I have used Hayes Cooling & Heating for all of my AC needs. They are always dependable, efficient and friendly. Mostly, I like the companies culture of honesty and the fact they Do Not work on commission. No price gouging or up selling!! Works for me!I Highly recommend!!!

Nathan showed up at the time they said he would be here. He took his time to make sure he diagnosed the problem, and tried the less expensive way first. Our problem was a little bit more but he explained everything to us and we are very satisfied got my heat up and running in a timely manner.

They refused to come out when my sink was spewing water everywhere underneath and i had already waited a day. They wanted a minimum of $350 to come back out when i had used them a month ago for a small leak and he told me they wouldn't even start the work without the $350 . I am on fixed income so do not usually have that kind of money on hand and when I said I was willing to withdraw from my IRA but it would take several days, he wouldn't come out until I had the cash so I still cannot do dishes or use my sink for anything. I realize they need to make $$ but apparently I am not worth their time any longer.
