no matter what I tried, and Casey came out within an hour of my call and provided outstanding service. In fact, after discovering the clog was so bad that not even snaking could clear it, he spent several hours diligently redoing what was obviously not done well by another plumber in the not-too-distant past. I was shown with a camera the pipes before and after the cleaning (something the other plumber did not do) and now am confident that I don't have to live in fear of my sink backing up. Casey and this company as a whole take integrity very personally, and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided. I would not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again.And I would like to say a special thank you to Casey. Casey, you worked really hard to get those pipes squeaky clean. You could have just showed me some clean spots with the camera and called it a day and I would have never known the difference. But you are too honorable for that. Very happy with our experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on New Years Eve, I was hesitant to call anyone due to the holiday, plus it was already after 5pm. We called a couple of places. The first company was going to charge $125 just to come out, plus the cost of the service. The second company said it would be $400, plus service charges due to them being in their Holiday hours. We took a chance and called a third company, Rooter Ranger, they only charged us for the actual services performed. Ron came to the house, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went as far as explaining the workings of the plumbing connected to our kitchen. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger and Ron for their/his expertise and great customer service. We will definitely call Rooter Ranger again in the future, if needed. I called on a Saturday morning and frank called to get more information and give an eta and idea of pricing for my sink that wouldn't drain within a few hours. He was polite, communicative and even put up with my guard dog chihuahua mutt. He talked me through the assessment and options in a way I could understand and solved the problem in the now with options for the best long term solutions . Great service!

I have used this company for many years. Until this last appointment I have been completely satisfied. The owner and Aden have been out several times. They sent a technician over for my usual Thanksgiving visit. I advised him if the situation and right awa he had a CAN'T DO attitude. I politely ask him to leave and called the office. Since Ive had no less than five episodes dealing with this company I decided to phone in, explqin why I sent him away and give them another chance. Its the day after Thanksgiving and I have yet to see another technician or receive a call about scheduling a technician. No idea whats happened over there but I will no longer be recimending thia company or using them.

Gabriel is a wonderful guy who came to help me with a drain issue. It was definitely an emergency with a pipe exposed. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with resolving the issue. He helped me with info to prevent the issue from happening again and he was very fair. I know I can trust this company because of my experience. I called many plumbers and waited to see which would be the quickest. Gabriel called within 30 min and came to my house 10 min after he called. He was by far the lowest price quote and the fastest service. Such a gem of a company!!! Thank you Rooter Ranger Company and Gabriel!

I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though it's a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didn't charge me since he didn't have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies. I very highly recommend rooter ranger for your plumbing needs. Thank you again Adrian.

Great experience with Rooter Ranger! Our kitchen sink was not draining like normal and we decided to call a plumber. The communication from the beginning to end with them was excellent. I called to setup an appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice. The dispatcher was accommodating and helpful. Tyler came out the next day and then Jim came by with the camera to see what was causing the problem. Turns out we had grease buildup! Thanks kids! Jim sent Jesse out to hydrojet the pipe and then Jim came by later with the camera to make sure that the pipe was not “bellied” and that all the grease was out. We didn’t pay until the job was completely done! Rooter Ranger is affordable and has amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them!

Super impressed by this company! I needed help with a backed up kitchen sink on New Year's Eve and they responded so quickly, whereas most other companies told me I'd have to wait until Tuesday. Ron was communicative, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was also fun to talk to and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to get an estimate for some work I will need in the future, giving me all the details I need to make an informed decision. In November of 2018 our main drain line backed up. We called Rooter Ranger who arrived within 30 minutes. The issue could not be resolved by rooting so they came back the next morning which was a Sunday. By video scoping they discovered that our over 60 year old cast iron drain pipe was partially collapsed. They jack hammered an opening in the main bathroom and tunneled back in two directions replacing the old pipe with new ABS until they reached good pipe. The pipe was replaced from this point all the way to the septic tank. Soon after those repairs were made to our complete satisfaction, we had another section collapse in a different part of the house. After scoping the piping again they came up with a solution that essentially left us with all new PVC drain piping so that we would never have an issue with our drain lines again. The good news was both repairs were mostly covered by our homeowners insurance and Jarrod was very helpful in providing information required by our policy holder to process the claim. We ended up doing two bathroom remodels and RR did the all of the plumbing work for the remodel. Special thanks to Dan who was the project manager for the repair and remodel. Jarrod, Dan, Brayden, Joseph and Adrian and were all courteous, prompt, timely and friendly. I have, and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

The garbage disposal in the house I am renting was leaking. Was recommended Rooter Ranger from a friend. Jesse was extremely punctual when he came out and was very helpful in assessing what needed to be done and the cost for the work and made me feel like an extremely valued customer. I felt like the work was done at a fair price and was beyond satisfactory. Would absolutely recommend Rooter Rangers to friends and colleagues, especially your employee Jesse.

