Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. Usually I do not write reviews but I chose to write one for this company even though I did not use their service. I was in need for 5T heat pump replacement. I called numerous vendors in valley for best price. Out of all vendors I had one of the best quote from Frank. Frank was very professional and provided me with many options with different price bases. His quotes were very good. I just could not use them as our schedule had a little conflict and Franks was very flexible to make it work for me but I did not have much flexibility on my end. I would recommend this company based on Frank's honesty and professionalism.

Benefit Air came for first check up and installed additional parts:a starter assist and a surge protector. Technician took pictures of items after installing and made me feel secure that those items will protect our AC unit.

Alien A/C is the best company I have ever used for assistance with a/c problems. We have used them for several years. They are quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure issues are addressed as soon as possible even in the worst heat of the summer! Most recently on a 105+ day our heat pump stopped working, the evening before I was to leave out of town. The owner was able to get someone out very early the next morning before I had to leave for the airport. I felt very comfortable and confident in Mike's ability to take care of our a/c. i had to leave, but he stayed and finished the job very nicely, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and daughters were very happy to have the a/c fixed so quickly (as was I). I would highly recommend this company!

Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day! Twenty or more years ago, I wouldn't have been amazed by excellent customer service, but in this day and age, I am more than pleasantly surprised.
Very nice and professional people that work at this business. Responsive, same day, to email, text, voicemail, or in person or telephone questions. (We didn't have many questions, but, you know...)

Just an all around pleasure to work with. They also coordinated with the other contractors (new roof) to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner (1 day! I didn't have to spend anytime away from my home.)

Oh yeah, and the HVAC they installed works just great also! (I waited to post the review until we tested out the heating side; the cooling side worked from day one.)

Jimmy is the best!! My daughter and I were without air conditioning, the house was 87 degrees and we were extremely uncomfortable we had a company come out at about 4pm and tell us the coils needed cleaned. I talked to Jimmy while the other technician was there and he came out that same night after hours and beat the other technicians price by almost half.
He also placed coolant into my unit to get me by until I can replace the unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company, they will take great care of you.
