I have been using this company for years for maintenance of my air conditioning system. Recently I had to replace my system and everyone in the company was extremely kind, informative, professional and patient during this whole process. It was a very large investment like we all know but now my home is good for many years to come.

Very expedient, and professional. From initial consult to full heat pump instillation was 3days. The prices were fair, and the technicians showed up on time or early. Overall can't say anything bad about the service.

I am soooo impressed! John arrived when he said he would, knew exactly what was wrong with our a/c unit, pulled the part off the truck and had it working in about 10 minutes! I had two calls by owner asking me to change my review.They have been in the business 20 years.After hearing the owners side of the story,I am upping the stars although there were mixed stories. They had no idea how to put in old fuses in a historical home and suggested an electrician which makes sense.

Service technician (Raymond) is great. He answers all my questions and always gives me all the time I need to go over everything. He is very professional and honest. I request him to service my AC unit every time.

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Called Ace Home Services due to our AC having trouble. They were able to respond to my request within an hour of calling. Juan, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me the best as possible. Unfortunately the parts needed wouldn't be available until Monday/Tuesday. I have had numerous techs come to my house, but in the last 2 years I keep asking for Harlan F. He is professional, efficient and always goes above and beyond. He never tries to sell me anything, he always cleans the unit and he is happy to rescue golf balls that have landed on the roof. I stay with G. Brazil b/c of Harlan.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!