Casey came out to our house and checked out our drain problem. The pipes had totally failed and he made arrangements to start the replacement of the cast iron pipes. He kept us informed every step of the way. The job way completed very quickly, considering the amount of work to be done. Everyone connected with the job were better than great. After consulting 3 plumbing companies in Phoenix to find a solution for the problem I had with the toilet in my house I had enough.;Their attitudes were from rude to arrogant.As a final try I saw the ad saying help would be within 60 minutes. A very friendly lady answered and after I told her about the problem she said you are at the right place.One of our technicians will call you within the next 10 minutes about an appointment. Was I surprised that this actually came true. After viewing the toilet disaster, a very professional, knowledgeable young man, named Casey came up with a solution. A couple minutes later checking the prices for the necessary equipment, he offered me a very good estimate. It was not an easy job to do, but they did it perfectly to my great satisfaction. Especially Casey must be mentioned because he did not hesitate to even work at the weekend. THIS COMPANY I CAN RECOMMEND STRONGLY AND I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. THEY HAVE SHOWN ME AND CASEY DEMONSTRATET IT THAT THEY REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Super quick service, which is important in managing vacation rentals. A tech was out to the condo within two hours. Casey’s communication was excellent. Turns out the repair was a couple thousand dollars of work which was covered by the home warranty so I was unfortunately not able to have Rooter Ranger perform the repair. Casey was very understanding, and there was no fee for the service call. Rooter Ranger will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing emergencies.

Kevin K. and Shawn came to my rescue on November 5, 2020. I called and scheduled service, explaining what was going on and I was really stressed out. They checked the sewer with a camera and showed me what was happening. They gave me an estimate and explained about offering financing or a discount for senior citizen. They told me they would get to work right away and Shawn sure did! Shawn explained what he was doing every time I went to check out how things were going. He was very pleasant and said I could ask him anything and if I had questions not to hesitate in asking. He dug a hole and got things all ready but couldn't finish until the 6th because he had to get all the stuff together that was needed and it was close to 5pm. He left us telling us we could still use water and toilets but to be careful of what goes down the drain and no washing until it was fixed. On the 6th, Shawn came early and finished the job!! He walked me thru every step of what he was doing and told us when we couldn't use water or flush (about 30 minutes) and then let us know when all was ok. I called today at 11am, my info was taken and I was told it would be given to dispatch and someone would call me back within an hour. 30 minutes later Raul called, I explained my kitchen drain line was draining but during our remodel we noticed black gunk in the drain line that goes into the wall. He said he had an appointment before me and would call me afterwards but thought he would be here around 2pm . Raul actually called me at 12:30 and said he was on his way. When he got here he tried several options, but it didn't work. He recommended a camera inspection and possible hydro jetting my drain lines. I declined until I could discuss options with my husband. Raul was not bothered but very understanding. I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said nothing because I really didn't do anything other than try a few options. He told me to call him if I need his services and he would gladly return. Great customer service from the beginning, great friendly technician. I will gladly refer Raul and Rooter Ranger to friends and family.

First, the ladies in the house asked me if I called Cute Guy Plumbing? So all of a sudden the drains didn't matter? Ha! Well their work was top notch. Jordan and his crew responded very quickly on a Friday night. Danny was awesome. They were very professional and the prices were extremely reasonable. As a matter fact, they were almost half of what another plumbing outfit wanted.The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they carefully explained everything at each step. I am good with most home repairs, but plumbing is the nastiest stuff there is. These guys are amazing and since they got dirty and didn't mind getting into the business (so to speak), they absolutely have my business from this day forward.

After posting my initial review, Jarod came out and spoke with my father and I about the situation. I will say that he wanted to know exactly what happened. He let us know that there were HIGH CONCERNS as to the events that took place. They took disciplinary action and wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. Jarod was a nice man and actually paid us back the $$ that we paid to the other company to fix our plumbing problem. He even sent out a gentlemen to repair the Stucco at NO CHARGE! I will say that he stood by his word and did exactly what he said he would do, without question. I appreciated everything that they said they were going to do, with follow through. If you ever have any questions or concerns with this company they will back up their service and honesty of employee practices. Erick told my elderly parents that it was a bad main drain pipe. He showed them the video and convinced them that it would have to be replaced with a burst pipe. I wasn't there to see the video.He went outside to work up the numbers. He came back with a quote of $21,000.00!!!!! There was nothing itemized. He talked my parents into financing it!! They both live on their Social Security and could not afford this. I asked them to hold off. They scheduled the repair once I left for work.I was extremely apprehensive as to what the real problem with our system was. I stopped them from going forward and had to contact 2 finance companies to withdraw. My dad took out 2 Loans!!!I called another company and they told us the pipe was fine. They fixed the problem the santee in the wall for $750.00STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! Erick should be fired!

