My home warranty company said it would take 4-5 days to fix or replace my water heater. So even though it would cost me, I thought that was too long. I contacted Bumble Bee and they could come out the next day. Even though it was very late in the day, the next day at 6:30 pm, Javier showed up. He was wonderful and explained everything. He spent the next 2 hours working hard to put a new water heater in and give me hot water again. It was worth it to me not to have to go for almost a week without hot water. So, good bye warranty company in the future. I will definitely recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.

Great service! Got an appointment quickly. Our Technician Richard was AMAZING. He did an excellent job and was extremely friendly and professional. He showed us the issues and what to look for on other older items in our home to ensure they are running properly. He walked us through every step and ensured we were on board with what work he was to do at the expected cost. Could not have asked for a better experience!

We had Bumble Bee perform some services for us a few months ago and also purchased some new equipment. We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I have dealt with other Plumbing companies before and I’ve never had an experience like this one. I spoke with Chris on the phone many times while scheduling my service and he was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating when I needed to reschedule even though it was same day and when they needed to reschedule me he was very nice and kept me updated on the process. Bill the service technician that came out to my house was very prompt, nice, and did a great job replacing some valves under my kitchen sink. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend Bumblee Plumbing!

Please Read: 5 Stars to the technician. 3 Stars for the company. The company came out for a service call to remove a hose that was rusted/stuck on an outside faucet. Was quoted about $300 as the outside faucet would need to be cutoff, a new one installed, etc. and it would take an hour or two. It took 10 minutes (with the installation of a new faucet). I certainly think payment for a service call is justified and payment for work is justified, however due to the extreme ease of the project and 10 min completion time, perhaps some consideration towards the total bill might have been considered.I need to have replaced 6 bathroom faucets and two sets of shower hardware. I've had both George Brazil and Parker and Sons come out and give me a quote..both came in between $5000-$5500 if I also bought a $800 service plan from them. Both of those companies seemed to be mostly interested in a initial strong upsell on anything you might want, so when I saw a Bumblebee Truck in the neighborhood I called them. I don't mind paying a fair and professional price for quality work, as a matter of fact I would prefer to, its just hard to find companies you can trust so that during an installation period if something comes up that the contractor didn't realize... and it will cost an additional $$$ you need to feel trust and confidence that your being fairly described the situation, and the opposite is also true.. if the job called for 8 hours and its gets done in 2 due to something being better than expected, then the repair cost should be lowered also.

Very impressed with everything Bumble Bee Plumbing provided. Top notch service and 2 days before Christmas a major holiday they made sure the water heater problem at a rental property was taken care. I called them around 11 a.m., water heater leaking all over garage the Tenant said! I go to property sure enough water everywhere, nightmare scenario! 2003 old water heater needed to go! 2 days before Christmas 2022! Couldn’t be happening at a worst time! Long story short, SAME DAY SERVICE! By 4 p.m. THE JOB WAS DONE! New water heater installed, they cleaned up the garage around the water heater and everything was brand new and hooked up perfectly. This was a rental property and Tenants had to have warm water running with no delayI I REPEAT: SAME DAY SERVICE! Bumble Bee Plumbing will do whatever they can to get you scheduled into their busy day. I was blown away SAME DAY SERVICE! I really had no other options because rental property has to be habitable 24/7/365! The technician is top tier PRO! Very impressed with his communication skills and his installation of water heater. He performed a perfect job! Even I got a little heated about pricing the technician kept his cool! Because of that you I had to give the job to Bumble Bee. Now if the technician would have been combative in any way then I would have gone with another company. The technician is extremely knowledgeable pertaining to water heater installation and removal. Also all the ladies in the office and answering phones did a phenomenal job as well. Bumble Bee Plumbing business clearly has a very special group of professionals working together. Just moved into my new house. The washing machine I used only once flooded. It was draining very slowly. He was very nice and kind. If I were you I would request Dan Burke. he was awesome. I also signed up for bumble bee plumbing yearly membership. Dan suggested I do it’s only $10 a month and it saved me 50 bucks. I’m a single mom with three little girls and every penny saved makes a difference to me. Dan was very kind he had to go Pick up his camera went above and beyond to serve our needs. Service was phenomenal, Derek and Derek were both extremely professional, they communicated what was going on throughout the process, there were no surprise expenses from what they told us, and were very friendly during the entire experience. One of three quotes we got for a sewer line repair and they were by far the most thorough, taking their time to evaluate the issue and explain the different options and why they recommended what they did. Day of repair crew with Craig were on it - really friendly yet professional. Didn't seem to mind when I wanted to sneak a peek in the hole to see what was going on. Showed me the blockage they pulled out (wow!!). Made sure I was satisfied with the job and cleanup before they left. Honestly it barely looked like they were there at all!!

Found leak in my front yard, Remembered seeing Bumble Bee Plumbing in the neighborhood. When I called Bumble Bee they were very pleasant and helpful. Was given an appointment for Monday. Within an hour recieved a call back from Bumble Bee stating they had a technician available today and he would come right over. Reed was here within 30 minutes. The first thing he did was to explain all the steps he would take to find where the leak was and what our options and cost would be. Reed was very friendly, professional and had the job completed in a timely manner. The cost was considerably less then i thought it would be. Would definitely recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and Reed.Thank you Reed!!

Bumble Bee plumbing is the best plumbing service in the state. From the moment we called their front office ladies to the moment Mike Probst left our house we were well taken care of. Their whole team have amazing customer service skills and knew exactly how to detect and fix our plumbing issue. Overall I highly recommend Mike and this very reputable company they knew what they were doing and we will refer them to all our family and friends in the future.

Bumblebee quoted me $1,865 - we found another plumber for $250 - it took them less than an hour to fix the problem.I discovered a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall. It had soaked through to the carpet somewhat, but it was a slow leak, we found it early, and there was no damage to the flooring. I opened up the wall and was able to identify the leak. I called Bumblebee - they were quick to respond, friendly and had someone out there later that day. Knowing that it was a quick job since I already cut open the wall and found the leak, I figured the price would be somewhere between $300-$500. We were shocked to get the quote of $1,800!!! They said it would take two hours and they could start right then. We sent them away.The company contacted me about the issue and said it could have been a problem with the bidding software, which is possible. The fact the price was so high should have immediately been obvious, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.I will add that everyone we dealt with the company was polite and helpful, very responsive and seemed willing to help solve the problems and try to make things right. I unfortunately had a bad experience, but I may have been an exception.

Dispatch was able to get a service call set up for the same day!!!Andrew showed up and was as professional as it gets. He fully explained the procedure, options and prices with me. He also explained that there were options and pricing to work with my budget.I was expecting to have to take showers at the gym for a week but Andrew was able to clear my pipes within an hour of arriving.Andrew is clearly a seasoned professional and has great customer relations.Way to go Andrew and thank you Bumble Bee.

Bill came to fix a tub and shower leaking faucet. He was very knowledgeable of the problem was able to diagnose the solution and executed the solution with precision and great care. I would recommend bumblebee to anyone who needs plumbing help. Their pricing is a heck of lot better than the big boys charge and they do great work.

Chris from Bumblebee Plumbing did a great job replacing our water heater. He showed me where to old water heater had completely rusted out. He installed a new 50 gallon water heater and improved several associated items. Great work. I will definitely call Bumblebee Plumbing again with any of my plumbing needs.

Reed and Ken were great. They were here a good portion of the day. It started out with a faucet replacement and ended with our water heater replacement along with a repair to our upstairs toilet. Bumble Bee is a wonderful company. They did SO MUCH MORE than this form allows me to fill in! I had representatives from 3 other companies look at my job, and Mike at Bumble Bee was immediately the favorite. He was a friendly, authentic person-- not a salesman trying to push or impress. Moreover, he was truly interested and curious about our issue, and listened to every detail and concern that we had. Most important, he was supremely knowledgeable and competent, systematically troubleshooting our complex issue. When he and his 2 helpers came the next day to do the entire bathroom demo, they arrived exactly on time even though that was 7:00am! They took care to protect the rest of the house from the demo mess, went right to work, and worked straight through until about 3:00pm with only about a 15 or 20 minute break for lunch. Mike gave me clear and reasonable updates throughout the day, showing me exactly what he was finding and what the next steps would be. Besides the demo, they also had to jackhammer past the concrete to cut out a bad shower drain and replace it with new, functional parts. They installed fresh copper tubing and valves to replace corroded leaky parts---all super clean, excellent work. When they were finished, they hauled away all the piles of demolished shower, vanity and tile, and tidied up thoroughly before they left. And the cherry on top was that Mike and his team were actually cheerful the whole day! They even kept me in a good mood about the whole project! Not only was the plumber team top notch, but the dispatch team who kept in contact with me over the phone was also helpful and communicative beyond the call of duty. I recommend Mike and Bumble Bee Plumbing whole heartedly! Thanks so much to all of you at Bumble Bee. Your refreshing integrity and extra effort IS noted AND APPRECIATED!

Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). We’ll definitely use Bumble Bee for future plumbing work!

Adrian did a great job diagnosing our problem with no water. Even though he suspected what the issue was he approached the problem by the book identifying his steps to us along the way. He ended up replacing our water softener system that had been in place and overdue for replacement. Not only was his work straight and the solder joints nice he also swept out the space where the old one was in so when he left it looked better than when he got there. If that wasn't enough he also took a peek behind our washing machine and suggested we replace the rubber hoses with stainless steel ones to avoid unexpected issues especially as we are looking forward to some travel. Keep up the good work Adrian and Bumblebee!

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced & Bill was awesome in replacing everything. There was a leak& it started to leak into the cabinet. He kept it clean & wore booties every time walking in my house& kitchenAnd today Bill& Cesar replaced one of my toilets & they did an awesome job & disposed of the old toilet& kept the area clean. They also put back on booties every time they walked in my house.

Just had Lupe replace plumbing outdoor/in garage that was leaking. Clean and quick work from him. Up front pricing and professional service. Tested water pressure to consider repair in future too. I would definitely recommend asking for Lupe for any work and I will be doing the same in the future. The service from him and the company is top notch.

