Best Sewer Repair in Phoenix AZ

First off, our technicians name was Ron S. After having dealt with another company (Penguin Air) the same day with absolutely no results, and yet we definitely needed our plumbing unclogged, we decided to try George Brazil. From the moment that Ron S walked in our front door, it was not a matter of 'If' he could fix the drains, but pretty much a step by step of what he was going to do to get them working properly again. When all was said and done, he fixed the clogging issue and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work performed. In all honesty, either the technician at Penguin Air is just that in competent and/or he needs a lot of additional training because the tools used by Ron S to fix our problem were the same ones used by the technician from Penguin Air in which he said that absolutely nothing more could be done to remove the clog. Thank you Ron S of George Brazil.

A good company to work for!

I have been using Penguin for about a year now and I’m very satisfied with just about every person I have come in contact with. Today was just an annual inspection of the Tstat which took only a few moments, but the service I have also entitles me to have them change/check the batteries in all the Home’s Carbon Monoxide and smoke detectors, cleaning of the air duct, electrical cap off if necessary, etc.. I’m having that done at a later date, but I’m sure it will be done with as much professionalism that anyone can ask for.Update: 9/10/20Today was another annual inspection. Our HVAC specialist was Jason. He did an absolutely awesome job and was a perfect gentleman. Some other technicians I will not name have been underwhelming honestly, but today my faith in penguin has been restored. Rest assured if you get a good lookin guy named Jason as your technician, the job will be done right.

Parker & Sons REPAIRMAN Jonathan Brown called and showed up quickly on a very AZ summer day, inspected my cooling/heating roof problem, and quickly figured out why my COOLER was dead in the water. He explained the issues/my options, replaced my fuses, added 2 lbs of the newer refrigerant, and got everything back up and running ... on a very HOT day in short order. It was nice to know .... I now had a PROFESSIONAL that I could count on for emergencies and can call again. A few years back, my father had issues with the garage gas heater leaking badly, and Parker & Sons got our water heater quickly replaced, and added the now required code compliant platform to sit on. I was was equally pleased, that I went back on 7-21-2022 to PARKER .... and their cooler pro Jonathon was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and trained to fix the new COOLING ISSUES, as well as answer my questions.

Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.
