The phone operator that took the call was friendly and said how can I make you smile? and that actually got me to smile. The plumber's name is Andrew M and he arrived with a great can do attitude. Andrew was professional, friendly, and explained things to us in a way that we understood without needing plumber school. Andrew used shoe covers and was agreeable to wear a face covering because of my mother's health challenges. Andrew quickly unclogged the bathtub drain that my mother uses. The icing on the cake was when Andrew used our alcohol disinfectant wipes to wipe down all of the door knobs and surfaces that he touched - my wife and I were amazed to see this being done. I would definitely use this company again, and will recommend to others.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. It started with Gary Garcia coming out and checking our systems. He was great and professional. Then Ed and his crew were freakin outstanding. Way better than other AC company like Howard Air. They were on time, kept us advised of the progress, sweeped up their mess, vacuumed the hallway, mopped the floor and even sweep the street. If that’s not professionalism, then I don’t what is. We will AWLAYS call them back. Excellent work.

ACE was great on my A/C replacement. When I asked for a water heater quote, they were too high. Richard the tech was very professional nonetheless.

Every time I schedule maintenance three to five weeks in advance either no one shows up or they call and cancel at the last minute. Their website says they prioritize members but that is NOT case. Never once have they actually shown up when scheduled and the rep I spoke to today about the no show was very condescending and insistent that a call was placed to me this morning canceling my appointment. No such call was made as I have had my phone on all day and the spam calls came through just fine, his reasoning was because other customers without AC need to be prioritized ahead of maintenance customers. He then proceeded to tell me he could get me scheduled for JULY for an appointment that I originally scheduled in March three weeks ahead of time. I am constantly rearranging my time for a company that does not honor their word. I will be canceling my so called membership as soon as my spring maintenance that I have already paid for is actually performed and look for a business that honors appointments with their customers.

Sam S. Came to service my HVAC this morning. He was prompt, professional, and polite. He also helped me troubleshoot and set up my Wi-Fi access to my thermostat and did a great job with his service.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
