It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

After experiencing your quick and efficient service I will confidently refer them to clients and other professionals I work with. Appreciate that Wally was able to squeeze my clients inspection/clean-out in short notice and was very impressed with the work done. Taylor was prompt, polite, professional and explained the work clearly to the client. They were quick to complete the certification so we could close on time. Price was very fair and their service is priceless! You do not have to believe me, read comments on their web page too....quality work.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!
