After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I scheduled an appointment for next week. I then experienced a plumbing problem the same very day. Regina worked with me and promptly dispatched Anthony Williams. Anthony arrived promptly and ready to work. He is clean and respectful of our family and our home. He evaluated are plumbing nightmare and investigated other potential problems. Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

I give belsito plumbing a 5 star rating. I have had Louis out to my home three times, for different issues. He's delivered on all of them and helped correct problems.

When I need anything fixed regarding plumbing I always call belsito. They are reputable, dependable and I trust them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Having used them 5 or 6 times before, I was comfortable calling to have my toilet shut off hose and leveler replaced. I informed the girls who take the information of the issues to be addressed during the call. The technician arrived on time. He said he could replace the shut off hose but did not have the parts for my Kohler toilet. He arrived at 9 am. He made the offer to order the parts and schedule another appointment. I declined stating that I told the office what was the issue and I expected parts to be available, especially since they assured me that the technician has parts in the truck. He replaced the shut off hose. The cost was $230.00 dollars. A bit outrageous for 1/2 hour of work and he only replaced the connector and not the entire hose. I complained to a manager who told me that he should have gone and gotten the parts and returned. This did not happen. In my opinion customer service is just a word to them. How much money can they make is the key. I will be looking elsewhere.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

The first time I had them pump my tank, they were great. It was about $500 to pump a 1500 gallon tank (a bit on the expensive side but the tech that did the work was friendly and seemed to do a good job). I called earlier this week and made an appointment. At first they called back and said they’d only come out if I dug up the access myself. Then they called and said I needed to send pictures of the dug up access lids. Then they told me it would be $900 to pump the tank. This was over double the rate of anyone else I’ve called. Maybe they have more work than they can handle, but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone even if you are desperate.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