Adrian installed a beautiful new sink as well. Professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed and explained work, requirements. Answered all my questions. Cleaned up when done. Bumble Bee Plumbing’s tech Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take as long as needed to answer all my questions. Based on my experience with Adrian, I will certainly recommend the company.The following is a follow up after using Bumble bee to install a reverse osmosis system. We moved to our new home in Surprise in late July. On a Monday I spotted what I thought might be a small exterior plumbing leak. We had thunderstorms that weekend so I didn't think too much of it. By Friday mid morning when I came home we had a large puddle in the yard and water running down the driveway. I had tried to use Bumblebee on a previous repair but ended up going with a different very large company that called back first. Bumblee still did a great job of calling back over the next couple of days to make sure I did get the repair completed and I was happy with it. I decided I would give them a shot.I called Bumblebee and dispatch provided great communication. After speaking with a supervisor and the field techs she called back in less than a half hour and said someone will be out within a couple hours. She later called when Cody was en route. He showed up and was great! Friendly with a great personality, calm, patient and respectful. He was informative and did a great job of finding the leak in the line. He stayed until sundown finalizing the repair and kept a great attitude. I asked him about a couple other plumbing questions and he provided some honest feedback instead of trying to sell something I don't need. The very large company I used last time was incredibly sales focused and I didn't like it.I would highly recommend Bumblebee to anyone. Great friendly staff and excellent service. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but when I do they will be the ones I call!

Mike and Cesar did a phenomenal install of a tankless water heater and water softener system. The workmanship is beautiful, and very neat and tidy in our garage. The pricing was neither low nor high, but in line with all of the other estimates we received. The professionalism of both Mike and Cesar, and their relaxed dispositions is why we chose Bumblebee. They allowed us to make the decision of what we wanted and never tried to upsell. During the install they explained the vast majority of what we needed to know, so that we aren't surprised when the system self flushes some random night. They even took it a step further and ran a line from the R/O tank to my refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Top notch front to back and top to bottom. Would definitely refer friends and family in the future.

Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). If you have any plumbing issues, you'll be in good hands with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Awesome work!

Dan Burke and Miguel were the very best at a time I was a bit desperate leaving town. Very kind, cordial, professional, efficient and educational. I will use Dan and Miguel every time and will refer out to everyone I can. As far as plumbers go, he/they are the best.Dan had a choice to go home at end of his work day (Saturday) or to come help me. He chose to work later. I can’t thank him enough.

I had leaking water heater that had a tank. Bumblebee was able to get to me same day! I was given quotes for both replacing my current water heater & tankless water heater. After a brief negotiation I decided on tankless. Adrian & Miguel did an amazing job installing! Adrian answered all of my questions plus his installation was professional, neat & clean. I have been a bumblebee customer for years & will continue to be a loyal customer!

Lupe was very thorough in figuring out the reason our 2+ year old water heater would not work. He totally made an effort to minimize our cost by checking out the validity of our warranty and all. Unfortunately our heater was no longer covered by the warranty but he was able to fix the issue by replacing the calcified control valve. Lupe was very clear in explaining the problem and communicating the steps he was taking to resolve it. My husband and I totally appreciated his warm friendly ways and professionalism. We would totally recommend Lupe and BumbleBee!

My regular plumber didn't have the equipment to address my problem. I called several other companies on a Sunday. Nobody had a plumber available. But Bumble Bee called me back that day and scheduled a Monday visit. The guys were efficient and communicated well. They made sure the problem was fully resolved before they left.

I had BumbleBee plumbing come out to fix a shower Faucet that had been leaking. Derek was the plumber that came out and did a home plumbing evaluation. He did a very thorough job and detected the problem in a timely manner and fixed it promptly. Bumblebee plumbing is a very trustworthy and respectful business.

Adrian our repairman was awesome. He put me at ease with all the issues we had regarding our refrigerator wall pipe handle replacement as well as our main handle. Dan and his crew did an excellent job of keeping us informed on the progress of the repair. When they were completed our yard looked just the same as before the repair. I would give them an A+ on their service.

I called on 08/27/22 as my hand sink is clogged at my store. Within 30 min, received a called from the Dispatch & Scheduler where I was told earliest technician can come is Monday morning which was the fastest then other companies I called. I went through providing all details to setup appointment.On Monday 08/29/22 I called them to inquire about what time the technician will be coming so I can plan to be at my business. I was told my job is next but the technician will call 30 min before heading over to the business. Then in the 30 minutes afterwards I get call from same Dispatch & Scheduler I talked to on Saturday to setup my appointment telling me that decided not to do the work.I am totally upset for this type customer service when originally the same person talking on 2 days prior should have refused.Totally bad company and customer service! I don't recommend and would not call them for any work! Call someone else if you want work done

This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had a clogged toilet. Since I take care of a handicapped individual, this presented a major problem. Javier came out the same day, fixed my clog, did his inspection and fixed another leak I was having in the shower. This company and their staff are absolute professionals and extremely customer oriented. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I have used them for awhile now had an array of repairs completed. Service is great, things get fixed, I’d be lost without the technicians, everyone is pleasant. I appreciate the technicians who deal with my crazy old house. I am NOT a fan of the multiple confirmations. I made an appointment this week, they called to confirm the day after I made my appointment to remind me of it the day after. I received a call they were coming the morning before, and have called me at least two times since they left to be sure I was ok. I work nights and overnights and have asked that they not contact me pretty much ever after the appointment is made, but every appointment it’s the same thing. rest assured if there’s a problem, I’d stop using you or tell you but either would be obvious since they are here at least quarterly (I have a unique house set up with different structures on a large lot, there’s always something).

The service we received to repair and replace our shower valve was done very well. Reed and Victor were courteous, and left the area clean and neat. No surprises, timely, and fair. I highly recommend them.

Adrian was great and provided good communication to resolve issues in my parents’ Sun City home, which is an older home built in the 70’s. I would highly recommend this company and felt they were honest to deal with which is important. They kept me updated on arrival and pricing before the work was done.

We live in a 1979 town home in North Central Phoenix. Our out door pipe leading to the house had a gushing leak. We called Bumble Bee Plumbing and they were courteous and professional and very easy to work with. Richard was knowledgeable and worked fast to fix our problem.

I purchased a new gas stove only to learn there was no shut off valve on our gas line. Was told to call a plumber. I called Bumblebee to give me a quote. Plumber showed up and told me that the gas pipe was in the wrong spot. He’d need to cut into our wall move the gas line to the other side, put in a shut off valve and install the stove to be flush with the wall. Quote was $1700!! I got another quote the next day from A Better Choice Plumbing. Explained the situation and they got it installed without moving the line for $225. All it took was better evaluation and some common sense. I guess I made the better choice.Edit: I guess I wasn’t clear enough. Bumblebee quoted me 3 different scenarios with doing the bare minimum for $335. (Just adding a shut off valve.) The other company accomplished what their $1619 quote was- for $225. Just throwing that out there. Didn’t feel like Bumblebee took much time to see the real picture. The gas line did not need to be moved at all. Bumblebee was quick to make it complicated and expensive. Having a second opinion was well worth it… our gas line got a shut valve, stove was installed and sits flush with the wall for less hassle and well over $1k cheaper.

Concerned about a possible water leak, I called one of the highest reviewed plumbing companies. They sent Dan over next day and he diagnosed the problem immediately. I am profusely impressed with the timeliness, quality, friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of Bumble Bee Plumbing. My leak happened on a Sunday, but even so, a real person answered the phone and was friendly, efficient and able to get a technician out to my home within an hour or so. The issue was not fixable same day, however the very next day Jesus and Chance came out right on time. They were done testing AND REPAIRING the broken pipe in less than 3 hours(!). I am so impressed... It was just over $1k but there was no awkward sales pitch and zero sense of ulterior motives. You do not hear about this type of service these days and I wondered why they had so many 5 star reviews. I did get a few other quotes but I don't know how these other companies can compete with this level of service. I am so glad I called!

I called for an emergency leak issue with my water heater line. Javier showed up assessed the situation and repaired the lines with new lines. The great thing he did was the old water in line valve was going bad and part was soldered on. Javier removed the old line and replaced it with a non-soldered line so if there is an issue, I can fix it myself.

Water knocking was driving us mad. Adrian diagnosed the problem and fixed our master regulator valve and also conducted an plumbing inspection around the house. He was great great and we will ask for him in future.

This company should be ashamed of itself. They wanted to charge $1700 just to hook up my kitchen sink- that was already installed. All they had to do was attach lines from dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal as well as put 2 new lines coming from wall valves. Maybe an hr to 2 max job. $1700!! That should be illegal, and I feel bad that people that don't know better would pay that. We went with a different licensed plumber, and he did the job for $500- and in amount, besides hooking up the sink, he also fixed our tub drain. Price gouging should be illegal. Sad thing is that I used them for my water heater before- and even though they were slightly higher- I used them and was fine. Even recommended them to people. I will NO longer be doing that, not after seeing how they take advantage of a simple job like hooking up a sink.

We’ve used Bumble Bee Plumbing twice now and Richard and Jeff who helped us were both fantastic. I was able to book the day before easily, and they had someone come out next day. The work was super quality and it was really convenient that they had their truck stocked to do everything on the spot. We even decided to have our water heater replaced randomly and they were prepared and did it same day! We’ve had our washer lines replaced, water heater replaced, garbage disposal replaced, and angle lines under the kitchen sink replaced by them. All quick, clean, and quality. Highly recommend!!!

We called because of a running toilet, the problem was diagnosed by another plumber as a stuck or faulty shut off valve. Bumble Bee was called to fix the issue, it took at least 4 phone calls to actually get a time scheduled. When the gentleman arrived he was super polite, but he had zero knowledge. He identified the issue as a float problem which it absolutely is not, and that was simply because it was an older toilet with a float system he hasn't seen before. I told him about the problem, he suggested they should also replace the valve at the same time since it was potentially stuck. So.....yes the problem valve would have been replaced, but he would have unnecessarily replaced a perfectly fine float.He looked at the main shut off outside, and the sprayer on the end of the garden hose was dripping. He said the shut off needed to be replaced. I said no....it's the nozzle dripping, so we disconnected the hose and tightened the hose bib and it stopped dripping.I also commented that hot water was hard to come by and asked if he could turn the heater to a higher temperature. He said for liability reasons he's not allowed to (seriously??) but he looked at the tank anyway. He said wow this tank is old (it didn't look the least bit old) and he read some numbers on the side of the tank and said it's from 1999 so it's 23 years old. It needed to be replaced, that's why the water wasn't so hot. I'm a builder...I'm not stupid. I told him he wasn't reading the correct number, and proved it was a 2014 so only 8 years old.End of the day, I just needed a shut of valve replaced, it should have been under $200 but he came back with a quote of over $2000 with fake jobs he created. What horrible, inexperienced and unprofessional service! Never recommend.

