Best Replace Sewer in Phoenix AZ

Our home had been recently purchased and we were in the 10 day inspection phase with the buyer. Although we had recently had the AC/Heat unit serviced (we have a contract with George Brazil and routine maintenance had been done) the buyer was not satisfied and was going to back out of the purchase contract. We contacted the Customer Service Department at George Brazil and spoke with Michael Silver to ask if he could possible speak with the buyer regarding what exactly had been checked. Not only did Mr.Silver speak with the buyer he also arranged to have their QA Technician, Joseph Rittorno, meet with the buyer at our home and go through the entire maintenance/service process with the buyer to assure him that everything was up to specifications. As a result, the buyer was satisfied, the home sold, we plan to continued our contract and the buyer will likely purchase a contract with your company. We can't say enough good things about both Michael Silver and Joseph Rittorno. They are both exemplary employees. Thank you!

My AC was out during a 100+ degree day on a weekend. My home warranty company was of absolutely no help, so I called Penguin on a whim. I’m so glad I did. They answered the phone right away on Saturday morning and told me they would send someone as soon as they could. I only had to wait a little bit and the technician came and addressed the problem. He took thorough pictures and explained the problem to me. In the end, I needed to get a new AC unit, but he made sure he did everything he could to tide the system over until that could happen. I was very impressed with Penguin’s responsiveness and customer service.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!

I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!