I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received from my initial phone call to the tech (Gabe) that performed the repairs advertised they could have scheduled me the afternoon of the day I initiated the call but at my request they came the next day. During that time frame I received a call from the tech to whom I explained I needed a new kitchen faucet installed along with a new garbage disposal. Gabe arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. The entire project was a couple of hours and upon completion he explained and demonstrated everything that was done and made sure everything was working. I couldn’t be more satisfied and I will definitely keep Rooter Ranger in mind for any further service

This company is definitely for the customers/clients. I had been dealing with an issue for 2 days mentioned it to my brother Pedro Padilla and he was able to get Technician Casey scheduled same day within 2 hours Casey was at my house fixed my issue and was out. Extremely efficient. I recommend this company if you need any work or have any plumbing issues, the work that was done from both Pedro and Casey exceeded my expectations And keep in mind this was on Christmas Day. Something else that made the whole experience great was they send a text with a time frame arrival and when the job is completed. Overall great experience!!

The Rooter Ranger Plumbing company is very reliable and has immediate service. They answered my call in the afternoon and a few minutes later a plumber called to make an appointment with me. Their workers Alex Diaz and his partner were very polite and fixed my kitchen pipe in less than 5 minutes. This company has amazing service and the workers are outstanding too. I was very impressed and satisfied with their speedy service.

Other team members had come to scope the issue and everyone communicated with one another very well. I never had to re-explain anything to people coming to perform different aspects of the work. We had a main drain blockage. This company was the first to respond in a timely manner from the first 6 phone calls I made. They informed us that the main drain was blocked due to roots entering the pipes. They showed us the camera pictures identifying the blocked area. They then told us the bad news. It would cost almost $7,000 to have a section of the driveway concrete removed and dig down 6 feet to replace the damaged pipe. I asked if everything would be be repaired and restored as we originally had it? I specifically mentioned the pavers lining the driveway. I was assured that it would. When the work was done - and they did a wonderful job in a professional manner on the repair - the pavers were essentially placed back on the ground without a concrete foundation. The rock landscape around the area repaired is messed up and looked horrible. This is the normal for any repairs by contractors I have hired in the past. They don’t care if the home owner has to clean up the final product. They think they did the repairs but all the damage they did to the surrounding area is the homeowners problem. I will now have to spend a weekend cleaning up the mess they left behind. Great delivery but slipshod finish. Typical! Otherwise, very hard working crew and friendly service from everyone involved.

A few months ago, I called Rooter Ranger because I was having issues with the drains in my shower and toilets backing up. They were at my house within an hour. It was at a time when I was quarantining in my home due to COVID. It was determined that the roots from a tree in my front yard had grown through the water main. Everyone was so professional and friendly. They made a bad situation so much better. I want to especially thank Jesse James A., Daniel S. and Jarrod B. They finished the project the next day and even came back the following morning to double check that everything was great. I highly recommend these guys!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with my Rooter Ranger experience. I had my entire Mobile Home water lines redone due to reoccurring water problems. I had a shower that wouldn’t turn off at 8:30 at night. I called and they said a tech would call shortly. Casey called me within 5 min. And was there 40 min later. The job was bigger than originally expected but Casey and Jesse came out when they said they would the following day after making sure we could use the water in the rest of the house. They were clean, polite and discussed the job so I could understand what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I felt it was very reasonable and would recommend them to anyone in need. Jesus called me and arrived on time and was very meticulous with diagnosing the problem. He found the cause of the clog which was from an old water softener system and cleared the blockages from our system. He was very professional and made some recommendations on how to permanently fix the clogging. Luis and Fernando called first and came out at 8:00 p.m. After I spent 2.5 hours looking for an available plumber who would respond to my call, I was referred to Rooter Ranger by a busy plumber. They answered the phone at 6:15 p.m. and I made an appointment for that same evening at 8:00 p.m. They were friendly, courteous, conscientious and assessed the problem within 10 minutes. They discovered I needed my septic pumped, and said to please contact them after the septic was pumped. They were super friendly and I will have them back out again after the septic is pumped. They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