Bumble Bee installed new valves in my shower 11 month ago. They called last week to check up on me. I told them I wished the cold faucet was a little more sensitive. We are so happy with our experience with Bumblebee Plumbing! After years of using the same plumber who finally sold his business, we were nervous to try a new company. Bumblebee exceeded our expectations. We’ve used them now for our rental property as well as our own home and have been very happy with the results. Wanted $4000 to replace two (wall mount) toilets. Base cost of one toilet $600. $2800 to install two toilets! Who could be that stupid? Was charged $40 for the visit.. I had to be rescheduled, the visit was discounted by $25. Live and learn! This is the age we live in now!

Wonderful experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Adrian Medina came out to look at our reverse osmosis water system that was not working properly. He took his time to explain everything, and was then very thorough about our options going forward. Plumbers were at my home with in an hour of me contacting them thru Angi. Plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem in the least expensive option. I was quite happy with them. Jeff and his partner (tall and shaved head) can’t recall his name, did their jobs very well. I will use them again.

Outside water spigot broke at the pipe and was leaking. Jeff from Bumble Bee come over within a few hours of making the call and even though on a Saturday after 3pm, they stayed to fix the broken pipe and get water back to the home. They gave options of going through inside or outside, explained benefits and cheaper options for fixing dry wall vs stucco and made all the repairs as well as explained what happened, educating us while they made the fixes. They also provided options and showed us other areas that may need to be fixed in the future but they don't pressure you at all, just inform and let you make the decision. Jeff and Andres were extremely helpful, quick and did great work, very friendly. Would use them and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Bumblebee Plumbing has a club that is relatively inexpensive to join, and includes an annual inspection of your plumbing systems on a priority basis.Brad did my inspection last year, and found a few minor problems which he fixed right away. This year, Brad came back ( one of the nice things about the club, is that you can get the same service person every year), did not find any issues, which is great. By catching minor items early, they are unlikely to turn into a major thing.I highly recommend BumbleBee Plumbing, and suggest you join their club. The benefits include more than just an annual inspection. For more info, ask Brad!!

No complaints on the technical work. Technician successfully unplugged our sink.
He also charged me $440 for running down a snake down the pipe to unplug it! So yeah, completely overpriced. Never using them again!

Bill arrived promptly in response to our call about 2 leaking outdoor spigots. Quoted us for 3 options and completed work quickly to accommodate our schedule. Bill explained things clearly and was extremely competent and courteous. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs!

The plumber (Richard) who came to the house was friendly, quick and professional. Instead of trying to push me for a whole new water heater, he recommended replacing the shot heating element and said I could get a few more years out of my current heater. Honesty goes a long way towards loyalty with me. I have a brand new house. I need a brand new water softener installed. Bumble Bee Plumbing tried to sell me a DIFFERENT water softener for over $3,000! If I didn't want that, they were willing to spend 30 minutes installing the one I already have for ONLY $1,100.00. That's a rate of over $2,000.00 per hour. What a dishonest scam organization that tries to exploit the uninitiated customer!

Had to have water main to the house replaced. Adrian and Lupe did a great job and were very professional. Would recommend them for any plumbing issues!

David was really very nice and obviously knew what the heck he was doing. He had suggested as he was installing a handheld bidet that a few of my fixtures were plastic and should be changed. That word me because I was concerned about the total cost. However he prepared two options one with changing the fixtures and one with not. It seemed to make the most sense to me to accept the one with changed fixtures. He finished relatively quickly with everything working like it’s supposed to. Adrian was exceptionally professional, provided information on everything he was doing, explained in detail how to run the new water softener. He detailed all of our options and although he recommended the top of the line unit for our house, he didn't overly try to dissuade us from buying an adequate unit at a lower price, which most repairmen would do. He did a wonderful job at inspecting all other plumbing around the house to make sure there weren't other looming problems. I would recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and Adrian to anyone in need of repair or replacement of a water softener.

Dan was amazing. He came in and looked at the issue. Discover the problem and quoted the price. It was a larger issue than expected so he showed me the issue and gave the new price. He told me about their vip program and it saved some money. The price was a bit more than expected but based on showing me the issue he allowed some time to think about it. He educated me in the decision I was making and offered a program that with the discount applied it would help if any other issues occur. Even getting the program a year I saved more than the 12 month cost and added protection in case more plumbing issues arise in my home. Thanks again Dan and Bumblebee for your dedication and time to help make a decision. I hope I do not need you anytime soon but happy you are there.

Eduardo our service tech, was probably the most professional, courteous, caring tech we've ever encountered dealing with anyone in the service industry! The office staff from my first call until our tech arrived kept us in the loop via email and phone calls. These calls were as bubbly as could be and cared about the time between call and appointment. Needed 2 floor flanges, and a toilet installed. They also installed a low pressure valve to drop my water pressure to below 100 PSI.

Luis was our plumber that came out and he was awesome. Super friendly and did not want to price gauge us. He was very knowledgeable. Bumblebee plumbing is also more affordable than the other big names out there! I would definitely recommend them!

I had a ten inch drop sink with faucet that I was pretty sure was beyond my ability. I didn't realize I'd chosen from the most difficult sinks to install. Javier was an absolute champion about it. It was a rough job, and no question. Turns out there were multiple complications, but that man stayed until the job was done. The maniac even started to obsess that the hole in the countertop was cut off center. If I could have hand picked my plumber, I absolutely could NOT have chosen a better man. Furthermore, the owner of BB Plumbing (Mike I think?) is dedicated to providing excellent service to his clients, guaranteeing the quality of the parts and labor. That dedication also extends to personally supporting his employees. I don't think I've come across a company more deserving of success. Give them your business, you will not be disappointed (unless you're a moron).

I utilized Bumble Bee to fix my kitchen faucet. Javier was the specialist who provided my service and he was amazing! First off, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. Called monday morning, got scheduled for Tuesday midday. For a shower valve replacement that I caused. Quick and clean repair.. Not cheap.

I needed a toilet installed in my new home. The old one was ancient and the valve was stiff/stuck on it. Jeff was sent out promptly to take a look and give a quote. He was honest and clear from the start. The quote was a bit higher than I hoped and I think it’s a bit steeper than average from what I’m finding online but I decided to go with them anyways just to get it done. Jeff told me right away he would need a second person, which is understandable because the old toilet was very heavy and there was some extra work that was needed. He came back very early the next morning with Victor. They were so polite and professional. They were quick but still thorough. While the breakdown in the price still makes it seem a little high I am fine with that. The quality is there and unfortunately right now the market is making all plumbing pretty expensive.I highly suggest them. I opted out of the membership but I won’t rule that out in the future if needed.

Our home’s main waterline developed a leak beneath our driveway slab. We secured three estimates. Two of the companies wanted to either cut through our driveway or reroute the main waterline into our attic. The other two companies also said they would would not be responsible for repairing the driveway, stucco, our landscaping disturbed during the repair. Bumble Bee Plumbing was the only company who had the tools necessary to replace the waterline following the existing route of the original line without cutting through the driveway. This saved $1,500-2.000 off the other estimates and that was before factoring in additional costs to replace or repair the driveway, stucco and landscaping had I chosen one of the other companies. Thomas came out and repaired the toilet water inlet line. He replaced the original plastic parts witty quality metal parts and came when I explained it was kind of an emergency. That was the best thing is that they were able to get it done fast. Yea I would use them again and recommend to any one.The second time I needed them Lupe cam out. They offered me an appointment sooner than others that I had called and when the team arrived, they were highly consultative, thoroughly explaining the issues as well as the options. Today we were getting ready to move in our house after getting the keys last Wednesday. When Lowe’s was delivering our dishwasher to install they noticed the kitchen sink shut off valve was stuck and broken. Needing a plumber quickly we reached out to bumble bee and they managed to squeeze us in before the end of the day. Jeff got out here and immediately noticed that unbeknownst to us, Lowe’s left the bad shut off valve leaking all under the sink. He acted quickly to get the leak under control. If bumblebee hadn’t gotten us in today, who knows how much water damage could have happened. This all alone worth a five star review. Jeff continued to exceed all expectations with his eagerness to help and pointed out that we needed a pressure valve for the water intake as our water pressure was dangerously high, confirming what we heard during our inspection. He replaced the shutoff valve and installed the pressure valve both in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have over. He even took the time to educate us as new home owners of simple self serve preventative maintenance saving us future headaches. So glad we called bumblebee today.

This business is extremely professional. They followed up as necessary and made sure that I got my initial concerns taking care of. Moises was great and explained everything clearly. Most sales people try and sell you on everything even though you called for an issue. He explained what the issue was, Gave me recommendations and even gave me pointers on maintenance. I called on Memorial Day and although they couldn’t get to me on the holiday, they got to me the very next day. They followed up with calling me and then had the plumber call me on his way over. I had had three plumbers previously try to install the new faucet and/or fix the old one to no avail. Moises walked in and new exactly what the problem was instantly! It feels so good to have this off our shoulders! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! 5-STARS!

Lupe was our technician and he was great. Greeted my wife and I on time and started to assess our leak. Once he found the problem he laid out a few scenarios and gave us bids. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on which option would be best but didn’t try and push us to the most expensive one. I really respect a company and service provider that understands you need help and does all they can to make sure they leave the situation in a better place than when they arrived.

Very good experience. The technician came to my house and assessed the problem, leaking toilet, and drew up 4 different ways to go to fix it and which one I would prefer. After I chose which repair I wanted, Mike, explained how and what he was going to do and went right to work. I opted for a new toilet and with the installation, Mike, cleaned up the crud before installing the new toilet and he cleaned up after installation. I recommend...Bumble Bee Plumbing. I have one little complaint...booties were not worn over his shoes which I would consider necessary. I'm disappointed in myself for letting that get past me. Eduardo did a repair on my water heater and got it working again and he let me know everything he did and explained the to me the ignition process if the flame should go out. I was pleased with the work and Eduardo was very friendly and professional ...and wore shoe covers in the house.

