I called Desert Diamond to get a quote on a new air conditioner. Cody was the technician that came out. I was very impressed with Cody- he was very professional and very knowledgeable. I know I would be in good hands with this company. He didn’t try to up sell me on products or tell me to buy the most expensive unit. I would definitely recommend this company even though I have not used them as of yet.

My wife and I rolled the proverbial dice with A & M Mechanical as one of our Mitsubishi AC handlers was dying a slow death and not generating the cooling power and air flow to the degree it was supposed to. Being we've been in our home a little more than two years, this was maddening. But we're glad we took a chance on A & M Mechanical because not only did Mark and his team troubleshoot the problem and fix it, Amy and Mark went above and beyond to help us the entire way. They spent hours on the phone, tediously waiting on hold with Mitsubishi at no additional charge to determine if the system was under warranty )it wasn't thanks to the wonderful prior owner who bought and installed them). They provided us a very reasonable quote for all the work (which included parts and labor to repair the AC handler, thoroughly cleaning both handlers in our bedroom, and installing purification devices in both units). My wife and I were impressed with the degree of professionalism and acumen Amy and Mark displayed throughout our entire experience, which is far from guaranteed with other vendors in the area. We're big on customer service above all else as part of hiring a company to perform any job capably and honestly, and A & M Mechanical is at the top of the list in this regard. Thank you, Amy and Mark! My wife and I can rest a bit easier knowing we have a dependable HVAC company to call upon going forward for all our HVAC-related needs.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

I requested several quotes around the valley to get a quality price for an excellent AC. I have a friend in the commercial AC industry so i was well advanced in what i need to look and look out for. TemperaturePro came out and showed right on time and answered all my questions. When it came to the price, i was nicely surprised to see they were competitive even though quality installation is more important than the unit itself from what i read. Blair and his crew were really professional and offered to return after the roofers were complete to review how they completed the flashing around the new unit. Super impressed, honest, efficient, and the clean up was perfect! My AC friend said the price was good and he was also impressed when he inspected their work on the roof!

There are a great many positives things i would like to say were wonderful right from speaking with Robin who is wonderfully intelligent about the entire AC Heat business, to the Finance assistance and help i received from Stacy to Cameron who installed a wonderful new Trane heat pump unit. This is a top notch company who answers the phone consistently and responsively. I am not getting paid to say any of this and it is sincere. It is horrible to be without AC on AZ and this company came thru!

I first heard about Howard Air several years ago on KTAR radio. When I called them that spring to do a check on my system, they came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and sent a great tech that did a thorough job of cleaning my unit's condenser coils, crawling around my attic to verify the air handler control unit had a relay that may need to be replaced soon (previous repair by another company) and offering some tips on keeping my 20+ year old unit running.
Fast forward two years and I decided to have Howard Air out for a consultation since now was the time to replace my old AC unit. Ted came out and met with me for several hours. He was very professional and detailed, and even took a video of my equipment in the attic. He explained some things that could have been causing the unit to run less efficiently for it's life and also what Howard Air could do to improve on these things as well as some of the innovations that Howard Air offers the other company's don't. After seeing some of the prices on the units for install I was hesitant to proceed, but ultimately decided to go with Howard Air for several reasons; including advice from my father who used another competing company for his new AC install, the reputation and warranty of Howard Air and the financing options they offered. I did appreciate Ted cutting our meeting short for another appointment I had that evening to come back the next morning when my wife was home to finish up additional measurements in the attic.
Only two short weeks later I had George and David at my house on a Saturday for the removal of my old unit and the install of my new system. The two gentlemen did a wonderful job with each technician working to help each other out as they tackled each phase of the job. I was impressed by George's overall knowledge and how well he was able to setup the air handler, heat furnace and other parts inside my attic. He also helped guide me through easily using the new wireless thermostat. David put a lot of effort into routing my copper wire and electrical connections the way I wanted and even offered some advice about placement of the unit so there would be less vibrations of the cabling as it was running. I couldn't be happier about the entire job the two of them completed and if I only dealt with George and David alone, that would make me a customer for life with Howard Air. Thank you both!
I'm grateful for the way I was treated from Howard Air, including the first time I had contact with them to after my new AC unit has been installed.
It's been almost a month since my install and now the weather is starting to heat up a bit. I'll be looking forward to having my unit kick on to cool down the house now - Thanks Howard Air!

I was so upset of being taken advantage of I fired them and took a chance on Air Control and they have been my blessing!! Craig came out on a Saturday afternoon within one hour of calling him. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our AC quickly! I will definitely call him again for my yearly tuneup. Priced well.
