Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

My thermostat manual disappeared a couple of years ago and I had messed it up myself. Jessie reset it to my request so I could operate it manually until I can get it reprogrammed at a later date. He was efficient and expedient with the cleaning of my ac/furnace unit.

We would have given a higher rating for actual work. Frustrated that when office called to find out how much because our son was going to provide check, we were told $258. Then when tech came, he said that amount only covers one- either AC or Heat. I'm glad we ended up being home so we could say we just want one done because check already written.

Owning a business is much more then just doing work. I’m sure other’s would agree and would want to know how a owner of a company acts and controls himself while driving a company van.

A apology would have been the appropriate route to take instead of a post saying we didn’t do any work for you.

He was on time, impeccably neat in appearance, and knew the questions I would ask, while having clear and articulate answers that were easy to understand. His work was methodical and focused. He quickly isolated and corrected critical weaknesses in our air conditioning systems while highlighting areas that could be deferred. Louis was fiscally conscious and strove to ensure he met his cost estimates - He came in well under calculations. Louis has strong communication and inter-personal skills. I have already requested him by name for my next phase of air conditioning work - he is second to none. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!