Bill did a very good job of repairing our leaky toilet shut off valve and replacing all of the internals with brand new parts. He even installed a bidet free of charge. All of this was done in a very timely manner. Bumblebee Plumbing was very professional from start to finish, I'd strongly recommend them if you have any issues related to plumbing.

Fast! Bumble Bee was responding to an emergency repair with home water turned off... they called in 30 minutes and were onsite within an hour. Jeff was fun, professional, and did a great job explaining the project costs and worked to get the repair completed as quickly as possible. I am approaching my 3rd anniversary as a client of Bumblebee Plumbing! I initially contacted them in 2019 after coming home to an unexpected pond in my yard. I was impressed that a friendly, capable person answered the phone immediately and dispatched a plumber to my home the same afternoon for a relatively quick (though muddy) fix. When my hot water heater was on the verge of failing, I called them again. Replacement was tricky because I had an electrical contractor working at the same time, and also because my semi-historic 1936 home had some redundant piping that puzzled Michael P. at first. I found out then that Michael is not only highly skilled, but is also a determined problem-solver. In early 2021 after another small, unwanted pond emerged, Bumblebee replaced the main service line from the road to my home (a distance of about 200 ft.). Finally in late 2021, after another serious underground leak somewhere in a maze of old PVC and galvanized pipe near my unused domestic well, I decided to go ahead with a whole house re-piping. Michael met with me in advance to plan the work and to listen to my list of concerns and old-house-quirks. The team that came to complete the 4 to 5-day project included Micheal, Cody, Joel, Victor, and Craig. They were ALL amazing: skilled, professional, respectful, and constantly seeking my input. Cody did some of the most delicate work for my main bathroom which included gently breaking into a cedar closet wall to replace old lines; he was also the lucky guy who worked in the crawl space under my house. I believe it was Joel who headed up work on lines in the attic; Victor and Craig dealt with trenching outdoors. Michael’s tasks included zero-error-tolerance drilling through brick masonry walls.I now love having great water pressure and beautiful new valves in convenient places, and I am free of living in fear of a water disaster. I am happy to give Bumblebee Plumbing my highest recommendation!

I contacted BumbleBee to have a water main valve replaced and to install a whole house carbon filtration system to remove the chlorine from our water. I compared with 2 other well known reputable plumbing companies in the valley and the prices were comparable. I chose to go with Bumble Bee because the service technician(Adrian) spoke the most knowledgeably and presented me with the best set options. The service assessment fee initially put me off, but I can assure you the work is top notch at a fair price.

Bumble Bee is the best and Richard E. is especially awesome! He did an annual inspection on our place to We found them when we had a huge leak. We became members then because they were the only company who figured out what what going on, and fast. This was after 4 other companies were paid to figure it out. It's a completely different experience with this company and employees. Honestly, it's a surprise when you run into a company like this. Richard took the time to answer all of my questions today and explain things clearly. It's obvious they want the best for people and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. They are competent, on time, quick, honest and nice.

I called and made an appt for someone to give me an estimate. I was given a 2 hour window, come to find out they don't give windows later in the day. I was called and told the service person would be at my location within 30-35 minutes. I had another appt, but agreed to wait. An hour later no call or show, no update.. So I called... they told he would be there within the 30 minutes,, I couldn't wait, so I cancelled. I felt like I didn't matter to them and my time meant nothing.

We had an indoor waterline leak and outside main valve and water spigot replaced. We’ve had BumbleBee come out twice and both times they’ve exceeded our expectations providing great service. I hired BumbleBee Plumping to install a backflow preventer to our front water line. Once Bill Messenger, the repairman was here, I decided to rework the entire front water line and install a new shutoff valve. Bill was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what materials he would be using and why. His work was exceptional, he ensured that they system worked with no leaks and he left the area as he found it. I would love to have him back to work on our back faucet. They come very quickly, both times I needed them they were there same day. They are kind and helpful. Richard really wanted to be sure I understood what was going on and what he was doing. We had some confusion as to where the main water shut off was but he went above and beyond to find it. We also were indecisive as to whether we wanted them to do the job or if my husband should just do it and he was patient and understanding of our choices. We did choose to have him do part of the job and he helped show us what to do so we can finish it ourselves. He also attempted to fix something else as a courtesy (didn't work out but he told us how to replace the part for free). The only negative thing to say is that one plumber came out to check for leaks and missed this issue so they had to send a new one a week later. But they sent him out same day and they didn't charge me another service fee so they definitely made up for it.

I needed my shower fixed the leak became a pour from my Bathtub Faucet. I reached out to Bumble Bee and the Girls in the office were so sweet and kind and they knew that my issue was urgent, so they sent Eddie and Ken who were very Professional. I’m very impressed with the service I received from this company. They answered my email promptly and sent out a plumber when I was available since it wasn’t an urgent repair. Bill was the plumber that was sent to replace my kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and hot/cold water valves. He was very thorough, explained everything and offered me different options for the repair. I agreed on the repairs and he was able to get everything done quickly and left everything clean. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs!

For the last two years I needed plumbing service. I’m a do it my self kind of guy but after many injuries doing it my self just isn’t and option any more. Two years ago a rat chewed up and ruined my bath tub. Bumble bee sent Jordan out to fix it. And this year I had my sewer clog again. Twice! So it was time to get to the bottom of it. They sent a scope down and sure enough there is a dip in the line. Lucky in a place not to hard to get to. Richard and his guys came out with an excavator and dug up the old line and fixed the problem. You will need a land scraper to fix the landscaping after but these guys put things back almost in the place my stone needed to be with minor adjustments. But my sewer works again! I can’t thank them enough. Honestly I can’t. Worth every cent I paid and I wish I could advertise more for them because they really took care of things. Thank you all! Your staff, your crews are above amazing people and an amazing company.

Terrible customer service. Their technician did something that caused a problem that showed up over time. When I contacted them I was bounced from person to person, until they told me they were not going to help me at all. They were defensive to the point of being aggressive and insulting. Basically if they don’t have it in their notes somewhere, it “didn’t happen “. So their technician did something that caused a leak later, and took parts away from my sink so I cannot use it anymore, but they won’t help me because it wasn’t written down by him. When I reached out to the owner to explain, the conversation became emotional and he became nasty and threatened to use the recording of our conversation “against me later “. After a sad and tragic year, as most of us have experienced, this treatment literally left me in tears. I still have the issues they caused. I now have to find a new company to fix what they caused.

Bill was excellent. Bill was not in a hurry. He looked over all the work we needed done. Took time to explain all the various options and pricing. Then did all the work we chose, completed it professionally, quietly, and without mess. This is a company you should use. Definitely, the company we will continue to use. First rate!

Bumble Bee Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. We have them on speed dial now. Recently, our home built in the 1980s kept having plumbing issues. We have worked with bumblebee for over a year now and everything has been excellent. When it comes to scheduling their staff is fast, efficient and always keep in touch with you if there any changes. The professionals that come out to the house have been wonderful. Dan has been incredibly professional courteous and understands when you’re working on a tight budget. He also does a great job of explaining what the fix will entail as well as letting you know how to avoid plumbing issues in the future! Because we have an older home plumbing issues pop up often and Bumble Bee has a subscription service that lets you get deals on multiple services and has already more than paid for itself in a single appointment. Javier came out to my house to check my water pressure. He listened to me and then started investigating the problem. He asked me if I had other issues and also checked my water heater connection. I was well informed along the way and he worked on everything I needed. I now feel secure that my pressure regulator is updated and configured correctly and I have no leaky fixtures. New to Arizona/Phoenix/Scottsdale. Hot water not working in the house the day we moved in. Its a little intimidating to know where to start when you are in unfamiliar surroundings. Found reference to Bumble Bee on the hot water tank. Not sure I have had service like this in any industry, let alone plumbing. I have never met a more humble, conscientious, hard working tradesperson. Javier was a pleasure to have in our home. He quickly provided an array of options for us to fix the problem, and also identified a pressure valve and shutoff valve issue at the same time and got that fixed. The kind of service Javier (as well as the others I interacted with) delivered is cultural in a company, established from the top down. Not just an individual. Javier was clearly proud to represent the company. Am certain there are less expensive service providers, but I won't be calling anyone else in the future. Thx Javier. Thx Bumble Bee.

I had to give 1 star because the technician was polite. I had a clogged sink drain he tried to snake it, told me due to the age of my home the pipe must have collapsed. Left me with a clogged drain and a quote for $15,000 dollars for a re-pipe. I then called another company for a second opinion, he laughed and said it a kitchen sink, I'll have it fixed in half an hour. Sure enough half an hour and $180 bucks later I have a kitchen sink that works just fine. I would guess BBP works on commission. I highly recommend Quail/Scottsdale plumbing though.

Horrible service. Called about an emergency leak, water turned off to entire office building. Took 2 hours to call back and wanted to schedule for later in week. Definitely not someone to call in an emergency.

I will start by saying everyone- from the office to the plumbers I dealt with were amazing and friendly. I had the pleasure of having Javier and Tuttle help me out. There weren’t clean out lines in the places you would normally find them so Javier went out of his way and found the issue within an hour. Not only did he find the issue but he checked the whole system to find other issues. To add on to this, the problem was a unique one in that the seller of our home wanted to get a second opinion because we reached out and said the house was sold with bad plumbing and we’re requesting assistance with the cost for repairs. The person that was sent out the next day (from a different company that the seller requested) was unable to find and locate the problem area and come up with a solution. After about 4 1/2 hours, another plumber was sent out from that same company to assist and was able to find the issue within an hour and temporarily fixed one of the issues. They do have to have someone else come out again to fix the remaining problems. The reason I mention all of this is because the people at bumble bee will go above and beyond and give you multiple options and fixes and work with you the best they can to get EVERYTHING resolved. Not only this, but their rates are flat rates and do not change if they have to stay longer or finish the next day in addition to the work being under a year warranty.

Bumble Bee responded to our phone call. Arrived the same day to unclog the drain. Came back at a set appointment time, show up on time. Cleaned our entire drainage pipe to our septic tank. They were courteous, polite and very clean in the work process. Cleaned up after themselves and when they left it was like they had never been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed professional service.

