AMAZING ALL AROUND!!! The company responded to our inquiry incredibly fast and would have been here within hours if we have given our right number. so it was our issue but they came the very next morning and came prepared! They assessed the situation explained everything to ease our minds and fixed the problem well within an hour. They were very neat and even though we said we would clean up they did it themselves. Very fast, very friendly, and super affordable !!! CALL THEM NOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING!!!

Been a customer for 8 years. Paid the stupid monthly that covered 2 visits per year. On the last visit, the tech told me the AC was the best it had ever looked. 2 weeks later, my AC broke and my paltry silver status was not enough to get a tech out immediately. I found another business that could come out right away. He found 2 different leaks that had to have been there 2 weeks prior based in markings on the coil. Hobaica really missed the boat on this one, and a loyal customer.

The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job replacing my main drain/clean out. After work was completed as agreed, they restored my front yard back to the way it was before the work. Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Another company left me hanging on a Friday, so I called Day & Night. They arrived on time Monday morning, communicated well with me, and installed it quickly, for my disabled tenant who had no heat, due to old furnace. I really appreciate their good customer service and professionalism.