Mikey is AMAZING! He is very professional, attentive to details and gets the job done. He came out to our commercial property due to a clogged toilet. He made sure to have open communication with myself and the landlord. When our landlord was throwing us through the rings, Mikey had one goal, get the problem resolved! He even came back the next day after he couldn't continue due to building access restrictions to finish the job. When he located the problem he was already ready to move on to resolve out pipe issue. I love that he realized that he had fixed the issue so we could at least use the restroom but also told us an honest professional advice of the condition of our pipes. They were trashed!! We have had issues with our plumbing since we moved into our property and have had many plumber come out to fix it but never a long term fix or solution. Jared was referred to me by a friend and was willing to drive out to yucaipa to fix my sink. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen sink very fast. It’s been about 6 months and still no issues. I thought that was cool that Jared also told me a few things that will help prevent those problems in the future. He also knew right away what was wrong with our clogged bathtub before even looking at it. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a kitchen drain back up I gave them a call at 8pm on a Saturday night and within a hour Isaac was at my door ready to work on it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the service. My home’s two bathtubs had water that would no longer drain. I checked yelp and google for recommendations and Rooter Ranger was at the top. The cost was posted upfront on their website of $67.00 to clear drains. I thought this was great because there are other companies that would provide the cost upon arrival.The customer service over the phone and in person are courteous and professional! They are excellent in communications:1. They sent a text message confirming the scheduled date, time, and name of plumber.2. I received a text this morning letting me know Ronnie Franco was en route, which was 30 minutes prior to arrival.3. I received a phone call from Ronnie letting me know he’s on his way with ETA. We discussed further the reason for the service.Ronnie arrived on time in professional attire that identified he’s with Rooter Ranger and his name on his shirt. In addition, physical distancing with mask and booties on his shoes upon entry into my home. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and kept me informed of his work from start to finish. He brought in a large “Rooter Ranger” carpet to protect my bathroom floors and place the equipment required to clear the drains. What a great experience! Called for a clogged drain and was immediately put to easy with amazing customer service. About an hour later a nice look gentlemen named Jarod showed up to my home. We had the misfortune of noticing a small leak in our washer connection today above all things on a Holiday. We called several plumbers to resolve the issue without any success in avoiding a premium fee due to the Holiday. Some even quoted us $875 minimum to repipe behind our walls. Luckily Dan from Rooter Ranger showed up while another plumbing company was still on site and although most vendors wouldn’t want to compete with another company I asked Dan to give me a second opinion. He politely entered our home said hello to the other guy and asked if he could try reconnecting the hoses. He did his homework and noticed the house was built about a year ago and diagnosed the problem and said the other guys were trying to rip you off without speaking for them and not in those words. He tested our lines and fixed the problem in no time and didn’t even charge us for it. I remembered a slow flushing toilet and felt obliged to ask him to take a look. He fixed both problems and charged us a nominal fee. Rooter Ranger will be our plumbing company for life. They are honest and very efficient at what they do. Dan especially was the utmost professional and I wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

From the very polite person who answered the phone, to the technician, Mikey, who was available at our service address within 2 hours!!We thought we had a clogged drain or serious plumbing issue that was impacting our water pressure. The sewage backup that happened six times in two years, caused by deformed underground pipes and a clog that stopped waste in the pipes from going to the main city sewer line, due to years of buildup, was repaired quickly (less than 6 hours) and professionally. Our property looks as if the repairmen were never here because they refilled the trench they dug, and restored the appearance of our front yard. They arrived on time, did a great job, and earned a permanent customer. Well done.

We called them on a Friday afternoon they were there in 30 min found the issue was whole house drain. Mike was real good to explain what needed to be done and has worked with our house ins. to get them to help pay some on it. Other wise we could have not afforded it. Called this company at 3pm on a Friday for a clogged kitchen sink and they were professional and available to come out same day! They also provided a quote over the phone! The technician, Isaac, called me within 10 minutes and said he’d be here by 6pm. He showed up at 5pm, fixed the clogged drain and was gone by 5:35pm. Isaac was very courteous, professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. Best part was the quoted estimate over the phone was exactly what the invoice was.....$47 bucks!!! Same day, emergency service and fixed the problem all completed within 3 hours of my call, what more could I ask for?! I’ll definitely call them again and recommend to everyone. I thought I had a major clog in our kitchen sink after the draining solutions didn't work. I called Rooter Ranger, and they were able to quote a great price over the phone and provide service within 2 hours. The plumbers were friendly and worked quickly. Luckily, my issue was only a clogged P-trap. However, they said since it was a small issue, there would be no charge! Absolutely unbeatable service.

Our Kitchen sink backed up, my husband called another company at 8AM and never got a call back. He call Rooter Ranger and was told that they would have someone out at 3PM. Danny came out and gave me options in a very polite professional manor. Danny also suggested that we have a camera check done of the pipe to possibly get to the root of the problem. Turns out we had a larger problem with the washing machine drain line. Long story short, Danny and Louis started to re-route the line on Sunday and by Monday afternoon had the complete job done and completely cleaned up. Both gentlemen are respectful, honest, extremely hard working and a great pleasure to deal with. We will absolutely use them again!!!

Honestly, I wish I could leave a good review for these guys. They showed up quickly and they were nice, but maybe a little too nice. They insisted that what needed to be done to unclog our drain was a massive undertaking that would require multiple guys and roughly 6 hours of work. They gave me a quote for $2,900 and insisted that was a discount because usually it’s $4,000. I initially agreed to it because I was so frazzled but after they left I made a few calls and received multiple quotes for a fraction of the price, as in $700 maximum for the same scope of work (other companies also insisted that what they were saying needed to be done was absurd). Luckily I called my father who has always cared for our family properties and he encouraged me to buy some $10 plumbers balloon from a hardware store and give it a try. It worked. And it’s been over three months with zero issues. I would highly recommend you get alternate quotes prior to agreeing to any significant work with them.

