Denny was good at his job but the receptionist is dumb not knowledgeable to customers needs and very inaccurate for understanding customers needs got 80 bucks out of me though

Sky relieved all my anxiety in purchasing this major household item! Chris and Sydney were very professional and accommodated my requests. They were clean and courteous and put all the old equipment neatly in my driveway for pickup by their scrap guy. I highly recommend this trio and Penguin Air for all your heating and cooling needs!

Our air scrubber bulb had gone out, which during cold, flu, and a pandemic... probably best to keep that thing running. The system was in need of a maintenance inspection anyway. I've always found Day&Night to be competent and I don't feel like I'm being wallet-flushed.

The gentlemen who came and installed my new a/c unit were professional and prompt when arriving. They where courteous when explaining how to use the thermostat. And very upfront with everything that happened throughout the install, including the unplanned running of new wires between the unit, thermostat and electric. Thank you very much. Broken pipe between well and house; leaky shower and broken toilet flushing mechanism. This was a Sunday emergency and Tim, the plumber was here for most of the day - including time spent getting the right parts. The quality of the work was excellent and Tim was the consummate professional in every way. The experience was not cheap, but the quality of what I got more than made up for that. I will definitely return.

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work.
