Best Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

We had Hays install a Trane. Has worked with no problems. We have the maintenance program (recommended) where they come out twice a year to inspect the evap cooler and Trane. Manny was out here today and did a great job. As all of Hays employees are. Great work great people. Have recommended Hays to several people. All went with Hays. Manny thank you.

Nathan was on time, very efficient, explained simply the result of his inspection and was professional. I am new to the valley from Chicago and I will continue to use Penguin for my HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs in the future!

08/25/2021 Amer Khudher just replaced 2 ceiling fans for us. He came last week to look at the job and provide a price. He came back this morning and did a wonderful job. I know it's not rocket science, but one of the old fans had a bulb broken off in a socket and we needed someone who could handle the power as well as the physical install. We continue to be pleased with all Hobaica service people. Great company staffed by great people.

07/03/2021 Travis Vanau helped save our July 4 holiday. The problem was a clogged condensation line on our master bedroom AC system, but there wasn't any way to know that when the only symptom was a completely dead system. He had us up and running very quickly and even checked the AC system line at the other end of the house. The fact that the solution was simple only adds to the comfort we will enjoy for the rest of the holiday weekend. Thanks to Travis.

Brandon installed a valve in a gas line to our firepit so we could shut off the gas while some work was done in that area of the backyard. It wasn't cheap, but it was done quickly, efficiently, and safely. Brandon was very friendly and helpful, too. The work in the yard can now get started without fear of a gas leak or other emergency.

05/21/2021 Jacey M moved an electrical outlet in our backyard to accommodate the new bbq location. Very well done and we are sure it meets code. Best to work with professionals and Hobaica is certainly one of those.

Brandon was back to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He gave a good assessment of the problem and provided a couple of options for work to be done. We took his advice and things are much better. If this step doesn't provide a long-term solution we know what needs to happen next and we will call him back. We are very satisfied.

We had Abel out to look at our drains that we’re making gurgling noise. Abel was awesome! He also did a plumbing inspection and explained We had Goettl
out again today to look at our water heater.

Mark and Nikki were very good and explained everything we could do. how things worked. He was very thorough and we will be calling Goettl for all our plumbing needs.

Parker and Sons is always a class act and I’m always glad they’ve been here. This time my 10 year warrantee is up next month and so they made sure to double check for anything that could be taken care of before then and found a few things. Alan was prompt, clear, and friendly did an excellent job.

The technician Gabriel did a fantastic job of replacing our R/O tank which had went out. Gabriel was efficient, informative, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions concerning what he was doing and why, which gave me a wonderful and confident feeling if his level of expertise. His service call gave me full insurance of the workmanship of this company in dealing with my reverse osmosis system.

Freddy was extremely helpful from the start. He showed up and had our AC issue diagnosed within 20 to 30 min. He quoted us and although we weren't able to make the necessary repairs right away, he still helped us to make the best arrangements for ourselves until we could afford to fix the issue! Would absolutely call these guys again!!! Thank you so much for all of your help!

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.