I had a terrible leak one morning when I was rushing off to work and had no clue what to do next. I contacted rooter ranger after seeing all the great reviews on google and word of mouth from a friend of mine. Luckily, ranger Bobby was there to save the day! He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process seem way more manageable than I thought it could be! He broke down my specific problem and went through the process with me step by step so I understood exactly what would be done and when. Not only was there a timely estimate, but well worth the cost and the effort. I haven’t had a problem since, and I know it’s because of all the hard work Bobby and the entire rooter ranger team put in on my behalf. Not that I wish plumbing troubles on anyone, but if you do have an issue, I hope everyone gets a chance to use this company. They’re compassionate, clean, helpful, and eager to make a stressful situation easy and worry-free.

He took the time to check things out anyway. I was afraid that there was going to be a huge service charge, but it wasn't. No charge! This is a pleasantly surprising update. Last week Bobby from Rooter Ranger came by my house to discuss my issues w/ them. He sat & really listened & never made any excuses for the previous guy's mistaken diagnosis of my plumbing. He went on to say the company would be issuing me a full refund & apologized for what happened.I'm pleased & impressed. Not too many people or companies today willing to admit their mistake & make it right.I gave this review 6 months ago after Rooter Ranger charged me $500 to camera & hydro jet my kitchen drains from vent on roof to help open drains up for flow. What I omitted was the fact that his original quote was $550. When I told him that was out of my budget he went on to say most companies would charge more & perhaps I could find a company to charge less but his company's prices were right in line with average. I was still uncertain when he finally said, O.K. We'll do it for $500 IF you give us a good review on google & yelp.6 months later & my plumbing problem returned with a vengeance. I took some comfort in the fact that Rooter Ranger gave me a 1 year warranty on the work.Not quite! More gibberish & Rooter Ranger now wanted $2,000 to really fix the problem. But to help you out I'll subtracted the $500 you paid on previous work & charge you ONLY $1,500.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.This time I called Apache Plumbing. Robert told me plain & simple, the main sewer line was plugged. After going up on the roof & looked for a main drain clean-out fitting, which I didn't have. H went on to run the washing machine through the spin cycle several times while flushing all the toilets simultaneously to watch where & how much water was backing up into guest bathroom tub.Spending a total of almost 2 hours he roto rooted main line pipe 20 ft. from the roof & clear tree roots. Problem solved, though if it ever clogs again he recommended camera & installing clean outs.The Bill- $113.50 which included a 10% senior citizen discount.Robert's honesty & his company's integrity truly make Apache Plumbing Services THE best plumbing company in the greater Phoenix area.I regret letting Rooter Ranger coerce me into writing the review I did for them.The Best! Everything you'd want in a Plumbing company; fair pricing & knowledgeable, courteous technicians. An extra shout out to Adrian. In the heat & up on my roof, he went above & beyond to solve my blocked kitchen pipes.Thanks guys

The service provided to me was exceptional. Chip was attentive to our needs and explained each step thoroughly. He provided us with a breakdown on the cost giving us the value of the work to be completed. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease with each step of the process. Plumbing issues can easily bring on extraordinary amount of anxiety, however Chip was there every step of the way ensuring us of the quality or work with also offering additional options to fit our budget. They are definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

Louie and Fernando Campos were fabulous!! They were very professional and happily educated us on the different problems we were having.They were hard workers and did everything they could to assist us in a timely manner.Kevin came out to help run the camera into the pipes and he was also a great help in everything he did during his visit. Sunday afternoon, I had an emergency where both of our two toilets were not draining. I found Rooter Ranger, gave them a call and within an hour and a half, Jordan and Oscar were at my house. I already had the toilet pulled so they tried power snaking through the toilet flange first, then the roof vent, both to no avail.Jordan convinced me that putting a camera in the line was necessary to see what was going on. I agreed and he showed me that there was a mass of plant roots where the two toilet drains meet. Turns out I was going to have to dig up the concrete and dirt under the guest toilet to fix this.I did the demo and digging myself, exposed the drain pipe underneath the floor then Oscar came back Tuesday afternoon. It turned out that there was still too much concrete covering the fitting between the two toilets, so at first we all thought that there was going to be a lot more work and money (and time) before this could be fixed. Thanks to some quick thinking by Jordan and Oscar, that crisis was averted and together we were able to get the drain pipe loose and pull the roots out. Oscar glued the pipe back on and we finally had a working master toilet again!As of the time of this review, I'm waiting for the new concrete to dry so I can get the tile replaced and guest toilet put back on, but without Jordan and Oscar at Rooter Ranger, I don't know what I would've done! The pricing was more than fair too! Thanks guys, I will use Rooter Ranger for any plumbing i need done from here on out.

