Last Tuesday morning, we called this company for a repairing service because our unit was having a system issue. Yossi was their technician who repaired our unit. He made it excellently and made it like a brand-new one. You guys totally nailed it in doing heating ac repair at our house. Great Job, Yossi! Keep it up! We urge everyone to use this company!

When I called I told the dispatcher that I have 2 old English bulldogs that don't do well in the heat and fortunately she managed to schedule a service call for that same day. Greg, the Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration technician who came to my house saw immediately that it was the batteries in the thermostat. Although I was embarrassed that I should have recognized that problem myself, he was great about it and the A/C was working again. The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

I recently purchased a Trane furnace and AC from Cardinal Heating. I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation. Prices for the same AC units vary widely for the exact same unit. I saved a minimum of $1500by using Cardinal.i encourage you to shop around. So far I'm very pleased.

No long wait times and was even given the option to have them come sooner. Friendly personnel and tech. Its always so nice to have a tech that is willing to take the time to talk and explain what's going on with your units. Many of us are not well versed in the workings of AC units, so it is always nice to get a clear understanding of what is going on. Highly recommend their services!
