Hi Nicky. I couldn't be any happier with Nick and Mark (I think that's his name). You have two great guys there. From the moment they got to my house, he explained what and how everything they were going to do. On Monday he totally eased my mind but telling me that every job he's on, he'll never leave his customers without water for the night. That is such a big deal, Not sure if you know that but it really is.
As big and dirty of a job it was, my yard never looked like a crazy mess. When I got home last night, it didn't look at all like I had any work done. He also called and left me a message as to when he was done along with what I needed to do. I seriously couldn’t be happier. Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

Had them here last Friday March 9th great professional crew did a great job couldn’t be more pleased

Twice now a service person has been out, once to check an issue with the A/C in which he tried to sell us a capacitor for +$700 which turns out wasn't the issue (never did get the quote from him as promised). And yesterday another service person was out for maintenance and told us the coils and fan were very dirty and he had time right then to clean them and it would be $800! NO PARTS NEEDED AND PROBABLY AN HOUR OR TWO AT MOST TO CLEAN FOR $800 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (And we still haven't gotten a quote on the either.) WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING. As soon as our contract is up from the previous homeowner, we will be finding someone else to take care of us.

Chris did an outstanding job formulating a proposal that combined the top-level equipment for an acceptable price at favorable terms, in other words a great deal!Roy and his assistant did an equally great job installing the system, top quality workmanship, first-grade materials, no hassle, no mess and they left the place spotless.Patrick Riley deserves indeed an A+, Highly recommended! They will certainly get top consideration when my other unit needs service or replacement

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

They came with awesome respectful attitudes they made sure our property was covered they work really hard to make sure they fix the leak right I want to say thank you to Derrick ,Trevor,Antony an they clean up there mess too if you ever want to use this company I give them 5 stars ??

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.