Rooter Ranger arrived sooner than expected which was more than great. Jesus greeted me and quickly got to assessing the situation. He informed me what the issue was and got to work on fixing it right away. He was curteous, hard working, and got the job done. I've had nightmares with plumbers in the past, and this is not one of them. Isaac Solis was the most professional plumber/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely bad situation going on with our pipes and he did not even bat and eye at fixing it. This guy works hard! I will be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to anyone that I know who needs a plumber, and they're now my go to people when I need help. My dad had a plumbing issue in the kitchen and I was recommended Rooter Ranger by a colleague. I must say, I am extremely impressed with the service that was provided. A young gentleman by the name of Jessie (Jesse? James? Adams? I'm terrible with names so I apologize) came by the house on short notice and assessed the work load and provided us with options to tackle the plumbing issue. He was honest and forthcoming about budget assessment and helped us with making the right decision. My father was greatly pleased with the young gentleman's work ethic and I must add he put our worries to rest. I would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone that is in need of plumbing work done. I had just closed on my home and had been working on moving all my things in. After 3 days of moving all my things into my new home, I thought, “ I need to do laundry” I go to get the caps off the valves to connect the washer when all went horribly wrong! As soon as I twisted the valve the pressure of the water blasted the cap off. I frantically tried to shut the valve off and nothing. The damage from water blasting with high pressure for 15 minutes completely destroyed the upstairs Laundry room, downstairs kitchen and family room. Very thankful that Rooter Ranger came out as quick as they did before a broken valve cause more water damaged to my newly purchased home. I am even more grateful I got Casey as the person who came out to my home and walked me through to shutting the main water line off in a matter of seconds. He also explained the entire process and made me feel at ease in such a bad situation. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing problem on Sunday at 4:00 P.M. I called and within the hour Adrian was at my rental property(at no additional Sunday charge).The problem couldn't be fixed right away, but Jarred was back there first thing on Monday and the problem was taken care of by Tuesday afternoon. Jarred kept me informed on Tuesday with the progress, which I really appreciated so much. We had a few little problems after that, but Jarred was there within the hour to work out those little things. I couldn't be more pleased and will pass on Rooter Ranger's name and especially Adrian and Jarred for excellent service.

Rooter Ranger Plumbing is awesome! Jarrod came out and located our sewer clean outs, which were in a very strange location. Even though we live in a cookie-cutter house, ours were buried in the ground in a different spot then everyone else in the neighborhood. Rooter Ranger has great customer service and is very professional, would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I had a crazy pipe, water, sewer problem late at night, first thing in the morning I started calling plumbers..... no one could come out, or they never called me back, I called these guys, and they came right out!!!?? I had the cast iron under my house replaced recently. Rooter Ranger arrived within an hour of me calling. My bathtub was filled with water and I was in way over my head. Gabe showed up and was able to get the water to flow again. Once they scoped it I saw my pipes were in terrible shape and needed replacement. If there is such a thing as Karma, Raul--with Rooter Ranger--will be leading a charmed life. Suddenly we were without hot water. Raul helped us find out if our warranty was still good (which it was) and then made three visits, including a Saturday, to locate the elusive problem. He was able to locate the problem as an electrical one. Because it was not a plumbing problem, he said it was no charge! You heard right--no charge. You can bet that we will be taking all our future plumbing problems to him and recommending him to all our friends. Thank you, Raul for your honesty and expertise!!!!

All our drains were backing up so I called Rooter Ranger at 6:00 a.m. to have our sewer main rootered. A technician arrived by 8:00. After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas. They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day. We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job. The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc. The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional. The experience was positive in every aspect. I would recommend Rooter Ranger without reservation.

Casey was our technician, he was extremely personable and professional. He clearly explained why we needed to Hydro jet our line. He showed us via his camera, everything that was going on as he was doing the jetting and we got to see before and after pictures. I would highly recommend them, and we will be using them for any of our future plumbing needs.

He gave me a quote right away as well as multiple other options. He cleaned my drain beautifully and talked me through the whole process in case it ever clogs again. He was super nice and cheerful! A person I would welcome into my home to fix anything! He is my new go to for any future repairs.

Thanksgiving week & the first 3 plumbers I called couldn’t get me seen until the first week of December! Rooter Ranger scheduled me for the same day. Austin Sanchez arrived promptly to fix a pipe leaking going to the washer. He was tidy & did good work. Even replaced a sink sprayer for me. Will definitely use this company again & request Austin.

Never expected roots from tree to grow into and clog sewer line, However after researching other options went with rooter ranger. They immediately made a temporary fix so that we could use bathrooms. Then came next day and worked non-stop digging over seven feet deep and fixing sewer line. When finished, you would never know anyone was there. Though I don't believe anyone would be happy with problem, Rooter Ranger came through with probably best price and solution. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully will never have that problem again, glad that pros like Rooter Ranger are around.