So Saturday morning we noticed that we had a pretty significant water leak from our main water shut off value. We have a service with Bumble Bee and called them up. The office was quick to respond and got someone to the house within a few hours. Jeff O. Was our tech and he was a rock star. When the house was built, the water shut off was put very close to the house. Jeff was able to get the Broken value off and a new pipe installed in less than 30 minutes. At first we thought he was going to have to go through the wall to get the pipe but turned out all we needed was Jeff’s know how. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee and Jeff to anyone. What was even better was that with their annual service agreement we didn’t get charged any additional fees for a Saturday emergency appointment.

I woke up to an issue with one of my toilets, leaking and not flushing properly. I called Bumble Bee first thing in the morning when they opened. A very friendly voice answered my call and told me that the schedule was pretty full but they would try to work me in and I would hear from dispatch within 30 to 60 minutes. I heard from dispatch and they said that they could have somebody out there that afternoon. Shortly after that I heard from them again and they told me that they had 2 techs assigned and they would be at my house in 45 minutes to 60 minutes. They arrived at my house at 11:15 AM. They were very professional, they wore booties, they wore facemasks. They explained everything to me on multiple occasions showed me pictures. They paid attention to the finest details. And they cleaned up everything extremely well. I actually had them do several other things while they were there which were potential problems that I was concerned about. I would absolutely use them again and in fact I have another job scheduled with them next week. Please give them a try if you are in need of a professional, on time, knowledgeable, communicative plumbing company!

Bumblebee (BB) is our go-to professional plumbing company. We did start with Parker brothers and they did good work but were undependable on smaller jobs and cancelled twice once the morning of the appointment that we had scheduled out a month prior.We then switched to BB and have been with them a few years. Wholeheartedly recommend their workmanship; my husband is a tough judge, and their professionalism; our jobs require it and we expect the same.Bumblebee delivered on both counts.

They installed a new water main from the meter to the house & after I asked a question about removing an outdoor water spicket, they removed the old & installed a new at 2 hose connections w/o additional charge.Their work was performed outside (obviously) in extreme heat yet they kept going until the job was complete. Ken Brown installed our freestanding tub. He was very professional from the time he stepped out of his service truck. He assessed the work that needed to be done and gave a detailed explanation of the scope of work that would be performed to complete the job as well as the cost and time frame for the work to be completed. His quality of work and attention to detail was impeccable. He left our master bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived. I am very pleased with the plumbing work David did. He went above and beyond to get the job done. My job happened to be a more difficult one and he kept me informed as to how it was going and explained everything he he needed to do. He also set realistic expectations on how long it would take. I had another contractor coming in to refinish my tub, David needed to order another part so he made sure the plumbing wouldn’t be in the way of the refinish job and he came back as soon as the part was in and finished the job. We needed our RO System repaired, a repair to a shower and we needed repairs to 3 toilets. They came right away and they came prepared. Excellent service!! Richard replaced a leaky toilet in my main bathroom. Richard alleviated the fear I had of having dry rot in the sub-floor and explained how I could have perceived that. I am so grateful to Dan at Bumble Bee - we had a fountain leaking from the bottom as well as over flowing and flooding the front of house down the driveway. Of course it’s a Saturday. It happened out of the blue and I panicked and called bumble bee because we have an account and they’ve been so helpful in the past. They got here so fast and were able to troubleshoot how a valve had broken and was continuously refilling the fountain with water. Dan was so detailed and took the time to let me know what had happened and how to shut off … and back on.,. the water to the house properly. Then after testing the issue, tested one more time and put in a temporary part and fix! So the whenever the fountain can be serviced, they’ll have what they need. Amazing thank you Dan!!!!

I don’t believe the reviews on this company. I take care of a couple of houses and have experience with plumber pricing. The quote they gave was highway robbery - even after the discount. In hindsight, I should have paid the $65 service charge and told them to hit the road. Hope this review saves somebody else the headache. .

I have now used Bumblebee on two occasions. They are respectful of their clients' safety and they arrive at the house masked and remain masked for the duration of the job. Brad and MJ were the first to help me out with a clogged main sewer line, scoping of all of the house pipes, and repair/replacement of a kitchen pipe. They were professional, friendly, and competent, and they stuck with the job for hours until it was done, at about 7:30 p.m. The second visit was with Drew, who replaced our garbage disposal. I wanted to save money by purchasing the new disposal on my own, and he worked on changing out the washing machine hoses while I ran to Home Depot to get it. He, too, was professional, friendly, and competent. Bumblebee is more expensive than my usual plumber, but both times that I've used them, they've managed to send someone on the same day that I call. That is a HUGE plus for me.

Shout out to Adrian M and Jesus for coming and inspecting my home for leaks and issues. They did find two leaks and addressed them right away. Also changed out the Anode rod in my hot water heater and flushed it out. They pointed out the need for preventative service and I signed up for their membership which gives me a discount on future jobs, no call out fee, and getting put at the top of the list in an emergency. They are a reputable company used by my contractor, ArDan Construction which gives me peace of mind.

Chance was awesome! Super professional, extremely competent and friendly. Bumble bee set him up to come out to our house when our shower wouldn't turn off and the water main valve wouldn't shut down the water to the house. He repaired the shower and the water main valve. I recently hired Bumble Bee Plumbing to repair a broken main water shutoff valve. Within about 90 minutes I had Chance Burke arrive to save the day! Dan was awesome! We had previously had a backup & I called an emergency service out. They charged me $1400 and were unable to open the line much. They wanted $6K to dig up and replace whole line! When I declined they became rude about it and although I knew I would eventually need to do was not about to use them! Bumble bee was first company I had come out to give me estimate. Dan was very personable and professional. He also gave us an estimate way under the previous company! They came in the very next day and did the job. They did such an outstanding job you cannot even tell it was done! We are completely satisfied and would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone.

I made an appointment with this company because my friends used them and they provided excellent service for them. My appointment was made a week in advance. The day of the appointment just before the cut off time I provided for availability I received a call. Letting me know that a bigger job was scheduled and there was no time for me. I agreed to reschedule two days after the original appointment. Technician was to be here between 10-4. Pretty much all day. Received a call at 3:30pm notifying me the technician would be at my property in 1hr 45mins. I wasted an entire day for a phone call. Rescheduled my appointments so I could be at property when the technician arrived. Now they ask it I would be ok to forego my evening and dinner time?!?! or reschedule for another day?!?!?! As the old saying goes, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! No thank you.I am lucky not to have had a plumbing emergency that needed attention. I wanted to “test” this company for future use and they failed miserably on the following: The schedulers lie, told me I was going to be priority because my original appointment was rescheduled. Poor communication the day of appointment, poor management of their technicians, lack of sensitivity toward the customer needs.If you choose to call this company and schedule and appointment, beware. I would not recommend them based on my experience. I wasted two business days that I will never get back because of them. You could be next!

Lupe was the install/repair plumber. He was top notch, 5 stars. Lupe deinstalled an old water heater, drove with me to Lowes to do an exchange, and then installed the new unit. Lupe was quick, but also did high quality work. He removed OEM plastic parts and put new brass fittings on the new water heater because he felt that was a better product. Clearly, Lupe has a high standard and it showed throughout. Lastly, Lupe was very patient in describing every step of the process.I can’t say enough positive things about Lupe and Bumble Bee

My plumber, Bill, spent most of the day here redoing the plumbing under my kitchen sink (It REALLY needed it) and the two valves in my master bathroom. I had a slab leak on a hot water line and had another company come out to isolate the leak so I could use hot water in the rest of my house. I received a quote from the other company to reroute the pipe overhead but because it was a big job, I wanted to get multiple quotes. The second quote I received wasn’t really a quote at all, it was a range from $3k to 4.5k ‘depending on how many issues I run into and how long it takes’.Then came Bumblebee Plumbing and it was a great experience. Mike and Eddie were personable, friendly, hard-working and answered all my questions. When Mike gave me the quote he said ‘this is the price, we won’t add anything else on because we run into issues’ and I was sold because I hadn’t even mentioned the previous ‘quote’ at all. My experience with BumbleBee Plumbing was great and I am glad to have a go to company for all my plumbing issues.

Brad and his crew were very professional during the whole process, if my husband and I had any questions or concerns they were able to make us at ease, specially when our front yard was disrupted to replace the pipe-Brad was very knowledgeable on his profession and was able to explain the process and made sure we understood. Craig responded within two minutes of my online request and was able to get us scheduled the following day. I loved that they call roughly 30-40 min prior to arrival so that you don’t have sit around and wait all day. Huge plus for busy people. ? Called early the morning when we discovered there was a leak inside the hall wall. They sent David out by noon. He was quick to diagnose the problem and make the needed repairs. Asked them to come out and replace a cutoff valve on a toilet. Very simple installation. Wanted to charge us 300 to replace it. The 65 they charge to come out and check everything is included in that price, but not waived if it’s a one day fix like other places.

Presented me some options for other work they recommended and I didn't face high pressure sales when I declined the additional work at that time. The next time I need work done from Bumble Bee Plumbing, I would ask for Jesus again.

The telephone staff are efficient and courteous. The technician was professional and well informed. I down graded my rating because the charges were at least $200 dollars higher than the nearest comparable bid for my water heater install. They would no give a bid over the phone, but kindly agreed to cancel the $29 trip charge before they came out to provide me a bid in person. When I declined their service the technician was courteous and limited his encouragement to have Bumble Bee provide the service. I have been a long time customer of Bumble Bee and I am sad to see their apparent increase in fees. I will continue to call them for plumbing work, but I will compare their bids against average cost for repairs on Home Adviser. I encourage others to do the same.

