Septic technologies inc is Old school hard working know your business kind of people! I've dealt with many septic companies over the years. I won't call anyone else after using them on this last project. I can't give enough positive accolades about this company. It started with the 1st phone call Is with Kailee To schedule a septic tank evacuation for a client. Kailees Knowledge base was impressive by itself. Cordial polite and very professional. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

Mr. Kirkpatrick, You have a fine company. I'm impressed with everyone I worked with. For everyone to be so good at their job you must be one h*** of a boss! Thank you very much, until the next project.

I got service from them couple years ago and the owner was that one who came out and he tought me about the septic, it was such a educatinal thing that i was so happy i learned! Today 04-28-22 i got an Amazing Service again!! I couldnt be happier to have call them again! Septic Technologies staff from office to field are great! The guys that came out did a Professional and AMAZING job! I would 100 times recommend them to anybody!!

We’ve only been in our new build for a few months and after a ton of rain there was a HUGE sink hole above one of our drain field, I spoke to Gina and she assured me this was common with new septic systems and would simply need to be backfilled. She even took the time to look up the type of system we have to confirm this wouldn’t be an issue. She was super nice and helpful I will definitely be calling them when our tank needs pumped.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. I was concerned my septic tank was near to overflowing. We had never had it pumped out over the 15 years we have had it. I kept putting it off because I thought it would be at least $1000. When I called Septic Technologies, I spoke to Gina. She was awesome. I didn't know how awesome she was until the tech came out. I told her what my concern was (hearing noises in the shower drain when flushing the toilet), she said it was probably time to have my tank pumped (google said that also) and that the filter might be broken. She said it's very rare to have a new tank go without pumping for over 10 years so it was important to not put this off. While making it clear that the cost could not be guaranteed until the tech actually looked at it, based on what I told her, the age of the system, the fact it had never been pumped, it would need to be pumped and have the filter replaced and it would cost me approximately $700. She broke the cost down for me - so much per hour, so much per gallon, filter cost, etc. and, if I paid by credit card what the fee would be.

Of course, the next day, the pipes stopped gurgling and I wondered if I couldn't put this off for a couple more weeks but I decided to trust Gina's worries that the tank could overflow at any moment.

Gilberto was the tech who came out. As for his work, he found the covers, cleared the dirt covering them (and put it back the way it was when he left). When he opened the cover, I could see the stuff? had actually covered part of the filter and was higher in the tank than it should be. Gilberto pumped the tank, cleaned and checked the filter. He said it didn't need to be replaced yet and that would save us $100. He checked the tank and said it was in good condition (no cracks, etc.). He wrote a detailed invoice of his work and suggestions. He suggested we have the tank pumped again in 3-5 years based on our situation and gave us a box of treatment packs but told us Rid-X was fine to use (that's what I had been using and I had a full bottle).

Gina was spot on. She was right in urging me to have this done as soon as possible. She was right about what the problem was. She was exactly right on the cost - experience can not be overstated here. Gina was polite, professional, friendly, experienced, patient and clear in her explanations and in answering my questions. (Turns out she is actually the owner's wife.)

Gilberto was friendly, professional, quick but thorough. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. He did the work that was needed and didn't do what wasn't needed. When I told him I was very pleased and I was glad I hadn't even bothered to look further than google reviews, he told me how much he enjoyed working for his company because they were honest and fair with their customers and their employees. He said he felt valued by them.

I will continue doing business with this company and I will recommend them (and recommend people don't wait to pump their tanks) every chance I get. I trust them completely.

Great company to work with!

I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

I was so impressed with not only with Gina in the office, but Martin and Efren's quality of not only service, but their knowledge! I called Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning they were there and gone. They answered all of my questions, explained everything in a way that made sense and cleaned up as if they were never there. They were amazing! I not only will use them again, but I will recommend them to other people. Thank you Septic Technologies!

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

Arrogant! Right off the truck guy has an attitude. I have no use for you unless you know where your septic tank is. This is how you introduce yourself to a customer? By the way thanks for unrolling my 90' garden hose & leaving it out. Here is the lighter side, after calling & speaking to the receptionist she was very apologetic and nice to talk with. She said she would call the owner of the business and talk to him about it.
