Best Residential Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

Biggest waste of time and money. They were requested to come to our home by our property manager. They were here for 45 minutes, did not unclog the drain and they left. They want the property manager to put in a clean out becasue they do not want to go on the roof or pull a toilet. So he left, he did absolutely nothing but wasted time.

Just had service check up by the most polite, thorough, friendly and informed service tech ever! Thad is deserving of a big Christmas bonus. Always very satisfied With Hays team.

Joshua was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about air conditioning and what issues were apparent with mine. He was never pushy or even threatening that my a/c unit was gonna die soon just to “make the sale”. He earned my trust and fixed the issues at hand. I believe he went above and beyond when he showed me that he flushed out the debris in and around the unit. This is why I keep coming back to Goettl. Your guys never fail to impress. So thanks Josh! It is Saturday... the start of Labor Day weekend.... and the AC goes out. Just my luck! I immediately called my home warranty company and advised them that it was 115° in Arizona and I needed to make sure my 14-month-old son keeps cool. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and they mentioned that 1st Choice Mechanical LLC was in the area and they would be out to fix the air-conditioning ASAP. Indeed they did! Tim was very professional, polite and friendly! He was able to figure out and explain the issue(s) and fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Mechanical and use them again! I always appreciate a great company and their caring staff! ?

Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. Chase has stopped by on occasion just to reset my thermostats or change my air filters. They have also done plumbing work for me. I highly recommend Chase and Valley's Best!

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.

Sam and his team of installers did a great job of installing my new AC unit at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Ace was a good fit for me Aubrey came out and did a great job explaining to me about what needs to be maintained on my AC unit. It was hot out today but he got the job done. Great company!

I have used Comfort One since 2018 and love them and their service! They are honest, integrity based and service oriented. It is like dealing with a friend who is taking care of you. Also 2 of my friends have used them and one even said I saved her life with them they loved them so much. I have dealt mainly with Taps and Jessica (owners) and also John. The last few visits John has come. Recently he replaced the motor on my air conditioner. He found that it was under warranty and handled everything. Thank you for being the type of company I know I can completely rely on. I appreciate you.