BumbleBee Plumbing's Service Tech Mike Probst did and awesome job replacing and repairing a leaking outside faucet. Mike was very organized and quickly made the repair. I had needed to repair my pressure regulator due to the high pressure, but delayed doing it until the last straw. I had another blowout with my drip system and that was the last time. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and they coordinated the repair that day! That never happens. Ken showed up on time and we discussed the repair. I mentioned that I would like to have a ball valve also so that I could turn off the house water, but have the water for the drip system still run. Ken was very accommodating and professional. I used Bumble Bee Plumbing to install a new natural gas line from my meter to the location of my kitchen gas stove. Bumble Bee was the first to quote my job from Angi, discussed their family ownership, came out within a couple of days to quote the job, emailed me the quote the same day, and Dan inspired confidence that he could complete the job without issue. The initial verbal estimate was revised upward after Dan conferred with the office citing that the ground was very hard in my neighborhood. I asked if they found that the ground was not that hard if the cost would be reduced and was told that it was a firm price regardless if it cost them more or less than what was estimated. The quote contained a description of the work to be done just as Dan had described it. The job required a city permit which Dan applied for and we assumed it would take 3-5 weeks, but it only took one week. The job was scheduled within a week of the permit approval. Dan, Alex, and Cody arrived on time (also, the office staff kept me informed (calls and texts) of the schedule dates, technician arrival, and follow up afterwards) and dug the trench and laid in the piping in one day. Dan coordinated with the city inspector who came out the next day to approve the installation, then Dan, Alex, and Cody returned the next day to fill in the trench and make the final connections as Dan had originally estimated. They left no trace to my yard where the trench was dug. I am very pleased with the work that was done by Dan, Alex, Cody, and the office staff (Chelsea (I think) was the person I spoke to the most), and am confident in our safety with the gas line going forward. Great work and thank you!

My water heater went belly up Monday evening. Leaked 50 gallons of water all over my garage. Bumble Bee came out the next day and gave me 3 quotes for getting it replaced. All were reasonable and explained to my in a manner I could understand, i.e. pros and cons. The plumber, Brad, is the consummate professional!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and just a very nice guy. He made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and helped relieve a lot of the anxiety I was feeling. When he was finished, he walked me through his work and showed me the basic functionality of my new water heater. I am now a lifetime customer of Bumble Bee. No need to shop around or anything. If something goes bad, I'll simply call them. Lastly, they even had COVID-19 safety measures which they consistently used, thus once again demonstrating they care about their customers.....GREAT JOB BRAD!!!!

WARNING…WARNING…WARNING!! Do not hire this company at any cost. I hired them to install a water heater on February 18, 2022. I am not familiar with service companies in the valley, so looked on Yelp, Bumble Bee had good reviews and could come out quickly. Installation Tech had professional appearance and seemed to know his business. I was quoted a price of $2,095.00, which I thought was a little high, but he was there and could install immediately. When he plugged in, all power went out, nothing could be done to restore power or reset master. I had to call an electrician, the plumber had hot-wired the water heater and blew my main electrical panel. Creating an additional expense of $1917.00. Which, in my opinion, plumber responsible for repair cost. Bumble Bee was not willing to take responsibility or accountability, since he said system was probably old and would have gone out eventually anyway. Michael Krpata, Bumble Bee Owner, then bullied the electrician into giving me a partial credit, still not taking responsibility. I do not understand why electrician responsible for Bumble Bee’s mistake. Mr. Krpata said he needed to do further research, so I gave him a week and when nothing was resolved, I disputed the remainder of electrician’s bill with credit card company. March 1st Bumble Bee agreed to credit my account for the remainder of electrician’s bill, but according to him, I would need to cancel dispute. In good faith, I canceled the dispute and case was closed March 4th. Here it is, March 21st and still no refund, while he continues to finger point and make excuses. He said “it's on my “to-do” list”, which told me he’ll do it when he gets around to it, interpreted as “I have no intention of giving you a refund”. During phone call, I made the statement, “I do not appreciate smoke blown up my ass”, he hung up on me and called my son and told him I had called and cursed at him!!! Not a curse word, guess plumbers have very delicate and sensitive ears! I’m a redheaded Texan, if I cursed him out, he would have known it, I have a repertoire I could lay on him! He is what gives the plumbing industry a bad reputation, and that’s a shame, because I know there are reputable plumbers out there. I notified him last week if credit not in my account by end of week, I would reinstate dispute plus interest and start publishing my reviews on all service provider locater websites, contact Plumber’s Union and BBB…here we are! He says everyone has lived up to their commitment except me! What? Then he wanted me to sign an agreement to receive credit, document full of inaccuracies and the word settlement not even spelled right. It is hysterical, that he would think I would even consider signing something for him!! He would twist that around, like he has everything else.In summary, plumber wired unit wrong blowing main electrical panel creating an additional expense. I have documentation to back up all statements and photos of all faulty work completed, but Bumble Bee has not and will not take responsibility. Bumble Bee and owner have proven to be very untrustworthy.

Ken and Eduardo, were awesome. I had a gas line run for my pool heater and barbecue. When the recommended service was impossible for us to afford, our plumber, Drew, and the company owner worked to help us get the lowest price and most value for our money. Drew was very professional and personable and did a great job jetting our drain line.On a side note, I called another NW valley company at 9am and still haven’t received a call from “dispatch” as to if and when someone can come out (it’s almost 4:30 now). We just love bumble bee plumbing!! We call them for all of our plumbing needs/incidents. We have used them several times now for different things/repairs and are always happy with the outcome. We had Bill come this morning first thing for a leak/garbage disposal replacement and he completed the work in about an hour.Bill arrived about 8am to fix our leaking faucet that happened to bust over night and on the say that I went into labor. Bill came in, assessed and fixed the faucet. in about 1.5 hours he was done and on his way. Our new faucet is working great and we’re thankful Bill was knowledgeable and on his way quickly!

We called Bumble Bee Plumbing after we called our home warranty company and were told by them that they could not send anyone to repair our master drain FOR A WEEK! We told Bumble Bee we had no water service, sinks, toilets and showers because the drain was backing up into the basement (same thing we told the home warranty company). Bumble Bee told us they were booked that day, but would try to rearrange some calls so they could get to us. Two hours later they called back to tell us we had a appointment that day. After an assessment, they came back early the next morning and made the necessary repair.Bumble Bee called several times to keep us updated on the arrival of the serviceman as well as several times following the repairs to make sure everything was working correctly. We were so impressed by their caring, concerned attitude as well as their quick and competent repairs that we enrolled in their home plumbing preferred service warranty.Several months later we had no hot water and they responded within hours to determine and repair the problem. As usual, they were caring, concerned, competent, and always in communication with us.Bumble Bee Plumbing will be the only company to work on our plumbing needs from now on. All companies should operate as they do.

We needed to get our hot water recirculating pump replaced and are glad we called. Technician Mike showed up and ran through the issues with me and then discussed the pricing options. Like all Bumble Bee plumbers who have fixed plumbing issues at my house, Tom showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Since my house is over 50 years old, there are a lot of issues with the plumbing. Tom was able to successfully change out the hardware that connected the water pipe to the toilet. He also removed lots of little pieces of safety glass from a bathroom sink drain trap. The glass got there after the safety glass on an old shower door shattered due to old age.Because the house is relatively old by Phoenix standards, I always cringe when a plumbing issue arises. A lot of things just seem to need repair because they’ve exceeded their useful life. However, all the plumbers at Bumble Bee are hard working and very knowledgeable regardless of how old the house is, even if many of the plumbers were born decades after my house was built!

We needed a new water softener and got a recommendation for Bumble Bee from someone at my sons school. David came out & gave us all our options along with upfront pricing. When we picked our system, he worked around our schedule to get everything installed. He was on-time and professional. The final results looks great, but most importantly it feels amazing to not have all the hardness and chlorine in our water anymore.

Jim did an amazing job! We knew we had a leak in a hot water line under the house. It didn't take him long to identify the leak and offer an estimate. While it wasn't cheap, he offered a solution which didn't require tearing up the floor. He came back and knocked out the work in less time than he thought. He left the house clean and ready for sale. Great job and I would absolutely recommend them.

I had Bumble Bee install a water softener system. My house was not pre-plumbed for the system, so they had to run a loop. Mike, Cody and Lupe showed up, were all very nice and knowledgeable! Nothing unexpected occurred and all went as discussed in the plan. I had the system quoted a year ago, and just now decided to put it in, and they honored the price they quoted for me last July of 2020! Amazing! Great quality of work and craftsmanship as always. I have not yet, thankfully, needed Bumble Bee for a major problem. They did install a water heater for me 2 years ago, but other than that I have had them out for a yearly inspection of my plumbing. They do a very thorough job and point out possible future problems without a hard sell of you need to fix this now, which I appreciate since I do not like to make those types of decisions without thinking them through. Each of the techs who have serviced me have been very professional and knowledgable.

I know the reviews seem almost too good to be true, but this is real. I wish I'd found them earlier, and I kind of don't want you to call them since I want them to be immediately available next time I call ;)The person who answered the phone when I called was awesome. In addition to getting my contact info and description of the problem, she showed empathy toward my predicament (!!) and explained the process the company would take to resolve the problem.The technician who came to my house, David O'Connor, was also fantastic. Competent, efficient, great communicator, and just a nice person that I'd want to be friends with. He fixed the problem and showed me a few other issues I might want to consider fixing in the near future. He gave me options so I could choose what worked best for my budget and schedule.And they were able to get to my house first of the three companies I called.

I decided to replace everything all at once after my toilet started leaking from a hairline fracture. New shower, new bathroom sink, new toilet, and even changed out the kitchen sink as well. Jesus was my initial contact and he was fast, thorough, and gave me numerous options and cost-saving advice at his first inspection. Bumble Bee showed up. I had contacted my usual go to plumber for repair of a leaking outside faucet bib and a clogged shower drain over the Thanksgiving holiday. They left me high and not-so-dry and never contacted me back to say they would not be able to keep their appointment. When I contacted them the next day, I was informed that they were just too busy. I contacted Bumble Bee after looking at Yelp & Google reviews. I have also seen their van in my neighborhood. I initially spoke with Cheyenne (?spelling) and subsequently with Dee. They kept me informed of the arrival time of the plumber so that I just wasn't sitting around waiting.I also received an email with a picture and bio of Jim Stackhouse, my plumber. I thought this was a nice touch as it was nice to know who was coming out to my house.Jim was very professional and courteous as I pointed out the issues that I needed addressed. He gave me a quote for the work to be done which I thought was a little on the high end but you need to know that 4 years ago, I would have done these repairs myself and saved myself some $. I am now wheelchair bound and unable to do much of anything. I did check 2 other plumbing companies over the phone and Bumble Bee's prices were in line with them. I guess this is just what it costs in today's economy. Jim made short work of the issues at hand and everything was done to my satisfaction. He even gave me a discount on the quoted price without me asking. Ever since a different plumbing company gave me a quote that had a comma in it, I've used Bumble Bee Plumbing, whose quote was about 50% lower for that first set of repairs and upgrades. Every technician who has come to my home has been friendly and efficient. Most recently, Drew completed my repair so quickly it made my head spin. He made reasonable recommendations without any pressure, and showed genuine concern for the longevity of my home. Some things should just not be left to a handyman. Thanks!

