I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! This is a remodeling company that's worth a nice 5 star rating, this team really knew what they were doing and they did a stunning job for me. I'm completely satisfied with the effort they put in for me.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

They communicated with my insurance and made a chaotic experience more manageable.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

Lucus, Julie, and Guillermo were excellent works for the careful manner of handle so many personal items. They were kind and understanding of my concerns.

Dan has been such a pleasure to work with! When the other aspects of this project have been met with a total lack of communication, he has been responsive, thorough and incredibly polite even when I was probably a little kooky from the stress of being out of my house. He should be promoted.

Ce and his crew, Mario and Julio, were outstanding! They were responsive, professional, and did a superior job handling our water mitigation. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded!

Square One Restoration is legit. I met Ryan on New Year’s Eve when I had a sudden leak under my kitchen sink. He personally came promptly and started the recovery hours before New Year’s Eve. He is knowledgeable about the industry, he is professional and patient; even though I asked him the same questions a million times, he didn’t mind re-explaining in a way that I could understand. Insurance litigation process has so many micro-details. He helped me follow up on my 2 insurance claims through the months of multiple emails and readjustments because I had almost given hope while waiting. I was never worried about who was coming to my house as his crew is just as professional and he updated me accordingly. My kitchen looks better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up updating a few things around the house with his expertise, as I realized early on that his recommendations were way better than my limited thinking. He’s the kind of guy who does the right thing, even when no one is watching. There’s no job that’s “hard” for his team. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Square One Restoration for future upgrades or renovations.
