The folks at A-Z Septic are top-notch. They were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, reassuring, professional and affordable. They even tackled an impromptu request on a second septic system on the property without hesitation. They were ever so careful in maneuvering the equipment to minimize disturbance to landscaping. When they left, they replaced the rock/stone landscape and made it look like nothing happened. Suddenly a very unpleasant situation became very pleasant thanks to the team at A-Z. I would absolutely recommend A-Z Septic Pumping and most certainly will call upon them again for future needs.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. I highly recommend using Anthony’s Plumbing and requesting Ron St. Denis for all your plumbing needs. Ron fixed my hose spigot last week in less than ten minutes, then he stuck around for over an hour to patiently answer several unrelated plumbing questions/issues that had built up for me in recent years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my 15+ questions, plus he couldn’t have been any nicer. This was by far the most pleasant and impressive plumber experience I’ve ever had, he went above and beyond and I feel like I should’ve paid a lot more than I did for this service call. Couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s no way I will ever use anyone but Ron for all of my future plumbing needs.

Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I would recommend this company and all of the employees to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Phoenix area.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

Alex and Aaron came over for a non emergency job within just a few hours of my call the day after thanksgiving. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quick but with quality and had us all taken care of same day! They made sure there were no leaks before they left and ensured we were satisfied with the work. We will for sure call this company again for any future needs.

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. I recently bought a house with a septic tank for the first time. As this was all very new to me- I called Paradise Septic to have my septic tank pumped. When the tech arrived on-site he was very insightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. They helped alleviate a difficult situation.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Reddi Services was great. They responded very fast, Benjamin was there and explained what could be wrong and options available. He was very professional and fair. I would recommend him. This is after I checked with other Plumbing companies for the same issue, some took 2 days to call me back, and couple of them gave me estimate that was 5 times higher. Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