This is the second time i have used Bumble Bee. They are prompt and very responsive. They always do a complete inspection of the plumbing and give you the cost up front. They are also great about giving you the best price options and offering competitive rates through their discounts. This time Bumble Bee came to the rescue and helped me with getting the sewer line in our old Phoenix home re-routed and updated so i could finally start building my pool. I had 50 feet of sewer line replaced. They originally tried to fix the issue by re-strapping the pipe and getting the correct slope but it didn't work. I was upset because they said they would credit like 50% of what I paid for that job towards the new job but I wanted to do the replacement originally and not the fix or repair option. I talked to the manager and he agreed to credit the entire amount to the new job. I had Richard Ensinger do the 50 feet of sewer line replacement. I had to request him through the manager because he felt confident and more eager to do the job. He was thorough and helpful in explaining everything to me. If it weren't for Richard Ensinger, the manager, and the supervisor, my rating wouldn't be as high. All of them helped provide excellent service and is the reason I'm giving them 5 stars. They made everything right and provided excellent customer service. I will use this company in the future if I need anything and I will request Richard Ensinger because he was awesome! Had an urgent matter with a cracked and leaking pipe that caused us to have to shut the water off to the inside of the house. Bumble Bee Plumbing was referred to us by our neighbor so we called them. They kept us informed of if and when they would be able to come out that day to fix it. They sent a tech, David, out within 1.5 hours of our initial call to them. He was professional and explained what needed to be done and any hiccups that could arise from this and all costs. The price was fair and he was able to, quickly and thoroughly, fix the issue. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

Great company. Showed up at the drop of a hat. I didn't plan the visit so I can attest to the rapid service. The technician was kind and explained everything. They did not attempt to upsell a no existant problem. I was happy that he made suggestions and gave a estimate. I love companies who offer and don't push because I need time to think. I will use them as my plumber from now on. This company knows how business should be done. Literally fixed my problem in 20 minutes and the price was decent.

Ken was awesome! He did very fast and efficient work and also gave me some advice and help for our kitchen remodel. I had him change out the shut off valves for our kitchen sink and master sinks since they were corroded and not in great working order - can't afford to have a plumbing disaster with new cabinets! Their customer service is one of the best I've seen (on and off the phone). My only personal gripe is the cost, I have a fairly small budget to work with so we'll only be using them for this service but there's no doubt in mind that they'd do outstanding quality work with any task or project.

The techs/installers are fantastic, professional and do a great job, I have nothing but praise for them just make sure you're fully aware of the pricing. I was not fully apprised of the costs until I got hit with the invoice. Let me just say that $1000 for two and a half hours of labor to install a $600 water heater is not what I would call reasonable. Nor are the $235 washer hoses.

Very please with my experience with Bumble Bee plumbing. I was hesitant to call them as I have not had good luck with plumbers but this experience was good. The work was done same day and the price was fair. What I really appreciate is the customer service after the initial install. They were very responsive to my concerns after the initial install and came back out and addressed my concerns quickly and with no additional charges. I can recommend them to anyone as their customer service is very good.

We had them out to remove two toilets and a pedistall sink because we're having new floors put in. While they were here they noticed that her hot water tank was starting to leak so he had them replaced that also. On Monday David ,Victor, and Lupe came back to reinstall two toilets and new vanity that we bought and our new tankless hot water heater. They're on time they did great work and they were very affordable. We were very pleased with their work. And we would have them back for other repairs if ever needed. We highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. We had a leak that needed to be addressed right away. When I called the company they committed to to an appointment, called when they were 30 minutes away, and arrived on time. Our service crew wore their masks and covered their shoes. They were very knowledgeable and provide options. The leak was from a pipe in the attic and they spent a good deal of time in a small space fixing the issue. I like that I was provided a two year warranty on the service. The owner called prior to our appointment to make sure no one in our home was ill. I appreciated that because it showed he cared about his workers. After the service he called to make sure everything went well. I already referred them to a friend.

Called this comany to flush main drain from sewer back-up. They scheduled out 4 days for us anew customer. On 4th day they called and cancelled our appt citing too many new customers called in and 4 plumbers called in sick so they had to take care of current customers first. No apology, only excuses! I buzzed over to Parker & Sons and they dispatched a plumber in 2 hours and fixed they problem. My advise is stay away from this hive. Appears they can't handle what they advertise.

The licensed plumber, Bradley, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He explained in great detail what was the problem and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. He provided high quality work and made sure that everything was cleaned up after performing the work.

After calling several companies yesterday, only to get the run around, bad customer service, and just being refused service on my water heater, it was a breathe of fresh air to speak with Bumble Bee plumbing. I entered an inquiry at 12:30am, and received a phone call at 7am from the friendliest person, dispatched called me within 20 minutes and a technician, David, was at my house with in the hour. I had a leaky faucet outside on my patio. I contacted Bumble Bee Plumbing because of their 5 star rating. Bill Messsenger came out and replaced the faucet in no time. I can see why the company has 5 stars. I will call them again when the need arises. The office staff was also very professional.

Bumblebee Plumbing did very excellent work as always. Richard, the plumbing technician was extremely professional and courteous. He provided me with different options that I had available to get my new shower lever and head installed in my third bathroom downstairs. He did the work very professionally, and efficiently. He provided me with updates as he was performing the work. He also wore his boot covers, as well had his facemask and gloves on during the entire time he was inside my home. Then, when he completed the work, he did a very good job of cleaning up the bathroom. I am very pleased with my new shower head and lever that Richard installed in my bathroom. He also had to install a new gasket for the lever as well, as the old gasket was extremely rusted. I will definitely recommend Bumblebee Plumbing to anyone, and will definitely use them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Mike was absolutely great! He was punctual, professional and friendly. Personable is always so appreciated when you're dealing with something so horrible and Mike made it slightly less frustrating to be worried about. Dan and Kody were very professional when replacing my water heater. We have used this company before and are extremely impressed with Dan's knowledge, friendliness, and overall demeanor. He even helped us with our stuck front door. He went above and beyond by running an extension cord over a door (instead of just leaving the cord in front of the door which is what I expected). I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am very impressed with the service I received all in all aspects. I was fortunate to have same day service from friendly staff who listened to my issue and sent Ken over right away. Ken was very knowledgeable, explained my options in detail and was able to pinpoint the problem and did a wonderful job. He was clean, professional and friendly. He referred me to a restoration company to fix the water damage and offered to speak to my insurance adjuster to adequately explain the damage.

Bumble Bee Plumbing called me today at 1pm and cancelled my appointment last minute. I am currently in the process of closing on a new home and needed to give an estimate to the seller to see how much it would cost to replace the polybutylene pipes in the house (which the seller would have paid for). Because I won't have an estimate to submit today I will get the bare minimum if anything at all from the seller. Not to mention I took the day off so I could be there and get this done, I wasted a personal day. As a buyer in this insane housing market we all know how much it means to save on every corner possible, and this is going to end up costing me for sure. I'm very disappointed how you handled this situation.

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing at around 8AM 04/09/2021 due to a kitchen sink drain problem which appeared to be worsening each day no matter what I tried. I chose Bumble Bee Plumbing due to our experience with them a year ago installing some bathroom fixtures! They asked if I was ok with a half hour notice if someone became available for same day service. I agreed. Drew and Lupe were at my home before 1PM. Everything was explained to me, I was given options and they took care of everything. They remained kind and professional even when I had a melt down because I couldn't locate 2 of my indoor cats (amazing how well they can hide!) Once they were done, everything was cleaned up. Never knew how happy it could make me to hear water running down my drain! Love these guys!

The came out at a moment's notice to inspect and eventually replace a garbage disposal that our grandson had dropped a screw into. The repair man was on time, very professional and the cost was not out of line. We use Bumble Bee exclusively for our plumbing needs based on the work they have done for us over the past several years.9/2021 Update. Had a hot water leak and required the heater to be replaced. However the platform the heater was on was slanted so that dripping water went into the house. Jake and Cody installed a temporary set up so that we could have a functioning water heater while we searched for someone to remediate the platform. Once that was done they came back and installed the heater correctly. They also constructed special outlets so that if the new heater leaks again, any water will run out into the garage where I can immediately see it. Love these guys !!

They came in slightly lower than another plumber I had gotten an estimate from, but I really chose them because they were good at explaining the repair, gave a quick estimate, and finished the work right then. The technician that came was very nice, as were the schedulers. They even called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the experience. I’ll definitely use them going forward.

Great experience! I had brown water from both the hot and cold faucets. Receptionist referred my call to the owner who brainstorm the problem and solution with me. He sent an excellent plumber an assistant to replace a badly corroded gas hot water tank at a cost effective price. I would never consider calling anybody else!

Called Bumble Bee to repair a jammed garbage disposal. I attempted to clear it using the tool supplied by manufacturer, spun but still buzzing. The plumber did the same thing and determined that was all he could do. That's it???? Disposal is only 2 yes old. We had a 3/4hp unit, replaced with 1/2 he. The diff in there price was $250. Charged right at $600 for new unit, retails at the POE for $145. I know they have to make money but come on. Lastly the tech looked homeless. Just a mess. Got recir pump price, $3k. I'll try elsewhere

I started using Bumble bee plumbing a few years ago for a few minor issues around the house. A year ago I did a complete kitchen/laundry remodel and used them for this big project and they were always on time and very professional and explained everything. I recently had them replace my main water line and once again they were on time and very professional and finished in a timely manner. From the minute you call the company you are greeted with friendly staff over the phone and they are always in contact with you on appointment day to let you know how time is running and when they will be arriving. Ricky A. arrived at the time when Bumble Bee when said to expect him. Ricky fixed two plumbing problems and evaluated 2 other issues that he explained to us were not really broken. Ricky was extremely competent, polite and worked quickly to resolve our issues. I hope that Bumble Bee and Ricky are around for many years to fix any future plumbing problems we have. I found Bumble Bee Plumbing via Home advisor. They called me immediately and told me they would let me know when a service person was on the way. By 9 am I had an email with a picture and work experience for Jim and told me he would be at my house in 20 minuets. Jim was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent advice and referred a water mitigation specialist to us after he located our water leak and repaired the initial problem. This is my second time calling BUMBLEBEE for water problem. Both David and Lupe are great and friendly. I love their service and their price is reasonable. I will call them next time if I have any problem.

