Desert Diamond was my second quote and was very pleased with Jeff Rourke’s professionalism and honesty. He took the time to explain things. He was prompt with sending a quote to us within an hour or two. Unlike the first company I called never received a quote and had to call them back 10 days later for one. Then the service tech never followed up to see if we were pleased with their quote. I will most differently recommend Desert Diamond to others. Very pleased customer.

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well. I was having issues with my Central Air for about 3 months and had various companies come to check it out. I finally found Suntech through my home warranty, and they were amazing to work with. They were so professional, didn't over charge and the work was amazing. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

Took the day off work to have scheduled service performed. Had an appointment for 7-noon. I called at 11:50am since no one showed up and they stated the service tech was experiencing cell phone issues. Someone would be out within 45 minutes to an hour for the appointment. I get called at 2pm stating they were on their way and would be another 30-45 minutes!
Very unprofessional.
Then I get a follow-up email on providing feedback. The link was invalid and I wasn't able to do so!

Andrew was extremely thorough and caring. He clearly wanted to be sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. That was especially important, since I was not at home during the service. Andrew shared multiple videos of each step of his work. I appreciated his outstanding efforts to keep me apprised of the progress and status of the work and my HVAC system.My only issue is that that GB missed the projected service window by a couple of hours, and I received no contact from the office to let me know that they were running late. I had to call to ask for an update. I think GB should have been more proactive in this regard. For what it's worth, I have been using GB for years, and this is the first time I've had that issue with them. However, ultimately the work was completed and performed exceptionally well by Andrew.

Preferred Air has been my goto AC service for the past 4 years. Knowledgeable techs and professionalism for all my AC needs. I highly recommended them.