I own a 1940’s home in downtown Phoenix, and ran into some serious plumbing issues in our kitchen. My wife and I started going crazy scheduling estimates, and met with over 10 different plumbing companies. As someone who has worked in the trades, I knew what type of company I was looking for and Rooter Ranger checked every one of my boxes. Kind and caring, clear communication, quality work, good warranties, and...of course...good financing options. They didn’t offer the lowest price, but that’s not what I was looking for!! I was looking for a company I could trust and people with character. Micky and Jared made us feel confident immediately, and didn’t let us down through the process. Would couldn’t be happier with our decision.

We had a clogged drain happen in our kitchen on Friday night. We made the dreaded weekend service call and were so very pleased with Rooter Ranger and Mario! Mario was dispatched to our home and was so kind and courteous. He was professional and clean- wore his mask the entire time.Mario was very sweet with our curious kiddos too. COVID has them starving for social interaction and he sweetly asked them about our dog. Just so kind.

On a Saturday evening, I had water coming out of the cleanouts in the front yard and Isaac came to check it out. He was able to get water flowing enough for us to use toilets/faucets for the evening and then came back on Sunday with a camera to see what was causing the blockage. A huge root ball had grown into the sewer line blocking most of the water flow. Isaac and Casey worked all day Monday and Tuesday to dig 8 feet to the sewer line, dig out the root, repair the line, and put all of the dirt and rocks back. They were incredibly friendly and did such good work, it looks like nothing ever happened. They also did a few extra plumbing jobs around the house for no extra charge while they were here. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Called on a Sunday to clear out main house trap. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it would only be $47, even on a weekend (our cleanout trap is easily accessible from outside the house). They followed up promptly by phone to confirm the appointment and Isaac showed up at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and there was no hard sell for other services. He cleared the trap and was on his way within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

Jesse restored my faith in plumbers when the first plumber I hired left within 5 minutes because he was allergic to cats. Thankfully, Rooter Rangers came and did a marvelous job. Bobby was proficient & very knowledgeable when it came to clearing a clog from the bathtub. There is no getting around the fact that he is a hard worker! I paid big money for this work and the work was done mostly by one youngster that worked hard but was not very experienced. I Paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and I mean over $13,000 for this work and the Bathroom floor was left unfinished. The toilet flange was put on incorrectly, so much that when I have someone come and install a new toilet they will have to remove and reinstall a flange because a toilet can not be bolted to the flange. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Take My suggestion, if you want a professional doing the work do not hire this company. They use cheap unqualified labor and charge a fortune.

Call these guys before anyone else, Frank was awesome. I made the mistake of calling another company first. The answering service said someone would call me right back, an hour later that call never came so I called Rooter Ranger instead. I was called right back and they were very quick to respond. Frank the technician took the time to assess how my drains worked so that he could save me money by not having to pull the toilet up. Most other plumbers would have just pulled it up and charged us the extra charges. I will not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again, great service, great quick response time and extremely friendly help.

Toilets backed up. Called RR first. Temporarily cleared line for $220. Only opened one lid for liquids. Told us pipes were crushed and gave us a $7200 estimate to fix! Got a second opinion and learned there was another lid for solids 6 feet away. Dug it up. Baffle blocked. Cleared and drained system. No crushed pipes. Cost? $700. Live and learn and ALWAYS get another opinion.

3,000 miles away, Sunday morning, and broken sewer pipe...one company answered the phone. That prompt response was only the beginning of impeccable, polite, and professional service. Communication was constant, pricing fair, and trust immediate. My tenants felt the same level of comfort in their face to face interactions as I did in my long-distance ones. I cannot say enough about Jim and Casey. Read this. Call them. Skip the others.

Called this company because the drain was backing up in laundry area...it was late in the evening and they started working anyway to relieve the problem...out at 8:15 Sunday morning with a camera! After blowing out debree, I was given a full report and shown on camera the exact problem ...I am happy with the solutions presented for this problem. Everything is flowing again! Thanks Jarreed and Adrian! When I have other issues in my home I will call Rooter Rangers!

Had my water heater start leaking so I called rooter ranger they were very thorough and gave me a couple different options I opted to go with a tankless water heater. They got right on it and worked pretty late into the evening to get it done for me so I could shower in the morning so happy I called them the customer service from Oscar was top notch.

Had a great experience with this company! We had a toilet backed up and couldn’t for the life of us get it unclogged. I called Rooter Ranger and was professionally treated by the receptionist, within minutes of getting my information the technician Michael called me. He was very pleasant to work with, gave me a time he would arrive and kept me in the loop along the way. Very glad I called this company!

Danny and Jared(I might have it wrong it might be Jordan) came out and did exactly what was needed. It took about half an hour and they cleared the clog quickly.Very satisfied and would call them again. I called the office and told the owner how well they did.