Ken and Joel were VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I placed a call to the company at 6pm and they were able to send someone out at noon the following day. I think that was a good turn around time since my issue was not emergent. However, I was charged $206 for a 30 minute visit just to flip the breaker on my hot water heater. Granted, they did diagnostic testing which yielded no issues. $206 to flip the breaker and 30 min visit seems really expensive in my honest opinion.UPDATE: Minutes after my review, I received a very courteous phone call from the owner, Michael. He listened to my frustration concerning the sticker shock at the end of the visit. He adjusted the price to a very fair one. He was extremely kind and promised to get a check in the mail for the difference. This is great customer service rarely seen with businesses today. Thank you Michael and Bumblebee plumbing! You have my service in the future.

10 Stars for Adrian and MJ who fought with my stubborn water line and tree all day before being able to restore my water, which had been off for 13 weeks. Despite all of the extra work, they stuck to the quoted price and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.Two years later.... Just had Dan out because it looked like the other end of my main water line, the half not replaced the first time, was leaking. I had tested the line by shutting off the water to the house, but the meter was still running. Dan was about to start digging when he decided to check my shut off valve first. Turned out, that wasn't working, so the meter was registering all of my drippy faucets. He replaced the main shut off valve and not more moving dial in the meter. Thanks, Dan.Got Dan back a few days later. The joint on my side of the meter, where copper meets PVC, was broken. He and his helper dug it up and replaced the connection. I've now purchased line insurance through my city, so if something else breaks, it's free.About 6 months after Dan, I had Jeff out to replace the water shut off valves in my bathroom where I was doing a complete reno. Whoever designed the original plumbing in this house needs to find a new line of work. Jeff did a great job and was super friendly.

Mike and Lupe and Bumble Bee Plumbing were absolutely amazing. I called for a leaky bathroom faucet and within 20 minutes, they were at my home. They sent me a text introducing Mike and Lupe with pictures and a little description before they entered my home. This was an amazing feature that I loved. They knocked on my door and practiced social distancing and wanted to introduce themselves before they put on all of their protective gear (face masks, gloves, etc.). From start to finish with the communication from the office staff everything worked out perfect. We reached out to Bumblebee plumbing as we had no hot water. Jesus and his team came out and found out that we also had a leak in a pipe that we were unaware of. It was causing damage in our wall. They were there for quite a while and worked diligently and created less damage as possible to the dry wall . We also had a pressure relief valve so that we would not hopefully have any leaks in the future due to high water pressure. The work was outstanding, they cleaned up everything explained everything relief throughout the process and let us ask any questions that we had we're thankful and we'll use them for our future plumbing needs

Bumblebee has replaced a regular gas water heater with tankless water heater in my home. They were able to schedule me in a timely manner and the work done was very professional. On Saturday, I discovered my water heater was leaking. I called Bumblebee and they had someone at the house within 2 hours. Because I went from a tank to a tankless heater, we scheduled the installation on Tuesday. Dan and Lupe arrived on time and went straight to work. The job was done within the prescribed time. I have had no issues since. My only complaint was the three phone calls between Monday and Tuesday morning reminding me of my appointment. I'd prefer a text option to confirm and text notification telling me the plumber was on his way.

Purpose was to repair aerator on kitchen faucet and leak in stem of faucet. Chance (technician) quoted a charge of over $1000 to replace the faucet rather than repair the existing faucet. He argued about value. I was so disappointed in this service that I will never use Bumble Bee again.

We called Bumble Bee because we kept getting a clog in our master bathroom toilet and shower. We have two bathrooms but only the master toilet was backing up. Jim camera the line and found a pipe with roots coming through from the bottom of the pipe. So he gave us a good quote we just need to come up with money. After getting the money saved up to do the work, we got the work done replaced part of the pipe that had roots growing up from the bottom. Was very happy with the work they did. But then we had the same problem again. Jim came back out and camera our line and unplugged our toilet. Thought we finally fixed the problem. 3 weeks later it happened again. I was a little frustrated at first because we spent so much money for a problem that still wasn't fixed. It was now the third time coming back for the same problem. I thought I was going to be charged for them coming back out again, but instead, Mike came out and camera the line again and finally found the problem. It was a piece of the toilet seal that was wedged in the pipe it was easy to miss. Mike showed us the problem on the camera and with great skill managed to pull it out! My husband and I were very impressed. He not only fixed the problem but made sure the check everything he could think of to make sure that everything was good. No charge and even got some money back from the last call. What we thought we going to be a pain to get resolved was surprisingly smooth and pleasant. I called Bumblebee Plumbing this morning to solve our low hot water pressure. Ken was the technician and quickly discovered our problem to be silt and dirt in the water heater and lines. The water heater is only 18 months old and the supply was normal until just recently. We suspect the contamination resulted from recent construction in our area. Ken drained all the lines and outlets and restored our service to normal. Great job!

Had a guy come out to check a leak in the front yard. There is a about a 2foot wet spot with some water on top of the rocks. I explained there is a little puddle underneath the rocks and dirt about 2 feet down. No bubbles or anything to show there was some sort of leak other than the small puddle underneath. His first answer was it could be dogs coming up here to pee. I really couldn't believe that was an answer. It's wrong of course. The pricing didn't look right either. And was trying to get me to sign up for a plan. But he had no clue what could be wrong. I see others had a great experience, not saying this is a bad company. Just my experience was a bad one.

This company was extremely friendly and fast while scheduling and had a technician out to my residence within an hour on a Saturday. Dan was dispatched to my house and was very helpful and took time to teach me where some of my errors were with my attempted repairs. Dan went as far as to double check other areas on the toilet installation and provided me further advice. This will be my go to company in the future.

During a Saturday I had a fatigue cracking issue in a high pressure water pipeline in my backyard, the one connected to the hose, it was necessary to open a hole in the house wall to do the repair. My garbage disposer was broken, faucet on it last legs, drain from disposer to dishwasher clogged rendering it unusable. Robert fixed it all. Faucet is beautiful & a better fit for my oversize sink, disposer is powerful & quiet & now can use dishwasher cause all the drains work. We will use this company again, very happy.

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing on a Saturday to fix a leak at the outside water faucet that could not wait until Monday. They were very responsive. Dan B. was extremely efficient and explained what work was going to be done. After he was finished with the repair he waited to make there were no additional leaks. He found one and immediately repaired it. Dan was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and Dan, in particular, for any plumbing needs.

We had a outdoor hose seize up on the faucet. The plumber turned off the water, remove the old faucet along with the hose and installed a new faucet. The work was done quickly and the plumber was very pleasant and personable. We are members with Bumblebee and therefore there was no service call fees to pay.

Bill was professional, performed an evaluation and explained the findings and my options. Joel brought the parts required and helped complete the job in the estimated time. Very satisfied with response time.

They came out reasonably promptly to do a problem assessment. Said it was a bad gas control valve on the water heater. Then the upsell began. Putting on a new valve would be about $4oo just for the valve, plus about $400 more for the installation, and it would be cheaper long run to put in a new tank (they had inspected and serviced the tank about a year earlier and it was allegedly in good condition ). Gave me an estimate of some $1800 for new tank installation. I thought it sounded high and thanked them for the assessment. Went up to Home Depot and found their installation price for the same size and warranty unit was about $500 less. Then went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply to check out the $400 gas control valve. Bought it for $165 tax included. Plumber down there at the counter hearing a bit of my experience kind of laughed and related rip-off experiences he'd seen over the course of his 40 years in the business. Said it was a simple screw in installation that fairly might cost a $100 in time. Bumble Bee wanted $400. I then responded to a number of calls from their office as to why I didn't accept one of their proposals, told them I thought they were an upselling rip-off and if they wanted to show otherwise, I'd pay their guy $150 cash to do the installation of the valve. Otherwise I intended to write a review about my experience with them. Whoever called me ended up telling me I was a terrible person. And in my experience with them, I think they are a ripoff operation. I would certainly caution anyone dealing with them to at least get 1 or 2 other bids or closely check the charges on any bid they make. In response to your response, I bought the unit because it had a recent Bumble Bee sticker on it that said it was in good condition, which is also why I called your operation. Additionally, the unit is installed to code, hooked up by a plumber in an outside enclosure, above grade as required and properly vented. Further, I did not demand that you install the gas control valve for $150. I thought that you would recognize the ridiculous upselling you were doing and would appreciate the opportunity to act more reputably. Incidentally, there is a You Tube on installing this same valve on the same model heater. Removal and installation on the video, by a licensed plumber took 13 minutes and 45 seconds. Took me about 40 minutes cause I replaced the piezo electric fitting on the burner at the same time. I think, in retrospect, the $150 I offered was more than generous. Unit had not stopped months previously, as you claim. Had gone out about 2 days before you got there, and is working fine now.

Bumblebee Plumbing was very easy to work with to fix one of our water supply lines to our kitchen. Their technician was very professional and wouldn't give up searching for the kink in the line. Very happy to have ice again for the summer and would definitely use them again.

Ken replaced two toilets with the wonderful Toto Drake model, including soft-close seats. Finally, taller toilets again that flush once and done, plus the seats no longer BANG when you put the seat down. He came out within 2 hours of my call (one toilet innards broke) and since he had two of these toilets in stock (ours are a Stonish Beige specialty color) we were glad to upgrade both bathrooms. Ken has done work for me before. He is professional, friendly, and excellent with leaving the work area immaculate when he is finished. They bring mats to protect your floors and also wear disposable booties over their shoes, which I appreciate. I can recommend Ken for any plumbing needs - we have used his services at Bumble Bee Plumbing several times and been pleased. The company stands behind their work!
