We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Bill arrived on time and found that the problem was bigger then I thought. Bill took the time to explain what was needed to repair everything and approximately how long it would take to finish. He immediately started and completed the job sooner then I thought it would take. After completing everything, he cleaned it like he was never here, and showed me how the new faucet worked.Bill is a very friendly person and put up with my dog constantly barking when he would walk by.
