We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. Just finished using King and Francisco for the second time. I called him for a service call and found that the unit was not fixable. He was out 2 days later and because there were tenants that needed it to happen quickly he had it in tested and happy people in 3 hours. I totally recommend these guys !!!

A new a/c was installed today. So far so good. Sam, the general manager, is very professional, experienced and meticulous. Still too early to evaluate the a/c itself though.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

I had an issue that the General Manager quickly resolved. I want to thank him for caring about his clients and doing more than he had to. Very happy client.

They were quick to respond when other companies were giving me a 3 day wait. The service member got straight to the point and figured out the issue within minutes. He explained the issue very thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He got the new part installed and the AC back up and running within minutes. Price was good and service was great. Highly recommend!