Called to have a clogged drain repaired , waited for 20 hrs for them to show , missed work to wait for them , and when they showed there equipment was broke and once I fix his broken machine he still couldnt do the job , so I had another company come out and they got the clogged pipe fixed in 15 minutes. I will never use this company again , and no I did not pay for rooterrangers service told them to leave with there broke equipment, I lost money missing work waiting for them to show up!!!

We had their tech come yesterday to clear a clogged drain and there was a problem most likely due to our 50 year old pipes and miscommunication and I suspect stress of overwork and a mistake was made and the drain was still cloggedbut when I got a hold of the supervisor Rene he came out immediately on a Sunday and resolved the problem,cleared the drain and did not charge us and even reimbursed us for the plug we had to buy for the damaged partSo we would heartily recommend themIf you have some problem, (sometimes things do happen) just get a hold of the supervisor as they will quickly ,efficiently and professionally resolve the problem

We used these folks to unclog the Kitchen sink, that had been problematic for years. We paid for drain clearing time after time, and finally met these guys. They stuck a camera down the drain and showed a LOT of build up and grease chunks that looked like rocks, and ultimately recommended we Hydrojet. Without the camera, I would have thought it was a scam, but seeing the images and what came out, I'm glad we did it. Jesse was great. On time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Our outside laundry had been backing up, Rooter Ranger came out and assessed it. The first technician was pleasant and after his initial inspection admitted he would need his supervisor to scope our line. They were super open about the whole process, showing us the collapsed pipe. They explained that it would require replacement. They hydrojetted the lines and rescoped them for me. Showing clearly the collapsed portion of line. Mike T was quick about getting us a quote, he gave us a number of options as to how to fix the problem, and the pros and cons of each. We decided to have a whole new septic line laid for our kitchen, and laundry. We even worked out the addition of a whole bathroom.They litterally had a team out digging the next day at dawn. My (retired from construction) father has been out inspecting their work, and has had nothing but good things to say. We are day 5 into the project and they already have the concrete poured back in for the majority of the project. I would highly recommend them.

We called Rooter Ranger around noon and they came in the afternoon today and quickly rooted out the main drain pipe from our home to the city sewer line. It had clogged and it was because roots had grown into that pipe, which their snake cut out. Tyler was good and had that pipe cleared in about 15 minutes. Their equipment was great. With the online discount, it only cost us $47 total!

Rooter Ranger Associates lie to there customers in a manner saying they are gonna help you bring prices down where you can afford the payment but in reality its nonsense and talk. I got everything put right good job. But at the end of everything here's a 12k bill out of pocket thanks rooter ranger....couldn't get a hold of this employee that helped me sign the contract so he went MIA...

Irate 5 stars because rotorazer was awesome my sinks backed up on a Sunday and Casey called me right away and he told me exactly when he was going to be here and he was here right on time he offered me to come over later in the evening because he had some jobs during the day and I said that was great so he came over and he was totally knowledgeable of the situation hero told out the Trap and got my drains running perfectly he was very knowledgeable about how old the house was and the situation the Trap was in told me what I could do on my four other options for me to call that call rotovac and if I want to get the hydro thing done so all in all it was an awesome awesome experience Casey was very very pleasant personable efficient and professional he deserves 5 stars and you are lucky to have an employee such as him thankthank you Edwin Archer

just had Rooter Ranger come out and Ron showed up immediately. I was very concerned about the cost of my repair being a senior on fixed income, first I can not say enough about Ron and Jordan the owner, they were very helpful and worked with me on costs. So many companies take advantage of people, I am blessed to have found a company that really do care about their customers and someone you can trust. If you ever have a need for a plumber, this is the company to call!!

If anyone writes a bad review of the crew that serviced our home, they are never happy. Mike, Mark, Alfredo and Adrian were a great team that went our of their way to clean and fix our sewer system. We call first to clear a clog in the MBR sewer line. That done, Mike used a camera to see what the problem was only to find he could see almost nothing due to buildup in the sewer lines. He showed my the video of our system and recommended they hydrojet the sewer piping. Not cheap but it needed to be done. However, once done, the system was not looked at again as Mike thought Mark had checked it and vice versa. Thus another clog occurred in the same line. They returned very promptly to clean out the second clog and Mike. after apologizing for the follow up error, found the MBR sewer pipe had what looked like a copper pipe where the vent pipe meets the sewer line. Instead of immediately opening up the BR floor to access the pipe, they cut a section of the vent pipe out and reached down with a grabber and pulled out a 18 inch piece of copper pipe that someone had dropped down the vent (who would do that???) and did not charge us for this work. They could have convinced us that the more expensive work was needed but instead took a much different path that cost us nothing.I cannot say enough about the service provided by Mark and Mike who went out of their way for us. Alfredo was always very professional and upbeat, very enjoyable to have help us. He too, went out of his way to make sure we were given great service. This is a 5 star company that stand behind their work.
