I want to thank Adam and the Goettl plumbing team for efficiently finding and repairing our front yard water piping issue including replacing the concrete sidewalk that needed to be cut ....all in a half day! I called in the morning and Adam met me within an hour, explained what was needed and had his team in and out within the day. They were careful to minimize the water shut off time so my elderly aunt who lives there remained comfortable.

Very trustworthy company. Bradley was very thorough and very professional. He didn't hesitate to come out after hours to fix our AC unit. Looks like I've found my new AC company.

This review is delayed a couple years. We had a room above the garage that was much warmer than the rest of the house. Reeis came out, took a bunch of temp/airflow measurements input them into a program. They provided a proposal for around $4k which would correct our problem. (Included additional spray insulation, running a return air return line and a couple other small items. We did not see any significant difference after completion. That room still was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of house. After calling them they offered a 3rd solution by running additional return line from another room upstairs, no change. Finally offered another $2k solution to put control valves in the ducts to increase airflow to the hot room. I asked that they only charge is the cost of this fix and never heard from them again.My next door neighbor saw them at our house and hired them to do some work. Had a similar experience, thousands of dollars with no significant change.We have since replaced both AC and AHU’s in our home. The room is still warmer than the rest of the house but the new units made it much better.

What a wonderful company to do business with. Our technician was concise, very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After Dan gave us our options, we weighed the pros and cons, I knew I picked the right company to provide us the services. My house was built in the 1970s, with many original parts still attached. I've been with Parker and Sons for years now and they have been able to fix and replace a lot of what needs to be done around my house. I've always had good experience with them and the quality of their work. If anything fails, within warrenty time, they've replace the repairs with no issues. They will show you multiple option for replacing products or parts, and I have never felt pressured to buy.

Shane was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our AC was repaired quickly. He was honest and on time. So hard to find these days. Highly recommend!!!

Pathetic service ever, they don’t show up on the appointments days (multiple times). The work is pending for months, have been calling them since months to fix the HVAC system and now the heater(yes does not even work and its already freezing in the morning hours), they just don’t show up. They have their service contract with Lennox HVAC, which even sucks further!

If you want a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, cares about their customers, and is reasonably priced, than this is the company for you.

We have had a few AC issues over the past 2 summers, which can obviously be expected in AZ. Prestige has always responded quickly and sent a service technician to assist us. They are professional every time and take time to explain everything they are doing. We signed up for their annual service agreement to lock them down as our go to for all things AC and Heating!!

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Promptly answered my call and even though I didn't use them in the end , they were able to answer all my concerns over the phone.
